  Comments: Great experience right from the start. Tom was very welcoming and showed me around the apartment. The apartment was in amazing condition and in a very good location. Very comfortable bed and great balcony overlooking the street. Very spacious and modern. Would most definitely stay here again!

  Comments: Tom's place is great in terms of location: walking distance from Hong Kong station (connects to airport and in-city luggage check-in) and Central station. There are many little galleries, lifestyle/interior stores, intriguing boutiques and even candy stores to explore around his place (tips: you can leave your shopping bags at home and hit the streets again). It is also very close to famous noodle restaurants in Wellington St, and just opposite a popular beef noodles restaurant. I like it that Tom's place is really quiet and calm at night, great for having a beer on the balcony, and watching movies on his HUGE TV (Tom's got some really cool movies). His place is also very tasteful, minimalist and spacious, so for this price, beats ANY tiny Hong Kong hotels in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon area. And Tom was not joking about his world class steam iron. My only regret is not being able to meet Tom in person as i was late and made some bad transport decisions. It is best to walk to Tom's house if you do not have that much luggage, as traffic jams + narrow roads + other tourists lining up for taxis can cause tremendous delay.

  Comments: Had a lovely time staying seven nights in this conveniently-located flat. Tom provided us with several large bottles of juice, as well as some soda, iced coffee, etc., which I thought was a nice surprise! The washing machine was very useful and the flat was quite modern and well-kept, in general. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

The apt itself was clean modern and incredibly comfortable. Tom was easy to communicate with and very generous. Would love to stay here again when I'm next in town!

  Comments: We had a fantastic stay at Tom's apartment, we couldn't have asked for anything more as was already supplied with the essentials. The apartment was spacious with a great kitchen, bathroom and computer/laundry area. The bed was very comfortable and a large TV with with a great selection of TV shows and movies to choose from. The balcony was fantastic and used all the time and was great for people watching (especially the queue across the road for the noodle shop) while having your meals or a quick drink before going out and exploring the neighbourhood. The location was fantastic, great shops and restaurants all around and close to the mid-levels escalators, MTR and ferries. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

  Comments: Tom was an excellent host and made us feel extremely welcome, the flat is fantastic and in a great location. A real mix of old and new on the doorstep. Really close to the mtr and the trams and buses. Lots of markets near by and lots of great places to eat on the doorstep. Would love to stay here again.

  Comments: Tom’s place is in a great location and is very close to several restaurants and bars. There is also a grocery store close by which made life easy, especially with a 12-month-old baby. His apt was un-expectantly pleasant and was very spacious compared to other Hong Kong apts. Tom’s helper was very friendly and explained the workings of the apartment. To our surprise she bought our little one milk. See definitely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The neighbors made noise in the early morning upstairs but the comfort of the bed made you forget about the noise. All and all a great location and hospitable quarters.

  Comments: As already mentioned by all the other guests. Tom is a great host! My brother and I had the pleasure to meet him in person when we got to his place, he was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The flat is spacious and offers everything we could wish for. And the location is even better, everyone we met confirmed us how lucky we were to stay in this area. The only downside was that some of the best places around where closed because of the lunar new year, so instead of people queuing for the noodle shop downstairs we saw many disappointed faces looking at the closed sign, including us… I guess that is good to know if you are planning to visit Hong Kong. But as you see there isn’t even one downside which is actually related to Tom or the flat. I’d recommend it to a friend without hesitating, this is the place to go :)

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and was exactly as described. Good contact prior to arrival and Yuppi (the person who met me and showed me around the apartment) was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely use again if I am in HK

  Comments: Fantastic stay in a brilliant apartment. Stayed with my partner in sunny/typhoon season August. We were both comfortable the whole week and pleasantly surprised by just how conveniently close Central, Mid Level escalators and Sheung Wan were. Balcony is great for watching the world go by with a drink. Apartment is spacious, clean and well presented. Lots of toiletries and other items left to make the stay easier. Directly opposite a famous noodle place. Great communication with Tom and Yupi before and during our stay. Really helpful! Couldn't recommend the apartment enough. Thank you!

  Comments: Tom's place was in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and bars. The apartment was clean and spacious with an awesome balcony that was great for a pre dinner drink. Our plane arrived early and Tom was super kind to allow us to check in before the regular check in time. Would be happy to stay here again on our next HK trip.

  Comments: Tom's flat is absolutely wonderful. It's clean, spacious, and very well located. It's an awesome base for exploring HK as it's close to both MTR and the ferry terminals. Even for food options it's great since it's right next to Kau Kee and Shing Heung Yuen. The balcony gave us a nice place to enjoy a beer after a day of exploring. Overall we feel super lucky to have been able to stay here, and would definitely stay again.
