  Comments: Angels was a very nice host. Very helpful and flexible with the check in and out. The location is really really good. So close to the beach and in the really cozy Barcelonetta. The apartment is big, and can host up to 10 people. It is very nice with 4 bathrooms. I can definitely recommend this nice place.

  Comments: This property comes highly recommended . We had the entire house which meant lots of space for the 6 of us . The kids enjoyed the wi-fi and the location was perfect for the beach , with lots of supermarkets , a full market and an amazing bakery a few steps away . Marketa met us as arranged and was generous with her time and gave us lots of information about using the metro and local interests. We loved it and would loved to have stayed longer .

  Comments: The apartment was everything I expected and more. Four of us stayed in the apartment and we all had a double bedroom with an ensure and air con each. The location was ideal as it is literally a 5 min walk from the beach and close to all transport links.

  Comments: Fantastica!! La casa è prorpio come è descritta: bella e spaziosa. Quattro superfici autonome, ognuna con una camera da letto e da bagno. Siamo stati accolti dalla carinissima Marketa che ci ha dato molti consigli sulla città. La posizione della casa, a due passi dal mare e dalla metropolitana, ci ha consentito di vivere il mare di Barceloneta, la parte più allegra e colorata di Barcellona e di raggiungere velocemente i luoghi più belli della città. Siamo stati molto bene, speriamo di tornarci presto.

  Comments: The home was as described. Because I don't know Spanish, communication in English with Angeles via email seemed to cause misunderstandings at times. Marketa met us at the apartment at the appointed time and was super helpful. She arranged a taxi to the airport for our flight home when we checked in. She was very helpful with giving us tips about our visit. The apartment is in a great location, easy to get anywhere you want to go. It is also very spacious, spread out over 3 floors. FYI-the kitchen and laundry are on the top floor. Be prepared to do lots of stairs. The decor was very minimal and didn't feel very warm or inviting. The house is in mostly good repair. There is a washer, but no dryer. There are a couple of clothes drying racks provided. If you intend to do any cooking, the kitchen is not particularly chef friendly. It's tiny with essentials provided. There are no spices, etc. And no coffee pot. The mattress on the top floor is very hard. My husband loved it. I did not. I did not try the rest of them. But the kids didn't complain, so they must have been fine.

  Comments: Great house, I'd fully recommend it and return in a heartbeat. Perfect location by the beach but close enough to walk into the centre. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby as well as a metro station. The house itself is brilliant, 4 stories with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor so it was ideal for us as 4 girls. Small kitchen to make food & really good air con individually controlled in each room. Really quiet steet plus wifi in the whole house. Completely smooth check-in with great communication from the host at all times and no problems during our stay at all, we'll be back!

  Comments: Everything was great. We got very nice support from a very good English speaking host, which is not really common in Spain. Some technical issues where fixed very fast, the location is really good for either visiting the city or just hang around on the beach. Only the WIFI is a little issue, but only if you are in the apartment on the top. Thanks for everything!

  Comments: 주변 자연환경과 생활여건(슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑, 자전거-스쿠터 대여점 등 다수), 교통여건(지하철, 공항행 기차, 다수의 시내버스 등)이 매우 뛰어남! 4층 구조로 각 팀간 독립성이 보장되나, 4층 주방으로 오르내리기가 다소 어려움.

  Comments: A great place to stay. Perfect location with easy access to all the city and beach. With 8 people staying the kitchen and dining area was somewhat cramped eating breakfast and, on the odd occasion, lunch on our knees. That said it wasn't a problem. The ages ranged from 12 to 78 and the 5 flights of stairs became a little tiring after 3 days of walking! There was plenty of hot water for us all to shower before going out for the night with hairdriers and towels provided in each room. Marketa welcomed us with plenty of information and also booked taxis back to the airport. Would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Barcelona.

  Comments: Bon séjour à Barcelone, dans ce logement spacieux et très propre. Il y a une chambre ou 2 par étage (en tous 4 étages, avec beaucoup de marches), et la cuisine est au dernier étage. La literie est récente, mais il n'y a pas d'alèse sur les matelas et les oreillers. Les sanitaires sont très propres. L'environnement est calme, la rue est passante mais pas durant la nuit. La cuisine est minuscule, pas du tout adaptée pour 10 personnes, tout au plus pour 4. C'est vraiment le gros défaut de cet appartement.

