  Comments: Онофре был прекрасным хозяином, тактичным и отзывчивым. С ним комфортно было делить одну квартиру. Онофре не владеет английским, но тут гугл транслейт нам в помощь. Чувствовалось, что гость для него в приоритете. Сама квартира очень красивая и стильная, в историческом доме находится. Все чисто и убрано. Единственный чувствительный момент, это днем шум машин за окном. Но через 3 дня привыкаешь и не замечаешь. Район безопасный, в нем чувствуешь себя не так уязвимо, как например в готическом квартале. Вокруг дома много кафе для завтрака, и для ужина. Шкаф с вешалками для вещей. Чайник и чашки в комнате. Кресло на балкончике. Ванная комната общая, но вполне можно поделиться ))) Кухней не пользовалась, но когда надо было мне постирать, Онофре поделился своей стиральной машиной. В общем, рекомендую. Onofre was a wonderful host, considerate and responsive. With him it was comfortable to share an apartment. Onofre does not speak English, but here on (Hidden by Airbnb) Translate to help us. It was felt that a guest for him a priority. The apartment itself is very beautiful and stylish, in a historic house located. Everything is clean and cleaned. The only sensitive moment, this day the noise of cars outside. But after 3 days you get used to and do not notice. State security, it does not feel so vulnerable, such as the Gothic quarter. Around the house there are many cafes for breakfast and for dinner. Wardrobe with hangers for clothes. Tea cups and in the room. The chair on the balcony. The bathroom is shared, but it can be shared))) Kitchen did not use, but when I had to wash, Onofre shared his washing machine. In general, I recommend.

  Comments: The room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking a lovely street in Barcelona. Very good location - a 20 minute or so taxi ride from the airport and walkable distance to lots of places. The host is the best bit about this though - he is such a nice, friendly, lovely man. Willing to help you however you so please, but also keeping his distance and giving you the space you need.

A metro stop is like 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. A Lot of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs around. Few super markets open 24 hours.. Onofre were always there when I needed help. He is very responsive and informative, I didn't hesitate to ask him..

  Comments: Onofre is a gentleman! Very very helpful. Although my Spanish was terrible and his English not so good he still tried to help me with places to go visit, eat, drink and transport. I would highly recommend staying with him. Very nice area. Not far from centre. If or when I return to Barcelona I will definitely look Onofre up again.

  Comments: Very pleasant stay in Onofre Flat. He was very accomodating with our flights time, we were early at the flat on first day and he keep our luggage late on last day. Room and bathroom were very clean during all the stay. The flat is very well located, 5 min walk to hospital clinic metro station, 10 min to passeig de gracia (casa battlo, la pedredra). I loved the decoration of the flat ! Neighborood is quiet, some very good and fancy bars and restaurants.

  Comments: Great location in the heart of lovely neighbourhood EXAMPLE, 10 mins walk to the infamous Passeig de Gràcia, 15 - 20 mins walk to EL RAVAL and GOTHIC QUARTER. Close to all the major metro and train lines, but like lovely host Onofre said to me it's all about walking and exploring of this interesting neighbourhood. Room is very spacious and bathroom is super clean. Would definitely love to return one day and staying with Onofre again.

I stayed in BCN for three weeks by staying different airbnb homes. Onofre's home is the best one! First of all, the bedroom is very big and luminous, with comfortable bed & quilt which made me sleep very well. The apartment is spacious and stylish with well collected antique decorations & his own work of photography, as well as the heating system which makes the rooms warm. Onofre gives the guest freedom of using the bathroom and kitchen. It has very good location, I can walk to many places and bars where local people go, and also easy for shopping. We communicated in Spanish. Although my Spanish level is very basic, he is so paticent to listen and help me to use the correct words. We had very good chat! Since it is in the downtown, the sounds of cars & motos from the street is inevitable, but it is no problem to sleep well as there's few vechicals during the night. I will choose his room again if I'm back to BCN!

He helped me find where I needed to go to catch my bus and how to get there even after he had worked all day. Onofre is a very kind and peaceful man. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and within easy access to busses and taxi's. Onofre is available to help you with whatever you need, he even offered to book me in to his favourite paella restaurant! :)

  Comments: Onofre made sure our arrival was smooth. He has a great high ceiling room in the Eixample well appointed including comfy bed, tea service and water and nice bathroom down the hall. The room was light with a large openable window and small balcony overlooking a busy street. Several metro stations are within striking distance of this bnb.

