  Comments: It was a lovely apartment with a relatively good location. There were numerous buses that could get us to town quickly. The house was very well furnished. The furniture and fittings and kitchenware were all clean and new. The exterior of the building may seem rather run-down but once you enter the apartment, it truly feels like a home away from home. Louise was a great host and we would be happy to return again in the future.

  Comments: Absolutely perfect! Tidy, clean, tasty furnished. Location is great too: opposite Centennial Park, 15 minutes bus ride to the spectacular beaches of Clovelly and Coogee and 10 minutes to the CBD. Louise was a great host, very kind and helpful...I definitely loved her place.

  Comments: Comfortable apartment right next to a beautiful park. Sits in one of the major traffic hub in eastern Sydney with buses to take you into City and south eastern suburbs conveniently. Helpful and friendly hosts too!

  Comments: We have enjoyed our stay at Louise's flat. It is modern and spacious, and full of sun light. All the appliances are new and working excellently. The little herb garden was useful in cooking with fresh herbs. Louise is very considerate and friendly. I would very much recommend the flat for a comfortable unforgotten stay.

  Comments: I had a fantastic time at Louise's apartment. Its a full of light airy apartment- a quality I just love. It was very neat and tidy with lots of space, great wardrobes and a fully functional kitchen with some lovely spices and goodies. The herb patch is my favourite part and I enjoyed all the fresh thyme roesmary and parsley. Its a 20 minute bus travel to the city with a great frequency of buses and a bus stop just opposite the house. Thanks Louise for a wonderful stay :)

  Comments: Spotless Sydney apartment for a decent price, that hidden gem that we are all secretly looking for. There are few things better than having breakfast on the balcony, on a sunny day, and stalking parrots from nearby trees. Louise was a great host and cared to our every need.

Louise and John were nice and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone. Only one little note: Alison Rd is very busy and rather noisy at the peak hours.

Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be sure to try and book this apartment for our yearly visits. Thank you again. We were easily able to walk to our event at Moore Park and it was a cheap taxi fare from neighbouring suburbs of Paddiington and Surry Hills. Some great local dining options also just around the corner. The amazing Coogee beach is an easy car ride away and also has other great dining venues too. I am a lover of dining out but if you wanted to stay in and cook the apartment has a great kitchen too

  Comments: Louise nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. On a trouvé un appartement très propre, bien décoré et agencé. Situé entre les belles plages (Coogee, Clovelly, Bondi) et le centre de la City il est très pratique de circuler rapidement en bus d'un côté comme de l'autre (environ 15 mn de trajet). Nous vous le recommandons volontier.

  Comments: I spent a lovely long weekend at Louise's apartment. The place is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean - exactly as it looks in the photos. The location is great too, with easy access into the city and to the beaches. I ummed and ahhed about getting a more expensive, but not as nice place by the beach and i'm really glad I chose not too. This was the perfect for getting around easily and spending a few days of feeling at home in a city that's very far away from home! Plus Louise could not have been a more accommodating host - thank you for helping to make my last week in Sydney so great.

  Comments: The apartment was as immaculate and perfect as the pictures and has everything u need. The location of the apartment was awesome, a short 5-10min drive to the city and Westfield Eastgardens where we went for a late night movie. The only thing to note is that there are no lifts so be prepared to walk up 4 flight of stairs. Other than that, all was good. Louise was amazing, she was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended :)

  Comments: Our stay in Louise's apartment was like a home from home and she was always available, helpful and answered any queries promptly.The bed was very comfortable and our adult son was more than happy on the sofa bed and in front of the TV! The immediate area was not so good for food shopping but we always managed to get what we needed in the CBD before returning each day. Bus journeys in and out were easily negotiated. Thank you Louise for making us so welcome!

  Comments: I stayed at Louise apartment for 2 weeks cause it is close to UNSW. It is convenient to visit my son who studies there. The apartment is same as the pictures shown in website, it is very clean with well equipped kitchen. I feel like at home and both me and my husband are satisfied staying here.

