  Comments: La habitación es tal cual aparece en las fotos, amplia, con balcón y muy equipada, tienes nevera y equitación de cocina suficiente para desayunar o preparar comida en frío. Un baño que usas tu solo el cual también es amplio y muy limpio y la localización es muy buena, justo debajo del piso tienes bus y metro, en 15 min estas en el centro. Tanto Klaus como Omar fueron muy amables y dedicados en todo en momento y me ayudaron con todo os que pedí. Un estancia perfecta que repetiría sin lugar a dudas, muy recomendable.

  Comments: Wonderful! Klaus and Omar were super friendly, helpful and very hospitable, very good communication before my arrival and super great hosts. The room was lovely, very good size, clean tidy and with all the amenities you need, self contained. The apartment is in a great location on a busy street with lots of shops nearby & very good transport links. The room is above the street however so if you are a light sleeper you might need to pack some ear plugs, but Klaus & omar provide some :) although it's not too bad at night. [I was at a festival so sleeping a lot in the day] I would highly recommend and will happily stay here again if I return to Barcelona. perfect stay.

  Comments: I don't really have enough words to described the amazing welcome and days that Klaus and Omar offers in their flat. They are real nice people, helpful for anything you can ask, available to help you for any needs and questions related to the city. The flat is wonderful, enormous and with an incredible taste of design all made by this incredible couple. The flat location is just few minutes by walk to the main station in Barcelona (Sants). From here you can go wherever you need and also there are so many shops around that you won't have a chance to try all of them. Just beside the corner one of the classic Spanish market to buy fruits, meat, serrano or just enjoy a nice cup of cafe con leche :) The bedroom on the listing is really big, clean, with a lovely balcony. Klaus and Omar add to the bedroom a fridge, a table with chairs, many place where to put stuff and clothes and a big TV. Fans for summers are available in the bedroom to spend a lovely fresh nights and very quite because the good windows that cancel any possible sound from the outside. I probably miss from the listing but you have your PRIVATE TOILET!!!! So happy about this and you cannot imagine the shower, wow, so large and completely new. The building is fantastic, all decorated inside and outside. Elevator available and maximum respect from all the neighbour that I never heard. If you want to spend a lovely time in Barcelona I definitely suggest this 5 stars airbnb bedroom :)

  Comments: This conveniently located apartment was one of the highlights of my Europe trip! Omar was there to welcome me, even after I checked in almost 12 hours too early. The location is close to all transportation, and makes Barcelona easy to see. I'll be back!

The appartment and the room were as discribed in the profile and the commentaries, the bathroom was very nice (great shower head with funny lights !) and clean, the bed was very confortable, and we had enough room to put our stuff. The neighboorhood was very lively, with a real market for instance. We were quite happy to have stayed there, the return to Paris was hard, 2 days later... That's why we are not so inspired to write our commentary, sorry.

  Comments: The flat is really centrally located, and there are metro and bus stations minutes away, but we even walked from it. The room and bathroom are really clean, spacious and have all the necesities! Klaus and Omar were excellent hosts, Klaus waited for our late arrival and helped with all nedeed info. The apartment is a dream one with high ceilings, many spotlessly clean rooms and beautiful decorations. It has a romantic atmosphere showing the owners' soul for lovely accessoires. You will feel peace in the apartment, in other words, it is a place to relax, an isle of your own. I love this apartment. Here, I have the feeling that I am a part of Barcelona. Thank you, Klaus and Omar, for sharing your apartment with me. I would highly recommend this apartment to guests of arts who love decorative details and peace once you enter the apartment. I will surely stay here again when I come to Barcelona.

  Comments: Klaus & Omar made us feel very welcome, and even with our flight being delayed by 2 hours, Omar changed his plans to greet us and provide us with lots of helpful information about the area (and the apartment!). The room is lovely and immaculate. It is spacious and includes a fridge, a table and chairs and plenty of storage space. It also has a fantastic view of the street below and the gorgeous buildings opposite. We had our own private bathroom, which had everything we needed - including an amazing shower with colour-changing head and many, many yellow ducks! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona. Buses run from just outside, and you're also just a two minute walk from the Metro.

