  Comments: Peter was a very thorough host, making sure I had everything I could possibly need during my stay, and his communication via email was great. His place, newly renovated, was amazing and very comfortable. His flat is located in a great district of Barcelona so you won't be disappointed! Additionally, the high-speed internet was extremely appreciated.

  Comments: Unser Gastgeber holte uns sogar von der Metrostation Fontana ab, um uns zur Wohnung zu begleiten. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sympathischen Viertel in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Gegenüber befindet sich der Schulhof, auf dem es manchmal etwas lebendiger zugeht. Wir mochten das. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist liebevoll renoviert worden. Uns hat sie auf Anhieb gefallen. Sie bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Sogar einen lauschigen Patio, wo man wunderbar speisen oder ein Gläschen Wein trinken kann. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt nötig ist. Vom Bügeleisen über Föhn, der Nespresso-Maschine bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles da. Wenn man mal keine Lust hatte, Essen zu gehen, gab es ja noch die toll eingerichtete Küche. Das Kochen hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Paul hat uns aber auch mit ausgezeichneten Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps versorgt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

  Comments: The flat was great. It is situated in convenient area with lots of cafes, supermarkets and close to metro station. The flat is stylish and has nice terrace. The only thing may be confusing is a school on the other side of the road so it was noisy after 8:30 a.m.

  Comments: We were very pleased with our entire experience. Peter Paul came down to meet us at metro station, to guide us to apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located near metro, dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Barcelona was honestly our favorite city of several we visited. Peter is very friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. He spent at least an hour with us on our arrival at the apartment answering our questions, making suggestions, recommendations about seeing the city. The apartment is in a very nice area, feels very safe. It has been updated recently and has everything you could need. There is an elevator which helps with luggage. But it is only on second floor. Peter Paul was awesome. He made himself available for any questions or problems that might come up. Great guy. Highly recommend his place and will definitely stay there on our next trip. I know the review is quite positive, but this is honestly our experience. Enjoy.

  Comments: Situation idéale à Barcelone, le quartier de Gracia est pour moi le meilleur quartier de Barcelone pour séjourner près du centre tout en profitant du calme ! L' appartement de Peter est très propre, et parfaitement situé à 2 min à pied de la station de métro. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite terrasse et la décoration de l appartement tout neuf. 2 grandes chambre aérées, savon et essuies à disposition, rien à redire! Pour notre hôte Paul, merci pour sa sympathie et ses conseils pour Barcelone ! Un appartement charmant, un hôte super sympa et le meilleur quartier de Barcelone, parfait merci!

  Comments: Svensk vers En riktigt fin designad och fräsch lya mitt i smeten med alla nödvändiga faciliteter bl.a. ett fullt utrustad kök med alla tillbehör, ett nytt renoverat badrum, ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och mindre rum med två enkla sängar, fräscha sängkläder gör att ni känner er som hemma. Den lilla terrasen tillför extra touch till det hela! Värden är mycket hjälpsam och hjälper till ifall ni behöver ngt eller undrar. Ligger nära tuben och sevärdigheter. Slå till om ni har möjlighet - bästa upplevelse hittills på airbnb! Enlgish vers A really nice and clean appartment at cool and exciting location. You get all possible facilities like fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, wi-fi, air conditioning, new bed clothes perfect for both short and longer stay for 2-3 ppl with liten own garden! The host is also really helpful person so you can feel our safe ! Best experience so far on airbnb!

  Comments: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser wirklich schönen Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, z.B. Klima-Anlage, Fernseher, Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, ein bequemes Doppelbett, elektrische Rolläden im großen Schlafzimmer, u.s.w. Auch das Badezimmer ist recht groß und duschen kann man mit Blick auf die schöne Holzterrasse. Peter Paul war äußerst nett und entgegen kommend. Zu erwähnen ist noch die ruhige Lage, da die kleine Straße, an der das Apartment liegt, durch zwei in der Mitte aufgestellte große Blumenschalen nicht von Autos durchfahren werden kann. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