  Comments: Louise's place is fantastically airy and inviting, with big open windows that view out onto the Sydney skyline. The space was plenty big for my girlfriend and I for 4 weeks after we relocated our lives from London to Sydney. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and everything is of top notch quality (we even bought the same kettle after using the one in Louise's kitchen!). The bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever and tons of wardrobe space to store your stuff. Massive TV in the lounge room and the dining table allowed us to work during the day and have full meals of an evening. Buses to the city are right out on Alison Rd and it only takes 20 min to be in the heart of Sydney. Quiet neighbourhood, close to shops in Kensington and a short drive from Randwick/Waterloo for more shopping. Centennial Park across the road is great for weekend walks too.

  Comments: The apartment is as the photos portray it. It is well located, and we got around fairly easily having a car with us. The sofabed is convenient if you prefer two sleeping places. The dishwasher and washing machine worked reasonably well and the kitchen was outfitted well enough for cooking some meals at home. Jenny keeps a great garden outside, and it's nice to have a couple basil or salad leaves at hand. Do bear in mind the walk up when booking, we were well aware of this, so it was fine, but understandably for some with many bags it could get a little tough. The neighborhood is otherwise quiet, and parking seemed to work out fine.

  Comments: Very clean and tidy apartment. Just opposite Centennial Park. Few minutes from the bus station departing to all major stops. 7-8 mins to grocery (a bit expensive but serves your need). The flat is on the second/third floor (stairs no lift). WIFI, TV, Cooking, Heating all facilities available. Highly recommended.

The kitchen is well equipped and the living room / bedroom are very comfortable. It takes only one bus to go to city centre. The host was impeccable, very efficient in the communication and made my first "airbnb" experience so much easier. Totally recommended!

  Comments: Apartment was excellent - cosy, spacy and including all necessities and more - real home away from home. Apartment is very clean, has excellent bed, nice bathroom, all exactly like in the pictures. Communication with Louise was easy, prompt and polite. Lack of aircon did not bother us at all, as it was possible to keep the windows open and thus get nice cool breeze towards evenings and in the night time. We were especially happy about the insect shields in all windows. We would propably have missed the Centennial park visit if we had stayed elsewhere. Now, as it was so close, we got there on several days and enjoyed the parklife, birds, especially. Bus stops were quite close the apartment and there were very frequent schedules, short waits only, to city center (ca. 20 minutes by bus). Altogether very positive first ever experience for us of using airbnb.

  Comments: Wonderful apartment unit. Very clean and cozy. Louise mum was an absolute superstar. Clean bathroom too. Getting to CBD was easy. We always travel by UberX to Central Station which usually will cost us around $12-15 dollars. Many eateries within 10 minutes walking distance. The "travel around guide note" and "house manual print-out" which was prepared by Lousie was very helpful indeed. The downside is the unit is on the 3rd floor with no lift. But in overall, we enjoyed the stay.

  Comments: Just spent a comfortable couple of nights at Louise's spotlessly clean, modern apartment. Everything was exactly as described, the TV is huge, the bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need to whip up any sort of meal. I hired a car and was able to park easily close by, but the busses are also frequent. The bathroom has a great shower head, and there is a washing machine if you need to do any washing. Louise responded promptly to any messages, and was friendly and helpful. It is on the third floor, so there are stairs to climb, but it does mean that the flat gets a lovely breeze. A 100% positive experience. Thanks again Louise

  Comments: The room is clean with beautiful sunrooms. Close to bus station and national park. However, i am very disappointed about what happened here. After I went back to my home. The house ownner emailed me about several questions need me to pay. He mentioned about stains on the rug in the living room and damage to the rug. (I strongly doubt this point) and also mentioned the flat was not left very clean (We washed all dished, throwed all wastes and cleaned living room). We are still discussing about the repaire fee. Please everyone, be caution.

  Comments: Louise’s place was really nice. The rooms and beds were as described and nice and clean. The only downside was that the parking was really inconvenient. There wasn’t parking guaranteed for us, and the back streets weren’t clean whether it was one way or not, so it was a bit dangerous. There was only two visitor spots that could only fit small cars, not recommended for big cars. Other than that, everything else was awesome. Was a very homey and cute place with heating and a nice TV.

The arrival was very easy with the key in the key lock and Louise and her husband gave me all the information needed. They were very responsive and available by email. Internet connection worked perfectly in the apartment. The amazing city center is accessible by several buses (bus stop is about one minute by walk). The surrounding is quiet, I really appreciated the parrots coming on the balcony in the morning. Thanks Louise and John.
