  Comments: As it rained a lot before we arrived, Can told us the rooftop room wasn't able to stay. We were changed to a smaller room. The room was okay. But I think if there should be a little refund as the room we stayed was cheaper than the one we booked.

  Comments: We had an amazing long weekend in istanbul! We really enjoyed staying at cans place. He was a very friendly and welcoming host. The location was perfect - you can do almost anything by foot and are right in the centre of the great district of beyoglu. The apartment was not luxurious, but very nice and cozy and just what we expected. The terrace was perfect - whenever everything gets too noisy and busy in the city, it's a good place to calm down for a bit and enjoy the city from another perspective. The only drawback was that the rooms aren't soundproofed at all. Whenever new guests arrived late at night, we could be sure to be up for another 30min until they had found their rooms. But I would absolutely recommend this place and I will come back whenever I'm in Istanbul again.

  Comments: Emplacement idéal proche de la tour de Galata et du tramway . Quartier agréable et vivant. Appartement propre et décoration moderne , équipement rudimentaire suffisant pour quelques jours. Immeuble malheureusement très sonore. Can nous a accueilli très gentiment. Bon rapport qualité prix.

  Comments: Das schön ausgestattete Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Apartmenthaus in der nähe des Galata-Turms und unzähliger Bars und Restaurants. Es ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, die nächste Metro Station ist 10min entfernt, die nächste Tram-Station 5min. Zum nächsten Fährhafen gelangt man per Tram in 10-15min. Can hat uns sehr gut aufgenommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment enthält alles was als Selbstversorger benötigt.

  Comments: Can è un ragazzo totalmente disponibile a qualsiasi ora per qualsiasi dubbio, domanda o indicazione sulla città, è molto solare e dolce. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La camera è in linea con l'annuncio pubblicato: nessun tipo di strane sorprese: pulita (ogni giorno), letto comodo. Inoltre la posizione è assolutamente strategica, super centrale, tutti gli spostamenti si possono effettuare tranquillamente a piedi o con mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili. Consigliato!

  Comments: The location of Can's place is very ideal. It is a very short walk from Tophane Metro Station which makes it easy to go to Sultanahmet and the Ataturk airport. The little balcony that comes with this place is awesome. It has the view of the harbor and if you look behind you, you can even spot Galata Tower. The place itself is kept clean by the wonderful cleaning lady. The only drawback I can think of for this place is that (Hidden by Airbnb) map seems to give out the wrong location when typed in the address provided. (Hidden by Airbnb) map brings you to a place called "Galata Melling" instead of Can's place. But if you text Can, he will come out and greet you. And did I mention the awesome mini mart across from Can's place. This is where I get my yummy daily freshly squeezed orange juice. =]

  Comments: Sehr gute Location, nah an der nächsten Tramstation und etwa genauso nah zu unzähligen Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit in Istanbul. Das Apartement ist völlig in Ordnung. Can war immer da und wusste uns zu helfen. Gerne wieder!

  Comments: the apartment is well located ,its look like a small hotel with 4 floors and two rooms each floor with a lift . all is clean , towels everyday .WiFi is OK. AC too . a grocery shop in front the house . and restaurants for breakfast down in street if u don't want to cook near tophane tram station .. 10 mn walk to istiklal street and karakoy the only negative point ..the walls are not much noise insulated .if u have normal and educated people as neighbour its OK but not fucker from Qatar ..fortunately we were enough tired for sleeping well...efis help well I think the next time ill book here

  Comments: Suleiman Can is the best host I ever saw ! Warmhearted ! You can be sure he will do his best to help on any request cheerfully. The location is really good. It has the advantage of beeing close to almost all places like istiklal street, kabatas, eminonu, sultanahmet (by tram from tophane station 2min by foot from the location), and galata tower , istiklal street by foot. It's also a quite and safe place. You have several places arround from where you can get your turkish breakfast, we recomend "Falls in Galata" ! You have a small grocery just in front of the location it seems to be always open. There is a bakery for bred, pide an lahmacun near and a Borek shop near also ... You should try there the cheese borek. I really recommend this place.

  Comments: Can was very helpful and laid back. Our cab driver had problems locating the venue, Can helped to direct him and waited out (in the rain) for our cab. My friend and I "check-out" at different times. My friend was scheduled to leave in an airport shuttle that Can helped to book with a local tour company. As my flight was much later in the day, I scooted off to the Istanbul Modern (which is a really short 10/15 mins leisurely walk away) while she waited for the shuttle. But HORRORS! My friend left all her money with me and when her shuttle arrived, she had no money to pay for the service. Can graciously let her get onto the shuttle anyway with just a verbal promise that on my return to the apartment, I would be paying for my friend. He did not make any fuss about it at all nor was he anxiously reminding me to make the payment, so that's pretty cool. The apartment was clean and spacious, pretty much exactly what you see in the photos. Noticed the aircon was dripping a little but that didn't affect our stay in any way. There were some stubborn stains on the white armchair but hey.. it is white, which is hard to maintain... so we weren't too fussy about that, we used it anyway, it wasn't disgusting. The location is superb if you are visiting the Galata Tower and Istanbul Modern (which is awesome btw). It is also an easy walk to the Tophane Tram stop (max 5 mins) and the Galata Bridge (20 mins). There are many interesting eateries around and we had a nice breakfast at the eatery next door - the pancakes are freshly made and really awesome. I also had superb spinach + cheese pide at this no-nonsense place diagonally across the street. The pide are cooked in a traditional stove. When I visited, there were many locals enjoying their pide there. Yummy. I love to eat food prepared by people who take pride in making them. :)