  Comments: Our host Peter Paul was waiting for us at the apartment. The apartment is lovely and very well equipped. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a nice meal. He also has an electricity adapter so we could use and charge our computer, phone, ipad. The apartment is extremely clean and beautiful. Two comfortable bedrooms, a nice bathroom with a great shower, a roomy living room/dining room, a nice kitchen, and a lovely private patio. The apartment also has good air conditioning, which was great during the warm Barcelona summer. It is great to come back from walking around the town and being able to turn on the air conditioning and relax. The apartment is located within a block of the street Carrer Gran de Gracia, with lost of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely and not touristy. You see lots of families and locals. The apartment is on a very quiet street, so you can sleep very well. Peter Paul was available to us for any questions we had, and checked in through e-mail to see if we needed anything. We traveled with our 8-year old daughter, and the place was very comfortable for her, as well as the neighborhood. There are parks and plazas nearby with playground equipment. There are also lots of toy stores and gelaterias. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Peter Paul, for helping us have a lovely stay at your apartment! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.

  Comments: Peter Paul's apartment is a nice place to stay in Barcelona. The terrace is nice for a morning coffee and evening chat, especially during the warm summer. It's near a metro station and in a quiet area of the vibrant Gracia neighborhood. The rooms are silent and cosy enough to welcome 3 to 4 persons. I didn't get the chance to meet Peter Paul, but in his pro-active communication he was always helpful, correct and friendly.

  Comments: Het appartement is leuk ingericht, mix tussen modern en jaren 70 stijl en ligt in de leuke wijk Gracia. Wij waren er in augustus waarbij het de hele maand augustus feest is Gracia. Peter Paul stemt alles netjes af en is erg behulpzaam.

  Comments: Il s'agissait de notre troisième séjour à Barcelone et donc de notre troisième logement. Celui-ci était de loin le meilleur des trois! L'emplacement était parfait : à quelques minutes de la ligne 3 du métro (très très pratique!), à quelques rues des fêtes de Gracia mais loin du tumulte qui s'en dégageait. Le quartier est calme et les voisins aussi! La chambre principale, bien qu'elle donne sur la rue, a été très confortable, car la rue en question est une impasse donc quasiment aucun trafic, seulement des piétons donc idéal. Peter a véritablement été un hôte parfait! Pour commencer, il était là à notre arrivée, souriant et agréable.. il a même fait l'effort de nous parler en Français. Il nous a fait visiter l'appartement, très propre, décoré avec soin et très bien agencé. L'appartement était fidèle aux nombreuses photos publiées. On y a trouvé tout ce dont on avait besoin (jusqu'au fer à repasser et le presse agrumes!). Le patio et la climatisation sont appréciables. Peter s'est rendu disponible et prompt à nous conseiller. Attention, il n'était pas omniprésent mais disponible lorsque nous le sollicitions, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Bref, nous avons tout aimé et espérons pouvoir renouveler cette belle expérience lors de notre prochain séjour. Nous vous recommandons donc vivement ce petit nid douillet où chacun devrait facilement trouver ses marques.

  Comments: We had the most fantastic stay at Peter Paul's wonderful apartment. Situated in a great and convenient location the apartment has everything you need including a lovely terrace. You can tell Peter Paul really takes pride in the place as it is super clean and decorated with cool '70s decor and lots of little touches like maps, leaflets, tea, coffee, shower gel all those little things you need. Gracia itself has lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants - we liked Sol Soler and Cafe De Sol at Placa de Sol very near to the apartment where you can sit out on the terrace eating good and inexpensive tapas and drinking cocktails. From the apartment it's just a few moments walk to Fontana Metro and there is a great bus just around the corner that goes all the way to Ciutedella Park and the beach in around 20 minutes. Both Oscar who welcomed us and Peter Paul who came and saw us off and checked on us through the visit were kind and went out of their way to be flexible, letting us check out late and waiting for us when we arrived later than planned. If you are looking for a spotless, well equipped apartment in a great area, as your base for exploring Barcelona then this is it! I would stay there again in a heartbeat, it's fab!