  Comments: Nous avons été bien accueillis, le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et très propre. Nous étions trois familles avec plusieurs enfants. La pièce commune n'est pas très grande, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème car chaque famille avait son espace avec sa propre salle de bain. La maison est parfaitement située pour découvrir Barcelone.

  Comments: We loved our stay at this property in Barceloneta. Everything was easy and straightforward. Good communication from Angeles our host throughout. We called through to Marketa from the airport who met us at the apartment to give us the keys once our taxi arrived from the airport - we loved Marketa, felt very welcome, and despite being regulars in the city, enjoyed her useful Barcelona advice! The apartment itself was brilliant, lovely and spacious, clean and fab central access to the city. We spent lots of time in Born which was no more than a 5 minute walk, but also had the chance to check out more of Barceloneta and the beach from this position which made for a really great trip. The neighbourhood itself, despite the occasional passing moped (standard!) was actually remarkably quiet considering the central location, and well lit. We also had luck on our side with 23C temperatures in the first week of Jan which made for a perfect visit! Thanks again, we would not hesitate to recommend this place or to stay there again in future.

  Comments: Super schönes Haus in einem tollen Viertel. Obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind, wurden wir nett im Empfang genommen und durch das komplette Haus geführt. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten war sehr gut und die Zimmer hell und ausreichend groß. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Bei der Anzahl an Personen die im Haus platz haben, wäre aber eine Spülmaschine nicht verkehrt. Barceloneta kann ich als Wohngegend nur empfehlen. Auf der einen Seite des sehr urigen Viertels gelangt man direkt zum Hafen, auf der anderen Seite zum Strand. Und der Placa de Catalunya ist gerade mal 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele nette und vor allem von Einheimischen besuchte Lokale in der direkten Umgebung und einen kleinen 'Groß'-markt zum Einkaufen. Wer mehr Party möchte findet an der Hafenmeile immer etwas.

  Comments: We had an amazing weekend in Barcelona and this flat really fulfilled all our wishes. Great location, clean, no noise, great interior, nice bathrooms (not all too common in Spain!), and we also felt safe all the time. So if you consider having a great time in this awesome city, you are at right adress!

  Comments: We got a very bad and rude welcome from the host due to her not reading the request properly and expecting less people and then accusing us of providing false information. We were shouted upon with rude behavior at 11pm in the night and not let into the house for a good while with all the kids and luggage just sitting on street. After argument were we allowed in the house and eventually stayed for the couple nights. Very bad experience from start. Also the space and house layout was not properly communicate from start and the host had multiple opportunity to realize we were 4 more people that she expected. In terms of the house, it is in great location very close to the beach and was clean and well maintained. The experience at check in was horrendous and stuck with us for the remainder of our stay and trip.

I was not aware that the apartment is four rooms one above another without an area to come together as a family other than the kitchen area. If you are staying in master bedroom, then it is just fine. I stayed in the room above and the ac did not work and is very small. WIFI very slow or not working and must constantly reset router.

  Comments: Boendet var över vår förväntan! Lägenheten hade ett väldigt bra läge men i ett lite halvdåligt kvarter. Ca 500 m till stranden och mataffärer och allt annat låg precis utanför dörren, helt perfekt! Vi kommer definitivt åka dit igen!

  Comments: Kjempebra leilighet å leie hvis man reiser flere sammen. Vi ble møtt av Markreta som var veldig hyggelig og kunne svare på alle spørsmål. Vi var 7 stykk og det var mer enn nok plass. 5 av 7 fikk egen seng. Sengene var gode og airconditionen var enkel å bruke og effektiv. Rommene var rene og ryddige. Gode håndduker. Kjøkkenet hadde alt man trengte. Leilighetens beliggenhet med et par minutters gange til både strand, La Rambla og det gotiske kvartalet var helt fantastisk. Vi var alle enige om at hit kunne vi reise tilbake og bo som dronninger!

