  Comments: My family of three just spent a delightful two weeks in Enrique's "Casa Batlló" apartment, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment was exactly as pictured, with one exception: the view of the back of Gaudi's amazing Casa Batlló from all the windows was even BETTER than the pictures! We loved looking out onto this stunning building every day, and on several evenings, opened the windows wide to enjoy the concerts that were occasionally held on its roof. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the Eixample, and within walking distance of a large majority of the major sights in the city. It was on one of the loveliest streets in the neighborhood, not too busy, not too noisy, but lively, and with everything a traveler could possibly want within one or two blocks: great restaurants, shops, a grocery store, metro stop, taxi stand, and a wonderful bakery/ice cream shop (very important!) literally next door. The apartment itself was simple, clean, well-stocked; it had everything we needed, and everything worked. (We especially appreciated the great air conditioning, as Barcelona was having a heat wave when we were there.) While we didn't meet Enrique personally, he was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. In particular, we appreciated how he allowed us to check in quite early on the day we arrived. We had flown through the night from the U.S. and arrived bleary eyed in Barcelona on a Saturday morning. We were able to come straight from the airport, and were met at the apartment by Enrique's colleagues, who had a breakfast of croissants and juice waiting for us! This was so thoughtful, as we had barely eaten on the plane. In short, this apartment was a perfect home base for us as we explored and got to know the wonderful city of Barcelona. We highly recommend it!

  Comments: Excelente!!! En todo sentido!! Realmente el departamento es muy lindo, con todas las comodidades y por sobre todo una ubicación inmejorable. La comunicación con Enrique fue muy buena, siempre estuvo a disposición para ayudarnos en lo que solicitamos como late check in y check out. La persona que nos recibio estuvo en hora esperando por nosotros, y a la llegada tuvimos unas bebidas y snacks de bienvenida. Habia cuna, plancha, tabla, secador de pelo, crema de enjuague, shampoo, jabon, caja de seguridad, amolios placares, muchas toallas y sabanas. Muy cómodas las camas! La zona es super segura, llena de lugares ricos para almorzar y cenar y a pie de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas, shops y a pie de plaza catalunya con conexión a metro, aerobus y colectivos. Realmente me volveré a alojar en este departamento y recomiendo hacerlo!! Su vista interna (a la parte trasera de casa batlo) y mucha luz entraba todos los dias, al igual que su patiecito que si bien es el pulmón del edificio, es lindo para disfrutar en primavera-verano una cervecita al aire libre. Dos lugares de tapas muy buenos a pie cerveria catalana y la flauta!

  Comments: We stayed almost a full week in the nice apartment of Enrique. The description and photos represent reality well. The location is perfect; very central but still calm and in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Rooms were sufficient for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Apartment was clean, and we were welcomed by a friendly lady explaining all we needed to know. Also a nice Cava and some local ham and cheese were waiting for us upon arrival. All in all a place we really can recommend!

  Comments: We spent wonderful days in Barcelona and Enrique's flat had its share. We found it as described and shown in the fotos. The communication with Enrique before the arrival was very prompt and helpful. When we arrived, there was a young man waiting for us who welcomed us and introduced us to the apartment. What we want to point out is that we found the beds/ matrasses to be excellent. We slept very well in them. Everything else as the excellent location and the spectacular views on the back side of the famous houses has been described by others as well. We will recommend the place to friends.

  Comments: Enrique's apartment was a very good choice. It is located in the center of Barcelona with an amazing view of Casa Batlló, close to many restaurants, bars and the biggest shopping mile Passeig de Gracia. The apartment was comfortable and nice and has everything you need. Special thanks to Enrique for my birthday present. He was very nice and attentive and made me happy. :) Me and my friends would always stay at Enrique's, should we ever come back to beautiful Barcelona.