  Comments: Nuestra experiencia en la casa de Peter Paul fue total! La casa es exactamente igual a las fotografías mostradas en el anuncio. La casa es cómoda, espaciosa, muy luminosa y tiene una preciosa terracita que convierte la estancia en ideal! La calle donde se encuentra el apartamento es muy silenciosa. El barrio es perfecto, la casa está muy cerca del metro y tiene buenas combinaciones de bus. A tres manzanas hay una calle llena de tiendas y bares muy símpatica. Peter es muy amable y no puso ningún reparo en acomodarse a nuestros horarios de entrada o salida. Y un detalle simpático es que hay una escuela en frente y con la entrada y salida de los niños la casa se llena de sonrisas infantiles. Si volvemos a Barcelona no dudaremos en volver a casa de Peter Paul!!!

  Comments: We were made very welcome by Sandra and found the flat very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighbourhood at night but with bars and cafes close by. There is a primary school opposite which gave us a reasonably early wake-up call, useful to get us moving, but this was a minor inconvenience. Peter let us leave our bags at the flat until we had to leave for the airport which was very useful. The balcony would be a perfect place to sit out on in the summer.

  Comments: I had an amazing stay at ORANGE Tree view flat which is ideally located in Gracia barrio. Everything just look like exactly the picture. The flat is very well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to feel just like home (Pan, salt, iron, hair dryer, extra blanket...). It is perfect for a family and Peter has been a perfect host explaining us how to reach the flat and collecting us at tube station, giving us advice for enjoying BCN. I will certainly come back.

Gracia is een toffe wijk om te verblijven, gezellig en authentiek.   Comments: Stayed in Peter's flat for 6 nights. Very interesting neighborhood to live in and a great base for experiencing lives in Barcelona. Lots of bakery, restaurants, and supermarkets in walking distance. 4 blocks from metro station. Having lunch/dinner in one of the neighborhood square/plaza and enjoy people watching is a must. The flat is nicely decorated and the little garden outside the kitchen makes the flat even more charming. One suggestion for Peter is to increase the functional lighting to make reading easier at night. Also the master bedroom is right above the school entrance so you will hear the noise from parents and kids waiting for the school door to open in the morning. Suggest you double confirm the exact location of the flat if you are not familiar with the area because there are many small streets and (Hidden by Airbnb) map doesn't show it correctly.

  Comments: Trois génération pour un petit séjour à Barcelone et plus particulièrement dans ce magnifique appartement. Les photos m'avaient inspirées et nous n'avons pas été déçu puisque l'appartement est encore mieux. Le soin porté à la décoration dans ses détails, la propreté irréprochable font de cet endroit un lieux idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visite et ballade. De 15 à 85 ans, nous avons adorés ! Peter est vraiment à l'écoute des besoins et n'hésite pas à rendre service. Jorge nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée pour la remise des clefs et la mauvaise volonté du chauffage à se mettre en route n'a pas résisté à leur réactivité et la rapide intervention. A notre retour le lendemain, tout fonctionnait. Le quartier ressemble à un village et nous a tout à fait correspondu dans le choix des bars et restaurants. La très bonne boulangerie presque au coin de la rue est parfaite pour le petit déjeuner à savourer sur la terrasse. Si vous prenez à gauche en sortant, un bar à bières très sympa avec des hamburgers à tomber, une petite entorse à la cuisine catalane. Les arrêts de métro Lesseps et Fontana rende toute la ville accessible et le bus 24 vous conduit devant le parc Güell. Bref, nous avons trouver notre "place to be" à Barcelone ! Un grand MERCI pour tout de notre part à tous et à bientôt Peter.

  Comments: Had a lovely stay at Peter's apartment. The place was so welcoming and clean. Loved the area, so close to the metro and a nice walk away from bars and places to eat. The bakeries on our doorstep made it perfect for the morning breakfast run. The little outdoor garden/seating area was just perfect in the mornings when having breakfast and in the evenings whilst having a glass of wine. Peter's friend welcomed us on our arrival as Peter was away, but was really polite and accommodating and we caught up with Peter on our last day to say hi and he was lovely. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again soon. Thank You Peter for making my first visit to Barcelona such a memorable one. Sara :) x

  Comments: We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke week vakantie gehad in het appartement van Peter Paul. Het appartement is echt net zo mooi als op de foto’s! Het is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en de patio is heerlijk. De locatie is ideaal als je niet meteen in het toeristische gedeelte van Barcelona wilt verblijven, met 2 metrostations in de buurt is alles overigens heel snel en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het contact met Peter Paul verloopt bijzonder snel en gemakkelijk. Bij afwezigheid van Peter Paul werden we ontvangen door Oscar, wat al even prettig verliep. Peter Paul en Oscar bedankt voor alles, we hebben genoten en zullen Orange Tree zeker aanraden!

