It is so central everything is in walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, bars, entertainment yet the apartment is nice an quite. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Nicole was only a phone call away and attend to all of our needs which were quite extensive. I will always come back to this apartment!

  Comments: Highly recommend this apartment! Fantastic location, with a 5 minute walk to Central station and also to Crown St cafes & shops, but feels like a leafy quiet residential neighbourhood. You couldn't get better! The apartment had everything we could possibly need on a trip and more - from umbrellas to hairdryers to bandaids! And a lolly bowl on arrival! The host has carfeully thought of everything. Huge tv, super comfy couch and very spacious balcony, comfy bed, lots of travel books, full kitchen. The apartment feels very spacious and luxuious for 2. Key pick up/drop off was easy and communication from Nicole was fantastic. She responded instantly to any queries we had and was very helfpul on our last day checking out. We loved our stay and won't hesitate to book again if back in Sydney. Thanks!

  Comments: Nicole has an amazing apartment. Well designed, cozy and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable that we almost didn't want to wake every morning! It's centrally located near the Central station so it's a plus if you are on public transport though the area could get pretty quiet at night. Sweet little touches like a lolly bowl and chocolates near your bedside table made us feel welcome. Nicole was also very prompt in replying our messages. Great host and place!

  Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Nicole and Simon's apartment in the fantastic Surry Hills. The apartment is refreshingly spacious, clean and very quiet. The secure parking was very helpful to. Nicole really went out of her way to help us out on numerous occasions whether it was finding places to eat or getting around. The location is practically perfect for food and coffee lovers with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minute walk. Central Station is just around the corner too. Highly recommended!

It was close to central station which was great, but if you will be traveling with large, heavy luggage from the train there were hills to keep in mind when pulling around your suitcase.

  Comments: We were welcomed accordingly from our friendly host, Nicole. She was very considerate, helpful and great at communication. As soon as we walked into the apartment, we felt like it was our new home for our short visit. It's a spacious and very tidy apartment filled with a great selection of furniture. We loved the little frenchie decor! The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet yet we still found ourselves surrounded by interesting shops and cafes close by when we walked out from the building. Reuben Hills was a great cafe which we highly recommend! One of our favourite features of this airbnb was the access to the beautiful rooftop garden/pool area. Great view of the cbd and generally an awesome spot to relax in.

They were on hand to help at all times and addressed our needs without any issues.The apartment was as described, nicely renovated and maintained in a nice, quiet, easy to access building. It had everything we needed and more. Surry Hills is a great area close to all attractions in the city but away from the noise and hustle, cafes and restaurants are a short walking distance making it an area ideal for all purposes.

  Comments: Simon and Nicole's spacious apartment is nestled amongst the leafy streets of Surry Hills, only a few minutes walk from funky Crown St and to Central Station. The space is warm and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and a feeling of being at home. We were able to arrive late on a Sunday night and Nicole made sure our arrival was problem free. This was a fantastic place to stay and I could not fault it!

  Comments: This was such a beautiful experience so clean and fresh the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! We are investing in a new bed and sheridan sheets doona etc now! I loved the balcony and would have my coffee there in the morning while reading my book. The location was perfect for us and Nicole went the extra mile to get us the milk froth machine to form part of our coffee experience. The hand and shampoo products were so lovely. THanks so much Nicole we will be back! The smarties at the bed side table were a nice touch and the umbrella which we needed so thank you!!

They had prepared a handy book for guests with lists of their favourite restaurants and the locations. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, tea flavours and an Nespresso machine. The bathroom had lovely toiletries and supplies. Overall I had a lovely stay. Simon and Nicole were very accommodating hosts. The area is in a great location with easy access to public transport.

  Comments: Nicole was able to meet us at the apartment to show us details about the use of keys and the security system and other provisions in the apartment. The location was ideal for what we intended to do in Sydney being a short walk to Crown Street and it was near our family who we were visiting. Transport to The Opera House and The Sydney Theatre Company was also an easy taxi ride. The living and kitchen area in the apartment was spacious and light and airy, while the bedroom was discretely placed behind a wall divide. Even though the bathroom was on the small side, it was well equipped with hair dryer, soap, shampoo and all you would need for a short or longer stay. (We often want to do washing when we are away, but not this time). The apartment was clean and tidy with a very comfortable lounge. There was a great deal of cupboard space in the bedroom as well.

  Comments: My cousin and I stayed here for a couple nights in August 2015. It's a crazy short walk from Central Station, which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in the city and really handy if you're getting the train from the airport because the airport link stops at Central. The place was exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious and filled with light. Nicole was lovely to deal with from start to finish and I said to my cousin that I'll definitely look this place up again next time I need a place in Sydney!

