  Comments: It is always nerve racking looking at a listing and hoping the photos and description match the property you are looking at renting on vacation...I CAN TELL YOU, THAT THIS PLACE, WAS MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED AND DESCRIBED! WOW, MY FAMILY OF 6 LOVED EVERY MINUTE WE WERE THERE. From the meeting of Louie, who is her manager to, the terrific items included in the unit: cooler with wheels for cold drinks to beach hop, to the boogies boards provided, to the snorkel gear, and the multiple beach sand castle making tools, everything was provided! I cannot say enough about the unit itself and the condition it was in! This place is one of the best my family has experienced with airbnb. Thank you Jackie for your hospitality and your wonderful unit, you made our vacation what we hoped for!

  Comments: Our first Hawaii vacation was a blast. The condo is as described in the listing and its pictures: newly built with great view. The entire process was smoothly managed, from the moment I submitted the reservation request with Jackie to the time I checked out from the front desk. We spent most of our time swimming in the lagoon #2, which is super quiet and relaxing compared to the over crowded neighboring Marriott and Disney hotel areas. We would definitely like to come back this villa condo and Ko Olina.

  Comments: The check in process was smooth and friendly with the front desk. I was quickly provided with everything needed to give me access to the very secure property. I was greeted by Patrick, who had been communicating through text ever since my flight arrived. He was super friendly, informative and showed us where to find all the amenities that came with condo, how to work all the appliances, windows, air-conditioner and even provided the phone number for a great on-site massage therapist. While showing us around Patrick realized that the beds in one of the rooms had not been adjusted, he called and a service attendant showed up within minutes to convert the twin beds into a very comfortable queen. We loved staying here, the beach was pristine and safe We were able to find both serenity and liveliness as desired and had the convenience of accessing the amenities of the Marriot and the Disney Resort easily. We dined at the Monkey Pod restaurant several times during the stay because the food was excellent, they had live music, the staff were really friendly and it was located in thee Ko Olina shopping area, which made it very convenient. Every time we mentioned to anyone where we were staying the response was " now, that is good living". It was very GOOD living!

  Comments: Ko Olina beach condo is a phenomenal space in a great location! Condo premises was immaculate and staff was full of aloha spirit. The owners were quick to respond to any questions leading up to and during the visit. (A faulty iron was replaced within ten minutes of a text message!) Furniture was comfortable and beds provided an amazing sleep. The lanai was where we ended up spending most of our time while in the condo because of its nice views and relaxing breezes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing hassle free experience.

We often stay at the Aulani, next door, and all of our children agreed that the pool area was better here than at the Aulani. I really enjoyed the mellow vibe at the pool. It was the perfect place for our children to play and swim. We would definitely love to stay here again.

  Comments: Wow, this place is fantastic! I really wish I booked more than three nights, I could stay here forever!! Breathtaking views of ocean and lagoon directly from the whole apartment; modern appliance; spacious bedrooms and living rooms, and friendly service on site... I enjoyed every moment here during the stay. My kids had a great time playing at the lagoon, the water is very clear and not cold at all even in the morning. We dipped into the jacuzzi (which you would need the key card to get in) after playing in the beach, the swimming pool is beautiful as well (we don't have a lot of time to experience that this time, what a pity)! They also have Disney junior Chanel available, which kept my kids quiet when I was busy doing the cleaning work. Patric, the onsite manager, is very friendly, and showed us how to operate everything. Jackie, the owner, is very professional and send us all the agreement, map, instructions ... as soon as we confirmed our stay. The stove is a little bit slow to warm up, and it takes long for the dryer to get the work done, but that is nothing to be worried, we are not preparing a big feast or doing heavy laundry everyday. We only prepared our breakfast during the stay. There is a small plaza with dining, cafe, and market, so you don't need to worry for food. This place is a comparatively new area, the exit from the highway leads to the entrance of the whole resort which includes 4 major groups: four season, Disney, Beach villa (where we stayed), and Marriot. It is a little bit far from Waikiki and Diamond head. The distance is OK, but we always got caught at the traffic. So be sure to allow extra time to get to those places.

It has a wonderful view of the beach and an incredible sunset, that we watched every day from the spacious balcony. From there you are steps to the beach and have access to the pools that are incredible. We cant wait for our next family vacation, there!!!

