  Comments: Apartamento muito bonito, acomoda facilmente o número de pessoas a que se propõe e, no meu caso que fui somente com minha esposa, tinha espaço de sobra. É importante lembrar que fica em Matosinhos (uma cidade muito bonita) e tem fácil acesso a Porto pela proximidade ao Metro. A cozinha é completa e bem equipada e o anfitrião é muitíssimo gentil e prestativo, fez questão de nos buscar na estação de trem quando chegamos e nos levar ao aeroporto no dia em que saímos. Recomendo!

  Comments: Joäo est un super hôte, très accueillant. L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé(draps, serviettes de bain, savon, essuies de cuisine) et chauffé, la literie des 3 chambres parfaite. Il est situé à 10' d'une plage et 30' du centre de Porto en métro. Nous vous conseillons le restaurant espagnol tout près de la tour (à côté): les grillades de poissons sont délicieuses....Excellent séjour, dommage que la météo ne fût pas au beau fixe!

  Comments: Appart de qualité supérieur à tout point de vue. Tellement grand qu'on s'y perd un peu au début ! Décor personnalisé avec des meubles antiques, des souvenirs de voyage, des oeuvres d'art... Deux balcons mais il faut aller à la mer pour le coucher du soleil, ça en vaut la peine. Merci Joao

  Comments: Mr. João apartments are absolutely special, elegant place equipped with delicate taste. There is antique furniture as well as a lot of charming little things, original pictures within your possession. You will feel yourself better than in the best hotels and like at home at the same time. The apartments locate not far from the ocean coast. It takes just 5 minutes by slow walk to come to the ocean to enjoy its breeze, to run or make your morning exercises or to have a breakfast in one among many restaurants and cafes, situated over there. The place is also situated not far from the nearest metro station – you just have to cross the bridge (10 min by walk). But it is rather a pleaser than the obligation because the view from the bridge is really nice. It takes nearly 35 minutes to come to the center of Porto by metro. You also find bus stations and can take a bus to the center of Porto or any other place that you need. Taking into consideration than there are night buses in Porto, it is not a problem to spend a night in the city and come back by bus when ever you want without taxi. In the case if you don’t  want to go to Porto but have a fun at a place, you will also find a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and pubs close to your apartment. We enjoyed our holidays at Mr. João place! It was perfect! We are very grateful to his and his house for a kindness and hospitality!

  Comments: My sister and I stayed at Joao's apartment May 15 - 18. The home was lovely and exactly as represented on the website. It is very well laid out - things like the laundry area were very functional since a drying rack is provided and you can leave the clothers open to sun and air without worrying they will blow away. We appreciated the heaters as well as it was unseasonably cold in Porto. Joao's furnishings and decor are lovely and the two coffe pots were a bonus since I drink tea and my sister drinks coffee. We enjoyed the fruit provided and since we are Americans we loved having the DVDs in English to watch in the evening. It is very convienient to the subway so we did not have to drive in Porto which was helpful and did not have to worry about the car as an underground parking space was provided. Joao even took the extra step of providing a subway card for the first ride into Porto which makes the opening trip on a strange subway quite a bit easier. Joao also went out of his way to find a cheese tour for us but we ran out of time to take it. We highly recommend a stay.

  Comments: Joao was a great host! My family and I stayed at his apartment for a few days in May and it was a wonderful time. Although we arrived at about 1am at night Joao wanted to pick us up at the airport, but since we rented a car there he waited for us at the apartment. It was really late but he had the time to explain everything to us and even came back to give us more sheets and covers. The whole apartment is really big and nicely decorated, the kitchen fully equiped and the view from the balcony is wonderful. We felt at home the very first second we came in. (I just loved the bed, it was so comfy i didn´t want to stand up every morning) In the fridge we found milk and juice and a big bowl of various friuts, that was such a nice gesture! Joao insisted that we could always call him if we have any questions, but there were so many leaflets and maps that it was hard to decide what to do first. Within a 3-5 minute walk you are at a beautyful beach and if you want to walk a bit more there is a very nice promenade with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes. Also the next metro station is in walking- distance and the city centre is worth a visit (you have to do a wine tasting ;) ) If I ever come back to Porto, i would always come back to Joaos Apartment and I would recommend it to everyone who wants a great relaxing holiday :)

