Enjoy being close to all major tourist attractions but without the tourist crowd! •Available bedroom has a queen bed that can sleep 2 comfortably. -Second bedroom pictured will be locked. •No Sleeping on couch please-people caught sleeping on couch will be charged an extra fee. -I have a full usable kitchen -a spacious (by NYC standards) family room

Notes: Do not be discouraged by the building itself when you get inside. It's an old building but I assure you my apartment is very nice :) Please, please, please make sure to turn off heater, A/C, lights and lock door. No shoes in apartment. Treat house like your own. I have neighbors who know me well-they are good people and very harmless despite their occasional late nights.

A fee will be applied if smoking is suspected. -No Pets please •ABOSLUTELY NO Sleeping on Couch •Please remove your shoes before entering apartment •Lock Door behind you when coming and going •No ordering movies •Do not touch the DVR List

Interaction: Occasional text or phone call check-in but will be available 24/7 for any needs. I'd like you to be as comfortable as possible in my home!