The apartment is located in an ideal position being extremely close to a metro station with shops nearby for supplies. It’s a short walk to the Nou Camp and one of the main train station in Barcelona (Sants) which was ideal for me. Having a private balcony, fridge and bathroom was also great and only added to my enjoyment of staying with them. The apartment itself is very spacious and was extremely clean. I couldn’t have asked to stay in a nicer place. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I had a great time in Barcelona. Thank you!

  Comments: I had the pleasure of loving my first Airbnb stay with Klaus and Omar. Klaus was very welcoming and most helpful with information about the Sants area. My room was bright and airy with a small fridge, coffee and tea facilities, cutlery, mugs and glasses. There is also their kitchen close by for water. There is a table and chairs, so it is cosy to enjoy a meal and snacks purchased from the nearby supermarket, or sitting on the balcony people-watching. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby too. The apartment is very close to Sants station and metro and bus services. The street is noisy but there is insulation on the balcony windows, which blocks the noise and light. There is also a TV with some English programs. I was able to walk to the magic fountain within 20 minutes and felt safe on my own and late at night. Klaus and Omar are very interesting and friendly - overall a highly recommended experience staying in their beautiful apartment.

  Comments: Klaus and Omar made us feel welcome. Klaus was there to brief us and answer our questions. Their apartment is most tastefully decorated. The washroom was for our use only. Our room is well furnished. It has a TV and cutlery, plates, coffee, tea are provided. The location is most convenient. Just one minute walk from Placa de Sants metro station which is served by L1 and L5 lines and 15 minutes walk for Barcelona Sants rail station. A bus stop is located just in front of the apartment. Many eateries are nearby. We particularly recommend Forn Balta, a cafe located just a few shops away from the apartment. Two streets to the left is a market and supermarket at Carrer de Sants Jordi. For Barcelona FC fans, this location is ideal as the Nou Camp is just one metro stop away. I definitely would recommend staying here.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, tiene un balcón directo a la calle....una de las calles con más comercios de la ciudad. El cuarto de baño es privado y no le falta de nada. Klaus y Omar se preocuparon en todo momento de nuestra comodidad, recibiendonos el primer día con una breve explicación sobre su hogar. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Room was nice and cozy - one thing to note was in the description it states a king size bed and this is not true. Beautiful home with lovely scent throughout. Loved how close it was to sants train station and metro/bus lines. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again if I were to return to Barcelona.

  Comments: The experience Klaus and Omar gave us in their beautiful house was superb. The place is neat and super clean. You'll get a full bathroom with bidet included. A little fridge but enough for 2 people in your room and glasses, plates and all needed if you want to have some meal in your room. They also advice us to visit Montserrat and it worth the 1 hour trip to get there. They are charming and super polite people. Anyone will enjoy a stay in their beautiful home.

  Comments: My boyfriend and I really liked the location of the apartment, as it was walking distance to where we wanted to go. We flew into Barcelona, and it was easy to get to Klaus and Omar's place by metro, as it's across the street from the metro station. They were super nice and friendly, even when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than we expected. We left by train, and the train station barcelona-sants is like a block away and easily walkable. We walked over to FC Barcelona one morning and MNAC at night to see the magic fountains! We also happened to be in town when there was a street festival going on, so the street was closed off and there was live music right outside our balcony! Because the area is busy, it does get loud. However, the hosts installed foam sound barriers on the balcony doors to help insulate most but not all of the sound. We still slept great though, and would recommend staying here to others!

The location is excellent with transport links to everywhere in Barcelona right on the door step. Barcelona Sants Estacio is an easy walk away. This station is a super hub serving both the city of Barcelona and links to all of Europe. Magic Fountain and Mont Juic are within easy walking distance. Cafes, supermarkets and many specialty retailers are also an easy walk from this charming period apartment in a rather classic building. Go for it people and do yourselves a favour.