  Comments: L'appartement de Onofre est très bien situé dans le centre de Barcelone, proche du métro et dans le quartier vous trouverez toute sorte de commerces (supermarchés, restaurants,...) La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et super propre, très bien décorée, bien isolée du bruit extérieur et il ne fait pas chaud même avec les fenêtres fermées. Onofre est le meilleur hôte que vous pourrez avoir ; super arrangeant, il nous a aidés en tout et nous a conseillé des endroits où sortir, manger, etc... en plus il est très agréable et parle un peu francais. Notre séjour chez lui à été parfait

  Comments: I had an outstanding experience at Onofre's lovely home in Barcelona. The room was exactly as described in the pictures, with a desk, a comfortable bed, and a door leading to small patio facing the street below. The apartment was tastefully decorated and about a 5-10 minute walk to most metro stations and about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. Onofre was an extremely accommodating and friendly host. He was very flexible with me leaving my things in the apartment after check-out, returning to pick them up later in the day. I But more than that, I accidentally left an important bag which Onofre mailed to my next destination which I've just been happily reunited with. Would certainly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again when I'm next in Barcelona!

  Comments: Beautiful facility, perfect location (very close to La Pedrera), the room and the house was exactly as it was described. Very clean and well-equipped, we made the most of our time there. Onofre's brother was always present in the house at our disposal and, despite the small language gap (ita-sp) we managed to get ourselves understood and had no problems. We really enjoyed our stay, comfy and close to the metro, we really recommend it!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. My favorite part was the small balcony off the bedroom, I loved sitting on the small chair outside listening to the sounds of the city - which were usually very quiet - and enjoying the beautiful weather in Barcelona. The neighborhood was fantastic and perfectly charming. Removed from the chaos of tourism down in Gothic and Barceloneta barios. Very local, great shops, restaurants and cafes, easily walkable to most attractions and very close to city transit so getting around was really easy. And it was an incredible value for the money. I can't recommend Onofre and his apartment enough!

  Comments: L'appartement de D'onofre est formidable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. D'onofre laisse du thé, café et même des bonbons pour mettre à l'aise ses convives. Il est très gentil, disponible puisqu' il prend le temps de répondre à toutes les questions et donne des trucs et astuces sur les bons plans de Barcelone. De plus il sait aussi être discret pour vous laissez jouir de son appartement sans avoir gêne. Son appartement est très bien situé dans Barcelone, proche des restaurants, commerces, salle de sport, et Passage de Gracia, La plage est elle aussi à 15 mn en bus. Vous pouvez choisir ce logement les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas du tout déçu et vous rencontrerez par la même occasion une super Personne. Merci à to D'onofre!!!

  Comments: I loved staying here. Onofre was traveling, but his brother Fernando was there. He spoke little English, but we used a translation app for the Spanish I did not understand. The place was beautiful, clean, and quiet, and I would stay there again. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, and the neighborhood was great. You can walk everywhere and the metro is about 3 short blocks away. Thank you so much!

  Comments: I had a very pleasant stay at Onofre. The apartment is just as described and seen in photos. It’s very well located, with many train, metro and bus stops around. It’s within walking distance of various attractions, which a great alternative to public transport if you’re in town for sight seeing, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants shops in the neighborhood. Onofre has been a great host, ready to almost immediately answer my questions, whether it was before or after booking, and during the stay. You'll find it's super easy to use his instructions to get to the apartment, from the airport, complete with various travel options. There is a bit of a language barrier for real-time chats but that didn’t hinder our communication. Texting worked great at all times.

  Comments: 까탈루냐 광장까지는 걸어다닐수 있고 그라시아 거리와 가까워서 까사밀라 까사바뜨요 다 걸어갈 수 있어요. 집 주변에 레스토랑도 많고 슈퍼도 있어요. 주인이 정말 친절하고 인자해요 ㅎㅎ 집에 거의 늘 있지만 조용해서 서로 부딪히거나 딱히 마주칠일은 없어요. 집근처에 저렴하고 맛있는 빵집이 많아 아침으로 사먹었어요. 슈퍼도 근처에 있어서 물이나 음료 사드실수 있구요. 화장실도 정말 깨끗하고 따뜻한물도 잘나왔습니다. 방도 청결하고 수건이나 이불도 잘 준비되어 있어요. 우리나라와 달리 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 도로에 자동차 소리가 들리지만 저는 예민한 편이 아니라 밤에 잘 잤어요. casa bonita!!!

