  Comments: Olivia and Bob were lovely and thoughtful hosts, personable and generous. They received us with open arms, offered us a bottle of wine and provided all sorts of helpful information and precious recommendations. Their apartment, located in the heart of Nolita, which is such a great area, is comfortable, clean, quiet at night and full of amenities that make it a great place to come home to after a long day in the city. There are heaps of restaurants, shops and grocery stores within very close walking distance. A perfect home for anyone wishing to experience as much as possible of this great city within a limited time. We spent a week at Olivia and Bob's place and would definitely love to be their guests again!

  Comments: I rented Olivia and Bob's apartment for a couple of friends who were in town. While I did not stay in the apartment, I had a couple of opportunities to see the apartment and meet with Olivia. The apartment is bright and spacious, and very tastefully furnished. And the location, the location.... can there be a better spot to be living in when visiting NYC? You're just steps away from everything and anything. Olivia is also a fantastic host. She's incredibly warm and friendly, and very accommodative in making arrangements.

Bob and Olivia were warm and wonderful hosts who welcomed us into their apartment with a bottle of wine and personally hand-written notes, assuring us that everything had been arranged to ensure that we had a good stay.   Comments: We spend 5 days in NYC at thanksgiving in Olivias apartment and had the best time. The location were just perfect for our needs - close to the subway, close to the shops in Soho and a great neighbourhood. The apartment itself had everything we needed - it is very spacious, clean, quiet at night and the roof terrace were an added bonus! Olivia was very responsive and helpful in our communication throughout the whole time and we felt very safe dealing with her. The notes in the apartment were very helpful and had a lot great tips. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

  Comments: We absolutely loved our time at the apartment. The location was ideal, immersed by shops, bars and restaurants and easy access to transport. Staying in the apartment allowed us to feel like locals for four days, much better than staying in a chain hotel! 'The apartment itself was clean and spacious, the comprehensive notes left for the apartment and neighbourhood ensured no detail was left behind. Although we did not meet Olivia & Bob, their neighbour was there to greet us, and made us feel welcome.

  Comments: We´ve spent 10 perfect nights on Olivia and Bob´s apartment. They were waiting for us the day of our arrival with delicious chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of sparkling wine. They also came to say goodbye the day we leave. The apartment is very nice, just as it looks on the pictures, very clean, and it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming, full of little restaurants, bars and shops, but not noisy. It is close to many subway stations so as to go everywhere you want without even changing trains. Olivia and Bob are wonderful people and great hosts. We strongly recommend the place and are looking forward to return someday.

  Comments: We (three people) stayed in Olivia and Bobs apartment for a week in May, and it was perfect! Before we left Denmark, Olivia was very helpful finding the best transportation from Newark Airport. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers in the apartment and a bottle of sparkling wine for us. The apartment has the best location in Prince St., Nolita – surrounded by fantastic, cozy restaurants in the area. And a lot of good shops! And the subway lines are nearby, so it’s easy to get around in the city. The apartment is spacious, quiet and clean and has everything you need. It’s exactly like Olivia and Bob describe. The rooftop is amazing – breathtaking day and night! We met Olivia and Bob just before we left NYC and they are really kind and helpful. We provide the best recommendation!

  Comments: The apartment is very clean, spacious and quiet. Olivia and Bob met us and showed us around in a very friendly manner. Beforehand, Olivia even helpfully checked out the distance from the apartment to the relatives we were visiting. They thoughtfully ensured there were fragrance-free cleaning products appropriate for allergies and provided useful tourist information and guides. There is a well-stocked kitchen, sufficient linen and towels and good wifi reception. Olivia and Bob even left a bottle of wine to welcome us. The location is excellent- close to subway stations and in the centre of a lively, vibrant area filled with restaurants, shops yet it is quiet. Food shopping is easy as it is close to Wholefoods and Dean and Deluca. The only thing we would have preferred would have been a slightly larger bed . Otherwise our stay at the apartment allowed us to enjoy our time as if we were real New Yorkers.