The only thing we did not like were the mattresses, that should be to optimize...   Comments: Peter Pauls flat in the Gracia area of Barcelona is lovely. Well laid out, spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean and tidy, well equipped and has a pretty little patio. Great location, easy to get about on bus, metro and on foot. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and lovely patisseries on the doorstep. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Would highly recommend this flat and this area. Would be very happy to stay here again.

  Comments: We had a wonderful time at Orange Tree View. The apartment is really nice, very well located in what we consider our favorite area of Barcelona. Although it's in a low level, you don't get noise from the streets cause the windows are soundproof. The main bedroom also can get pitch dark by closing down the blinder. Peter Paul is a very nice host, he was there to welcome us and help us carry our luggage, also shared some tips on the neighborhood. Although he was out of town for a few days he messaged us to see if everything was alright and was available through (Hidden by Airbnb) . We recommend his place to families and couples.

  Comments: This is a lovely apartment. It is neat, clean and spacious. It is in a great part of town, easy to reach by metro and close to good restaurants and bars. Peter and his friend Oscar were really helpful, communication with them was clear and easy throughout, even though we were delayed by a train strike in France Oscar patiently waited for us and he also helped us by arranging a taxi when we left. I would highly recommend this apartment to you, I will definitely come back next time I visit Barcelona.

  Comments: Peter Paul is a fantastic host and has a beautiful home located in the Gracia neighborhood area, not too far from Park Guell. Easily accessible to public transportation and in an area with many bars and restaurants. Peter Paul himself is such a wonderful person and made us feel at home. Offered many suggestions of things to do, had pamphlets for tourists destinations in the area, and has nicely decorated his home. I would highly recommend staying here. My only regret is not spending more time at Peter Paul's place. I'll be back again for sure!

  Comments: Peter-Paul was an excellent host and his apartment is lovely. We thought the area was just great. He was very accommodating and really well-informed. We were delayed at the airport on our arrival (they lost our stroller - we are travelling with our 2 year old) and he waited patiently for us, for hours, even though his sister was in town and they were supposed to leave that day for a short holiday. We were a group of 4 ladies, visiting Spain for the first time. From the get go, Peter's communication and response time was excellent. He was very prompt in replying to any initial queries I had in terms of the proximity of his place from the City centre, etc. As we were approaching our final leg, Peter connected with me to get the details of our arrival. Upon learning that we would reach by 10:30 a.m., he advised us to stay at a Cafe or at the airport and not arrive before 11:15 a.m. as his previous guests were at the apartment. Although, the check in was at 2:00 p.m., he allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment at 11:15, very considerate of him. Upon meeting him face to face, Peter came across as a personable, helpful and a caring person. He helped us figure out how to go about in the city, the transit system etc. His apartment was very clean, well equipped with towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment etc. We were very happy with his hospitality, cosy and comfortable apartment. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment and experience a warm welcome by the host, Peter Paul!!!

He furnished the flat with love and very lovely furniture from the 70ths. You will find everything you need, even a Nespresso coffee mashine. On the balcony you can find little orange flowers which are fixed at the real plants and on the balcony you can have your breakfast or let fade out a warm summer evening. The flat is very silent because it is in a small street. Outside and nearby you will find a lot of restaurants and. Don't miss the Foccaria on Carrer del Torrent d' olla. You will find also shops were you will find arts from local artists. Metro and busstation is also near by. We can fully recomend this flat. And thanks to Peter Paul. The best host we ever had. Fußläufig sind Cafés und Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte erreichbar. Besonders gut kann man in den kleinen Geschäften shoppen und findet auch Angebote einheimischer Künstler. Metro und Bus sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns bei PeterPaul ganz herzlich für seine Gastfreundschaft.

