The location is fantastic with a variety of restaurants, tons of shops, a Whole Foods and subway station all nearby. It is also very close to Chinatown and Little Italy so don't miss the Sunday food markets. Marina met us right on time with the keys and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this apt.   Comments: We stayed 5 days in Marina's apartment. The area is great full of many restaurants, bars and trendy shops. It is also close to many subways and one city bike. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple and well equipped. Note that it is on a 1st floor which is very convenient after a long day walking : you don't have to go all way up to 5 floors :) The bedroom can be a bit noisy since it is on the street but it was really not an inconvenient for us.

Marina was extremely easy to get in touch with if we had a question during our stay. The description of the apartment is very accurate. The apartment couldn't have been in a better location. We were walking distance from Broadway, where all the shopping was, our dinner reservations, great breakfast/ snack options, etc. Although we were in the center of popular streets/ restaurants, you could not hear any of the outside notice from inside. All together, we had a great experience and would highly suggest going through Marina for any airbnb requests.

L'appartamento è in buone condizioni, pulito e completo di tutto quello che serve, ideale per tre persone. Ottima la commessione wifi. Anche il quartiere è funzionale: ci sono diversi negozi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati ed è proprio vicino alla zona di Little Italy. La metropolitana dista solo 5 minuti a piedi e con poche fermate si arriva in centro a Manhattan. Sicuramente consigliato.

  Comments: This place is in a great location. It's in Nolita, 2 minute walk from great breakfast spots and pizza and a 5 minute walk to two different subway lines. It's very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning was a big plus since we went during summer. Marina was very accommodating, very nice, and always available to answer any questions.

  Comments: The apartment is perfectly clean and just the right size for three people. Everything you could possibly need is available to fix a meal, there are extra linens, everything has been well thought out. The location is great - steps away from Little Italy and the subway, and there are great shops and restaurants right nearby. Unfortunately, the host is a very busy student, so communication before, during and after our stay was very difficult. So difficult that we wouldn't stay at this great apartment again. If you can wait until the last minute to see if the host will indeed have a key and get it to you, and if you don't mind making several phone calls to help the host decide where to leave the key at the end of your stay, this place may be ok for you, but it won't be for us.

Really and truly this place is in the perfect location...mere minutes to any subway stop you'd want to take, tons of unique little restaurants just outside your door, and a very community-like feel to the neighborhood. Walk about 2 blocks south and you're in Chinatown/Little Italy for late night cannoli! The apartment was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Marina met us earlier than expected and completed check in so we could be on our way. Lovely big bedroom with lots of storage, comfortable living room with wifi, uber well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with super soft towels. I almost hate to leave this review out of fear this place will never be available again...we will definitely check to see if this place is available when we come back to NYC! Thanks Marina!

  Comments: Hostess was out of town on our arrival day. Mixup on picking up the keys took two hours of frustration to get in. Maid did not do a good job. Hostess would text and not talk on the phone. Made promises that never followed up on. Actually quite disorganized. Has only listed apartment recently so she is new to the game. She tries hard and will get better with experience but for now, disorganized. WONDERFUL location !!!! Best in town. Only one flight up. Great bed. Great kitchen. Long and narrow but perfect for two. Not three or more. Fantastic restaurant right beneath her apartment. I'd rent again but wait a few months until hostess figures out how to be a hostess.

  Comments: Since we arrived on Thanksgiving evening, it was understandable that Marina wasn't on property, but she made it very clear where she would leave the keys and we got into the apartment without any problems. The neighborhood was great - very New York-ish. Apartment was small, but very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Marina was very considerate and provided all things one would need - right now to special band-aids for blisters (which thankfully we did not need!) Nice plush towels and soaps and shampoos. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. We didn't cook while we were there, but there seemed to be pans and anything you would need. Marina provided coffee and tea, which was great. Not having to go out in the morning to get coffee is important. In the evening we would make tea and enjoy our delicious pastries we'd purchase in Little Italy! Location was ideal - walked everywhere - Little Italy, Chinatown were just blocks away. Walked to 9/11 Memorial Museum, Union Square Park, shopping on Broadway - all were a very easy 1 mile walk. Dinner at Emporium just downstairs and it was very good. Also hit the "famous" places - Katz's Deli, Lombardi's, pastry from Ferraras Bakery - all were just blocks from the apartment. The apartment was small, but was perfect for my daughter and myself. Might be a little cramped if you are big or tall and could be crowded for three adults. The bedroom windows faced the street, so there was so noise from that, but nothing that bothered me or made me lose sleep. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying in Marina's apartment in Nolita and we will definitely stay again!