  Comments: My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights last week. Its bright, clean and has everything you need. We had beautiful sunny days so the sunlight poured onto the balcony where I spent an hour attending to some work on my laptop. Its a very convenient location so we easily walked to Crown St for a fabulous breakfast before walking over to UTS campus in Ultimo. Lovely bonuses with aromatic handwash and body lotion.

The pictures accurately represented the apartment, which was gorgeous, clean, and well appointed - but they didn't include the view, which was also spectacular.   Comments: Our stay at Nicole ' s cosy studio apartment was definitely a wonderful experience. Nicole was prompt in answering our queries before the stay, she's also flexible to let us have the keys earlier. There're some snacks in the apartment and we absolutely love the nespresso coffee machine. We also had a game at the rooftop tennis court on Sunday morning and that ended our stay in sydney perfectly. The apartment is within walking distance to shops and cafes.

  Comments: I stayed in Nicole's amazing Warehouse apartment for 8 days and had the pleasure of meeting Nicole on check in. Everything was very easy and Nicole did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible. On entering the apartment I had two thoughts. 1- this apartment looks better than the photos. 2- this place actually feels like home. Nicole has gone to great efforts to make this apartment really feel like it's home. Everything from the Nespresso coffee to the lollies and little extras in the fridge for arrival. I was so thankful for all of this. The amenities are great and a perfect, quiet location that is next to the city and so close to everything you need in Sydney. I would honestly say that this would be the most comfortable Air BnB that I have stayed in. The only real thing that I would say about this apartment would be that it is more like a studio apartment, as opposed to a 1 bedroom apartment. The bed is elevated in comparison to the rest of the living space and private thanks to half height walls, though all the actual walls are common in the apartment which I was surprised about when I arrived. I do believe that 1 bedroom would be classed as a bedroom being completely separated from the rest of the living space, also something that I look for when staying away from home. In saying that, it's still one of the best Air BnB's that I've stayed in. Definitely recommended! Thanks Nicole!

We were especially grateful for the toiletries, guidebooks, laundry powder, and coffee provided - the attention to detail was wonderful! The building requires the key to use the elevator, so we felt very secure. We would stay here again! Be aware that the 1BD is separated by a partial wall, so if you're looking for privacy from the living room, it is limited. We enjoyed staying in Surry Hills. It is convenient being so close to Central Station. It seems to be an up and coming neighborhood so I would advise others that you should assess your level of comfort with urban life. By day, I noticed all of the cute restaurants, yoga/barre spots, and shops. (Simon and Nicole provided excellent recommendations as well!) By night, I noticed more of the remaining graffiti, vacant storefronts, and quiet streets. If you do not feel comfortable in cities or would feel more assured with constant tourist traffic, you may want to spend more to be closer to CBD. For us, it was perfect. Thanks Simon and Nicole!

Really wonderful apartment in a cool part of Sydney, a few minutes walk from central station and also really close to the cafés and restaurants of Crown Street. The apartment has been maintained to a really high standard and has some nice touches from the hosts such as lovely bathroom products, tennis racquets for the rooftop court and a really useful house manual with recommendations for your stay. Really attentive hosts, really quick to respond to messages and helpful with queries. Would stay here again if I'm in Sydney.

We loved the location of the apartment and found it very convenient -only five min walk from central station and a very enjoyable half hour walk into the city.   Comments: From our initial communication to the day we checked out, we could not fault our stay here. Nicole was super-efficient with communication, the apartment was perfect for our two week stay and we can't recommend this place highly enough. The location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the "Central" rail station which is a twelve minute ride from the airport. Surry Hills is a vibrant neighborhood, with a range of restaurants from coffee and cake to fine dining and everything in between. Bondi beach is a fifteen minute drive and Circular Quay (for the Opera House and Bridge) just four stops on the train.

We LOVED having the Nespresso Maker as well!!! The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was like being under a waterfall!!!!!! The building itself was amazing and the rooftop views were beautiful, especially at sunset! Not to mention the awesome pool!!! Everything about the Surry Hills apartment was amazing, from brekkies on the balcony to evenings on the most comfortable couch in the world!   Comments: The place was amazing. Located on the top floor of an apartment complex in Surry Hills it was central yet quiet. Train station a five minute walk will get you anywhere and some nice local pubs and places to eat close by also. The space itself it awesome. Has everything you need and the cable TV caused us to stay inside a little more than we probably should have. Pool and gym located in the building as well as a roof top tennis court none of which seem to get overly busy which is good. Nicole and Simon were a pleasure to deal with and flexible with us as guests. Would recommend to anyone and would return when next in Sydney. Thanks again Nicole and Simon.