  Comments: Our experience in Barcelona was 100% great because of our stay in the Orange Tree flat. It was the type of place you expect to come home to after a long day of walking up and down La Diagonal. The L3 metro line was a couple blocks down and made it perfect to take everywhere we planned to go. There is many supermercat's around the area where you can go grab some fruit or a 6 pack of Estrellas (what we drank our entire trip). We were able to go buy eggs, coffee, and bread to make breakfast at 3 in the morning. We were extremely happy to stay in the neighborhood of Gracia. Peter and Oscar were very accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and felt at home. From the cozy balcony to the vintage typewriter in the living room, everything about the Orange Tree flat gave us the best Barcelona experience. Tips to other Air BnB visitors: 1. Get lost in the streets of Gracia. Like seriously. Forget the GPS and walk around and turn corners. You will find beauty everywhere you go. We took that chance and ended up at a free jazz concert in one of the gorgeous squares and had an amazing time. 2. Bring European plug adapters. 3. Grab a map of the Metro line. Peter has some by the table.

Peter Paul was quick to correspond with me throughout the process from booking our place in June until after we left. This was the first time using AirBNB so he set a high standard for others to achieve. The apartment itself was wonderful. It was clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. Such a great style. The patio is great for a cup of wine in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The location was perfect, as we felt like we lived in Barcelona for our 4 night visit. The neighborhood of Garcia is perfection. Great coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and markets all within 5 minute walking distance and beyond and the Fontana Metro stop is the gateway to the rest of Barcelona. Oscar was nice enough to let us know the layout of the city and special events happening during the weekend, which included La Merce, the largest festival Barcelona puts on during the year. The events and fireworks were incredible. We also wrote Oscar during our trip for advice on a Paella restaurant. He gave us a couple of options and we chose 7 Portes and it was fantastic. Our time in Barcelona was absolutely perfect, and the apartment was definitely a piece of that puzzle.

Showed us around the apartment and then offered help on the neighborhood layout. Neighborhood is very quiet and the electric shutters make the bedroom completely dark. There are two metro stops within just a few blocks of the location, as well as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Main bedroom has a large bed that I believe is a queen. I am 6ft 4in and this was a requirement for my site selection. Wifi worked very well and the TV was very good for catching up on some sporting news.

He was in regular contact before our stay and although sadly he was working the day we arrived he arranged for his friend Marcelo to meet us at the flat and hand over the keys and explain everything we needed to know. Orange Tree View is spacious, comfortable and stylish with a lovely patio area where we enjoyed our morning coffee and pastry and our evening salad with plenty of olives and Manchego cheese! Gracia is a great base for exploring everything Barcelona has to offer and has narrow roads with interesting shops and beautiful squares - we loved the lively Placa del Sol and the graceful Placa de la Vila de Gracia with its splendid clock tower. We can wholeheartedly recommend Orange Tree View and plan to come back again soon!

The apartment is conveniently located in Gracia, 5 minutes walk from metro Fontana in a quite street. Restaurants are a few minutes walk away, and with Line 3 you get easily to Barcelona's most frequented area's. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and all amenities you need.   Comments: Our stay here at the Orange Tree flat was great! I would totally recommend other to stay here for a trip in Barcelona. The location is convientant and lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. The flat itself was spacious and clean, and we loved the vintage feel of the decor. Lots of little extras also, there was tea for the morning that we could use and even an iPad we used to look up directions. The flat and neighborhood is great for families. We brought our 9 month old baby it was the prefect amount of space for her - plus Peter let us borrow a travel crib for the week which was a huge plus and worked out really well for us. The only thing to be aware of is there is a school across the street which can be a little noisy if you plan to sleep in late. It was not a big deal for us though and we absolutely loved our stay here!