  Comments: This apartment was perfectly located in Nolita, near Soho and close to subway stops. Marina was unavailable to let us in as she had a personal commitment, but made arrangements for us to get the keys, left sticky notes around, and was available by text. She was very responsive. The apartment is small but delightful, was impeccably clean, and had all needed amenities. We had a very nice stay except for one thing: the noise. The bedroom window is just above a bar and, as the weather was nice, there was significant outside revelry until 5 a.m. one night, the other night until about 2. This was a major problem for us. I slept on the couch one night as it's further in the apartment and not by the window. If you plan to use this other wise fabulous place I would encourage bringing ear plugs and considering elsewhere if you are a very light sleeper. In fairness, NYC is a noisy place, but this was noisier than other locations I've stayed in. I'm giving it three stars, but only because of the noise factor.

  Comments: Our stay at Marina place was great! Flexible in the check in and out time and Marina was very caring making sure everything was going well. The apartment is just as in the photos. Comfortable for two with everything you may need, even iPhone charger! Heat was good. We had a couple of very cold days and we did not suffer any cold. Marina left us another heater but we did not need to use it much. The neighborhood was great. Full of nice restaurants, good shopping and a few blocks from several subway stations. At night it is a bit noisy as there is a small restaurant next to the apartment. It was not a problem for us but if you have problems to sleep you may need ear plugs to do so before midnight. We'd would definitely recommend Marinas place to any couple who is looking to live like a local in New York . When back, we will surely stay there again. Thanks Marina!

Lovely , compact , comfortable flat in a great area . Lots of restaurants (Little Italy & Chinatown a few blocks away ) , 4 or 5 subway lines within a few minutes walk and a great location from which to explore New York on foot . Marina is a very nice ,helpful host .

  Comments: Marina was very responsive, accomodating and friendly. The appartment looked exactly like it was shown in the pictures. Was very clean, tidy and equipped. The key delivery worked perfectly. In fact, we were delayed and Marina was waiting for us in the appartment. The appartment is very strategically located, near fancy restaurants, the Soho and the metro. Very freindly neighborhood. The only issue I would like to point out is the noise of the construction of the building next door. It started very early in the morning and it was difficult to keep sleeping. For the rest, as mentioned, we recommend to stay at Marina´s appartment.

  Comments: Our stay at Marina's place was absolutely perfect, she is a great host and her apartment is as great as she is - it looked exactly as shown in the pictures, was super clean and very well equipped, she even left us coffee, tea, shampoo etc to use. We stayed there with 3 people, one sleeping on the couch, and she provided extra blankets and sheets. Marina was already waiting for us when we arrived and told us we could call/text her with any questions. She was super flexible on check-out time, our flight only left late in the evening and we could stay at the apartment the entire day. Marina's apartment is right in the middle of my favorite area in the city - the cutest cafes, brunch places, restaurants and boutiques are only a few minutes of walking away and it's close to several subway stations, so you can explore the rest of the city. If my family would ever visit NYC again, we would definitely return.

Her apartment was equipped with all the essentials (dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc.) for a long weekend in a great neighborhood. The space was clean and as described/ pictured in her listing. She was kind enough to leave a few snacks and beverages for us to enjoy. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of space for clothes in the chest & wardrobe. There's a fold-out bed available if you have another person, but I didn't use it. The living room is small (as expected in NY), but there's plenty of space to lounge after a long day exploring the city. She has space heaters & fans for easy temperature control (I loved the heated fan in the bathroom when the temps dropped!) The apartment is in a great area with a ton of delicious restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. There are a couple of subway stations a short walk away too. The neighborhood is quite lively, so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared. Marina offers a noisemaker and earplugs to help with the sound. Everything was great and made for a fun weekend! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a local's experience in the city.

Although it is a little noisy in the morning because of construction nearby, the location is hard to beat - near soho, greenwich village and just a short walk to B,D,Q and 6 subway lines.   Comments: This apartment is a good value for staying in a great neighborhood. We had a hiccup at check-in—the apartment wasn't ready before our arrival—and Marina was very communicative throughout that process and was proactive in offering some money back for the inconvenience, which was awesome. The overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great, but that could probably be blamed on a last-minute/rushed cleaner trying to accommodate us checking in. That said, the apartment was perfectly fine as a place to crash between activities. Bed was comfy, plenty of closet/dresser space and bathroom was sufficient. Location can't be beat.

  Comments: I LOVED Marina's apartment. It's a newly renovated and super clean spot in the BEST location. The perfect size and comfort when traveling. I was beyond happy staying there and Marina was very sweet and accomodating. She responded immediately with any questions and left all the amenities you'd find in the nicest hotels. The bed wsa very comfortable and the towels/sheets/bathroom products did not disappoint. Not only was the apartment perfect, so is the location. Located in the heart of Nolita, next to all the shopping and delicious food one dreams of when visiting NYC. The apartment is close to boutique shops, SoHo, public transportation, and so much more. You are in the heart of central downtown. Can't beat that spot!!!

