  Comments: This was our second trip to Hong Kong in two months - we were so happy with our first visit to La Boutique we were glad to know that there was one room left for us. The three of us shared the family room and it was a little tight for three adults but for parents with a younger child this room would be perfect for over night accommodations. Our trip to Hong Kong was last minute and we wanted to book two rooms at La Boutique for two nights but when only the family room was found available we decided it was more important to stay where we were comfortable, where we knew the property was very well looked after and we had an established and friendly relationship with our host Vincent. The glass enclosures for both the shower and the WC in close quarters was a little inhibiting but we are family!! We'll be back and hopefully we'll be able to book further in advance and find two rooms available for our next sojourn in Hong Kong☆☆ La Boutique is a new property and it is becoming a popular place to stay and with good reason☆☆

  Comments: Vincent and co. (sorry didn't catch the other 2 guys names) were really warm and friendly. They gladly gave us directions and suggestions on food & shopping. Plus they ensured that my transport to the airport was arranged (i left at an ungoldy hour) Thanks guys sooo much. The convenient location of La Boutique de Austin made it easy to reach from the airport just by following Vincent's simple instructions and its conveniently located near other stations. And there's lots of good food within minutes away by foot. The room was cosy and comfortable. The seperate toilets meant that there was no need to fight for it in the mornings and there was a constant supply of clean towels & bottled water. I would definitely return to La Boutique de Austin on my next visit to HK.

  Comments: This was a great place to stay, truly convenient and close to every destination you need to reach for. Vincent and his crew are very welcoming and care for your needs. I enjoyed having all the luxury equipment you'd expect from a hotel but not a BnB like complementary water, shower gels, towels etc. it's also nicely quiet in the night which I really appreciated. Directions are so accurate you can't get lost. I'll be back for sure and would recommend this place to all my friends, it's a great bargain for a stay in Hong Kong.   Comments: Vincent and Leo are excellent hosts. They provided advices on where to eat, where to go etc. They also accommodated our early check in and late check out request with no extra charge. Note that this is based on the availability of the room. They also got a taxi service for us on our way to the airport at a discounted rate. The location of the hotel is a bit shady at first, the building is old. But once you get inside the little lobby, it is quite homey. The room itself is a bit cramped with not much place to put in your luggages which may also be the case for other hotels in HK. The bed is comfortable and nice to sleep in after a tiring day. Location is good as it is a short walk to Austin station and a bit of a walk to Jordan station which is near the night market. We will be back and will choose to stay here again. :)

  Comments: Good location, with plenty of local food choices downstairs and nearby neighbourhoods. If local foodfare is not your cup of tea, Elements Mall is just around the corner, with international cuisine. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't that ideal with the rainy evenings. Booked a triple room which is fit for purpose. Room is a little on the small side, but then again, hey its Hong Kong after all. Overall a pleasant experience. =)

  Comments: The staying here made our HK trip very pleasant and enjoyable one. Vincent is a very kind and friendly guy and he gave us tips to reach our interested attractions in a easy and shortcut way. The place is surprisingly clean and facilities are well maintained (aircon, shower, towels and wifi etc all great)! They clean the place and change towels daily. Location was perfect which is nearby Jordan MTR. When we about to off to Macau with our luggage for 1 day, Vincent kindly agreed to keep our luggage without any cost which was extremely helpful! Highly recommended this place!

  Comments: Great location for backpackers and tourists on a small budget, very close to the night market, easily to grab some very tasty cantonese dishes in the deep night! A place to enjoy the local atmosphere. Vincent is truely helpful and friendly as previous comments said. The room is a little bit samll for 3 ppl (stay o1-2 nights is fine) but very well-equipped and clean. 距离庙街步行10分钟,晚上夜个宵非常爽,总之是非常local的感觉而不是游客区所以很不错｡房间虽小五脏俱全重点是很干净｡Vincent很nice很帮忙,一切很顺利｡

  Comments: The hotel itself is newly done and very clean even though is compact, the price is reasonable and i bet you will not able to get a room like this in hong kong with this price range.Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is stable,wi-fi is fast and stable. The location itself is really strategy, easy to go to anyway by train and footstep.There is a subway tunnel just opposite the hotel,just a couple minutes of walking distance then lead you to jordan station and austion station,you can take train to any station you wish to, or you can just easily walk to harbour city area, temple street area and so on through the tunnel. There are so many restaurant and good food just one street behind the hotel,I suggest you to eat here if you're looking for some good local food with reasonable price and variety of choices. The communication with Vincent is excellent, the direction he guided us from airport express to hotel is accurate and easy to understand. He is a very responsibility,humorous and helpful guy, he is very knowledgeable with this area and keen to help. If you need any help about where to eat,what to do, how to go, just do not hesitate to ask him. His management crews are great as well. I will definitely recommend you to stay here whenever you travel to hong kong.

The room was affordable, clean, cosy and amenities are provided. The location is also central and is a walking distance to the MTR. The staff even helped us book a cab to the airport and personally carried our luggages down and sent us off. It was overall a much pleasant stay.

Hosts ensured I knew my way to the apartment before arrival via (Hidden by Airbnb) . 15 min walk from Kowloon Harbor if you are arriving from Macau. 5 min walk from Austin which hooks you up to everything else. 10 min walk to bus A22 which takes you to the international airport. Not to mention the nice cafes/restaurants within the vicinity for breakfast, dim sum and supper at temple street. I will definitely consider this listing again during my next visit.