  Comments: Hey everyone! Firstly, Peter were very reactive, answering always very fast and confirming the reservation in only few minutes with every details, which is really great and reassuring! He's a very friendly and welcoming person, spending time with us on arrival to explain everything about the appartment and getting to know each other without being hurried =). Peter will be also available by message for news, advices or whatever during the week; which is always very pleasant! The appartment is exactly as described and as in pictures (except some new decorations elements, changing according to Peter's discoveries) with a very nice vintage atmosphere! We love it! Something described as a pleasant dive in the 70's without the kitsch/ugly side. The terrace is simply just a must for taking breakfast and smoking! Everything is very well maintained and clean, so no stress during the stay. Metro L3 is only at 4 minutes by walk and you'll find great places for eating in the neighborhood. The Gracia area is beautiful and quiet, perfect for family or people who want to be close to center but without the agitation. Our only annoyance was the bed which was a bit too hard for us, so not always relaxing unfortunately. But it's just a matter of preference/habit ^^ Anyway, thank you very much for all Peter, you are a great host and easily deserve your 5 stars rating!

Oscar then spent half an hour showing us around the apartment and answering any queries we had regarding our stay. The apartment itself is very nice. Everything we required for our stay was provided. The apartment was very clean and in a nice quiet neighbourhood about a 3 minute walk to the "Fontana" metro station which we were able to utilise to make our way around the city. There is a small balcony as well that can be used to enjoy meals (mainly breakfast for us) and the air conditioning was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying here if visiting Barcelona. It's in Gracia which is a quieter neighbourhood with very easy access to the main parts of the city by metro, bus, walking or cycling. It's a good neighbourhood in its own right though, with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. During our trip there was a fireworks festival in the streets around the apartment which was the icing on the cake. The Gracia neighborhood was very quaint with narrow streets and shady plazas where the locals gather to relax and socialize. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops a short distance from the flat. Gracia offers the opportunity to meet some of the Catalan and Spanish residents, while avoiding the crowd of tourists in the Ramble, Barri Gotic, and El Born. These areas are an easy and quick Metro ride away. The Metro stop is a short two block walk. Peter is very friendly, helpful and eager to assist in any possible way. He also is keen to give you a nice stay in Gracia and in Barcelona. The flat works well for three to four adults to stay in. It was very well tidied when we came. The kitchen is well equipped and the orange tree outside is a nice view. Peter likes "retro" furnitures and lamps.   Comments: Peter's place is a retro treat and stocked with everything you could possibly need! The little patio was great for an early evening drink. The place is tucked away on a carless road so was mostly very peaceful, just some noise from passersby and neighbours on weekend nights, as you'd expect! It is all double-glazed though and nice and dark. Peter greeted us himself and even walked us down the road to get our bearings. He recommended a lovely area for food nearby which didn't disappoint. Communication was great and I recommend the apartment to anyone who prefers to feel part of a neighbourhood instead of staying in a clinical hotel! Easy to walk to some key sights but so close to the Metro we used it most days.

  Comments: We had the best time in Barcelona - a huge part of it was Peter and the apartment. Everything was amazing - Peter wa ssuper easy to reach, he sent us several messages throughout the whole trip to make sure we have everything we need. Upon arrival he greeted us and told us all there is to know about the apartment,the neighborhood and how to get to the best places - to eat, to shop, to do sightseeing. The tip about the bus was amazing! The apartment is spotless clean, it has everything you would need - and more. The location is just perfect, quiet and friendly neighborhood, a few minutes walk to Parc Guell, to shops and restaurants - and very well connected by metro and buses. We highly recommend staying in Peter's apartment, he made us feel very welcome and all the good reviews here are very much deserved. Five stars from us! Hope to see you again!

  Comments: Peter's apartment is fantastic! The location is in a fun and safe little neighborhood close to cozy tapas bars and cafés. Peter himself met us at the front door upon arrival and gave us the tour and basic information about the apartment. He also took the time to recommend more places for us to go and where to take the buses. I highly recommend looking at the binder he's created of information. Super helpful! The apartment itself is very warm and cozy—we loved to unwind with some wine in the living room before turning in. He also left a lot of amenities in the bathroom's mirrored cabinets and under the sink so we had everything we needed to get ready. We made tea to counter the colder weather this time of year while we enjoyed the beautiful back porch as well. Also, be sure to sign the guestbook! :) Peter's place is a Gràcia gem and definitely where we will stay when we revisit Barcelona!
