  Comments: While this unit was a great experience overall, I have to begin my review by complementing the owner on her incredible level of customer service. She is welcoming and gracious, and speedily replied to any questions that I had. Even the resort management were prompt and courteous in their response to a request that I had. The unit itself was very large - large enough to accommodate two couples with a child apiece. Also, it does come with a single car enclosed garage, so parking is not an issue. The soaring ceilings and comfy furniture (good stuff, not your typical cheap hotel furniture) are perfect for coaxing you into laying around and relaxing rather than heading out for activities. The whole place - from the appliances to the decor - just exudes a feeling of luxury and class that you rarely get in the typical vacation rental. I've definitely paid a lot more for a lot less. The outdoor grill and patio are so great for cooking, dining and post-meal lounging that we ended up just sticking around there for most meals rather than eating out. The resort grounds are very well maintained, and the pool area included a large kiddie pool that was only about 1 foot deep - perfect for our little ones. After experiencing the nonstop crushing crowds everywhere you go on Oahu, it was surprising how quiet and uncrowded this place was - even on a spring break week. If pools and jacuzzis aren't your thing, a few minutes drive gets you to the Mauna Lani beach club. There are lots of cabanas and lounge chairs to use, but get there early as the cabanas were full by 9am and the chairs by 10am. The condo also comes with plenty of beach chairs, so you can always bring those and skip the cabana hunt. The snorkeling was superb, and there are many beautiful paths meandering along the waterfront. Up and to the left were a few benches along the golf course for whale watching, while to the right were fishponds and several spots with lounge chairs tucked under palm trees. I highly recommend grabbing a book and a drink and hunting down one of these spots. Lastly, the golf course. We played Mauna Lani South, and it was a good as advertised. The course is in great shape, and the views are stunning enough to help you forget all the balls you left in the lava rocks. I highly recommend this place, and we will be coming back!

  Comments: Wow what a beautiful place to stay! immaculate both inside & out with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The resort was beautiful with lots of shops & restaurants nearby. We loved having the farmers market just down the road to quickly grab any food & supplies we needed. Anna was super generous & her communication was fantastic. She really made us feel welcome in her home even though we were not fortunate enough to meet her. I can't say enough about how beautiful the place was & how much we loved every second there. Very much appreciated for trusting us to enjoy your beautiful home for the week. I hope to return one day & explore the island more

Anna and the resort manager provided lots of useful information about the house and the resort. Appreciate that very much. We played golf everyday and loved bikes equipped in the house.   Comments: This was a great spot! it looked exactly like the photos. Very comfortable spot and in excellent condition. The patio was great too, w/ a big viking grill & lush green surrounding. Anna was excellent to work with -- answering a few email questions here and there. And the location is great - you can walk to the nearby shopping center (groceries, restaurants - guidebook has dinner recommendations too). We had a friend getting married at the fairmont but needed more space with our families/babies, and this location could not have been better! The pool was so convenient, a few steps away. The beach access was awesome too (5min drive away). We'd come back any time!

  Comments: The entire home is lovely, from the furnishings, to the linens, decor even the small details like the candles, and other decorative touches. You will truly feel pampered here. The two outdoor spaces are superb, private and relaxing with lovely lounging spaces. All the beautiful and decorative lights are amazing. Very cozy and romantic. The lush and gorgeous landscaping is to die for. The smell of the wonderful flowers was heaven. Nice t.v.'s , blue ray players and docking stations throughout make it very easy to watch your favorite program or listen to music as well. The whole house has a nice layout making it easy to feel comfy. Loved the washer and dryer amd roomy folding counter. The kitchen is amazingly outfitted. Lots of beautiful dishes and glassware for entertaining. Nice appliances as well for all sorts of things. Beautiful barbequing area, with counter space and a prep sink make it easy to prepare a meal outside. The owners are thoughtful and really concerned that you enjoy their home. They make it a point to check on you throughout your stay which is very kind. They genuinely want you to have a great time in their home and you definitely will. Superb accomadations!