  Comments: Olivia and Bob s flat was an absolute gem! Our trip was our first family holiday with our 9 month old daughter, and they really were wonderful hosts, very helpful in providing a cot, excellent clear instructions on the general workings of the flat. The flat itself was very clean, well organised and spacious enough for a small family of 3. The location was brilliant, easily accessible to the whole city and also great for just hanging out locally. We loved every minute of it and felt very fortunate to have had such a lovely place to stay. This was our first AirBnB experience and readily recommend Olivia and Bob as hosts and their place to stay.

  Comments: This apartment is so roomy and the location is OUTSTANDING. Only 15-20 minutes to Midtown via subway and two other subway lines equally as close. I stayed here for a month and had plenty of space, light and comfort. Could use some upgrades on the furniture and some non-stick pans for cooking but overall this place is wonderful. I will want to stay here any time I come to New York. Thanks Olivia and Bob for making my month-in-Mahattan a success!

  Comments: Olivia and Bob's apartment is very nice and we can definitely recommend it. There is plenty of space and a nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything was fine and clean. It is a pleasure to stay in an artistically decorated apartment where you really feel at home. Despite our late arrival at 9 o'clock in the evening we were still warmly received by both of them - and a bottle of sparkling wine. They are lovely hosts and very nice people. We spent 8 wonderful days in the condo in the heart of an awesome neighborhood with very short distance to the subway and therefore everything you want to see in New York. The area around the apartment is the best. Lots of life, great shops, cozy restaurants and rich opportunity to buy groceries. Rooftop is absolutely also an added plus. Great views both day and night and the best place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely come back to the same apartment and can only give the best recommendations.

  Comments: This apartment was fantastic for us! Olivia and Bob were wonderful hosts, showing us where things were and how to use them. They provided us with maps and guidebooks of the city, and a detailed list of recommended restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services in the neighborhood. There were 2 in our party. We each took a bedroom; both complete with comfy bed and clean sheets. The recently renovated bathroom was beautifully done and had good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and fresh towels. Although we ate most of our meals out, we enjoyed using the well-appointed kitchen for snacks, breakfast and drinks. The rooftop terrace has fabulous views of the city, a perfect place for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktail. We found the neighborhood charming with many restaurants, cafes, shops, and grocery stores within a few blocks radius. Yet, the apartment is conveniently located close to several subway and bus lines making it super easy to explore the rest of town. Little Italy; Chinatown; the Tenement Museum; and Dean and DeLuca are all within a few blocks of home base. Considering all of the activity in the surrounding neighborhood, the street and apartment were very quiet. We unequivocally recommend this apartment and will wish to stay here on future visits to NYC!

The place has a very good bathroom and kitchen. Also a spacious bedroom and a very nice living room. There was even another room which we didn't used. Also the contact before, during and after our stay with Olivia and Bob was nice and good. surely very nice people. When we came they were waiting for us and explained about the apartment. Because it was lying at the back of the building, it was also quiet (for NY). If we go back to NY we certainly will try if this is available.   Comments: The apartment is really nice. One feels like at home directly. The rooftop terrace for breakfast is the best feature. There is a wonderful view over New York. The hosts, Olivia and Bob, are really helpful and nice. They are the greatest. I would love to stay here again. The area is calm to be on Manhattan. The streets around are nice and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. Apple Store is on the same street. The buildings in Nolita are not very high which gives the area a more welcoming atmosphere than the areas with highrises. Black Seed nearby sells wonderful bagels for breakfast. Katz's Delicatessen is a wonderful breakfast/lunch/dinner place nearby. A real genuine delicatessen and a New York institution. They played in When Harry Met Sally there. If you want a real American breakfast try Clinton St. Baking Company. There is also a very good supermarket (Whole Foods Market) nearby. SOHO and Greenwich Village are within walking distance.