  Comments: From the second I inquired about Jackie's condo she was amazingly responsive and helpful thru email and messages . Upon arrival the 5 star service didn't end there . Patrick our greeter and Michael who checked us in were both very friendly and offered great service . 5 star all around . I don't have to mention how beautiful the place is as the pictures are all 100 % accurate depiction of paradise . We will be back . Thanks Jackie !!!!

  Comments: This villa and the view of the ocean from the balcony was even better than the pictures! My family of 5 enjoyed our 4 nights of staying here. The villa was very clean and only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. We liked all the complementary use of sand toys, beach chair, towels, and snorkeling gear. Jackie was easy to communicate with prior to arrival. After we arrived, the on-site manager Patrick helped with our questions and checking us in. The only area of improvement would be the dryer took a while to dry clothes and the stove took longer than usual to warm food....but these aren't a big deal to us. Everything else was great. We would love to come back and stay here in the future!

  Comments: Jackie's place is such a wonderful condo. Everything was perfect and we had great time. The view from lanai is superb and the lagoon which is only 3minutes on foot from the condo is great for my little kid. The condo is next to Aulani Disney hotel , there are shops and restaurants near by too. Ten-minute drive will take you to Shopping district called kapolei shopping center. There is Safeway and we got groceries there and enjoyed cooking at the very nice kitchen. We would love to stay Jackie's place again:) Thank you, Jackie!!

There is a new hotel being built next door which is a bit noisy on weekday mornings but we were forewarned :) The view from the lanai is spectacular, enjoy it before the new hotel partially blocks the view!   Comments: My family and I were travelling to Hawaii from the East Coast of the U.S. to attend a destination wedding in Ko Olina. After a long day of travel, we were so glad to be resting at Jackie's place. We had a great view of the lagoon all the way to the mountain ranges and it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everybody from my older parents to my 4 year old daughter and I. Everything we needed was there, from a stocked kitchen (just stop by the grocery or the nearby target if you plan to cook) and my 4 year old appreciated the step ladder that helped her reach the sink to wash her hands or climb into the comfortable beds. You could spend several days of your trip just on property, in the nearby lagoons or the community pool, though I'd also recommend renting a car and seeing some of the beautiful mountain scenery nearby. Thank you Jackie, for being a part of our memorable Hawaii trip.

  Comments: This was our first trip to Hawaii with 4 kids and the property was amazing. The pictures were very accurate but to be honest doesn't do it justice until you're sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a minor issue with the dryer which was resolved the same day we reported it. The pool was relaxing and not crowded with easy access to the lagoon. Logistics and communications were very organized and clear making checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommended for those traveling with kids and looking for hassle free, relaxing stay.

  Comments: This is a well maintained unit with spectacular views of the ocean and lagoons. It is far better than we had expected. The place is well kept with beautiful modern furnishings and high-end appliances. You can watch the sunset on the ocean from the spacious balcony. The security is great. Renters can only access their floor, the lobby and the assigned parking garage level. For this unit you have 2 assigned parking spaces. It is located in an area surrounded with good restaurants (Roy's, Monkeypod Kitchen, Fish House at the Four Seasons, Disney Resort dining...) as well as local grocery stores. Honolulu International Airport is about 21 miles away. The lagoon was never crowded with tourists or local people unlike Waikiki beach. You can really relax and enjoy the beautiful views. You can also access the other 3 lagoons which are within walk-able distances. We would highly recommend Jackie's unit and would love to come back in the future! P.S. If you are into golf, there is a beautiful golf course across the street.

The kitchen is well equipped. The property is awesome - we hung out at the pool and had easy access to the lagoon too. It's great for kids. My 18 month old son loved the beach entrance pool. The host at the resort made everything really easy too. I'd absolutely recommend this condo.

