Comments: Tam was the most attentive, considerate and friendly host. The introduction was very comprehensive but also informative and friendly. Tam responds to all questions very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazingly convenient location and although cosy, is very modern and beautifully decorated.

Comments: Thank you Tam, Your room was just as described, I flew in Early and responded right away to my sms about the key location and he made it a hassle free situation. Great location for my needs this time in Sydney, walking distance to various neighbourhoods and the city, I didn't need to get one cab in the 3 days there. Thanks for a hassle free stay, will look you up again on my next business trip to Sydney.

Comments: Wonderful location close to the city and paddington shops & restaurants. Tams apartment has lots of natural lighting, and is surprisingly quiet given its close proximity to the city. Tam was easy to deal with and accomodated us last minute, great communicator and made sure we were settled in nicely.

Comments: Tam's place is fantastic. Beautifully decorated and so clean. The location is excellent, just a short stroll through the park and you're right in the centre of Sydney, Westfield and the main shopping district. Tam was so helpful and checked in via email to see how I was getting on. The whole process was a breeze, considering I only booked a few days before travelling. Thanks so much for making my stay in Sydney great!

Comments: My partner and I was happy staying at Tam's beautiful apartment in Darlinghurst. Tam's description of the space is accurate, and the apartment is, if anything, more beautiful than the photos might suggest. The house was immaculately cleaned and maintained, well equipped in a lovely neighborhood. The location is amazing; Hyde Park is literally 1 min walk from the apt, close to good restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient store. The setting is perfect for a weekend or holiday getaway. Perfect for tourists or when you're on a business trip. I didn't get to meet Tam as he was away for holiday. But things were easy! Tam was a terrific host; he responded promptly to my initial query, and once we were there, it seemed that he'd thought of everything. Highly recommended!

Comments: Tam is a great host! His place is AMAZING, the room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is great too! The CBD, Circular Quay, Surry Hills are all a short walk away, and buses and trains to Bondi Beach, Newtown and the airport are all within a block of his place. I loved it and will definitely recommend his place to my friends who'll be visiting Sydney.

Comments: Great place! Good location, and perfect for 1 traveler. Very quiet building.

Comments: Tam's place is very cosy and nice, but the toilet is too small that you're basically stuck between the left wall and the right shower room. Except for that, I think all is good.

Comments: Tam's place is a must stay. Located in an area close to restaurants and pubs on a quiet street. The apartment itself was immaculate. Tam thought of everything. The bed was a dream to sleep on, the decor was great and the place smelt amazing. It was light, airy and very clean! I would definitely return to stay if I'm in Sydney again. Tam was an amazing host, very understanding and accomodating when I hit a travel snag. He met me on arrival and showed me around, he also left a detailed guidebook I could refer to.

Comments: Really nice place to be based to explore Sydney. The apartment is clean, cosy and attractively funished. It's in a great location where it is a short 7 minute walk to access Museum subway station and the downtown area or buses to Bondi, Cogee and other beaches in the surrounding area. Nearby are a number of food stores and eateries on the lively Liverpool Steet, but the apartment is situated on a not far off quieter street, so it's quite a tranquil area. Tam is a very competent host: communication before and during the stay was first class. Highly recomended.

Comments: Tam’s apartment has everything you could possibly need to make your stay in Sydney feel like you’re staying in your own home. All aspects of the apartment are clean and functional, and there are special touches all over the place that elevate the experience. The location is amazing, so make sure you wander down Stanley street and check out the bars and restaurants while you’re there! 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comments: The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay. Tam was so kind and responded promptly for all the questions I had during the stay which made the stay even more comfortable. Bed was really comfy and good pressure of shower was a plus! The apartment was close to cafes and restaurants in Darlinghurst, very close to the city centre and easy walking distance to Museum station - one train from airport. I would highly recommend Tam’s place for anyone who is visiting Sydney. I would stay here again when I visit Sydney next time! Thank you for your hospitality Tam :)

Comments: I have stayed in many Airbnbs before and always rented the whole apartment or house. This was the first time that I stayed in a place where, from the sheer amount of personal belongings, I had the impression that the apartment is inhabited when not rented out. The result of this is that every cupboard, wardrobe and drawer is full of personal stuff. Not really what I wanted or expected. I do not have a problem with this but it would have been good to know. The photos do paint a good picture of the apartment but what they don't show, and the listing does not clarify, is that this is a ground floor apartment in an old building, with no blinds/curtains, that backs onto an alley way (with bright street lighting) that forms an entrance way into the high school next door. On weekdays, it can be noisy as the kids arrive/depart the school as well as during the break times. On a positive note, Tam is a great host and very communicative. He immediately worked to darken the bedroom for me (thanks Tam!) and is very conscientious that his guests are comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable, towels are soft and fluffy and the location is second to none. The shower is also very good. Value for money? This is Sydney and an awesome location but it felt somewhat overpriced. Cons: Cluttered, no blinds on windows, ground floor apartment that backs on to school entrance way, pricey Pros: Great mattress, shower and towels. Amazing location

Comments: Tam is great! Super helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated. Especially when I lost my key Great location within a short walk of museum station and some cute restaurants near by. There was also a corner shop for milk etc which was useful. Very easy to get to from the airport. It was nice and clean too. Stanley Street is quite steep with wheelies but made for good exercise!