  Comments: We just got home from a fantastic holiday in New York and Olivia and Bob`s apartment in Nolita. It was clean, well organized and had a lovely atmosphere with the couples art pieces on the wall. We really loved the location and the roof terrace. We had breakfast at the roof-garden every day, and even brought take-away burritos from Café Habana one night for dinner. Olivia was very easy to communicate with, and she met us when we arrived, and when we left. She had even brought fresh flowers from her own garden and put on the kitchen table. A very nice welcome! We had a great stay in Prince street, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to stay in New York.

  Comments: Olivia and Bobs apartment in Soho is an excellent choice, when visiting NYC. The location is perfect: great atmosphere, best shopping, Little Italy and Chinatown with great restaurants. And East Village close by with lots of community gardens, the Pickle Guys, Katz' deli and Tennement Museum. The apartment itself is what we danes call "hyggelig" and the roof terrasse has the best views ever! You will spend a lot of time there! Olivia and Bob are the nicest people and great hosts ... Very helpful and available for questions. They make you feel right at home with flowers from their garden as well as fresh salads homepicked. We can recommend Bob and Olivia highly as well as their apartment. And when we go back to NYC we will be back in Soho ❤️

  Comments: We spent a great week at Olivia and Bob's place in Nolita. They are very helpful and pleasant hosts. The kitchen is well equipped. The living- room and library likewise. Everything is clean and with a lot of personal charm. The apartment is situated in the heart of everything: Awesome restaurants just around the corner. Small and interesting shops in Prince street or on nearby Broadway and Lafayette street. Here you may also the major Subway-lines to all the museums and other attractions that New York has to offer. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

  Comments: We arrived late at 11 Prince Street, but Olivia and Bob was gracious enough to wait for us, even though they had a 3 hour drive to get to their other home. We were greeted in the best possible way, and there was even a bottle of Cava waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment is absolutely brilliant. Roomy, modern, cool and best of all is the location. Nolita and Prince Street is right in the middle of where you want to be in NYC. The hosts are also were accommodating and will go to great lengths to help you have a great stay. Which we had! We won`t hesitate to book this apartment again. The rooftop is also perfect. We had breakfast there several times, and also enjoyed the company of friends one afternoon. The views are spectacular! The only regret is that we didn`t find the time to meet you before we left. Next time! Thank you so much guys, and we hope to see you in Norway some time.

  Comments: Returned to NYC after 20 odd years. We (wife, daughter (8), and I) were looking for a nice place in one of the more 'rural' parts of Manhattan (if such a thing exists). This place fits the bill. Prince Street is a quiet, small side street off Bowery. In the 90s not a place to go. Now it is fine. Olivia's apartment is great. Modern, clean, and quiet. Olivia is fantastic and we wished we could have spend more time with her. She is a very nice and interesting person. A filmmaker. Need I day more? ;-) We met also one of our neighbours on the roof garden. Very nice too. Overall a great experience. We would definitively come back to her place. The only note of caution: if you are rather tall (190cm+) the beds are a bit short. It worked out for me though.

Covered all of the main sites and enjoyed the splendid ambiance of the charming districts around Nolita, all from a fantastically located at 11 Prince Street. The apartment is perfect for our needs, and so much better than a hotel room. It was quiet, comfortable and had everything you would need for a week stay. Olivia the host was always available. We will use it again, cannot recommend higher than that.

  Comments: Die geräumige und schön aufgeteilte Wohnung war auf unseren Besuch bestens vorbereitet: viel Platz in Schränken und Kommoden, Ausrüstung von Küche und Bad mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, bekamen zahlreiche Hilfen (Karten- und Infomaterial, das von den Gastgebnern selbst verfasst ist: z.B. Hinweis auf das spannende Tenement Museum ein paar Straßen weiter) um uns in New York zurechtzufinden und viele Erklärungen auf dem Gang zur Dachterrasse mit Aussicht (bei Sonnenuntergang begehen!). Das Viertel Nolita ist ideal: viele kleine Läden junger Designer, "der" Wholefoodmarket um die Ecke, Cafes und Restaurants uvm : ein junges und lebendiges Viertel mit Anbindung an mehrere U-Bahnlinien, die einen in den Rest der Stadt bringen.