  Comments: We LOVED our week at Anna's beautiful condo/townhouse. The home was spotlessly clean and luxuriously appointed. It was exactly as advertised so go ahead and book your holiday here with no qualms whatsoever. The condo is part of a quiet, well-maintained complex with beautiful grounds and a lovely pool with spa and waterfall. Inside the home, we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the comfy master bedroom, the lovely walk in shower in the ensuite and the air conditioning. Everything was beautifully presented with lovely artwork and comfortable furniture. Anna was very helpful and easy to communicate with and always responded to emails quickly. She was very kind in leaving us a welcome gift to collect at the local supermarket. If you stay here, make the most of the beautiful private club beach which has fabulous snorkelling. Having a car park pass and entry to this is a huge plus to the condo. There are other nearby beaches that are truly beautiful - e.g. Mauna Kea and Hapuna. We were particularly taken with the south (left hand) end of Mauna Kea beach which you can drive down to after requesting public parking at the resort entrance. It is a short walk downhill from the carpark to the beautiful beach. There are local stores within the Mauna Lani complex including a small supermarket which has most of what you will need. If you require a big shop, there is a larger supermarket at Waikoloa Village about six miles away (inland - left off the main highway and not at the Waikoloa Beach). There are also plenty of places to eat around Mauna Lani and Waikoloa, although many of these were pricey for us Kiwis with a very week NZ dollar currently. Not so for people from the US. The whole Kohala coast area is fabulous with lots to see and do. You will need a car. I highly recommend staying at Anna's 2BR Luxury Golf Resort Townhouse. I would return in a heartbeat.

  Comments: We stayed 6 nights at this comfortable, beautifully appointed townhouse. Anna was wonderful to work with, very responsive when a couple of things arose. Also, there are thoughtful touches that we haven't encountered at many other places we've rented in our travels: on the nightstand were three terrific reads: I read them some years ago and can state affirmatively that they were engaging and memorable, perfect for the beach; bicycles, so convenient for riding to the Mauna Lani beach instead of driving; a welcome gift card to start us off on provisions. The lanai is lush and private, and there's a settee out there that was my go-to place for reading, napping, sitting with my husband and a glass of wine way into the night. So much more I could say, but you'll have to come and find out for yourself how much of a treat this place is. Mahalo no loa, Anna!

  Comments: This was the perfect base from which to see the big island. The condo was spacious, clean and modern. I recommend it to all. Pool/spa was quiet and nice. The pictures accurately represent the space. The host provided beach towels and chairs. The hosts were wonderful in all respects- recommendations, information, etc. everything about it was a breeze, from check in to check out. the area in which the condo is situated is nice, too. There's a great supermarket down the road, and also your own private beach. Thumbs up all around.

  Comments: I stayed in Anna's lovely town home for six nights as I attended a wedding in the Fairmont Orchid Resort. Anna was great at providing all of the details up front and while I arrived earlier than check in she had arranged for me to have access immediately upon arrival. The place is very private but wonderfully located so we had a 5 minute walk to be a part of the wedding activities and an eight minute walk to a small shopping area that has a great grocery store. Anna has provided everything you could need to have a resort and beach style vacation. Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, hundreds of towels, were all in the home. The bicycles were great and while there were no bike locks for them a quick call to the resort brought them to us. The resort manager is very helpful and responsive. The wifi was powerful. The home itself looks just like the photos. Fairways is a group of similar homes built around a golf course and swimming pool but designed in such a way to give complete privacy! And we had access to the private beach and some great snorkeling with the turtles as well the resort swimming pool and beach. You won't be disappointed.

  Comments: This condo is so nice! We stayed for 3 days and wish we had longer. There are great shops and a grocery store down the road. We grilled out on the patio and cooked breakfast every morning. There is also a beach club with the best snorkeling we have ever seen. It's private beach, not crowded at all, and has really great lunch/drinks. It's also a short bike ride from a nice resort. You can bike over to have dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend staying i. Anna's condo if you're visiting the Big Island.