  Comments: What a great time our family had in Oporto - a lot of which goes down to Joao's sublime and stylish Palm Tree Beach Apartment. From the moment we first communicated on airbnb to the afternoon we left the apartment, Joao was kind, attentive and efficient. He greeted us on our arrival, with supplies for the fridge and a gift for the baby. He discreetly checked in via email after a week to see how we were doing and then bade us farewell on our last morning. Joao's apartment is luxurious and spacious, providing a restful base from which to explore the wonderful city and beachside of Oporto. It comes with all mod-cons, including a washing machine, handy for babies and washing out the beach towels used on the vast and safe strip of seaside just down the road. The apartment is located in a cosy and friendly neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. What we loved about the place was the sense that it wasn't primarily a tourist designation, offering instead a view of Portuguese at rest and play. Joao's apartment provides a very comfortable home away from home and comes highly recommended - we hope to come back soon. July 2013

  Comments: João has a beautifully decorated and homely apartment, right in the heart of Leça, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 1 minute to shops, bars and restaurants. Perfectly placed for exploring this area and easy access into the heart of Porto by bus or train. We had a great stay, lacked for nothing and João was there to meet us and show us the apartment.   Comments: As fotos do apartamento correspondem à realidade, a habitação estava limpa e bem equipada, sendo que acolhe perfeitamente o número de pessoas a que se propõe. Gostei muito da casa, espaçosa , com muita luz natural, com duas varandas onde se podem fazer refeições . Está muito bem localizada, tem minimercado/mercearia , talho, padaria nas proximidades e hipermercados não muito longe(15min a pé) , fica próximo da praia(5 a 8min a pé), do metro (5 a 8min a pé), e tem diversas paragens de autocarro nas proximidades, desta forma tem fácil acesso às cidades de Matosinhos e Porto. O Sr. João teve o cuidado de deixar mapas de várias cidades do grande Porto e do norte de Portugal, bem como informação sobre restaurantes. A própria cidade de LEÇA oferece um bom leque de cafés e bares próximos da praia que são úteis e agradáveis para descontrair ao final da tarde ou depois de jantar. O proprietário da casa foi sempre simpático e prestável, tendo sido atencioso ao deixar um cesto de fruta, sumo, leite, chá e outros. A casa é Ideal para umas férias de praia ou até mesmo para conhecer o Porto e as cidades envolventes. Obrigado por tudo Sr. João, recomendo e voltarei um dia, até à próxima.

  Comments: Joao is a very good host and his flat is perfect with everything you need and near the beach. Porto city centre is 35min away using the subway otherwise taxis are not too expensive. Joao est in très bon hôte et son appartement est parfait avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et proche de la place. Le centre ville de Porto est à 35min par le météo et sinon les taxis ne sont pas très chers.

Finalement l'appartement de Jao est une solution à retenir si l'on désire se partager entre Porto et la mer.

  Comments: Nous avons passés vraiment un très bon séjour à Porto. Joao et son épouse nous ont accueillis comme si nous nous connaissions depuis longtemps. leur appartement est très agréable il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même les tasses du petit déjeuner sont prête. Des documentations complètes pour pouvoir circuler sans se perdre.Mais étant venu pour les fètes de fin d'année, nous avons eu de la pluie et Joao s'est excusé pour le mauvais temps..... Nous reviendrons car ce pays et ses habitants si accueillant si calme au volant, et sur les routes, cela change de notre pays. A bientôt Joao Michèle et Jean claude

  Comments: Lovely time in Leca da Palmeira in Joao's apartment. It has all the comforts of home and is well located, 5 minutes from the metro and from dozens of restaurants and the beach.   Comments: We loved the apartment João! The apartment has fabulous interior, very beautiful and comfortable furniture. The apartment has everything necessary for even more comfort, warmth and easy life. The house is located in a beautiful picturesque area, near the ocean, near the house of a beautiful lawn. In the center of Porto recommend traveling by bus number 500 , its route runs along the coast, it is very beautiful. João great host, he showed incredible care of us met at the airport and left for us in the apartment fruit, tea, coffee, milk, juice. We recommend you to visit this apartment. P.S. In addition, the apartment João became for us a place where dreams come true, that's where we learned that we have a baby :))

  Comments: João's apartment is spacious and beautiful. It felt like we were staying in an upscale hotel. It's very easy to get between the apartment and downtown Porto either by driving or taking the nearby blue Metro line. There is also a little market underneath the apartment for necessities and a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. Plus João left out waffles and jam for our first breakfast! What more could you ask for :-)