  Comments: We have had a suepr nice stay at Bob and Olivia. The welcome was nice and very well organised. Olivia have made at fine litttle folder to describe everything. The appartment is very nice (the bed in the small room is a bit short if you are a very tall person - but it is wonderful that it is NOT kingsize (I feel so alone in these big beds). Kirchen, bathroom ect works fantastic and is very cosy. The location ia absolutely fantastic - in the middle of everything!! COULD NOT BE BETTER! Nice with all the tourist brochures and maps ect - and even af metrocard. The only SMALL thing is that we had to sneek a little in the corridor and on the roof, because that some of the people in the building are not so fund of AirBnB....but this a VERY MINOR DETAIL. We would love to come back!!

  Comments: Just returning home from an impressive week in New York! The appartment was exactly like described and Olivia and Bob were perfect hosts. They tried everything to make us feel at home and the appartment including its locatione were very nice and convenient, so that we could walk to the nearby restaurants or take a subway from one of the various Metro stations. With a Party of up to three people I would always try to spend my time at their beautiful place again.

They were also very accommodating about our arrival and departure times and the excess luggage we had accumulated over three weeks in New England - USA shopping, especially for antiques, is very attractive for us Australians! Olivia and Bob's most attractive and spotless home was perfect for our needs and very comfortable for three adults, The neighbourhood was an oasis in central New York, with supermarkets and restaurants close by but just a short walk to excellent shopping. We mainly used the many available taxis in order to see more of the city when we traveled further afield, but there were subway stations close by if needed. We would love to return when we find ourselves in New York again!

  Comments: I booked that apartment for a visit of New York for a week with my mom. The apartment is perfectly located and nearby subway, shopping (Soho), multiple nice groceries. The place is quiet and comfy (perfect if you want to come back during lunch time to rest for while). The apartment is well furnished with comfortable materials (bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Nothing to say! We were warmly welcomed by Olivia and Bob with plenty of explanation very useful for our trip.   Comments: Living in Nolita we experienced the real New York City neighbourhood atmosphere. We felt like locals and we looked forward to going home each evening to this delightful apartment! The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, immaculately clean & has such character no doubt due to the lovely couple who own it. Olivia and Bob went out of their way to meet us and assist with settling in and they were always quick to respond to any query we had. The building is secure and safe, the decor is creative and comfortable and the access to the rooftop and outlook from the windows adds to the character. We stayed 8 nights and then didn't want to leave! We would love to return to see more of New York and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! The hosts are welcoming and this apartment is a home - it doesn't have that holiday rental feel at all.   Comments: My mum and I had a wonderful 9 night stay at Olivia and Bobs apartment in Nolita NYC. From the apartment itself which is spacious, comfortable and has a rooftop with great views of the city to the location which in my opinion is unbeatable. If I was to move to NYC this is the neighbourhood I would be moving to with all the restaurants and shopping available plus multiple subway lines enabling quick and easy transport around manhattan and beyond. We also found it helpful having Olivia and Bob a quick phone call or email away to answer any questions we had about anything, they were very helpful. All in all a 5 star stay!

  Comments: From the moment we saw the listing we had a greta feeling that this would provide us with the unique New York city living experience. Olivia and Bob were very communicative prior to and during our trip and their welcome could not have been better, particularly after a long day of travel. The bottle of welcoming prosecco was a great touch of kindness. Both Olivia and Bob explained many features of their lovely cosy home and the surrounding area. The apartment is very roomy and cosy and we thought it looked much bigger "in the flesh" compared with the photographs. The bedrooms are a perfect size, the bathroom modern and the kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed for 10 days so some nights, when we just wanted to chill out, the kitchen facilities came in really handy and with a supermarket very close by we really did feel home from home. The area where the apartment is is great. There are so many restaurants, shops, bars and is less high rise than most tourist parts of New York so it really feels village-like, adding to what was just a brilliant experience. Olivia and Bob are very knowledgeable about the area and their contact details were on hand 24/7 if we had any questions. Luckily Ive been to New York a few times but there's always more you can learn and the welcome pack that Olivia/Bob provide is very useful for first timers and the more experienced NYC tourist. Overall an exceptionally magnificent and true NYC experience! Thank you Olivia and Bob.