  Comments: We didn't meet Nicole and Simon when we arrived yet Nicole was very responsive with our inquiry and sent us the details of key pick up location. The check in process were seamless and we found the parking easily. The apartment has a great location, only minutes away from great restaurants and I found a great hairdresser just 5 minutes away who knows my hairdresser in Canberra. What a small world! I like the toiletries provided in the apartment. Normally I use Aesop products and the Brown Alchemist products were very similar to what I normally used. I also like the way they provided everything that we might need in a trip such as umbrella, hair dryer, even Opal cards (we have our own but it must be really handy for someone new to Sydney). We walked to central station and enjoying the gigs and shows at Sydney Festival. The Uber charge from the city was less than $10. Thanks Nicole and Simon for sharing your nice place with us. We'll stay again if we are going to Sydney next time :)

Nicole provided a very helpful booklet and the restaurant recommendations proved a big hit. We were able to check in early and the key pick up arrangements worked well. Although we didn't meet Simon and Nicole there was good communication throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Sydney, would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction work across the road, but as I was up for work during week, did not impact my stay.   Comments: Nicole met us at the loft and went over the TV, Wifi, etc., - we were totally impressed as this did not happen at the places we stayed in Cairns & the Brisbane area (those hosts were only available by email/phone/text which was welcomed). We loved this loft which was perfect for our 6 nights in Sydney. Nicole had thought of everything and supplied it which was wonderful, location is perfect for public transport, restaurants, sight-seeing, etc., The only negative was the work going on outside from around 7:30 - 4pm - demolishing of a building opposite the loft - it was pretty noisy at times. Nicole mentioned it was temporary and she apologized that it was happening (she shared that she had just found out about the demolition recently). We would defintely stay here again when in Sydney - it was the best place we have stayed in during our 3 week travel across Australia. We will definitely encourage friends to stay here too if they travel to Sydney.

  Comments: Simon and Nicole's apartment was an absolute delight! It is very conveniently located near the Central train station stop-which is the perfect place to be if you are going to the Blue Mountains, beaches, anywhere really- from Sydney. This stop is only minutes from Circle Quay which is the stop for the wharf and all ferry transfers, the Rocks, Sydney Opera House, etc. With the Central Station so near we felt truly like we were in the perfect location. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and has everything you need to feel right at home. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary items for light cooking, but there are also many cafés and coffee houses near by. Staying here made us feel like we had a home ( or at least an apartment) away from home right in Sydney. We would definitely stay there again on future visits to this beautiful city! It was an absolute perfect place for us to stay on our first visit to Sydney! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

  Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sydney staying at Simon & Nicole's apartment. It's very well situated - Surry Hills is a really great neighbourhood with loads of great cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. and is only a 10 minute walk from the central station. From there you can go practically anywhere in the city. The airport is only a 10-15 minute train ride away, as is the harbour. The apartment itself is beautiful and well appointed. Nicole very kindly travelled through the busy Sydney traffic to the apartment from a BBQ to meet us as we arrived. She made us feel very welcome and showed us around and explained how to use the TV, appliances, etc. She also explained how to use the roof terrace which is just amazing with fantastic views over the city. Perfect for a morning swim! I would also like to note that the little touches such as the provision of factor 50 sun cream, beach towels, and tennis racquets (for the rooftop court) were brilliant. Very well thought out. We very much enjoyed our stay at Simon and Nicole's and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The place is just as good as on the pictures, and especially the bathroom to be underlined with amenities even more than you could need! Location is great, close to central station, and Surry Hills is such a perfect place full of wonderful dinning spots. Make sure you follow Nicole's guide book, all her recommendations are golden words. We tried 4 restaurants from the book, fantastic! We had very good time here. Highly recommended :D

The apartment is in a prime location for walking to the City, Oxford street and Crown street. We didn't need the car at all! Great location, we really love being in Surry Hills, so many delicious food options within a short walking distance. Communication prior to and during stay was prompt. There was some construction near the apartment during our stay which was not ideal in the mornings but obviously nothing that Nicole and Simon could have prevented, just as an FYI to guests in the coming weeks.   Comments: Stayed at Simon & Nicole's place for 4 nights at the beginning of our holiday, really easy to get in touch with and met us at the apartment even though we got there fairly late in the day. The apartment is in a great location for everything whether you want to catch the train or walk everywhere! It is very tastefully decorated & really appreciated the little touches like the nespresso machine & travel guides. I wish our bed at home was as comfy! Only negative was that the pool was closed for refurbishment, which can't be helped & was just our bad luck! There was a bit of building work out the back which was pretty noisy from about 7.30am onwards but on the plus side it got us up & doing things in the short time we had in Sydney instead of lying in bed! Thanks for a great stay- have already recommended your place to friends!