  Comments: The house is perfect for a wonderful vacation on Big Island. Not only because there is everything one could need but also because the location is perfect. Shops, excellent restaurants and Hawaiian dance and music performances are very close. My favorite place was the Beach Club of Mauna Lani where we did snorkeling, watched the breathtaking sunsets and walked along the costal trail. The hosts were very helpful and concerned that everything was alright for us. I would love to stay in this beautiful house again!

  Comments: Anna是个非常好的房东,房子由专门的公司来打理,但是Anna还是会在入住前和入住中以及入住后和我们保持积极的联系｡这个房子是一套很新的联排别墅,室内的装修以及配置的家电和家具都很齐全,楼上的主卧是一张Kingsize的大床,楼下是一张queensize的双人床,厨房的设施非常齐全,甚至有蒸米饭的电饭锅和热水壶｡小区应该是属于一个开发商建的度假村内,这个度假村有几个这样的小区,但是估计都是度假性质的,人都不多｡度假村有自己的私人海滩,海滩虽小,但是沙子算是大岛比较细腻的了,海滩提供躺椅､冲澡､停车以及救生等服务,非常好｡度假村内有高尔夫球场,球场分南场和北场共36洞,南场的风景非常漂亮,有若干个洞是建在海滩边上的,北场的某个洞旁就是Anna的房子｡度假村内有一片区域是商业设施,包括便利店､餐饮等日常生活设施,便利店虽小但是吃喝用的商品非常之齐全,所以不需要担心期间的日常用品补充问题｡房子离Kona机场20多公里,离大岛南侧的商业集中区大约50多公里,沃尔玛和餐馆等都在这个区域｡从度假的角度来看,强烈推荐Anna的房子,海滩､高尔夫球场还有美式的大房子真的很惬意｡最后感谢Anna的见面礼,希望我们有机会再见,也让我们第一次在AirBNB上有非常好的体验,谢谢｡

  Comments: Bei der Unterkunft von Anna & Russel handelt es sich wirklich um Luxus. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimanlage, ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, zwei Fernsehern und einer grossen Auswahl an DVD. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Unser Standard SUV hatte Platz in der hausinternen Garage, von der man direkt ins Haus gelangen konnte. Auch mit Strandutensilien, selbst für unsere 18 monatige Tochter, war das Haus sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es gab zwei Duschen und eine Badewanne. Der Aussensitzplatz und der Balkon im zweiten Stock sind ein Traum. Es gibt mehrere sehr nahe gelegene wunderschöne Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch viele gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Anna & Russel ist einwandfrei. Anfragen wurden innert Minuten beantwortet. Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können das Anwesen von Anna & Russel allen wärmstens weiterempfehlen - mahalo, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Comments: Hola a todos, Anna ha sido una anfitriona excelente, siempre hubo una comunicación fluida y agradable. Siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras peticiones lo que hizo mucho más agradable nuestra estancia en su casa. Cuando llegamos a casa, teníamos un regalo de bienvenida que nos gustó mucho. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones como en casa. La casa esta dentro de una urbanización privada, con muchas áreas verdes, club privado(hay que ir en coche), piscina, vigilancia, etc. Aunque la isla es un destino de excursiones y playa, la casa tiene todas las prestaciones para descansar por las noches o disfrutar relajado los días que no se quiere salir de casa. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto de Kona, con un coche de alquiler es muy fácil acceder. Hay un centro comercial al aire libre(con supermercado) unos cuantos metros antes de llegar a casa, se puede comprar comida ya preparada, muy práctico cuando se ha estado todo el día fuera. A pesar de lo bien que lo pasamos en la casa y de las atenciones de Anna, sucedió un incidente que ya hemos trasladado a Anna, la chica de la limpieza(Sra. Teresa) llegó a las 10:00 en punto, que dejáramos la casa ya que debía limpiar, no accedió a limpiar si no nos íbamos de la casa de inmediato. Tuvimos que salir corriendo de la casa ya que estaba enfadada, también nos llamó el servicio de vigilancia de la urbanización diciendo que debíamos dejar las instalaciones de inmediato o nos iban a cobrar una penalización por no salir a nuestra hora. Tuvimos que salir corriendo "literalmente" y estacionar en la calle para calmarnos del disgusto y relajarnos ya que incluso llegamos a pensar que podían llamar a la policía...fue muy desagradable. Lamento este incidente porque Anna es una anfitriona fantástica, pero creo que debe corregir el sistema de check out. Un saludo,