  Comments: Olivia and Bob are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts. Their apartment is spectacular - spacious, beautifully decorated with every amenity for a perfect holiday . It is also the quietest place l have stayed in in NYC. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of closet space and opening windows. The kitchen is clean, serviceable and has everything you need for self catering. The immediate neighborhood is lovely. Well off the tourist trail it is packed full of interesting boutiques,galleries and lovely restaurants and bars. Olivia and Bob provided great recommendations which we followed up on and were delighted with our experiences. Lots of information was provided on arrival and we were encouraged to contact the hosts with any further questions. Its a big city with a lot to see so the maps, timetables and guide books provided saved us a lot of time. The roof top garden is a big bonus - the views are breathtaking and it was a lovely place to sit in the evenings. To conclude : If you are considering a homestay in Manhattan - look no further - you have just found the best. We look forward to our next trip

  Comments: Liebe Olivia, lieber Bob Wir hatten eine aufregende und wunderbare Woche in New York und haben schon furchtbar Heimweh nach Big Apple. Mit Euch und eurem Appartement hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Tante und Teenie-Neffe) absolut perfekt. Wir haben uns wie Freunde willkommen gefühlt. Die Freundlichkeit, die ihr ausstrahlt, ist wunderbar. Allein die vielen Tipps im Voraus und die e-mails haben uns so viel weiter geholfen. Das Infomaterial von Euch für die nähere Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Außerdem sind die vielen kleinen Hinweise in der Wohnung super praktisch. Und wie gut hat es getan am Abend "nach Hause" in ein wunderbar ruhiges und heimeliges Appartement zurückzukehren. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war absolut treffend und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Ein besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Roof-Garden mit spektakulärem Blick - besonders am Abend. Die Lage ist perfekt mit vielen kleinen Restaurants, Shops und die Metro um die Ecke -- und dennoch leise. Ich bin voller Dankbarkeit, dass unsere Woche gerade auch wegen der Unterkunft ein so intensives und angenehmes Erlebnis war. Alles Gute für Euch - und wenn wir wieder kommen dann nur zu Euch.

  Comments: Nous avons passé 9 jours magnifiques dans le superbe appartement d'Olivia et Bob, idéalement situé dans le petit quartier animé de Nolita, proche de toutes les commodités. L’appartement est très confortable, calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est excellente, nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Olivia et Bob, tous les deux adorables et très sympathiques, nous ont reçu chaleureusement et ont été attentifs à nos besoins.   Comments: This is a nice 2 bdrm, 1 bath apt in a great location for anyone looking for lower East Village/ SOHO/ Little Italy area with good restaurants and shops, near NYU or just being close to good subway stops that can then get you quickly to pretty much anywhere else in the city. Is already a great street that seems to be getting even better with still more shops and restaurants nearby that go late into the evening. Apt spacious for NYC standards, quiet - as in no street noise – with washer/dryer in basement of elevator building. Has window AC units for warm summer days. Overall, nothing particularly fancy, but good. And was clean. Can also go up to roof for great view of city skyline or just to chill out. Was very busy during my time there, so made minimal use of kitchen, but it has gas range, fridge, dishwasher – everything needed to settle in or just prepare quick meals and snacks. Wireless Internet, too. Everything provided for bath and kitchen. Rented for about a month and apartment worked well. Understand they are changing some lighting, which will brighten up the living area. Unit definitely reflects its owners, right down to the multi-page apartment guide and its do's and don’ts. They are very invested in the unit and everything in it and how it will be used. My first time to use Airbnb, so having the owners that involved was a little unlike other experiences where have rented for weeks and months at a time elsewhere in the US and Europe. They, too, may still be getting used to the idea of renting out their apartment, and how to furnish it and let go to reduce their anxiety.