Also very convenient to transportation for traveling around the city. This is a very clean and modern apartment, comfortable bed, good working appliances, and good water temperature and pressure but know that it is very small and a bit dark. The photos are accurate, but I was still surprised by the narrow living and kitchen area. The bedroom is more roomy and a nice space with a desk too, but the living room area is so narrow that my husband could touch both walls standing in the center! We wished there were more windows for light and a view. It was comfortable for 2 people, but I think more would be uncomfortable. But then, when you are in New York how much time will you spend inside anyway?

  Comments: This apartment couldn't be in a better location. It is right in the middle of everything. We walked EVERYWHERE - west village, soho, brooklyn, china town, little italy. Perfect central location. The apartment itself was very clean and check in was wonderfully easy. Another benefit was the checkout time being in the evening so it gives you a place to keep your stuff until you fly out. Though the apartment has sleeping for four, it is quite small and I would recommend smaller parties. However, Marina was extremely kind and set up the apartment before we got there for four with a cot and sheets for the couch. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the Pizzeria Emporio downstairs, great coffee, food, Happy Hour etc. Loved it. Marina provided lots of bathroom necessities in case you had forgotten anything plus food basics. We bought the seven day Metro card which was brilliant to be able to run around all over the place on the Subway and bus.

  Comments: This was my first time in NY and there was a lot of debate about what area I should stay in. Soho is hands down the best spot to get a good feel for everything. Way nicer than central which was too hectic. This is close enough in that you feel connected and has a tonne of bars and restaurants right on its doorstep, But also close to Williamsburg and L.E.S. etc. Marina was great, the perfect host! We'll definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Firstly, the appartment description and pictures shown at airbnb are 100% accurate. It is VERY clean and really well furnished. And its location is simply perfect. Marina was a super host too. She was flexible with our flight schedule, allowing us to check-in early in the morning and check-out later in the afternoon (it helps a lot when travelling with 2 kids!). She was also very kind by leaving coffee and some food at our disposal. We strongly recommend Marina's place and would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was spotlessly clean & the host, Marina, included so many thoughtful personal touches (coffee machine & pods, milk, sugar, other goodies to eat & drink, clean linen, the list goes on!). Numerous cell phone chargers & charging points were located throughout the apartment for guest use (we have not seen this bonus in any previous Airbnb home before). The cosy heater really helped with the extreme cold weather (including snowy days)! A wide variety of movies & tv channels are available to pass the time on rainy/snowy days. Marina was exceptionally quick, very personable & super helpful when responding to our queries. Checkin & checkout was easy & extremely flexible. We would highly recommend Marina's apartment to anyone looking to stay in NYC, it is a real gem! Our experience was wonderful & we are sad to leave!

  Comments: Our 5 night stay was everything you could wish for in a NYC Airbnb. LOCATION!!! CLEAN!!! COMFORTABLE!!! GREAT VALUE!!! I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and my 8 year old daughter. The apartment is up one manageable flight of stairs. It is located a short walk from several different subway line stops. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and shops around. The neighborhood is so charming. Lively enough to feel safe but not to keep us up all night. The bed was super comfortable. There were several other seating options to retire to at the end of a long, busy day of sightseeing. The place isn’t huge, but it’s certainly big enough! Highly recommend!!!

There are loads of restaurants, coffee shops and comedy clubs within walking distance. The street is picture perfect and we even spotted a few celebs !!!   Comments: Stayed at Marina's place for only 3 nights but LOVED IT from the first moment on. Marina greeted us upon check in, showed us everything inside the apartment and then gave us total privacy. The place is small but perfect for a couple, kitchen is stacked with nearly everything you could ask for including coffee, tea, water, as well as as the bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel etc. Bed very comfy, bedroom windows facing Mott St. are tight enough to shut out most of the street noises when closed. But best of all: LOCATION!!! Being in the middle of Nolita means you have plenty places to drink and eat just minutes (or even seconds, e.g. Gimme! Coffee right across the street) away!! Our recommendations: Prince Street Pizza on Prince, Tacombi on Elizabeth, Grey Dog on Mulberry, Rice to Riches on Spring. And not to forget the WholeFoods on Bowery and Houston. Subway as well is only some steps away so you can reach easily all of the city. Yes, you have to climb 1 flight of stairs, and yes, sometimes you can hear the music from 'Emporio' right under the apartment, but that is part of the New York experience, and I wouldn't miss it for a minute. Thanks marina for letting us stay at your place, and we'd love to return!!