  Comments: Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bus zum Strand und zum Stadt zentrum fährt direkt vor der Tür. Auch zum Flughafen gelangt man schnell und unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Einkaufsläden und auch zu Essen findet man genug direkt ums Eck. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem gerne und geben auch sehr gute Tips. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

They were very gracious and extremely helpful in giving us advice on places to go, and how to get there etc. The apartment is very clean and it was great having a personal bathroom instead of sharing one. Noise was not really an issue unless the balcony door was open as it is located right on a busy road, but once you close the balcony doors the noise is very minimal. The location of the apartment was great as it was very close to the metro station (2-3 min walk) and buses run literally right outside of the building door. To add to this, there are many cafes and places to eat nearby/ walking distance from the apartment. Our only issue during our stay was the bed was a bit small for two people to share and the pillows were not very comfortable. It was manageable though, but that could be one thing to improve the experience/stay. This spot offers tremendous value for the price/location of the apartment. You won't really find anywhere that can offer you both the comfort/hospitality and also be right in the middle of the city.

  Comments: It was a great pleasure to stay at your home. The room and the bathroom were very clean, home very quiet. You were very discreet but available when I wanted information. In the room, there is a fridge and a coffee machine..., which is very useful when you don't want spend too much money on restaurants and coffee shops. With my own key I could come home whenever I wanted. And it was very convenient that the metro station was very close. By metro, the airport is about 40 mn max away. Thanks for everything.

We best loved his place for its proximity to Sants railway station, the metro and bus stop at the apartment entrance itself and not to forget the bakery next door to start your day with :).   Comments: Klaus's place was a perfect base from which to explore Barcelona. It is not right in the central tourist area, but there are super easy transport links (metro and bus stops literally on the main road outside the front door) to everywhere you might want to go, and we liked that it was more of a normal neighbourhood with local shops, restaurants etc. Check out the great bakery/cafe 'Forn Balta' a few doors down for breakfast. The room and bed are comfortable, and you have a table, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in your room, plus your own private bathroom down the hall. Klaus and Omar are very lovely and happy to help with any questions you have during your stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back for another visit to the city.

  Comments: Bueno, fui a Barcelona y usé la reserva inmediata que Klaus tenía activada, cuando llegué en el vuelo a Barcelona, ya de noche, esta reserva se había anulado. Tuve que cogerme otra reserva, que no cumplía las expectativas que me había hecho con la habitación de Klaus. Su compañero me llamó y envió mensajes pero fue para decirme que lo habían anulado porque no tenían la habitación preparada. La verdad es que me enfadé porque yo también soy anfitrión de Airbnb y nunca he anulado una reserva, si me veo apurado, me pongo a limpiar o se lo digo a una chica que me ayuda. Realmente me decepcioné. Como digo, conseguí otro alojamiento, pero con el de Klaus, pues mal.

Además está tan bien comunicado que la distancia no es un problema: tiene una parada de bus enfrente y estación de metro en la esquina. Todo el apartamento es hermoso.   Comments: My first time in Barcelona, Airbnb, AND solo trip. This place was perfect. Omar and Klaus place is so comfy and inviting. I felt like I was at home. Literally a step from the metro bus and across the street from the metro trains you can't ask for a more perfect place to get around the city. I read other reviews about the noise outside but it's not bad. Omar provided me with ear plugs. I came in late most of my time, and while everyone was sleeping or out themselves- the hallways have motion detection lights. Very soft lights to see your way to the room and bathroom. The bathroom was kept clean and had a large shower along with cabinets to store your things. The bedroom was also very big and had a small bistro table and chairs, mini fridge, clothes cabinets, and TV. Utensils, coffee maker, and plenty of sheets and towels were provided as well. I truly loved this place. I won't stay anywhere else next time I visit.

