Comments: I had the pleasure of staying at Nicks place for an entire month and it was amazing. Great location, in the heart of the east village, great food, bars, stores all around. I have lived in NY previously so i know what im talking about. The apartment is just as described and as it looks in the pictures. Its cozy and really cute, with enough space for your stuff. The rooftop is a plus and you have awesome views of Brooklyn bridge, Empire state etc. Nick was super quick to respond to any questions and was super friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Comments: My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Nick's place. Location in EV was great. Picking up the key and getting into the apt was a piece of cake with zero complications. Nick was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating to my flight schedule. He's super friendly and ready to offer recommendations and suggestions if needed. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I took the bedroom, and my friend stayed in the living area. There was a blow-up mattress available to us, but she decided to just sleep on the couch and was happy there. The rooftop view was super cool!! Would definitely stay here again.

Comments: Nick's apartment is great, with an actual living room, a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and Nick also left me some fruits as a welcoming gift. He was very responsive whenever I tried to contact him and gave me good suggestions about the neighbourhood (restaurants, bars, music and activities). Overall, a great experience! Regarding the location, it is very close to the subway and few minutes away from Tompkins Square Park, one of my favourite spots in East Village. The flat is also very close to many restaurants of any cuisine flavour. Great experience and highly recommend!

Comments: Nick has a lovely flat. Really good location - loads of restaurants, bars, good shops around, and very close to a subway line. The flat is very cool and is made even better by the roof area that is great to sit out on on a warm summer's afternoon. The flat is also very quiet, which is lovely (and quite rare in Manhattan!) Nick himself was incredibly friendly, and brilliant at keeping me informed. I would recommend this cool flat to anyone

Comments: Nick's place is in a great location and reasonably priced. I stay in New York for a week every January, and always have to balance cost, location, and quality. This was my best stay so far - the apartment was warm, the communication with Nick was easy, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. I'd definitely stay at his place again.

Comments: Nick’s place in the East Village is conveniently located near anything you need in the city: subway stations, parks, food, night life. While there were a few hiccups during our stay, Nick did his best to help us through situations, which we did ultimately appreciate. Nick was also very receptive to feedback on improving the place for future guests, and I sincerely believe he will do his best to make the experience even better.

Comments: A great apartment in an ideal location with access to everything you could need. Only a couple of minutes walk from the subway and close to many restaurants and shops. Nicks apartment is welcoming and comfortable, like a home from home, full of interesting books and the air-con was a definite bonus. Couldn't have been better for our stay in the city.

Comments: Nicks apartment in East Village is a little diamond, full of character....this little hidden gem made my stay in NYC with my dad the most amazing and authentic experience....from the minute we landed, Nick was on hand...key collection from the shop around the block was a breeze...although there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment, it didn’t bother us and my dad is 74! We both felt at home instantly......then nick told us about the roof!!!!! Breathtaking! No need for TOTR...you can see uptown, downtown and Manhattan bridge, stunning views...the area is amazing also, it’s east village, can’t go wrong really! We even made friends with the food wagon guys outside on corner(of 11th) 1st Avenue subway is 5 minutes walk away, if even! And if that is out of service(L (Website hidden by Airbnb) doesn’t run on weekends!) Union square is only 10/15 minutes walk away...(bustle brilliant station)connections on subway are great if you stay here you are truly honestly in an amazing spot I had never been to NY before and was worried going with my 74 old dad but Nicks place really was a blessing...we wanted authentic and we got that with love, music, plants and just general comfort ❤️ Nick, Nick himself, he couldn’t have been more accommodating, very considerate, genuine guy ❤️ he texted me local places to go, made sure we had settled in, not pushy, just perfect...incredibly accommodating...had a beer in the fridge and was just an A Class Host....thank you Nick....I will be back xx Anyone thinking of staying here, think no more....book and enjoy the true beauty of New York