  Comments: This room is perfect for both a weekend in town or a longer stay and absolutely exceptional for Barcelona. The spacious room with its high ceiling and its wonderful stucco, the large balcony window sharing a lot of daylight, the nicely balanced interior design with a lot of taste and with a lot of attention to details made me feel comfortable right from the start. (You will never feel cramped in this room - as it can get in a lot of other rooms for rent in Barcelona.) The generous working table with its comfortable stool is an important plus if one likes/needs to work on a laptop. Everything is speckless and very clean. Above all, Onofre is a wonderful host. He is very friendly and from the first day of arrival until departure, communication was fast and easy. Even my late time of arrival or my very early departure was no problem at all. Onofre is very attentive if one needs anything or has questions. The room is located in midst of a lot of good restaurants and close to the metro. I can fully recommend to stay at this lovely gem of a room.

  Comments: I stayed at this apartment for 1 week in July 2018. It is very comfortable and elegant, located in a great neighbourhood, it's cosy, with lots of cafes/restaurants and shops. For breakfasts, I recommend cafe Santagloria nearby. There's a bus stop nearby if you want to go to the beach. Onofre is a great guy, welcoming, friendly and discrete. Would definitely recommend, with one note: if you are a light sleeper and plan to go to bed early make sure to bring your earplugs (I had to use them) because the room can get fairly noisy sometimes because of the traffic outside (the windows are looking onto the street).

  Comments: 房子地理位置不错,距离地铁站相对较近,房子其实很漂亮,房东也算贴心,我的牙刷没有杯子,放在卫生间里,第二天房东为我的牙刷放了一个杯子,这一点很贴心｡但是房东一点也不热情,也不与我们交谈,回到家他没有睡觉在客厅看电视也从不跟我们打招呼,如果能多一点沟通交流就更好了｡最重要的一点,他对于声音的要求太过苛刻,有天晚上11点半左右,我跟朋友在卫生间用正常音量聊天,房东居然在门外用力拍门让我们小声一点,非常严苛,拍门也是怒气冲冲,表示不能接受!而且当时他bi并不是在睡觉,他在玩手机｡第二晚回来时,房东竟然直接把他客厅的门关紧,我们明显感觉到不友好,很影响居住心情!但离开时,咨询他一些问题并要求寄存行李,有了一次短暂的沟通,很积极回答我的问题,也答应了寄存行李,这点很贴心｡

  Comments: A cute room in downtown Barcelona. In a safe neighbourhood. The room was beautiful and had a nice balcony with a view of the street. Onofre doesn’t speak much English, but we made out just fine. He was very kind and welcoming. Other than welcoming me to his home, I didn’t see him really at all... so the room felt very quiet and private.

  Comments: 호스트는 매우 친절하고 자상한 사람이고, 숙소는 무척 쾌적하고 구비된 비품과 가구는 며칠 간 생활하기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 다만 주요 관광 포인트와는 거리가 있는 편이지만 가까운 곳에 버스 정류장이 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 전체적으로 훌륭한 숙소라고 생각됩니다.

  Comments: Danke, für eine sehr angenehme Woche, in der ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Onofre ist ein sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Konkakt war sehr offen und zuvorkommend; aufgrund meiner eingeschränkten Spanischkenntnisse bzw. seiner etwas eingeschränkten Englischkenntnisse aber auf alltägliches beshränkt. Das Zimmer ist wie Beschrieben; ich konnte dort auch sehr gut arbeiten.

  Comments: I highly recommend Don Onofre’s lovely apartment in the attractive moderniste Eixample neighborhood. If you are like me and prefer to stay off the beaten in a real neighborhood, and don’t mind sharing a bathroom, this stylish lodging is a perfect fit. Don Onofre was a great host. Although he is works primarily from home and is there a lot, he gives you as much space and privacy as you need. The bedroom is large and bright with access to a small terrace, and the beautiful high ceilings make it feel even larger. The WiFi, desk, fan, multiple lamps, a full-size mirror, hot water pot and teas, hair dryer, and other amenities were much appreciated. I was there for 9 nights and wouldn’t hesitate to return on my next visit to this gorgeous city. Mahalo, Don Onofre!

  Comments: This is an excellent space for a solo traveler or two to spend some time in Barcelona! The location of this flat is amazing - you can walk to pretty much anywhere in the city, so you don't really need to take the metro or taxi much if you like to walk! The neighborhood is also very safe and there are plenty of great places to eat and drink downstairs. The host, Onofre, is also friendly and goes the extra mile for his guests.