  Comments: Nous sommes venus pour 3 nuits avec 3 enfants de 6 à 13 ans. Le logement est idéalement situé à 200m à peine de la station de métro Passei de Gracia qui dessert 3 ou 4 lignes qui vont vers la Sagrada Familia, les Ramblas, la plage...) Super séjour, avec un panier d'accueil très bien rempli (saucissons, chips, vin, biscuits apéritifs, nécessaire sel poivre etc...), qui nous a ravis surtout que nous sommes arrivés un dimanche. Un supermarché Carrefour Market est à 200m également. L'appartement est bien conçu avec de nombreux rangements et équipements, et avec vue sur la Casa Battlo. Calme, moderne, je le conseille vivement.

  Comments: Stayed here for Mobile World Congress. Great apartment, wonderfully central and excellent check in process. Noise could be a problem, thin walls and ceilings, could hear neighbours conversations, but other than that a great place to stay.

  Comments: El departamento tiene muy buena ubicacion, que permite moverse a pie perfectamente y con paradas de metro muy cerca. el primer dia tuvimos inconveniente con la calefaccion, mandamos mns de texto y nadie respondio. para coordinar el check in, escribimos a enrique mediante air b&b, y tampoco respondio. al dia siguiente llamamos al telefono de contacto y nos atendio una persona del staff de enrique. el apartamento es alquilao por una empresa llamada "unique stay", perteneciente a enrique. lo mejor: ubicacion y restaurantes de la zona.

  Comments: Ho trovato l' appartamento come descritto; pulito, confortevole e anche se è in pieno centro (dalle finestre si può vedere la gente che passeggia sul tetto di Casa Batllò) è molto tranquillo Bastano 20 minuti a piedi e si possono raggiungere le principali attrattive di Barcellona. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in alle ore 12 e la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile offrendoci un bel cesto di benvenuto. Da tornarci. Consigliatissimo!!!!

  Comments: Appartamento ben equipaggiato, spazioso e molto luminoso. Vista bellissima sul retro di casa Batlló, io e le mie quattro amiche siamo state benissimo! La posizione è ottima, pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Non abbiamo conosciuto Enrique personalmente, ma siamo state accolte e seguite per ogni nostra esigenza dai suoi collaboratori. Consigliato!

  Comments: This was a great place for our Barcelona vacation. Near lots of great restaurant, shops, and Las Ramblas. Starbucks is half a block away along with a local cafe that had excellent pastries and sandwiches. Because it's so close to Las Ramblas it is easy to find a taxi. The place was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much, Enrique gave us a welcome basket that was very thoughtful, thank you.

  Comments: Do not stay here! Ants in the kitchen, mouse trap in the kitchen. Shower drain didn't work. Rug in the living room with multiple stains and highly dirty. Location is the only thing this place has going for it. Also, maintenance men came in during our stay and we had to leave as we had prior engagements. It made us feel very nervous about our luggage and personal documents.

  Comments: The apartment does not look like in the pictures, the place needs some renovation, in the kitchen there is a strong smell of food and the whole place needs a proper cleaning day. Otherwise the communication with the host was good, location is downtown and supper convenient and although is central there is no noise.

  Comments: Enrique's apartment is very close to Plaza Catalunya but on a quiet neighborhood. The place is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. It is exactly how it was pictured. Also, Enrique's friend who checked us in was very nice and informed us everything we need to know about the apartment and about the area. The welcome basket Enrique provided was also very much appreciated. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: Location was perfect! Close to shops/food/cafes! Great view the back of Casa Batló! Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. We originally booked for 5 days; but as our plans changed and the unit was still available, we extended our stay to 8 days total. Enrique and his staff did a good job with check in/out and communications. Nice to have a working elevator and air conditioning! Only provided enough toilet paper for a few days and we were expected to purchase our own. Laundry machine works, but unfortunately locks itself for 4-6 hours before being released. We definitely loved the location and really got to know Barcelona!

