Immaculate full bathroom (please note the shower is over the bath so for elderly or mobility restricted guests a hand rail can be provided). Soaps, after sun mosituriser, body wash and shampoos are provided to minimise your luggage. The internal laundry includes a front load washer, a separate clothes dryer and two portable clothes line for delicates and all those beach towels! It is a security building with intercom and you may use the dedicated security underground car space. Neighborhood Overview: Beautiful beaches, coastal walks, great restaurants, cafe's, bars and nightclubs. A 200 metre flat walk to the pedestrian and bike only access park, which is filled with joggers and family's, which follows the lagoon for roughly 1km before depositing your feet on the sand at Queenscliff beach. I have lived in Queenscliff and Manly for 10 years and having travelled to many other countries, it is truly a slice of heaven...and i'm more than happy to share it with you!

Notes:

Transit: You can walk to all beaches, and you are a 15 minute walk along the beach to the Manly Ferry, or 4 mins on the bus. The bus stops right in front of the complex and takes you to Manly or the city directly. Driving is a breeze

Access: Queenscliff, Manly, Shelly and Freshwater Beaches are all a gentle 4 to 15 minute walk away depending on which beach you choose or the direction you head!

Interaction: I will be there to get you settled and then will be on-site in another apartment should you have any questions or require some great tour tips for your stay.

House Rules: No parties, pets and a maximum of 3 guests. Allowances made for those with small children. Smoking not permitted inside any of the apartments, this is a building regulation which is monitored and enforced by on-site management. You may smoke on the terrace with all internal doors closed so as not to set off the smoke detectors or leave an unpleasant smell for the next guests:) Apart from that, the only other rule is to relax and unwind!