  Comments: Our host was welcoming however overall we were disappointed in our stay. The house is smaller than expected and is arranged on 4 levels and exhausting hiking all those stairs after a day of exploring Barcelona. The washer is also broken and couldn't be fixed until "after we left". The shower head was also broken, but they did come fix that the next day. The showers are cramped but we did have enough hot water for 8 of us to take quick showers. The linens were well used and rough. I would not recommend staying here. It is affordable but I wish I would have invested a little more money to be more comfortable.

The location is great. It is near the beach, metro trains and walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites. There is also a nice grocery store and fresh food market nearby.

  Comments: This apartment is an absolute gem! We were a group of 7 girls on holiday to make the most of Barcelona and this apartment certainly made that possible. Location is great, right next to the beach but super easy to travel further into the city centre. Upon arrival Augusto welcomed us in and was extremely helpful! The apartment is 4 floors so it really felt like everyone has their own space and also enough communal areas for when we did come together. It was very clean and modern. Highly recommend this for any groups visiting Barcelona!!

After 5 minutes walk you are at the beach and the port. 15min walk you are at the begin of la rambla. The host was very kind, he booked a taxi for our return, and explained all the house.   Comments: My friends and I stayed in Angeles' apartment while we were in Barcelona for a conference, and we had a great time! The apartment was clean and well-located - convenient to access with public transport, making it very easy to go anywhere. As it is close to the beach and to the main attractions, we were able to enjoy our time in Barcelona even though had to work all day. Angeles and Augusto were very helpful and accommodating, and always responded promptly when we had questions. We particularly liked the fact that we each had our own space, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

  Comments: Really great value! Nice and clean appartment on a superb spot in Barcelonetta. You can walk easily to the beach, restaurants, coffee and market are all a few blocks away. Also close to Gothic area. Small minor point are the bunk beds and the shower on the second floor.

  Comments: I was visiting Barcelona on business with three other colleagues and the apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is great, with easy metro access (Barceloneta) and being extremely close to both the pier, the city centre and,as a consequence, great restaurants, shopping etc. I would recommend this apartment for any type of visitor (business or pleasure) and you will not be disappointed. The host (Angeles) and Augusto who let us into the apartment were great and very helpful.

  Comments: Abbiamo soggiornato dal 13 al 16 di ottobre. .....esperienza positiva....Angels molto precisa con gli appuntamenti e sempre pronta ad ogni consiglio. Ci ha accolto Augusto che ci ha fornito una mappa e molti punti di riferimento per muoverci a Barcellona. Noi abbiamo soggiornato un 10 ed è stato perfetto...anche la posizione in cui si trova ti permette di passeggiare sul lungo mare di Barceloneta molto frequentato oppure recarti facilmente sulla Rambla con una passeggiata di 10 (Website hidden by Airbnb) lo consiglio a tutti.....

  Comments: Werkelijk een perfect huis voor een wat grotere groep reizigers (wij waren met 9 personen). Iedere verdieping is ruim en biedt de privacy van een eigen badkamer. Het huis is ook ideaal gelegen in de wijk Barceloneta. Tip: ga in Barceloneta eten en drinken in een van de buurtrestaurantjes, topkwaliteit voor een schappelijke prijs. De verhuurster Angeles was ook zeer behulpzaam toen we onszelf een keer buitengesloten hadden op een van de verdiepingen, ze heeft toen telefonisch de oplossing doorgegeven. Al met al een perfect verblijf, we maken graag een volgende keer weer gebruik van dit huis.

  Comments: Cette maison est située au coeur de la Barceloneta, à quelques rues de la plage, des commerces et d'un marché couvert. Relativement grande pour le quartier, elle est très propre et le ménage est fait pendant le séjour. La communication avec l'hôte est parfaite. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Il manque juste un peu de confort dans la cuisine (four, lave-vaisselle, verres à vin...). Attention : Barcelone n'aime pas Airbnb et les voisins sont très rapides à accuser sans raison les hôtes de Airbnb. Nous recommandons cette maison agréable dans un quartier pittoresque de Barcelone.

  Comments: Angeles a pris soin que nous soyons accueillis dès notre arrivée. Notre hôte nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la ville et nous a bien orientés pour les détails pratiques (métro, où manger, etc...). Le logement est fonctionnel pour accueillir un groupe. Parfait !