  Comments: La ubicacion de este departamento e (Website hidden by Airbnb) es excelente, bien comunicado, en una zona comercial y gastronomica por excelencia. Es un barrio muy seguro, ademas cuenta con personal de vigilancia diurna. Sus estancias son luminosas menos la suite ppal, que ademas tiene un baño pequeño dificil de usar, el otro baño es muy cómodo pero no bien ubicado. De todas maneras el depto es muy limpio, confortable y amplio. Se nota que el uso del mismo es intensivo, por eso habría que hacerle algunos retoques para que esté impecable. Tiene caja fuerte, ventilador, Aire acondicionado, microondas. Nos recibieron amablemente con una canasta de bienvenida llena de comida y bebidas, es un gesto importante para recibir a un viajero. Muchas Gracias.

  Comments: The best part of the place is its location, indeed a superb central location. The building is also quite nice with elevator. The unit's size is decent but the ensuite bathroom is small, with a standing shower that is almost too small to fit a person and a not so functioning shower door. There is also a bit of plumbing related smell in the toilet. Another problem for us is that the second bedroom doesn't have AC. Overall the unit is quite ordinary, nothing special. It still works for a quick stay if you are aware of these small issues and can live with them, because the location is indeed superb. But in the middle of summer it was still quite expensive compared to the value. Check in check out was ok, communication was smooth. It's run by a professional team

  Comments: The apartment is in the best possible location for a person wanting to explore the city of Barcelona. There are infinite cafes and restaurants right outside, the best shops, and the view of Casa Batlló is such a special treat. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean - we slept great - and had everything we needed. My only comment would be that the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe some rugs and artwork on the walls to make it more homey. Also, the hallways of the building are pretty shabby and in need of refurbishing. But those minor things didn't really matter to us - we enjoyed ourselves immensely and will certainly be back!

  Comments: Great location for everything. Centre of town just north of The Ramblas. The Ramblas is a short stroll away (5 mins),in a straight line, with the apartment still on the main street but away from the hustle and bustle. The lounge and bedroom 1 overlooks the back of Gaudi's House of Bones which is beautiful. Easy check in. Lovely lady assisted with bus tickets, left a wonderful welcome basket and very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment felt very safe and secure. Would definitely stay there again when I return. Enrique was extremely helpful during booking and always responded to queries.

  Comments: Das Appartement ist sehr zentral und ideal für 4-6 Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Zudem gibt's noch eine kleine "Terrasse" hinter der Küche. Der Ausblick fällt direkt auf die Rückseite des Casa Battlo. Vor der Haustür sind mehrere Geschäfte und auch Restaurants. Es ist vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Metro ist nur 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat bestens funktioniert. Das Team war sehr aufmerksam und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Jederzeit wieder! :-)

  Comments: Beautiful apartment, amazing location. We had a great time as the location is central and there was so much to do/see/enjoy right outside our front steps. Enrique is a great host, left us a thoughtful welcome package and his response time to any emails we sent was extremely fast. The AC in the master suite and kitchen/family room worked great, and it was cool enough in the 2nd bedroom by just leaving the door open (there is no dedicated wall unit in the second room). The location is amazing, restaurants and shopping literally outside your front door. The washing machine wasn’t working but we were able to make due. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!

The apartment has everything that we need, comfortable beds, good amenities, a washer, tv and wifi and a very nice air conditioner.   Comments: Easy check-in process and great location. The apartment was a good size for our group of 4. The walls are very thin (we were able to clearly hear conversations from neighbors!) but it did not bother us too much as we were out of the apartment most of the day.

  Comments: The flat is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya. It is quiet, with a good view from the sitting room and one bedroom. The other bedroom looks into a lift shaft, but who needs a view when all you do is sleep in it! Beds were comfy, the showers were hot, with a good water flow, and the seating area comfortable. Snacks, water and wine were all left by the hosts, who provide a personal, cheery welcome. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook, but with so many great restaurants nearby we ate all meals out.

  Comments: 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 집 앞 거리에 맛집이라고 소문난 식당들이 늘어서있고 카사바트요가 바로 반대편에 위치해있어요. 조금만 걸어가면 카탈루냐 광장이랑 람블라스 거리로 갈 수 있습니다. 따뜻한 물 잘 나오고 그냥저냥 괜찮은 숙소였네요.