  Comments: Joao was a very good host, his very friendly son met us at the apartment and gave us all the details we required. The apartment is spacious, clean and had more than we expected for our 10 day holiday. It is in a good area, many good restaurants, shops just underneath, beach at the end of the street and a short walk over the bridge to the station to catch the train into Porto (only 3.50 return). On our second trip to Porto we caught the yellow tourist bus for a tour and were able to get off the bus at stop 17 (at the end of the bridge to walk home). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this apartment and our contact with Joao and his family. Thank you

  Comments: Joao’s garden apartment was delightfully decorated, and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen was well equipped, the views were wonderful and we could sit on either of two decks facing different directions. Joao met us at the apartment to show us around and even left us a gift of fruit and toasts. There are many food stores close by, the beach is just a couple of blocks away and you can see the ocean from the apartment. We walked five minutes to the metro and bus stop across the river. The trip into Porto varied depending on traffic, but you could also easily spend time in Matosinhos, with the choice of restaurants and beaches. Thank you, Joao for a lovely place to stay near Porto.

  Comments: It's hard to say enough positive things about João's apartment. It's a beautiful, spacious apartment - it looks exactly as it does in the photos - which was totally clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you could need. There's a nice spacious balcony attached to the living room, and all the bedrooms have plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. Having two bathrooms is a bonus too. We found some fantastic restaurants nearby (try Castelinho on Rua Castelo, and the place next door with the terrace) and there are lots of nice bakeries and groceries in the area. The beach is five minutes' walk away. It's a great apartment and fantastic value for money - would book again.

  Comments: The apartment was great, just as it appeared in the photos. Clean as a whistle. Leça is great and i had one of the best lunches of my life around the corner from the apartment, in the tasquinha cantinha espanhola...mixed fish barbecue with salad...lovely friendly people too. There was loads of info and reading material in the flat and very easy to get into porto itself by just crossing the bridge and getting the tram. Unfortunately i managed to bust my ankle a couple of days before leavinh and was rather immobilized. Still, the neighbourhood is so quiet i had a nice restful time. If i didn't leave the apartment in the same pristine state i found it, i can nly apologize and say it was because i was moving around with great difficulty. Once again, many thanks...i had a great time and this apartment was definitely worth the money and perfectñy placed for a relaxing week by the beach

  Comments: Très bonne expérience. Notre hôte s'est montré très accueillant et d'une grande disponibilité. Il nous a prodigué de bons conseils concernant les plages, restaurants, etc... L'appartement correspondait totalement à nos attentes et au descriptif. Nous faisions le voyage en famille et petits et grands ont été comblés (chambres joliment décorés, appartement spacieux et convivial). Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L'appartement est bien situé (commerces, plage, restaurants, transports à proximité) et le garage est très pratique. A recommander sans hésiter.

  Comments: Gemütliches Haus und netter Gastgeber. Lage perfekt für einen Strandurlaub, nach Porto allerdings schon ein kleines Stück zu fahren. Man kann aber relativ günstig mit dem Taxi nach Hause fahren wenn keine ubahn mehr geht. Ansonsten alles gut, sauber und wie auf den Bildern.

  Comments: Tout simplement formidable. Mes parents y ont passes un séjour très agréable. Joao les attendait en bas de l'immeuble pour leur arrivée. L'appart était super, très bien fourni, propre et bien situé! A 300 mètres de la plage! Une petite superette juste aux pieds de l'immeuble, idéale pr ses courses du matin!   Comments: João a été un hôte remarquable ! L'appartement était parfait ! Très bien situé; à proximité du métro (à peine 10 min à pied) et de la promenade en bord de mer avec plusieurs plages accessibles. Aussi épiceries et autres commerces à proximité. Au point de vue des accès routiers c'était très facile pour explorer les alentours. Wifi disponible et TV avec plusieurs canaux en prime !

  Comments: The weather in Portugal unfortunately at the time of our stay was bucketing rain so it made our drive a little slower with road conditions and traffic. We were able to find the location easily enough, and Joao had ever so patiently waited for us despite being delayed. He was so gracious and his apartment was impressive as well as large. Immaculately clean as well. We had all we needed at our disposal. The rain deterred us from being able to venture too far, however the location was perfect. Supermarket, fruit shop just down stairs and a short walk to the train station to Oporto. We enjoyed our time - just relaxed and appreciated his lovely accommodation. No fault of the host if the weather is poor!!!