  Comments: Terrific condo and host. Our family typically goes to Hawaii once a year, alternating between Maui and Oahu. If you're like us and want to avoid the more touristy spots like Waikiki, I would definitely recommend Ko Olina. You're away from the crowds, but still a relatively short drive (so long as you avoid commuter hours) from Honolulu and sightseeing spots. There are 4 man-made lagoons in Ko Olina. The Ko Olina Beach Villas are right at lagoon 2. Lagoon 1 has the Disney Aulani resort and I think the Four Seasons. Lagoon 3 has the Marriott and lagoon 4 is the public one, though all four lagoons are publicly accessible. We think lagoon 2 is the best, not just because it's the shortest walk from the condo (basically just down from the elevator and through the outdoor pool area), but also because it tends to be the least crowded. The lagoons are perfect for children - waters are pretty calm and don't get deep until you get pretty far out. We saw some people snorkeling, but it's not a real good spot for that. There are two towers in the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The condo is in the beach tower, which is the one closest to the beach. We've stayed at the other tower before, and while still nice, just isn't comparable to the beach tower. For the other tower, you're basically overlooking the interior of the resort and get barely, if any, a view of the ocean. The parking garage is also over the beach villa, meaning from Jackie's condo, we can take an elevator directly down to the garage (and one of the parking spots is pretty much right in front of the elevator), whereas in the other tower, you have to walk to the beach tower to take the elevator down to the parking garage. Jackie's condo also has one of the best views. It's on the penultimate floor on the side of the building where facing the empty lot where I think they will build the Atlantis resort, but you get a great view of the beach and ocean and of the sunset from the lanai. The condo has two rooms with two full bathrooms. The master is a nice size with an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The other bedroom is smaller, especially suitable for kids. The second bathroom is just outside of the second bedroom. The condo is nicely furnished and not cluttered. Kitchen is modern. There is a smallish washer and dryer. I don't know whether the dryer was broken, but it wasn't giving out much heat. I'm sure we could have just called maintenance and they could have easily fixed, but we ended up just hang drying our clothes - they dried fast because of the weather and we helped conserve some electricity. There's plenty of towels and beach gear, including folding chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and other flotation devices. There are a variety of restaurants...

  Comments: Jackie's condo was exactly as advertised. Although the pictures didn't quite do that beautiful view justice. The condo was clean and the check in process was super easy. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and I really appreciated the bag of coffee in the room! The building is so quiet that we were never bothered by any outside noise. No slamming doors or stomping feet. It was the perfect place for a family, with plenty of space to spread out. Comfy beds too! And we didn't have any trouble with the washer and dryer at all. I'm glad that we stayed here, instead of a cramped hotel room. Also, grocery shopping and restaurants were a short drive away. My kids loved the beach so much, they didn't want to go anywhere else. Great vacation!

The apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and our to kids. This is a state-of- the-art place and beautifully decorated. The facilities itself has many amenities such as a bar and swimming pool. There is a man made lagoon perfect for younger children and adults that just want to relax and float in the gentle water. The apartment has an excellent collection of boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs and the like, which makes beach going very simple. If you haven't been to Ko Olina on Oahu you should definitely check in out! I am from Oahu and I love it! Aloha

  Comments: We really loved our stay here. Check in process was smooth and easy. We were greeted by the great staff and Shane who oriented us to the unit. The view was fabulous and love that the kitchen opens right on to the balcony. The weather was perfect and we ate almost all of our meals on the lanai. This place is perfect for families with older children since it's located on the 10th floor. The beds were very comfortable with air conditioning in both bedrooms. I'm pretty sensitive to noise and had no complaints with noise whatsoever in this location. The amenities provided were great with wifi and 2 parking spaces that are included. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than anything and everything you need to cook and have a great family meal. The beach equipment provided was more than enough to have a fun and comfortable beach day. The pool area was nice and clean with lots of lounge chairs and areas. The pool has direct access to the lagoon. The lagoon was less crowded than the neighboring lagoons at Aulani and the Marriott, perfect for families that want more privacy and like to stay away from the crowds. This place is truly a home away from home. My kids are already asking to stay at the Beach Villas again!

  Comments: This is the place to stay! The 10th floor balcony has Ocean/Lagoon views as well as sweeping maintain views. The location is in the Beach Tower which makes it extremely convenient to the pools and lagoons. The sleep arrangements are awesome and we never heard any outside noise or other noise coming from other condos. The kitchen is very high end and we typically were able to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo. A special add with this place is that it provided chairs for the beach, boogie boards, mats for the beach and even a cooler. We would highly recommend this place and will look to book it again next year. We have stayed at the Marriott Beach Resort in Ko Olina several times and would select Jackie’s place over that for sure. You will not be disappointed by staying here!!!!!!

Sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset views is so peaceful. Jackie’s place has all your beach needs, other than your swimsuit and sunscreen! (Big cooler, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, infant floatie, beach mats, noodles, and snorkel gear) There was a pack and play, high chair, and strollers which make it convenient for families. The pool is not heated, but is a nice area to hang out in. Although no restaurants were in the building, the other lagoons had a few options and are just a short walk.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo on the 10th floor facing the Aulani. The views are spectacular and the condo is amazing too. Very clean and modern. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The pools and beaches are great. And we love the peaceful atmosphere of Ko Olina. We are looking forward to our next stay!