  Comments: This is an outstanding place: I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the Waikaloa part of the big island! It is a private townhouse, large, 20 ft ceilings in the living area, two large bedrooms and a pullout bed in the living room, and as the pictures show is very well decorated. Simply put, it is just fun to hang out in when away from activities (which was great for Christmas!). It also has a beautiful patio that we used every evening for dinner. For us, the private access to the beach was perfect: you could either drive or bike there (ca. 1.5 miles), which we did nearly every day, and not have to worry about beach chairs: just bring a towel and snorkeling gear. On a side note, we stayed in several parts of the island, and found this area the best for our family: it has most of the best beaches (e.g. Hapuna), lots of sun, and access to the rest. Thanks Overall, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to the Big Island.

  Comments: Our son got married at the Fairmont, and this condo was so close and convenient to going back and forth. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed with us, so was very nice to be able to cook and eat at the condo instead of eating out every meal. The house was beautiful! The furnishings are very comfortable and well done. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and seating. Everything you need is in the kitchen. We didn't use the private beach but went to another beach that was close with the wedding party. Lots of beach equipment. We rode bikes one day- that was great. My husband played tennis at one of the tennis facilities that was close. The grocery store and restaurants were not even 5 min. away. It was a great location. We definitely would love to stay here again if fortunate enough to return. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The house is VERY well equipped with more than you need (Beach Chairs, Pool Noodles, Snorkeling Gear, Toy Box etc). The house is spacious and beautiful. The facilities the property has access to are great. The pool is beautiful and the Mauna Lani Beach Club is just incredible; beautiful sand, clear water and snorkeling right off the beach.   Comments: We had an amazing stay at Anna's place. The condo was beautiful, the location was great. We loved having access to the Mauna Lani Resort facilities and made use of much of them including an amazing catamaran snorkel trip and the bar at the pool!! The condo had great access to gorgeous beaches, the observatory at the summit of Mauna Kea (which was amazing), restaurants. We only wish we had more time there! Everything was perfect and we will stay there again without a doubt!

It has a pool near house and perfect private beach(5 mins. riding). I think the beach is better than others in the island if you will be with your kids.   Comments: Вторая половина октября 2016 года - пожалуй, это было лучший отдых в моей жизни. Ну, а Анна и Рассел - лучшие хозяева. Нам не довелось встретиться, но их поддержка ощущалась всегда. И при этом было очень, очень приятно получить сюрприз от Анны - подарочную карту в ближайший супермаркет. Впрочем, все по порядку. Дом большой, просторный, хорошей высоты потолки, в нем легко дышится, в нем есть всё, и это всё - работает и функционирует по высшему разряду. Для особо интересующихся - целая папка инструкций по использованию имеющегося оборудования. Постели удобные, подушек - пол-шкафа разных на выбор. Свой гараж, пляжные кресла, даже "макаронина" для снорклинга. Ну вообще все идеально. Пожалуй, маловата частная территория самого дома - но мы практически не видели и не слышали соседей. До ближайшей плазы - на машине минут 5, пешком (по Гуглю) минут сорок. На плазе - мелкие магазинчики и супермаркет, в котором есть все необходимое. Западная часть острова, где расположена Mauna Lani, поначалу производит удручающее впечатление - ни клочка естественной зелени, только черно-коричневая корка лавы, через которую едва пробивается ковыль. Тем больше начинаешь ценить рукотворную красоту зеленых садов. Зато дождей в этой части острова практически не бывает. Все восточное побережье острова - пышет зеленью. Это понятно, потому что очень редкий день там обходится без дождей, да и попрохладнее там. Осмотреть остров лучше всего при воздушной прогулке - на вертолетах (ближайшая площадка - около ближайшего к Mauna Lani светофора, напротив соседней плазы) или маленьких самолетах типа Cessna (водятся в аэропорту). Ну, и самое яркое впечатление - вулканическая жизнь острова, поэтому парк вулканов для посещения строго обязателен. Общее впечатление от отдыха - замечательное место, где живешь в комфорте, где можно не вылезать из воды, наблюдая за рыбками и крабиками, и где есть, куда пойти, помимо пляжа. Очень здорово!