  Comments: Joao's place was just as advertised. A bit of a walk from public transportation, but that comes with the advantages of being off the beaten path. Leca de Palmiera has access to one of the best swimming beaches I have visited, ever. There is a boardwalk and access to beautiful restaurants. Back to the apartment, as previous users have mentioned, Joao meets you at a convenient place, walks you in, leaves some biscuits and instant coffee, and is happy to talk recommendations. It was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Appliances worked. Watched some movies the last night after a long day out, another nice touch. Highly recommended.

  Comments: Our stay at João's was brief - only 1 night, but we wished we had had more time to stay there. The apartment is large and elegant, and very comfortable. It was easy to access from the metro and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Other conveniences all nearby, but is away from the hustle and bustle of Porto. Joao met us at the apartment, and showed us everything and then later checked in by email to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend staying here - and also had wonderful dinner at Arquinho do Castelo, which was in the area by the fort.

  Comments: 広くてｸﾗｼｶﾙなｲﾝﾃﾘｱが高級ﾎﾃﾙのようで､とても素敵なお部屋です｡ｷｯﾁﾝも広くて､東京の狭い部屋に慣れている私たち夫婦にとっては広すぎるくらい笑 ﾎｽﾄのJoãoは､何でも質問に答えてくれるので､とてもたすかりました｡教えてもらったｴﾘｱのﾚｽﾄﾗﾝは本当に美味しくて､こういう情報を得られるのもAirbnbならではの良さだなと思います｡ お部屋は私たちだけで貸切だったので､気兼ねなく､朝ごはんを作ったり､お茶をいれたり､くつろぐことができました｡ このお部屋はﾎﾟﾙﾄの中心部から少し離れた郊外ですが､ﾊﾞｽや地下鉄で中心部に出られます｡40分位かかりましたが､車窓からﾎﾟﾙﾄの人たちの暮らしを垣間見ることができて､とてもｴｷｻｲﾃｨﾝｸﾞでした｡ また､郊外だからこその良さなのか､突然現れたｱｼﾞｱ人のﾊﾞｯｸﾞﾊﾟｯｶｰに近所のｶﾌｪのおじさまや､お兄さんがとても優しく､親切にいろいろと助けてくれました｡ そして､このｶﾌｪも海沿いのﾚｽﾄﾗﾝもごはんがとても美味しくて感動的でした! このお部屋のお陰でﾎﾟﾙﾄの街が大好きになったので､ぜひまた訪れてみたいと思います｡

  Comments: 日本人です｡1月に家族で1泊しました｡大人3人､子供1､乳幼児1です｡ ﾎﾟﾙﾄ郊外の分譲ﾏﾝｼｮﾝ･大型2LDK分をまるまる貸切できます｡Airbnbの良さが体験できる､とてもお薦めできるﾘｽﾃｨﾝｸﾞです｡ 寝室は2部屋で､ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙとﾂｲﾝﾍﾞｯﾄﾞです｡ 日本でいう二階にあり､ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰもあります｡ 鍵の受け渡しも問題ありません｡ 一点､注意があり､住居のﾄﾞｱはｵｰﾄﾛｯｸなので､外出の際には必ず鍵を持って外にでます｡ またﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの際は､鍵を玄関に置いて､そのまま閉めることになります｡忘れ物しないように注意してください｡ まずは､130m² はありそうな高級ﾏﾝｼｮﾝでとてもゆったりとしていて､家具や調度品は全てｱﾝﾃｨｰｸ調で見事です｡ ｷｯﾁﾝやﾊﾞｽは新しく､広々していて､私たちは材料を調達して自炊をしました｡ ｸﾗｯｶｰ､ｼﾞｬﾑ､牛乳､ｲﾝｽﾀﾝﾄｺｰﾋｰ等を提供してくれました｡ ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝは､ﾎﾟﾙﾄの町からは地下鉄を使って40分ほどかかったと思います｡最寄りの駅はﾌﾞﾙ―ﾗｲﾝの終点から2つ目のMercado駅です｡また駅からは､目の前の運河を橋で渡ります｡15分くらいは歩きます｡ とは言え､家族連れで滞在型の宿を探すなら､最高の物件です｡ 海までも近く､素敵なｶﾌｪも多くあります｡ ﾎｽﾄのｼﾞｮｱﾝさん家族はとても親切でした｡お薦めです｡ 以上

  Comments: The apartment is very well equipped to enjoy a very comfortable holiday. We were with our little girl and it was great we didn't have to bring a bed and chair for her! We were very lucky with the weather and we took some nice strolls to the beach (at the end of the street) and had some coffee and pasteis de nata at the beach café on Leca beach. It is very easy to reach Porto city center. João is very nice and responds straight away on any questions! Thank you!

