  Comments: We stayed at Alper's house for 3 nights. His flat is situated in the heart of Kadikoy with a lot of restaurants, bars and streetfood around. There is everything you need in the flat, especially we liked to sit at terrace, it has amazing view to Europe, Asia and Bosphorus. Alper and his sister were very kind and paid a lot of attention to us. Thank you guys for everything!

  Comments: alper is an amazing host. during our stay, he checked on us through (Hidden by Airbnb) , and asked if we needed anything or if we were fine. his house is one of the most beautiful ones that i ever rented through airbnb. it was clean and had everything we needed. also, the house has a great balcony with an amazing view of the historical peninsula. additionally, the house's location is very central. i totally recommend alper and his house. i would defiantly hire it again.

  Comments: Квартира находится на последнем этаже коммерческого дома в самом центре района Мода. Вокруг в переулках разбросаны бары и многочисленные заведения. Сама квартира - вау. Дизайн очень стильный, все удобства есть, Альпер очень приятный и отзывчивый господин. Мы остались полностью довольны всем и особенно довольны конкретно видами с террасы и крыши. Там реально круто. Рекомендуем.

  Comments: Alper is a perfect host who takes great care of his home. the apartment is beautiful and in a unique location in the heart of one of the most interesting areas of istanbul. Kadikoy is a perfect place for public transportation. Perfect for those arriving from Sabiha Airport and close to the underground and ferries to Minonou and Karakoy. Alper and his sister advised me the best clubs in the neighborhood where I ate very well. They are all within a mile and the neighborhood is full of life and very quiet. The apartment is elegant, with a terrace offering a breathtaking view of Istanbul. There is a very comfortable sofa with a modern television. Alper supported me for every request and he always responded promptly. There are a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. I recommend this district to those who want to know the real life of the city and in many trips I had never found such a perfect accommodation. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back

  Comments: Alper's place is a gem in a wonderful neighborhood in Istanbul. It is right in the thick of the nightlife scene of Kadikoy, but also not right above the most busy and noisy streets. There is a Starbucks around 100 meters away, and a lovely man who makes fresh squeezed juices right below the apartment - both were musts every morning. But, the really special thing about Alper's place is its extensive roof patio with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. I will check its availability everytime I go to Istanbul!

  Comments: We’ve stayed in Alper’s place for two whole weeks. He was very responsive and flexible with our odd check-in and check-out times. The flat is tastefully decorated and the view from the terrace is more than what you’re looking for after a tiring day.

  Comments: I'm in love with Istanbul!) Stunning city. Apartments Alper in my opinion are located in the best part of the city. From the top of the terrace, there is an incredible view of the sunset. This I have never seen) I liked the collection of shoes in the apartment) I was interested in the shoe maker;) The host organized a full transfer from the airport and back) Everything is just super!)

  Comments: Our stay at Alper’s place was truly perfect. Not just did Alper assist in any kind of way before (offered a transfer to the airport, answered every question super quick) he also helped us during our stay in case he had questions or problems occurred (electricity). I’ve lived in Istanbul previously and I can tell that the overall condition of the apartment is way above the usual. It’s clean and stylish and the terrace is the perfect place for a sundowner. All in all it was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience as the place and especially the host made our stay more then pleasant!

  Comments: The best location & The beat Istanbul view! You won’t be disappointed. The place is very close to the any sort of shops that you can imagine. Bahariye shopping st is around the corner, best pubs are all in walking distance, a pastry shop is just a min away from the entrance for a quick breakfast in the mornings, if you are having a late night and fancy some bites kokorec place os open and stuffed mussels are always an option :) and these are only the ones i can fit in one review.. many many more! When we arrived - around 1am at night - Alper was there waiting for us to hand our keys and show the apartment. Alper was very caring during our stay; he checked in many times to ensure all was well. He was also so quick in his responses. He also arranged a return airport transfer for us which was a VIP service and a great value! Thanks again Alper for your hospitality, caring and kindness!

  Comments: Были на Новый год. Отличная стильная и уютная квартира для пары, находится в самом центре Кадыкёя — близко пешком до набережной и причала. Все самые злачные места возле дома или рядом. Рынок с божественными оливками и потрясающими огромными креветками тоже в минуте ходьбы. Лучшие коты тоже здесь :) Сам Альбер был в отпуске, но нас встретила его сестра. Они заказали трансфер из аэропорта и все время были с водителем на связи, так что мы просто переходили из рук в руки) Квартира на верхнем этаже, в доме ещё 3 квартиры, которые переделаны под музыкальные студии, так что часов до 11 вечера кто-то учится петь и играть на гитаре, но нам это не мешало. Есть огромная терраса с видом на Босфор — зимой она скорее для фоточек, чем для посиделок, поэтому придётся вернуться в более тёплое время, чтобы оценить. Очень мягкая кровать. ОЧЕНЬ. Лежишь в ней как в гнезде. Единственный минус — неудобный унитаз. Колени упираются в бортик ванной. И нет шторки в ванной, но это не беда. Зато в квартире тёплый пол, и это огромный плюс зимой, гораздо круче батарей. Нет яркого освещения, только точечные приглушённые светильники, и это создаёт очень романтичное настроение. В целом мы очень довольны, жена уже мечтает вернуться.
