  Comments: My colleagues and I were on business trip to Hong Kong on 23 - 30 December 2014. It was high season, and was difficult to get a place to stay. So then we kept moving to one hotel/apartment to another. On 23-25 December 2014 we stayed in this apartment. On 23th afternoon after landing at Hong Kong Airport, I texted Jenny to let her know that we arrived in Hong Kong and made appointment to meet in the apartment. We met her in the apartment, and she explained about general rules apply in the apartment, how to use the stove, washing machine, etc. The apartment was very nice, just as nice as showed on pictures in Airbnb. The room we stayed can accommodate guests from 6 to 10 person, and it is fully equipped. There are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom (1 bath room is attached to the main bedroom). The facilities were great. There were water heater, stove, fridge, dining table (complete with dishes, spoons and tea sets), LED TV, sofa bed and spacious living room. And there was wifi connected to the internet. The apartment was superbly clean, and tidy. And the location? Oooh, I love it. Located on Hennesy Road, in between of Wanchai MTR Station and Causeway Bay MTR Station. There are also bus stops nearby but I never use them. Taxi are also very easy to get. Food are easy to find. There are Mc D restaurant and Yoshinoya restaurant located just 20-50 m from the apartment. My next visit, I will stay in this apartment again.

  Comments: Everything is as great as it looks here. It is very new so you can smell a bit of the paint but that wasn't a big problem at all (really a bit). The bed was cozy. I had a deep sleep there. The location was in the middle of everything. I stayed here for 2 nights and stayed in Kowloon for another 2 nights. I wish I didnt move! A shopping mall is right at the MTR station. The bus stop to and from the airport is nearby. very convenient! I preferred her apartment to the hotel since I got more space plus I can cook. So, if you are travelling in group, this apartment is definitely recommended. Jenny is also a nice host. All in all, it is value for the money.

  Comments: 房间特别棒!跟图片一样｡房子是新装修的,很新…房间也特别干净~房东jenny很好~飞机晚点等我们到晚上11点多,还特地来车站接我们｡房子在湾仔轩尼诗道,附近有很多好吃的餐厅｡走路到铜锣湾只需要10分钟左右｡到中环和湾仔码头也很近｡大厦的保安很负责,第一天出门不小心没有锁门专门打电话给房东,没有丢任何东西｡刷卡才能坐电梯上楼,很安全! The room is great! Just like pictures. The house is new decorate, very new... Room is particularly clean .Jenny is very nice~ ~ plane was delayed Jenny waiting for us until 11 PM and come to the bus station to meet us. The house in the Hennessy road, wanchai, there are many good restaurants nearby. walk to causeway bay only need 10 minutes. To the central and wan chai pier is also very near. Building security is responsible for, the first day we go out without locking the door the security make a phone call to the landlord, we did not lost anything. Only use security card can take the lift upstairs, very safe! Highly recommended

  Comments: Very nice, newly remodeled unit, centrally located in WanChai district. My wife and I and two teenage daughters enjoyed the stay very much. We will not hesitate to stay in the same unit again next time we visit Hong Kong. Jenny was very accommodating, arranging an early check-in and a late checkout.

  Comments: We stayed at the apartment for 8 nights. The apartment was great and looked as pictured. We were pleased to find extra toothbrushes and other necessities available. Having stayed in Hong Kong before, I was particularly pleased with the excellent air conditioning unit, the enclosed showers, and the automatic water heater. The location was great, taking only 5 mins to the Wanchai MTR station and 5 minutes to Times Square. Jenny was also excellent to deal with great response time to messages. She was on-time and waiting upon arriving to Hong Kong and gave us a thorough explanation of the unit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thanks again Jenny!

  Comments: I was met by a proxy for Jenny less than 5 minutes upon arrival. She showed me into the apartment and answered all my questions. The apartment was a beautiful modern design made with high quality materials. I used the washer twice and there were clear directions on how to use it and wifi. The electrical outlets are the upside down T kind. There is an electronics store downstairs to the right that sells a converter for 13hkd ( about 2 usd). Overall, we didn't spend much time inside the apartment besides sleeping. The location is great, Michelin starred goose restaurant down the street, metro a five minute walk, ten minutes to Kowloon. We checked out late and she had no problem accommodating us. If you use public transportation it takes about 1.5 hours to schenzhen, mainland China.