Our kids are almost 2 and almost 5, so after a quick mom dash around the house to move some of the beautiful decor to safe locations, we were all set! The swimming pool had a perfect 1 1/2 foot kid section, and was a very quick walk from our place. We loved having a washer and dryer available, as well as a little garage attached to the unit to park. We really enjoyed the beach club, which was just a quick drive down the road. We scored a cozy cabana nearly every day & brought along the boogie boards and sand toys that were stocked at the house. It was such a nice comfortable beach, and safe place for our kids to play and swim, that we didn't feel the need to venture to any other beaches. Anna was very nice and communicative with us during our stay. The grocery store down the road was also very nice had everything we needed. We had 4 adults (2 couples) in our party so having the 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms was really nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware, utensils, glassware, etc that are needed to make your own meals. Having a BBQ & outside eating area was really nice. I loved having a washer & dryer too. It was easy to find and in a great central location for all of the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for a wild nightlife, this would not be the place for you. It was everything we hoped for and more and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was secluded in that the area it is located is extremely quiet and you don't see a lot of people, but actually walking distance to the local restaurants and some stores. We visited the beach club a few times and highly recommend. Snorkeling there was wonderful and convenient. The hosts were really great communicators and answered any and all questions I had. Costco is only 30-40 mins away if you want to stock up. Overall, a great place to stay on the Big Island. :-)

We were able to use the upstairs bedroom for the parents (me and my wife) and the downstairs bedroom for our 22 year-old son and pull out sofa for our 18 year-old daughter. The kitchen had all dishes and utensils needed. There is a grocery store and coffee shop and many others stores/restaurants within walking distance. Drive though if you need to carry a bunch of groceries. The beach is great although there is a better public access beach some 15 minutes north. The cross island road beginning with Waikoloa is nearby. And the price is good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Comments: Anna and Russell were great hosts. Thoughtful and quick to respond when contacted. They were generous and accommodating to my family and I along with a 5 month old infant. The place had everything you needed to enjoy a day at the beach or a day to lounge and cook on the BBQ. Very comfy space and slept 5 easily and could have easily fit another 2 if needed. The place was close to the fairmont where we needed to be for a wedding but a car was needed to reach other areas for touring. Foodland farms was close and was very convenient for grocery needs. One suggestion for future guests is that they were very strict with outdoor noise. We were playing music on the provided cd player outside and got a noise complaint at 5pm which to me is a reasonable hour for music. For family vacation this spot is perfect though. Lots of beaches nearby and with a car can reach all spots you desire. Airport is 20-25 min drive away.

  Comments: We traveled with our 10 and 12 year old boys, great space and location to explore anywhere on the Big Island, you are 90 mins from Volcano National Park...spend the entire day there, it is amazing! You are 30 mins to Kona for the best snorkeling and cool local beaches literally right up the street. It is also close to a grocery which was perfect and a Snorkel Bob's right in the same plaza. Great place and great hosts. Great to have the pull out bed in the living room, for an extra bed. Enjoy the Big Island, my 10 yr old says "it is so chill!"

