Space: Our lovely apartment is a large and homely 1 bedroom located in a heritage warehouse conversion. We would prefer a maximum of two guests. The art deco brick facade and steel features of the original warehouse remain, while the apartment itself is brand new, modern and well equipped. The apartment has large windows and a north-west orientation which means lots of light and fresh air. Our large balcony has a BBQ, outdoor table and herb garden, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or glass of wine!

Neighborhood Overview: Rosebery is an upcoming suburb that has started to get a reputation as a 'foodies' paradise, with a number of new restaurants, cafes, bars, a whiskey distillery and Messina Gelato, all within a 2 minute walk of our apartment. There is also a local park and yoga and pilates studios nearby for those wanting some exercise! We love our neighbourhood and will be more than happy to point out the best places to eat and drink!
Notes:
Transit: We have easy public transport links into the city and eastern suburbs beaches. Buses leave frequently or the Green Square train station is an easy 15 minute walk. The easiest and cheapest way to get here from the airport is by taxi, only about $15AU.
Access: Guests will have access exclusive access to the apartment during their stay, including, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom etc. We have a car parking space that can also be made available if requested, depending on the length of stay, we may agree additional costs.
Interaction: We will be available to give you keys and will provide information on buses etc. We will be in Sydney during your stay, so can provide our mobile numbers for any questions etc
House Rules: We have a good relationship with our neighbours, so please be courteous of them and keep noise to a reasonable level

Comments: Rochelle was excellent from the very beginning till the end! She was quick to reply, and very flexible in arranging to meet us when we first arrive. The apartment was lovely and looked exactly the same as the pictures on the listing. It was very neat, clean and spacious. It is in a fantastic location, with yummy Black Star Pastry just around the corner. The apartment block is very quiet and private. We rented a car during our stay , and the private car space was a great thing to have! I left some of my clothing there accidentally (silly me!) and Rochelle was nice enough to offer to post it back to me. I would highly recommend Rochelle's apartment to everyone!

Comments: De hadde lagt gjen kart over området med tips om spisesteder, transport etc. Vi var der nyttårsaften og Rochelle hadde satt en flaske musserende vin til å feire det nye året. Veldig omteksomt. Videre hadde hun ordnet med parkingstillatelse i parkeringshuset.