  Comments: We had a lovely time in Barcelona in April 2018 - and the very warm welcome in the flat of Klaus and Omar made it even more lovely. During the booking process communiation was always super quick, we also got some nice tips for exploring the city as we arrived. Everything was super clean, just as described and decorated with love. It was a perfect starting point to explore the city, metro and bus station are very close, also bars and restaurants and a sweet bakery for breakfast are in walking distance (2-5min.). We totally recommend staying in Barcelona at the place of Klaus and Omar. It was perfect and we if we're travelling to Barcelona again we'll definitley check if the room is available.

  Comments: L'appartement est très bien situé. A deux pas du métro et desservi par deux lignes de bus qui vont au vieux centre et a Barcelonette. Il est aussi à moins de dix minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire Barcelona Sants. Tous commerces autour et bonne boulangerie pour prendre le petit déjeuner! Accueil très gentil de la part de Klaus et Omar.

  Comments: Our stay in Klaus & Omar’s home was beyond our expectation. They were both extremely welcoming and friendly and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. The room itself was very clean and tidy and included everything as described. We loved that the room had a balcony that allowed some fresh air in and let us take in the sounds and sights of the local neighbourhood. The apartment is located on a main road so it was not surprising that it did tend to be noisy at times. They have foam sound barriers installed on the balcony doors that help eliminate a lot of the noise. We slept perfectly and the noise did not bother us at all. We were able to reach all of the major sites and attractions quite easily from this location either by walking or on the metro. The Plaça de Sants metro station was less than a 5 minute walk away, and the major Barcelona Sants train station was also within a 10 minute walk where you can catch a train directly to the airport. There are also plenty of delicious bakeries, restaurants and markets nearby. We would absolutely recommend Klaus & Omar’s apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona, and would really love to stay there again if we are ever back!

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön uns die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnik sehr, sehr günstig an 2 Metrolinien und der Bus vor der Tür geht direkt zum Strand. Das Bad und die Dusche sind super! Dass eine große Straße direkt vor der Tür ist, steht ja in der Beschreibung. Sie ist laut, aber dank Ohrstöpseln haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.

  Comments: Friendly and warm hosts who are happy to help and make recommendations. We had some good banter and a laugh which added to the experience. Really patient with us when things went wrong our end. Apartment itself absolutely beautiful. Room comfortable and clean with lovely extra touches, for example foam covered shutters to reduce noise and a fan. We had our own bathroom which was spotless. There were problems with the boiler and hot water supply which was not the fault of our hosts, who worked to get the problem sorted quickly. Area is a few stops away on the metro from the main tourist hotspots. You can get the D20 bus straight to the beach also. Apartment is located in the Sants area which has lots of shops and some bakeries which are perfect for breakfast.

  Comments: Good price during the peak season in Barcelona. Very close to the metro station and walkable distance from Barcelona Sants. During our stay, the weather was really hot and humid. It was quite hard to stay in the room even there was a fan. Traffic was noisy so we had to close the balcony door. The room became extremely hot. Some description/rules was/were not clearly mentioned when we booked the room. Now Klaus and Omar make one clear. It is much fair for the future users. In the past reviews, we didn't find the following points. The room didn't have a lock. Besides Klaus and Omar, some other family members also live in the apartment. Maybe they are useful information.

  Comments: Highly recommend! Was travelling on my own and Klaus and Omar’s place was a safe, warm homebase. Klaus was friendly and chatty, he gave me some great recommendations which added to my trip. The bathroom is sparkling clean and the bed is very comfortable. Location- you can’t beat it. I purchased a 4 day metro card which took me all over the city. Their place is right next to Placa de Sants so it was easy to get back. Supermarket and cafes are close by. a Very good stay x

You will have no trouble to find your way back or to catch public transportation. It is safe at night. I highly recommend it for a woman traveling on her own. The room can get a bit noisy at night from the busy street below but my partner and I didn't really have any issues with it. Considering the location and value for money, this was the perfect accommodation for our trip.