  Comments: Ottima sistemazione per gruppi di persone dai 5 elementi in su. L'appartamento è strutturato su 4 piani ognuno dotato di ingresso autonomo e bagno. Solo quello al piano terra è dotato di cucina e divano letto. Anche se lo stabile è non è proprio di recente costruzione, gli appartamenti che ne sono stati ricavati sono tutti nuovi e ben tenuti. Anche se Angeles non è stata presente al momento del check in (erano passate le 12.00) è stata più che tempestiva nell'inviare una persona che potesse farlo al posto suo.

  Comments: We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children aged 8, 10 and 13, and this house was just right for us. Great location, with a couple of very good restaurants near by, a taxi stand at stone's throw, metro station close by, convenience stores around the corner.....really, very easy indeed. We got great tips from the host's friend who showed us in. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Only wish is for a larger seating area - only a two seater sofa in kitchen, although there are plenty of chairs at the long kitchen table! No oven but has microwave and well equipped kitchen. Lovely place. Lots of stairs so may be difficult for elderly or disabled.

  Comments: This property is in an awesome location, we couldn't have asked to in a better place. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the marina. It is also great if you want the hustle and bustle of being on the main road leading to the beach, and also the quite, quaint area behind it all. The quiet area behind the main road, had a host of local bars and restaurants that were mainly used by locals, and not filled with tourists. The property is to a great standard and all you could ask for on a short or longer break. The road was a little noisy, but nothing major. Angeles, the host was super responsive through the whole process and would highly recommend this as your next option when visiting Barcelona. All in all our stay was awesome! Thank you Angeles!

The place is a four flat....large comfortable kitchen and a full bathroom on the walk in Street level. Another large bedroom on second floor with full size bed and full bathroom. Lots of closet space and a pull out twin. Go up another flight to the third floor for another bedroom with a full bed and full bathroom, plus another room with 2 twin bunk beds. From here take another flight to the final room with room for 3 to sleep plus another full bathroom. Very clean, convenient to shops, restaurants and a short walk to Barceloneta Beach and the harbor. Nice linens, towels, blow dryers Nd air conditioned. No beach towels so either bring your own or a beach blanket (they also sell these on the each for 20€. ).

  Comments: Very nice stay and a great location. The kids loved going to the beach after a long day of touring. Just be sure to ask the host directions to the beach before they leave. There is no information or maps in the apartment but markets, restaurants, metro are all within walking distance once you get your bearings. Angeles's was not available to meet us upon arrival and our host kept 9 of us waiting for 20 minutes outside on the narrow sidewalk with our luggage in the heat; even though we called him an hour before when we arrived at the train station. That was not a great introduction and we were nervous we were not in the correct location. However, Angeles was great communicating before and during our stay. The kitchen does not have an oven but does have a two burner stove top and microwave. We mainly ate pasta while there so it worked out fine. The stairs do get a bit tiring but for the size of our group, the privacy it provided and the apartment location, it worked out fine. One bath and hand towel is allotted per person for the length of stay so you need to buy/bring beach towels. There is no dryer so you really need to plan when washing towels. The washer takes about 2 hours for a cycle and drying time is a day on the drying rack. Overall, a nice stay!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of La Barceloneta, in walking distance to the old town as well as the beach. The place was clean, and the neighborhood was reasonably quiet at night. Tips for the neighborhood: - Tapas at Bar Bitácora were our favorites, it's just around the corner. - The bread and pastries at Forn Baluard were amazing. Perfect for any meal, and the bread goes incredibly well with good serrano or jamon.

  Comments: This lovely house is situated in the heart of the old town, Barceloneta. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the marina and from the beach, both of which have great bars and restaurants. La Ramba is a half hour walk away, but a taxi costs just €7 and will have you there in five minutes. There are bars, restaurants and small supermarkets in the old town itself. The house is made up of 3 separate units plus a large kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has a good sized double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The second floor has the same layout as the first, but also has an additional door off the landing. This leads into a large living room with a bunk bed and balcony and a staircase to the third floor. The third floor has a large lounge with a single bed and balcony, plus doors leading to another double bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine. The house was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and all the beds had new sheets and bedspreads. There were extra blankets should you need them, but we didn't. All areas have their own air conditioning and heating. The kitchen has all the crockery and utensils you could need, large fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob and oven and microwave. When we go back to Barcelona this will be the place we would want to stay again.

