  Comments: My friend and I rented this apartment for 3 nights and LOVED IT!!!! It is BEAUTIFUL, well equipped and EXTREMELY well located. We were 2 friends and really enjoyed having our own bathroom:) No one could ask for a better place to stay in Porto. We had the chance to meet Joao and his wife and they are both amazing people. Dealing with Joao was so smooth, from the very beginning; he is so nice and so helpful. He is reliable, trustworthy and very kind. Even before making my decision to rent his apartment, he nicely offered to help me plan my stay in Porto and suggest things to do even if I ever decided to rent someone else's apartment.... How kind is that??? I also really appreciated the fact that he communicated with me in French just because he saw on my AirBnB profile that French is my first language... MERCI pour tout Joao, and you need to let me know if you and your wife ever decide to come to Montreal ;)

  Comments: Casas do Patio is a very comfortable, clean and homey apartment. We stayed in 2 other apartments during our stay in Portugal and this was by far the nicest. Joao, Daniela and everyone else were great. They gave us tons of tips on making the most of our trip to Porto. Thanks for everything guys! We would definitely stay here again!

  Comments: Merci a Joao et Daniela pour leur gentillesse, l'accueil chaleureux et les informations fournies sur la ville ! L'appartement ne peux pas être mieux situé, à une minute des quais, et proche de la gare de sao bento, que du bonheur ! il est très bien décoré et très pratique, très lumineux aussi. C'est un excellent moyen de partager un court moment la vie de porto. Un grand merci a tout le monde, Mélanie, Philippe, Rustine et Richard

  Comments: Unfortunately I was not able to stay in in Casas do Pátio due to an overbooking but João was very swift in solving that issue and provide an excellent alternative. The listing I stayed in was very modern and had all the needed commodities to make it an enjoyable stay. Also, the location was perfect.

  Comments: Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent to most amenities although it is in a quite run down area, but a lot of Porto is run down so can't blame the location. The photos are realistic of the apartment but since then there is quite a bit of wear and tear. The entrance is up two flights of stairs. The second bathroom you will have to 'side saddle' the toilet. The downstairs bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Both bathrooms were mouldy and needed a jolly good clean with bleach. There was no soap or hairdryer but the very friendly staff found us a dryer. It would be very helpful to have a broom or dustpan and broom so we could clean the dirty floor. No one has ever vacuumed under the beds in a very long time. Lots of old tissues, dust and grime. The kitchen has the basics only. No oil, salt and pepper or any other such amenities. Towels were old and thread bare. All in all a very disappointing experience. Xcpt for the staff who were extremely friendly especially Lucinana.

  Comments: Logement conforme à la description et aux photos ! Très très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pieds ! Calme et propre. L'accueil est agréable (même tard et en retard !). Je recommande sans problème !

  Comments: Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive, le logement est très sympa, propre, moderne, fonctionnel, conforme a la description. L'emplacement et à la foi calme et très central parfait pour visiter la Ville.

  Comments: the apartment is in the middle of the old district of Porto, many of the attractions are reachable by foot. Even though we arrived pretty late Joaquim took the time to point us to some of the must sees in Porto. Unfortunately we did not make it to the restaurant he recommended, so I guess we have to come back some time, we will definitively try to stay in one of their apartments again :)

  Comments: El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente, fabulosa la vista desde los balcones. Es muy confortable y limpio, los colchones y almohadas comod (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) simos, la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario y en general es muy acogedor. Los baños serían para mí lo único mejorable: en uno de ellos el inodoro y la ducha son extremadamente incómodos, en el otro se sale el agua entre la bañera y la mampara y, como no hay fregona, no se puede recoger. En cuanto a los anfitriones, nos dispensaron un trato exquisito. Desde el aeropuerto utilizamos el servicio de transporte que nos ofrecieron y Joaquim, el conductor, nos fue contando cosas de la ciudad por el camino. Además nos recomendó un sitio para cenar que nos gustó mucho y donde también nos trataron fenomenal. Repetiríamos y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Oporto es un destino maravilloso y este apartamento un alojamiento perfecto para disfrutarlo.

  Comments: La situation du logement est parfaite, à proximité de beaucoup de points d'interets, sans pour autant être trop bruyant. L'appartement possède les équipements nécessaires et il est propre. Il est conforme aux photos. Effectivement comme cela a été déjà dit, il n'y a aucune nourriture de fourni pour le petit-dej ou même un encas, mais une fois qu'on le sait il suffit d'en apporter ou d'en acheter sur place. Il y a de plus aux alentours de nombreux établissements pour prendre le petit-déjeuner pour pas cher du tout, comme le font beaucoup des habitants. L'accueil à l'agence est très sympa, et peut se faire en français ce qui est vraiment agréable. Le service de navette pour l'aéroport est très ponctuel. Il permet d'arrivée en toute tranquilité, avec une personne qui vous attend même en cas de retard du vol. Je recommande vivement cette agence !

  Comments: расположение квартиры отличное. платная парковка рядом. заезд был быстрым. это плюсы. минусы следующие: грязные полы, балконы, окна. вай фай практически не работает, очень медленно. спальни маленькие, а одна спальня вообще проходная. стол на кухне разваливается.
