  Comments: Place: I was in this apartment for 4 months, which means I did a lot of research before choosing a place to stay. Cleanliness and ease of access were extremely important to me, and I'm happy to say that I was very pleased, in both these aspects and others, with this apartment. It was well cleaned when I got there. Apartments in HK are naturally small. Dont be thrown off by this. The fridge, bed, wardrobe, and desk were more than enough for a long term stay. The washroom was a decent size as well, and had good shower and flushing. You'll get used to how small it is, and honestly, based on other apartments I saw my friends staying in while we were in HK, this place is a good size. I fit an extra person for a week comfortably when a friend visited me. Also, don't be throw off by the exterior and front of the building. The inside is quite clean and new! A/C was great as well, and I used it just as a fan (cool setting was turned to lowest) to keep the air flowing even when the weather got cold. All in all, good apartment for long term (and I am extremely picky). In terms of the actual location, I loved it. Great grocery stores around (chatham place is around the corner, and then the other way there are a handful of different grocery stores too). At least 5 grocery stores are within a couple blocks. Good fast food around as well. And ofc, being Hong Kong, there are 7-11s and Circle Ks just across the street and around the block. Take a walk around on your first day! In particular, I liked how this street was more quiet and more residential than HK island. I was in central for work on a daily basis, and so this place is a nice escape from the crowded tall buildings. Buses around the block go basically everywhere. I prefer buses personally but if you need the train, Hung Hom station is a 10 min bus ride away. Hung Hom also has the train that goes towards Shenzhen, so makes for a good day trip location. All in all, convenient and safe. Didnt feel weird walking around at 1 am. Theres a little family owned restaurant right downstairs that's open very late. Owner: kind, very responsive. At one point, the toilet didn't flush and Chris was very fast in replying to me. In the end, it was just a building issue so it had nothing to do with them. But he was still very fast in responding and trying to set up someone to come by. Chris is very professional and responsible. Thank you!

  Comments: Overall speaking, not a pleasant experience and not a good choice to stay for me. The big street right outside of the room is very noisy even during the late night. When it is raining, the water pour on the top of the AC unit which has a thin metal case and cause super loud noise all night long. The toilet tank is leaking so the floor is constantly wet. Hot water boiler of the bath was suddenly malfunction once during my 40 days long stay. Chris got someone to fix it when I was away. Room size is about 2.1m x 3.5m including the toilet/bathroom which is about 0.9m x 1.4m. Blanket is thin and I can't sleep well because it was pretty chilly and wet on early March. A tiny fridge and a water boiler for instant noodles is provided but no hairdryer. Shampoo and shower gel is mixed with a lot of water. Laundromat is few blocks away. Free WiFi is slow.

  Comments: Tiny room but normal compared to most Hong Kong appartement. Desk, TV, fridge, closet, boiler, nice bed and bathroom available which makes a nice living place. Not too far (15 minutes max) from subway stations, bus stop nearby as well. Maybe not suitable for short buisness trip but definitely a great place to live in case of a longer stay. Special mention for having fixed the electric switches in less than a day, very serious and nice owner. Won't be disapointed if you are looking for 3+ weeks stay for 1-2 people

  Comments: Chris place is optimum place for budget and good for a single person stay as almost all amenities of a private room are in place and train, bus, market are all close by. Recommended for people who wants a short stay to travel and enjoy with least commotion around..

  Comments: Great location and decent price for Hong Kong. I stayed there for about four months and was quite happy with it overall. Chris responded very quickly to any problems. My main issue was that it wasn’t so clean upon arrival and I had to clean up quite a bit of mould.