  Comments: The host is communicative and easy to reach. The building has several rooms divided on 4 floors with the kitchen on the bottom. It was a good setup for me and my friends but of course optimal had been if it was many rooms on the same floor. We used the building mainly for used sleep over since there is no good hangout area like a terrace (small balconies only) - only a kitchen with hard to reach sunshine. Overall: I highly recommend the building for bigger groups who wants to have a cleen and central place to sleepover at.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Junggesellinnenabschieds von Freitag bis Montag in Barcelona und waren 8 Mädels - die ideale Größe für dieses Haus. Wie in der Beschreibung mitgeteilt, sollte man allerdings ab 22:30Uhr wirklich leise sein. Das haben wir bemerkt, als 3 Mädels abends vor der Tür eine rauchen waren und sich unterhalten haben, da haben sofort die Nachbarn an die Wand geklopft - man darf aber auch in der Küche/Aufenthaltsraum rauchen. Ansonsten waren wir abends/nachts nicht im Haus, sondern feiern ;-) Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Auch der Check-In sowie Check-out war einfach und unkompliziert! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat an Ausstattung einfach alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist top...der Strand, sowie Supermarkt und Restaurants/Bars sind um die Ecke. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

  Comments: The location couldn’t have been better for us! Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach & metro, and very close to local markets and many restaurants. The space is well equipped for cooking on the main level, next level up is the master suite with fold out couch, followed by floor with 2 rooms (1 with bunk beds and the other with double bed), top floor includes 2 rooms (1 twin and 1 double)- each level has full bath. There are 3 sets of keys available for the house, each set including main door key plus individual room key. There is not a safe present on-site, but still your passports & cash are safer here than on your body. Pick-pocketing is a HUGE problem in this city!

The apartment is close to the beach, about 5-10 mi walk, and also really close to grocery shops. 20 minutes walk to the shopping street Las Ramblas, or you can take the metro situated 200 meters from the house, for 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for 3 families who wants to stay together, or a group of friends. There is no living room in the apartment, but that was not really a big problem, because there was a big table in the kitchen. The neighbors were really sensitive the first day, because 9 girls living together make a lot of noise, but after a conversation with angeles everything went fine, and we didn't here more from the neighbors. So if you want to be noisy after 22.30, this apartment is not for you. The best thing about the stay was the easy communication with angeles. She answers fast, and does not hesitate to help you.

  Comments: Realmente nos decepcionó el trato brindado por la anfitriona, siempre se contactó solamente a través de mensajes de la aplicación, que tardan demasiado en llegar y dificultan la comunicación. No nos permitió ingresar al alojamiento hasta las 11 PM que estuvimos los 9 huéspedes, violando las normas de Airbnb y lo pactado en la publicación. En ningún lugar aclara como norma de la casa que tienen que estar todos los huéspedes para ingresar, y además por ingresar a esa hora nos cobro 30€ que tampoco estaban establecidos. Respecto del alojamiento es lo que se muestra, pero el trato y la veracidad de la publicación dejan mucho que desear. La empleada que nos recibió nos dijo a las 11 PM que si no nos gustaba pagar los 30€ nos vayamos, ademas nos hizo firmar un contrato que decía que el check out era a las 11 PM, y nosotros pensando que coincidía con el horario de entrada nos quedamos tranquilos, el día de finalización del alojamiento la anfitriona nos dijo que había sido un error y nos obligó a retirarnos 11 AM a pesar de tener un contrato redactado y firmado por ella. Realmente el trato fue inaceptable y pediremos el reembolso de lo pagado indebidamente.

Every floor has a bathroom with shower so that was amazing for such a big group, as well as having a washing machine. Do note that the top floor bedroom doesn't have air conditioning and that 5 people are living almost railroad style (you need to go through the room with the bunk beds to access the staircase for the rooms with the queen bed and single bed). I would stay here again!
