  Comments: L'apprtement de Rudimar est très agréable dans un immeuble qui l'est tout autant. Le quartier de Laranjeiras est très sympa et facile d'accès aux autres quartiers de Rio avec un grand nombre de bus qui passent devant. Rudimar est un hôte charmant Une adresse à recommander.

  Comments: We love this appartment because of its location (near Cristo/Corcovado) and how it's situated (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a pool). Although it lacked face-to-face contact we felt welkome and at home.

  Comments: Well-located and safe flat. Friendly host that we met after our arrival. However, a few major disappointments related to the flat's features. The flat is stated to be for 6 people, however it is fit for no more than 4 people. There is one double bedroom with no mattress (and very hard bedspring). A second room can be made out of the living room by closing a metallic partition and consists of a couch which extends to two single mattresses on different levels. 2 additional people are supposed to sleep in a minuscule room the size of a closet, with barely enough space for two extremely unhealthy mattresses on the floor. This place is set apart from the rest of the apartment, accessible behind the kitchen, and more likely to be a laundry room than a bedroom. We were 5, and one of us was obliged to sleep on the couch and to buy a fan for the nights (no AC in the living room once the partition is closed). Moreover, as soon as it started raining, the open areas from the ACs began to leak inside the house

  Comments: A localização do apartamento é muito boa. Muitos restaurantes, bares, bancos, supermercado. De fácil acesso para qualquer lugar do RJ. Na frente do condomínio tem ponto de taxis, ponto de ônibus. Metro próximo também, dá pra ir andando tranquilamente.

  Comments: Rudimar was great since the first contact. Everything worked since communication untill staying at this apartment. The apartment is very cute, the pictures are very true. The building is "old fashion' but the apartment is all renewed. The neighborhood is nice too, the apartment is well located, very easy to go to the metro and take a bus. The experience was amazing, Rudimar is very nice, a easy person to talk and fast with the answers. I very highly recommend Rudimar apartment!!!

  Comments: Boa localização, apartamento arejado, limpo e com um anfitrião sempre à disposição. Excelente opção e com ótimo custo-benefício. O único ponto a ser melhorado é disponibilidade de internet no imóvel.

  Comments: Fuimos 4 personas, el departamento es hermoso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Esta a 8 cuadras del metro, que tiene varias paradas en las playas más concurridas de Río, y se puede ir caminando sin problemas. Tiene muchas tiendas y supermercados cerca. Pasamos unos muy lindos días y estuvimos muy cómodos.

  Comments: Espaço excelente. Não só a localização ótima, acesso rápido para diversas localidades do rj pois o bairro ajuda, ponto de taxi praticamente 24h, farto comércio etc como o apartamento em si e nós ficamos boa parte do tempo ali. Fica tb uma dica específica pra quem vai ter neném na PERINATAL de laranjeiras. Mais próximo que isso é instalar uma tirolesa ou dormir no saguão do hospital. Estacionei na igreja. Valor de diária é levemente alto mas se fizer um pacote fica muito bom. Rudimar um ótimo e simpático anfitrião. Prédio alto e fica com pouco ruído, há tb uma linda vista para os padrôes de uma grande cidade. Recomendo!!!

  Comments: The apartment is very well located. My sisters and I felt quickly very safe in the neighborhood. There are many stores and restaurants by the building. As well as a taxi station that we used every day. Rudimar was particularly helpful and gave great tips. I recommend this apartment!