  Comments: We knew from previous reviews that Joao's place was lovely, but still, it was a pleasant surprise to enter and see such a lovely apartment, just as pictured. Joao had corresponded with us so frequently that we felt like friends when we arrived. We felt like we were guests at our well-to-do Portuguese auntie's home. It was fun cooking in the bright kitchen & sitting in the laundry room sipping coffee early morning when it was too cool to go out on the balcony. The 2 bathrooms, dishwasher & washing machine made us feel right at home. About the neighbourhood: It is a real Portuguese neighbourhood & no one speaks English. Downstairs in our building are many little businesses & cafés, very convenient. There is even a dog grooming salon as well as a green space behind the building & a park across the street if you bring your dog like we did. There are many buses running through the neighbourhood. Just across the bridge, a short walk, is the Metro which will take you to the old city, the fabulous Bilbao shopping, Casa de Musica, or you can transfer at Trindade to cross the river to Gaia for port tasting or just walking along the river, very pleasant. Going in the other direction from the apartment is the fabulous MAR shopping mall which is anchored by IKEA and the Jumbo. The food in the food court is fairly good, abundant & reasonably priced. If you're staying for awhile you might want to grocery shop at the Jumbo, a well-priced mega market. If you have kids, that mall is for you! It is kid friendly and had the most adorable clothes & toys.

  Comments: Joao Is een heel aardige man, die ons zelfs van het vliegveld kwam halen. Zijn appartement was natuurlijk veel te groot voor ons tweeën en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keurig verzorgd. Het ligt bij het havengebied, maar daar merk je eigenlijk niets van. Het strand is 5 minuten lopen en we hebben heerlijk gegeten in een heel klein restaurantje om de hoek.

  Comments: Mr. João is a great host, making sure we were having a pleasant stay, he was flexible about check-in/out time. The pictures doesn't do it justice to the apartment. It's a lovely, cosy and spacious apartment, everything was working fine, the location is also good, you have small grocery shop just downstairs and it's not far from the great restaurants near the port, 10 min. driving.

  Comments: We loved our stay here even if it was just for one night. We wished we stayed longer in Porto. The apartment is near the Port and 15 min to the airport which suited us very well as we had an early flight the following morning. The house is lovely and you can feel right at home! Joao was very welcoming and helpful especially when my uncle got locked in one of the rooms. He immediately came back to help us get him out. We would highly recommend his place especially for larger groups as there are 3 suitable bedrooms and 2 toilets. We hope to go back next time :)

  Comments: Joao was tremendously helpful and we could not have had a nicer host. We stayed for nearly 2 weeks and I deliberately chose accommodation which offered easy access to the beach and good transport links with both the city centre and the airport. The apartment met these requirements perfectly. The apartment was very spacious, cool (ie didn't need aircon even on hot days) and beautifully furnished. In terms of size, it can easily accommodate a group of 6. Excuse my list about a listing but these are the things I most liked: Being on the edge of a city which had amazing range of cultural attractions, sufficient for us to visit something different every day; Being in a city where eating out, taxis and public transport are unbelievably cheap. Being less that 10 minutes walk from a vast, sandy surfing beach (Leca da Palmira); Having a friendly small supermarket 20 metres from the front door; Being in a non-touristy, genuinely Portuguese residential neighbourhood; Being 15 minutes walk from countless seafood restaurants near Matsohinos beach;

  Comments: This is my 3rd rent from Airbnb & I started to feel very guilty for arriving very late, after midnight, at all the 3 rents in a row!! Anyway, our GPS brought us here without any mistake. I need to call João then. And he drove out to welcome us in the middle of the night. Not only explain us to all the things in his super well furnished house, but about the legendary Porto also. We stayed in the nicest decorated apartment of this trip. A grocery on the ground floor of the building made our living even more pleasant. All appliances in the fully equipped kitchen worked 100% perfect. All the beds in the 3 bedrooms including the sofa bed in the living were so nice for us to tug in.

