  Comments: Nos alojamos 9 días allí. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Esta súper bien ubicado. No es muy luminoso, pero dado que solo lo usamos para dormir, estuvo perfecto. La cocina es bastante amplia, pudimos desayunar a algunas noches cocinar ahí mismo. Tiene un lavaropas y una secadora que nos fueron muy útiles. Todo salió tal cual lo pactado. Los dueños tuvieron el gesto de demorar el check out unas cuantas horas mas para no complicar nuestro regreso (nuestro vuelo salía en la madrugada). Súper recomendable!

It is a beautiful apartment in a truly amazing location in New York, Great food is all around as well as a whole range of other activities. Your host will be able to answer any questions you might have and are always contactable if you need anything. I had an amazing time at this apartment and would stay again if I could.

  Comments: Honestly, we loved our stay!! Unlike so many other listing Olga responded immediately and continued to keep in contact on a very short notice rental. Nil(boyfriend) was likewise in constant contact, easy going and patient when waiting for us to arrive. He was awesome!!! The place was spotless with expert cleaning services. Nil helped us settle in, showed us our space and gave us tips on the neighborhood. Easy 1st floor access and perfect location in center of the Village..does not get better! Space actually is bigger than seems in photos. This is officially our spot in the city when we come to stay for the night!! btw AC on 90 degree day....phenomenal and the wifi.....perfect, fast no (Website hidden by Airbnb) it should be!!!! Thank you!!!!!

  Comments: Olga's place is in a great neighbourhood, close to everything you could want including lots of great eateries and a nearby subway with an elevator so you don't have to struggle with (Website hidden by Airbnb) is just how it looks in the photos, the beds are comfy, it's clean and has everything you need. I was met promptly and shown how to use everything and then left to my own devices but I am sure if I had needed anything I could have easily asked. Great value!

  Comments: I've spent 8 days with my wife on Olga's apartment. Great location. I can't think on a better one. Lots of nice bars around and very close to the Washington Square, which is my favourite park in NYC. The apartment is nice and quiet, but the building is a little bit older than I would like. The host was very nice and everything went pretty well. Her boyfriend was kind enough to let us send stuff bought on Amazon to his place and then left on the apartment.

Nir estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitásemos e incluso paso por el departamento en una oportunidad para revisar el aire acondicionado que finalmente resulto ser un ruido que generaba un vecino con su aire. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo lo que se disfruta en Soho y a pocas cuadras de varias entradas de diferentes lineas de subte.

  Comments: Olga and Nir's apartment is the perfect place to stay in the West Village. There are many cheap options for food in McDougal St, and it's relatively close to the subway system. Olga and Nir were great hosts, and the apartment was perfect for me, as I was travelling alone. The Washer and dryer were great to have access to as well.

  Comments: This is a lovely quiet place to stay in the lively Greenwich Village. It is at the back of the building so is extremely quiet for the area and there are minimal stairs which makes checking in a breeze. Nir even helped us with our bags!! The apartment was clean and comfortable for a couple to share very happily. Olga's boyfriend Nir was who we felt with and was friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We had only one minor concern and he was able to help us and sorted it out very quickly and offered assistance when we asked. An excellent host. Nir recommended a restaurant to us called 12 chairs which we very much enjoyed. Thanks Olga & Nir!

  Comments: We loved our stay at Olga's place! We couldn't have asked for a better location and it was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer which are both brand new. The shower pressure was great which was lovely for the cold days and the temperature was easy to adjust to suit us. Olga's boyfriend met us in arrival and was so lovely. He helped us with our bags and happily answered our many questions and had loads of recommendations. He even walked us to our nearest subway to show us where to go.

  Comments: We had such a great stay here - the location is amazing, and a great space for 2 ppl. We loved that the home had a very warm vibe, without having any clutter around! The (brand new) washing machine was such an added value to have and Olga and Nir were very hospitable, especially given we arrived so late at night. Would really recommend as a NY stay to any couple!

  Comments: Très bons échanges et réponses rapides d'Olga à la réservation. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Excellent acceuil à notre arrivée. Appartement très bien équipé et extrêmement propre. Situation idéale pour se promener au Sud et au Nord de Manhattan. Métro proche et tous commerces à proximité. Egalement bars et restaurants. L'appartement est très calme et le rez de chaussée appréciable après une grande journée de marche. Le lave linge et le sèche linge indispensable pour nous, c'est un grand plus ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Literie très confortable !

Really close to bars, restaurants and stores and near to a lot of subway stations. Olga was really nice and answered all of our questions online really quick. It was a great experience and can't wait to come back again. 100% recommended!

  Comments: Great to be on the first floor (no stairs). Ride share with Juno, they are great and give 30% off for first 15 days after you sign up. Lots of great food nearby. This place is "worn" but clean and coxzey. We wanted a bathtub and it was nice and deep. Lots of hot water & great washer and dryer!

  Comments: Amazing location, so many restaurants and bars and yet the room is very quiet because it is in the back of the building. Easy access to subways. Room is typical of older buildings, but very well appointed with everything we needed. Definitely on our list for next trip.

Buena calefacción que resultó muy acogedora en uno de los inviernos más fríos que ha tenido la ciudad en los últimos cien años.El anfitrión fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos esperó a nuestra llegada pese a que nuestro vuelo llegó a Nueva York en la madrugada. El vecindario ofrece un cómodo acceso a todos los servicios. Una experiencia recomendable.

  Comments: We (couple from the Netherlands) had the best time in Olga’s lovely village apartment. The apartment is neat and exactly matches the pictures and description. The location in greenwich village is among the best you’ll find in NYC, according to locals we met during our stay. Price seemed reasonable for NY standards. Although we arrived with a one-day delay our hosts proved extremely flexible and our midnight checkin was easily accomodated. Also appreciated that they touched base regularly to check whether we needed anything (which was never the case as we already had everything we needed, but still). Big thank you!

  Comments: Olga and her boyfriend are very friendly and approachable. The communication between myself and them was outstanding, they are extremely prompt in replying. For an older style apartment the cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. Location second to none! Moving around NYC from this location is very easy with access to multiple subway locations and easy walk locally to many well known restaurants. Olga’s boyfriend gave us invaluable local tips regarding eateries and grocery shopping and getting around. All in all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Martin & Meg

  Comments: Hands down best location in NYC. Close to West Village for beautiful strolls & picturesque streets , night life in SoHo and Greenwich, beautiful Washington Square Park, amazing cafes, bars & restaurants every direction, shopping in SoHo! On top of this, Olga & Nir are lovely hosts and spent time explaining everything in the apartment and even sent us a list of their favorite places to visit in the area. The apartment itself is a decent size for NYC standards but lacks natural light. But honestly who cares about this because you just need a nice clean space to live and the rest of the time was spent in the city! Thank you Olga & Nir for your hospitality :)

  Comments: Great little aparment for hubby, myself and 2 boys. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within 1 min walk. Subway only a 5 min walk which was very handy. Olga was so pleasant and very thoughtful in meeting us at the apartment and happy to help in anyway. Highly recommend to stay!
