  Comments: Thank you Rosanne for being such a lovely host for my two weeks in copacabana! The apartment is in a fantastic location in copa, close to the Santa Clara area which has great shops and restaurants - as well as being just a block or two from the beach. I was very comfortable in my room and from the moment when I arrived in the middle of the night because of a delayed flight, Rosanne and her family made me feel very welcome. On a practical note, the apartment is great because as well as the excellent location, it has good wifi, a good shower with plenty of hot water and its up on the 9th floor so away from the busy road below. It's easy to get around by foot and is also close to the metro and plenty of buses. There is breakfast in the morning you even have your own little fridge in the room. Do not expect 5 star luxury - this is someone's home, not a hotel, but is all the better for it! There is no air con but the two fans worked perfectly well and overall Rosanne is very considerate and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. The other reason this is a great place to stay is that everyone in the building was so helpful and friendly - the doormen will always stop for a chat! Rosanne has two delightful children who are incredibly polite and thoughtful towards her guests, as well as being very sweet and fun to chat to. Altogether a very relaxed and fun family to stay with and a great way to experience staying in this wonderful city. Highly recommended!

  Comments: rosanna and her family were lovely hosts. she answered all our question about rio de janeiro. the room and the whole apartment was nice and clean. the location is perfect to walk around the area copacabana and ipanema. really just one block from the amazing copacabana beach with a lot of fresh coconuts and tasty caipirinhas... i would definitly stay at rosannas place again. thank you very much for the great time in rio! buena suerte! anja & thish

  Comments: A experiência no Rio de Janeiro com a Rosanne foi maravilhosa, melhor impossível. Ela é muito amigável, simpática, acolhedora, gente boa e faz você se sentir em casa. Seu apartamento possui uma ótima localização, perto do comércio, praia e pontos turísticos; com uma estrutura confortável. Ela ainda tem ótimas dicas para conhecer os pontos turísticos do Rio, que amei muito conhecer! Com certeza uma ótima opção de estada é na casa da Rô!!!!!

  Comments: Rosanne e sua família são súper recomendáveis, o quarto é verdadeiramente espaçoso e iluminado, o apartamento está sempre bem arrumado e a família faz com que a gente fique a vontade, são super respeitosos. Rosanne, Marco e Bruna têm dois cachorros que ficam sempre na cozinha, são lindos!! Fiquei súper agradecida e com certeza voltarei!!

  Comments: Rosanne was a very warm and welcoming host, very helpful, especially when I got the flu during my stay. Her apartment is homely and comfortable and our room was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. It felt like being at home in brasil. perfect location, halfway down Copacabana beach with easy access to bus system as well as the metro which is a few blocks down. Awesome area, a 2 minute walk to the beach, very safe even at night. I would gladly stay there again. Obrigada Rosanne!

  Comments: Very nice apartment in an excellent location near Siquiera Campos and a stones throw away from the beach. Rosanne is very kind and took real care to me feeling welcome here. The kids were equally kind, 'fofos' and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend :) (Only thing I would be wary of is if you don't like animals but I didn't find this a problem)

  Comments: Я жил месяц в доме Rosanne . Жилье просто идеальное: чисто, тихо, близко к пляжу Копакабана (2 минуты ходьбы), рядом много супермаркетов и кафе. Rosanne очень добрый человек, который всегда поможет по любым вопросам. Соседи также прекрасные люди, в один день я заболел и молодой парень сосед, провел со мной в больнице почти весь день. Минусов просто нет. В доме живут две собаки, но с ними никаких проблем, ведут себя спокойно, и почти не заметны. Рекомендую всем, лучше варианта не найти!

  Comments: Roseanne made me feel completely at home and part of her family. The house was clean, cozy, and my room was quite spacious with a window facing the main street in Copacabana with good natural light. I had full use of the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas and I felt more like a roommate than simply someone who was there temporarily. Rosanne, Bruna, and Marcos (her children) are so friendly and helpful and my stay in Rio would not be as wonderful if it weren't for them. I also loved her two dogs, her cat, and three birds! The location was perfect for me-- two blocks from the beach, short walk to the Metro and bus stops, and on a main street that I felt comfortable walking on at night.

  Comments: Rosanne is a nice, helpful person. She was there to meet me when I arrived from the airport. The location of the apartment is convenient, but the fact that the two dogs spend most of the time in the kitchen was an issue for me, so I only ended up spending only one week at the apartment. Rosanne understood and we both agree on a resolution. Communication with her was open and friendly.