  Comments: Although the room is not big, price for this housing is quite reasonable since it is in HK. I really appreciate the tidiness of the room, the nice decoration, and most importantly, the hospitality of the owner Vincent. Vincent gave us clear instruction to find the place, provided us with good travel plan, and arranged a taxi at 5am for us to catch the early flight. Awesome experience!

  Comments: Our Hosts were nice and friendly. We were received by Leo, who was very gracious to accommodate my daughter to stay for free in our triple room. Despite the limited size of the area, they got really comfy beds. Coffee, snacks and drinking water were all for free. The only setback was the smell of sewage in the toilet which oddly became intense when the exhaust fan is turned on; but they are sure to address the problem swiftly. Thanks :)

  Comments: My family and I had the most wonderful stay at La Boutique De Austin for a night. Vincent the host is very friendly and helpful, he helped us to store our baggage for a night as we went to Disneyland overnight. He also provided us some useful information like public transport and local food to eat around the neighbourhood. We are very thankful to have him as our host. The room is described exactly the same as the photos and description. The room is very spacious for Hong Kong standard, and it is very clean and quiet with everything being close to perfect. The location of this room is reasonably near to MTR and it is easy to carry our baggage from the MTR to the accomodation as there is a slope to carry around so no physical lifting baggage is required. The accommodation is also equipped with modern lift and the security of the accommodation is very well too. I think this accommodation is one of my most well spent accommodation. Its a shame that we only managed to stay for a night. Will definitely come back again when I revisit HK anytime later, and will stay for a longer period too. Strongly recommend to those who wants to spend little bucks (for HK standard) for a comfy accommodation in HK!

  Comments: The apartment was located across the Austin metro station, which was super convenient for taking the sub or finding restaurants and shops. It was clean, and just spacious enough for a short stay for 2 to 3 people. The necessities such as towels, water and toothbrush etc were provided each day. The only thing was that the first two morning there were constructions going on above us, which could be well heard in our room.

  Comments: 订的三人精品间,房间不算大但是相比去年订的空间还是有富余点,房间就在前台旁边,开始还担心会被吵到,后来证明房间的隔音效果还是相当不错的｡洗漱拖鞋毛巾吹风机这些用品都备有,房东小哥很好说话,回去的时候可以先寄存行李在前台｡ 附近步行10分钟左右的龙堡酒店一侧有24小时过境大巴日间38港币一人,来的时候不清楚花了挺多钱包商务车过境的｡坐地铁前往的话在柯士甸站A出口上文汇路也很好找,附近步行到朗豪坊周边商区只要15分钟左右,坐巴士的话也很方便不远就有巴士站｡到登打士街找网红鸡蛋仔肥姐小食店的话就稍微有点远建议坐巴士,这条街还是蛮多吃的,都很好吃｡ 这次去主要活动范围都在九龙这边,基本靠走都能到,对了去九龙大药房名城大药房也非常近,步行15分钟内能到｡总之是很愉快的住宿体验,下次有需要的话还会选择这家｡

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom is a little weird because it’s just glass walls that are frosted over which makes showering a little awkward.   Comments: 我们算是幸运的,房东本人迎接了我们,热情幽默,但是照面太过短暂以至于我都忘了他长什么样了,哈哈｡酒店很不错,楼下就是地铁站,离维港尖沙咀铜锣湾迪士尼都很近｡地理位置也因为高铁的开通显得更加棒,预订之前完全没有想过会这么近,还可以直接走过去｡｡以至于最后我在留言板留言了,期望房东不要因为这个优势涨价或者涨价太多,科科｡房间的床品比较干净,枕头被子都很舒服,床垫也舒服,很厚,以至于要爬上去,哈哈｡按照人数提供的矿泉水很棒,省下了在香港买水的钱(香港一瓶水都很贵)｡缺点就是空调机会偶尔一阵阵地吵,睡眠深的人就没有影响;阿姨的清洁力度,我都不敢多说她,但是忘记换小毛巾防滑毛巾､补洗漱用品和不铺好床是事实啊(尽管洗漱用品可以自取),一回来看到床还是乱的有些不太欣慰｡一点个人的小建议:镜子那里可以安个单独照明灯,方便女生化妆看清楚些｡给其他想预订的房客:楼下的点点心很好吃,10点开门可以提前一点点去排队｡房东个人是很好沟通的以及回复消息及时的,总而言之是不错的香港民宿,会再来的｡

  Comments: The location pretty strategic, but the place quite small and dark for 3 of us even we booked for 3 person room.. and its inconvenient for us because the door lock is broken and we need to bring the key all the time,, if u plan to go with your parents, i am not recommended, but if u go there with group of friend i think still ok... but overall everything still good.. and the host quite fast response and really friendly..

  Comments: 房间位置非常好,距离圆方很近,楼下吃的东西很多,走路2分钟还有大公园,走路10分钟之内就到庙街了｡ 房东给的指路非常清楚,通过指路很容易就找到酒店了 房间是非常小,香港的酒店一般都非常小｡难得在这么小的空间里放了2张床,三口个人可以睡的舒服

  Comments: 第一次和两位长辈一起住民宿,个人对西九的房子是挺满意哒｡房间虽小,但五脏俱全,也有备全的生活物品的提供,公共区域还可按需自取,周围交通设施齐全便利,房东本人也十分周到好客｡最重要的是我对房间的床垫适应得也很好,睡眠比较好哈哈哈｡房东先生还热情地向我们推荐了楼下周围的餐厅,确实十分美味!唯一美中不足的便是,房间外墙机箱的声音太大了,两位长辈不习惯戴耳塞所以没有睡好(对长期佩戴耳塞睡觉的我来说倒不打紧)｡下次和小伙伴一起来香港的话,有条件仍然会选择西九!