Les lits des chambres étaient faits à notre arrivée et nous avions des serviettes de toilette à notre disposition. En raison du mauvais temps, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des terrasses . Nous avons aussi apprécié le garage pour mettre notre voiture de location à l'abri. De petits commerces et restaurants sont proches, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de sortir tous les jours pour les courses. Le lave linge et le lave vaisselle étaient bienvenus. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Тихий район в пригороде, несколько минут пешком до океанского пляжа. В центр Порто и в Ви́ла-Но́ва-ди-Га́я ездили попеременно на метро и автомобиле. На метро занимало чуть менее часа с учетом пешего перехода через разводной мост до станции метро. Жао был гостеприимен, подробно рассказал обо всем, что могло нам понадобится и заинтересовать. Рекомендуем.

  Comments: The apartment was clean and well equipped, and communication with Joao was good. Also good secure off road parking in the basement of the building. We only spent a short time here and did not go into central Porto, but saw that this is very convenient for the Metro. Also very convenient for the airport. This area itself is also interesting, with many nice looking restaurants, with lots of fresh grilled seafood. We found an excellent Japanese restaurant over the bridge called Domino as well, which is worth a visit for their fusion Japanese-Portuguese fusion. Thanks to Joao for the hospitality.

I felt very at ease staying at the apartment. We did a quick walkthrough and then he left me in peace. A very trusting gentleman. With the relaxed and quiet beach just at the end of the road. A great sushi restaurant round the corner and host of there places to eat and drink in the vicinity.   Comments: Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Joaos Wohnung verbracht. Alles entsprach den Angaben und Joao ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat nach zwei Seiten Balkone. Die Tiefgarage mit Lift ist sehr praktisch, da das Parken in der Gegend schwierig sein kann. In unmittelbarar Umgebung befinden sich Lokale und Bäckereien, im Gebäudekomplex selber sogar ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt. Porto allein ist natürlich eine Reise wert und von Joaos Wohnung aus gibt es gute Verbindungen dahin. Doch wer Joaos Wohnung bucht, sollte unbedingt in Leca da Palmeira einen Spaziergang in Richtung Leuchtturm einplanen. Noch ein Stück weiter liegen schicke Lokale mit unglaublichem Meerblick. Auf der anderen Hafenseite liegt Matosinhos mit einer Vielzahl von herrlichen Restaurants mit frisch gegrilltem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Joao

  Comments: This is such a warm and welcoming apartment. Joao and his family will make sure that you have a pleasant stay. They take much pride and care in their apartment. My mom and I loved going down to the cafe practically downstairs for an omelet and cappuccino every morning. You don't be disappointed!!

  Comments: El piso es como se muestra en las imagenes, tiene una decoración antigua. La casa esta cuidada con mimo, las camadas son comodas, los baños amplios, la cocina tiene todos los articulos que puedes necesitar (incluso nos habia dejado previsto un desayuno), es un piso silencioso. Fuimos a trabajar a feria y Joao, se adapto a nuestros horarios de entrada. Nos contesto muy amablemente en todo momento y nos resolvio las dudas. El piso cuenta con garaje, esta cercano a restaurantes y tienda. Todo un lujo! Repetiríamos!

  Comments: I've stayed at João's place for a short stay work travel and it was great! The location is very central to all the industries located in Porto de Leixões and also very close of amenities such as supermarket and restaurants! The host João was really welcoming and available and the house was really clean and with all the necesssary for a short/medium and long stay! I thank João for the hospitality and I'll definitively return there if the need rises!

O apartamento é excelente, muito limpo e confortável, com estacionamento na garagem. A região onde o apartamento se encontra possui boas confeitarias e restaurantes próximos que podem ser alcançados tanto a pé, inclusive à noite, quanto após alguns minutos de carro. O Sr João foi muito atencioso e, portanto, recomendo a estadia nesse local.

  Comments: Апартаменты очень понравились, очень красивая мебель и интерьер. Правда нашли их с трудом, так как в адресе 496 - это не номер дома, а подъезд в доме. Но мы нашли.... С удовольствием на балконе по утрам завтракали, а вечерами пили вино и ели фрукты. Очень здорово, что есть подземный гараж под домом и можно в него спуститься на лифте.

  Comments: Joao's flat is a very nice place to stay in Porto. It is in a real Portugese neighbourhood close to the Porto harbour. It is easy to take the bus to the old town of Porto and close to the clean beaches. The house is clean and has real Portugese furniture, a lovely bath and sunny balcony. Joao is a gentlemen who met us in front of the flat and helped us. We had a good time in his home! Adriana.

(Like bus station, shopping, etc) The beach was only about 5-10 min away. The bus station to Porto Center was about 15 min away. But you were in Porto after 30 min. We were very content with our stay in Mathosinhos, at João apartment