  Comments: Olivia and Bob are the perfect hosts. You feel immediately welcomed by them. The nice flowers in charming little glasses across the flat made it extra especial as well as a delicious bottle of Proseco that they left in the fridge for us. We also found on the table in the living room various maps and information about New York which were very helpful. Olivia would often send me emails with information about nice events happening in Manhattan during our stay, including the unique "Manhattanhenge" solstice day - when the setting sun aligns perfectly with the grid. The flat is beautiful. I loved the warm colors and the great artwork with pieces collected from all over the world. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable and all appliances in the flat are easy to use. The location could not be better for us. Lots of great restaurants, boutiques and interesting shops. The main museums, concert halls and art galleries were only a half hour uber or underground trip. Definitely, when I go back to New York I will be looking to staying at Olivia and Bob's apartment again.

It is very near three different subway stations and is in a really great area with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Olivia are very generous hosts and we appreciated them providng bagels, coffee, champagne on our arrival. The roof provides a brilliant 360 degree view of the city. The main bed is very comfortable, the second less so. The water pressure in the shower is not that great. The apartment is beautifully clean and toiletries and cupboard space are provided. We had a great stay there with only a couple of small problems over 10 days. I would really recommend this as a great place to stay.

Location was great because it made you feel like a local far from the tourists, but still convenient to everything either on foot or subway.   Comments: We had a wonderful week at Olivia and Bob's place. The location is perfect - right in a fabulous area on a fabulous street. Even more amazing is that the apartment itself is so quiet and perfect escape from a long day. We could not fault it at all - except perhaps for the shower pressure (not very strong) which let's be honest....first world problems!!! And also made us shower quickly and gave us even more time to explore and enjoy NYC. From check in to check out - they are wonderful hosts. Do not hesitate to stay - it will be my first choice. We traveled as two single women and the apartment was more than spacious enough for us. An absolute winner.

  Comments: Tout était exceptionnel ! Déjà avant le séjour, nombreux contacts afin de nous aider à préparer le voyage. Accueil chaleureux, remise des clés en mains propres, Olivia nous avait même préparé des pâtisseries ! Un petit guide nous présentait quelques adresses dans le quartier (petit déj, restos, shopping,...) et pendant le séjour, réponse très rapide en cas de sollicitation. Conseils utiles et avisés. L’appartement est vraiment bien situé à Nolita, quartier à la mode, comme un petit village, vivant la journée mais calme la nuit. Très proche de plusieurs lignes de métro. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré, on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. C’est un appartement dans lequel les hôtes vivent réellement (de loin pas systématique avec Airbnb), et donc il est parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel (salle de bain, cuisine,...). A conseiller absolument ! Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner lors de notre prochaine séjour à NYC.

  Comments: This is a wonderful place to stay in the city. Nolita/SoHo is less touristy, very posh and close to restaurants plus shopping. The space is very large and well suited for relaxing and working. The rooftop is spectacular with fabulous views of uptown and downtown! The hosts were so helpful, especially since this was my first Airbnb stay. They responded quickly to my questions and left great guidance on the area.   Comments: Two of us stayed at Olivia and Bob's place for over 2 weeks in October. Bob and Olivia met us and provided keys and a tour of the apartment on arrival. The apartment was as per the photos, very clean and large by New York standards. The living room is sizeable and comfortable and is a great place to wind down after a day. There was plenty of storage available in both bedrooms and the bathroom which really assists in settling in for your stay. The lift access to the apartment was a godsend at the end of a day touring New York. The view from the rooftop is amazing and the photos do not do this justice. The location of this apartment is fantastic, close to multiple train lines in the heart of Nolita. There are restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops and Wholefoods just around the corner. A 20 minute walk to Union Square to the green market and 5 minutes from Broadway. The location is perfect for those that want to experience New York out of mid town and feel more a part of day to day New York. Both of us had been to New York a number of times before, so did not need much assistance from Olivia. Olivia checked in with us a number of times during our stay to ensure all was OK and there were no issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Olivia's and would recommend the apartment and location to anyone.