The location was great - it's centrally located near a main train station (Central) and it's a few blocks away from a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. It's a quieter neighborhood, which was perfect for us. There was construction going on at the time, but Nicole let me know about that ahead of time. The amenities were great - everything you could need. The pool was being worked on, so that area was closed off. When that space is back up and running, it's a great rooftop spot. They even have a tennis court and Nicole and Simon provide you with rackets. The bed was really comfortable and the layout of the apartment was perfect for a couple. There was a day when it was raining, and we enjoyed snuggling up on the comfy couch, drinking tea, reading and watching movies. They have a selection of movies available. It seems they also had Netflix, but this was protected through parental controls, so we couldn't access it. It would be nice if there is an option for the renter to use their own account if they already have one, but that is really a minor thing in comparison with all the other great things this place offers. Highly recommend staying here.

Walking distance to everywhere - especially Crown Street where there are tons of cafes and coffee shops. Oh and the bed is heavenly. I'm disappointed that these guys are booked during my next trip to Sydney in November, otherwise I wouldn't have looked any further. It seems they are booked roughly 90% of the time, based on the calendar Nicole showed me...so book early! PS - their guide book is GOLD! We walked *everywhere* during our stay---to the harbor many times, and to many parks and neighborhoods. We enjoyed returning to this apartment and relaxing in the evenings. We loved the building's roof deck---seriously, it's a delight!---and fitness center. We cooked almost every night while we were there, and loved the easy walk to great markets. Nicole was out of town during our stay, but still she and Simon responded to us promptly. We're very glad we stayed here.

The only issues were with the internet not working one day (which should be fine now that NBN has been installed), loud music on the Friday and Saturday nights from neighbours and construction noise from the building works across the road from 7.30am 6 days a week. Overall a lovely apartment and I had a good stay but it may not work for you if you are a light sleeper wanting to sleep in on a holiday!

We adventured through Sydney for a couple days while working remotely from our laptops, and couldn't have been happier with our choice of housing. The condo is very clean, well appointed and a large generous space. I slept so wonderfully in the bed, it didn't even feel like jet lag! We loved the walkability and hip nature of the neighborhood, while still feeling inviting and authentic. We immediately felt like this is the area we would choose to live in Sydney. We ubered to/from the airport but walked everywhere else. From the unit there are lost of coffee shops/cafes/restaurants within a few blocks. We walked through downtown to the Opera House and even walked home from Bondi Beach. Everything feels safe and there are always people out and about. Definitely would stay here the next time I'm lucky enough to get out to Sydney!

El apartamento está en una ubicación idónea, he estado 4 semanas y no he echado en falta nada, tiene una cama comodísima, un salón muy amplio y es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Además de esto la casa tiene todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, el baño es amplio y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Una cosa que me llamó la atención muy en positivo es que en el apartamento había cápsulas de café para todo un mes. Recomiendo 100% a Nicole como anfitriona y el apartamento para una estancia en Sydney.

  Comments: Great location, right in the middle of Surry Hills with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Parking spot in the garage was great and seems to be a rarity in this location.

  Comments: Fantastic location, within a few minutes walk to Central station and a few minutes walk up Cooper Street to Crown Street and all the shops and cafes there. I also walked into the Circular Quay via the Opera House and Woolloomoollo one day which took an hour. The apartment was sparkling clean, stylish and spacious. There were lots of extra touches, such as beach towels, tennis rackets and lots of extra bathroom products. I couldn't fault it and I would love to stay here again.

  Comments: A very central place to stay in Sydney. Being so close to Central Station allowed us to get everywhere easily. We used all types of public transport, light rail to the Maritime Museum, buses to Coogee Beach, Bondi & Watson’s Bay, and of course the trains & ferry's. We also walked from the apartment to Chinatown, Hyde Park & the Botanical Gardens and Kings Cross. Being there over Xmas & New Year we expected it to be noisy but although a little noise from the neighbours we were pleased with how quiet it was. Great place to stay.

  Comments: What a fantastic apartment - spacious and well laid out. One of the really great things was the fresh linen along with a very comfy bed and towels. There was really great facilities including a gym which was empty every time we went! The location was perfect for our stay close to some awesome cafes, bars and shops and public transport, with central station only a short stroll away. We needed a slightly later checkout and Nicole was very accommodating of this.