  Comments: This place was everything we wished to have for our family, being private, safe, quiet and close to restaurants and private beaches where our kids loved swimming into, seeing real fish swimming underneath them. The local supermarket is pricey but shopping in Kona would make the trip worthwhile if you are member with Costco and can shop at Safeway. However, we would recommend the local market in Kona for fresh fruits that are not comparable to what you can buy at any supermarket. We will definitely be back as we found the place very central, close to some historical walks like the Petroglyph park and visiting places like Hawi at the North tip of the Big Island, which will transport you in a different era.

  Comments: We love many things here: beautiful views of the island and the golf course, beautiful villa internals and two bedrooms on different floors, good quality amenities including an efficient laundry, a gas grill, 2 smart TV sets, WiFi Internet, everything you may need in a kitchen for cooking your own meals. It is 15 min walk away from a nice small mall with a grocery store and restaurants, it is a 5 min drive to an amazing private and wave free sandy beach on a healthy reef with a great restaurant for lunch and dinner. We bought food and wine in Costco and Waikoloa village store and cooked most of our meals during the month of our stay, took a small group tour to the Volcano Park, visited a number of beaches around Mauna Lani., walked the historical trail over lava tubes to the beach, built sand castles with our 2 years old grandson, watched turtles, reef fish, birds and sunsets. The host was very friendly and accommodating, her responses were very quick and informative. We are dreaming to return to this place one day in the future. Thank you, Anna.

  Comments: This is such a beautiful space in a well maintained, quiet estate. The pool area is fantastic, it's quite large and has a great kids pool. It was never busy all the times we went, sometimes just us. And it's quite close to the villa also. The private beach is a must! Gorgeous beach and not too busy. Such a bonus to have this included with the house. Very close to shopping areas, with Foodland down the road. We couldn't fault anything with this house, it was well equipped from beach gear to cooler bags (which came in handy on our big drive) and a well stocked kitchen. Comfy living space and decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Lastly, communication was excellent and Anna was so wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately we never got to meet in person, but she was extremely accommodating with our requests and always quick to respond to my emails. Highly recommend this villa!

  Comments: I enjoyed ever minute of my stay here. The area is quiet and beautiful. The pool is a short walk and never crowded. I love having access to the Beach Club area. It was a short drive but parking was easy. At the Beach Club there were covered and uncovered lounges chairs available and we were able to get them without difficulty every morning. The food at the Napua Beach Club was good and the Foodland Farms had sandwiches and snacks available for us to put in our little cooler. Snorkeling is nice off the beach in front of the Beach Cub also. Visibility was excellent especially in the morning. The house decor was very calming and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. My favorite spot was the outside couch. I loved sitting outside on it in the morning and the evening when we were not at the beach. I am so glad we chose to stay at Anna and Russell's. It ws the perfect ending to our 12 day trip to the big island.

  Comments: Our stay at your two-bedroom Fairview Airbnb condominium was extremely comfortable. We appreciated how well-equipped the apartment was. We had picnic baskets, ice chest, a giant beach carryall, ample beach towels and beach chairs, that we used and enjoyed. Your instructions for entry and exit were clear and easy to use. The private beach and the restaurant there were highlights of our trip. Particularly the shave ice martini! Improvements? The master bedroom bed is quite soft for our taste. There were very few staples for food included, but the gift card at the market certainly helped. Overall our stay was fabulous. The kitchen equipment was ample; laundry was easy to do, and the exterior areas were beautiful. The hot tub, pool, and gym were also a positive. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

  Comments: The house is lovely and very clean. We loved the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. There is really everything you need for a day at the beach, including an ice chest. We also loved the bikes! Nice touch.

The garage use was perfect to store our bikes we brought with us. The two bikes available are good for going to the local market. Highly recommended this unit.