Tram stop was just right opposite the building and there is the Wan Chai market, supermarkets and several eating places nearby.   Comments: We just stayed at Jenny's Apartment for a week and it was really good. We were 5 adults and 2 children and we could easily all fit in. Everything was as described and exactly like the pictures. Centre of Wanchai with easy access to Buses, Trams and the subway. Jenny was there to receive us and give us a tour of the apartment. She was always ready to help and would instantly respond to all our queries. Even quite late at night! Only thing that bothered us a little was the hardness of the mattress especially on the bunk beds! We are used to much softer ones. Otherwise it was perfect! It's about a 15 minute to the MTR and convenient stores along the streets. We had no problems and the AC was amazing in the hot Hong Kong temperatures!!!

  Comments: The apartment is as described and was very clean and comfortable. We were met about 2 minutes after arriving by Jenny's husband, Billy and he was very helpful in showing us how everything worked and how to get to the MTR etc. He was also kind enough to go and buy water for us, which was a nice touch and we were also allowed a late check out when leaving. All in all, a pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend the place to friends visiting Hong Kong.

  Comments: Best location in the heart of Hong Kong, all the delicious restaurants are within walking distance. This is a very nice, clean, and spacious (by Hong Kong standard) apartment. We are a family from California but we did not have to compromise much of our lifestyle for this apartment. I almost did not want others to find this place so it does not become too popular.   Comments: Hübsche Wohnung, sehr sauber und fantastisch zentral gelegen an der Hennesy Road. Für westliche Verhältnisse sind die drei Schlafzimmer sehr klein, aber aber für HK Verhältnisse ist das ganz normal. Entsprechend empfehlen wir die Wohnung für max. 4 Personen zu belegen. The location is very convenient, we took the A11 bus from the airport ($40HKD) and after a beautiful drive through Hong Kong, made it to the apartment. Traveled with two young boys and there was penalty of room.   Comments: Die Unterkunft entsprach etwa dem Angebot. Wir hatten sechs Personen angemeldet, leider war nur für 4 Personen Geschirr vorhanden. Trinkgläser gab es gar keine. Es waren auch nur 4 Stühle und ein Hocker verfügbar. Der Kühlschrank ist nur schlecht zu bedienen, da sich die Türe nur in den Raum öffnen lässt. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Hauswachmann war immer freundlich und behilflich. Die Funktion von Klimaanlage, Beleuchtung, Wasser etc. war stets gegeben.

  Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong and at Jenny's apartment. It was exactly as she described it. We were surprised at the amount of space there was for a Hong Kong apartment. The position was great with the tram right at our door and the MTR not far away. Our only criticism would be the difficulty we had in accessing the refrigerator which was a little frustrating. I would recommend this apartment to those wanting to stay in the Wan Chai area.

  Comments: Overall, a good experience staying at Jenny's apartment. She was always prompt in responding to messages and even sent someone to meet us at the airport bus stop so we didn't waste any time searching for the right building. This was helpful as there were both young and elderly persons travelling in our group. We found the location very convenient to shops and transport. The apartment was also clean and well stocked with toiletries. In my opinion it's better suited as accommodation for up to 5 people because it was a tight squeeze with 6 adults, a child and all the accompanying suitcases. Something we found unsatisfactory was that one of the bath towels provided in the master bedroom appeared to be old and stained. Perhaps this was a mixup by the cleaners? I'd also suggest improving fridge access by replacing it with one that has doors opening to the left. Would stay again if there was a smaller group of us travelling.

We were able to leave our bags and were again met on time to retrieve them. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, possibly more if you don't expect to spend a lot of time there. Short walk to the metro, and the airport bus drops you very close to the doorstep. Awesome shopping just outside the door. The apartment is nice, we had 5 women in town for a conference and the apartment was just want we needed. The apartment is a local Chinese apartment. You will get a kick out of the fridge and the way it opens into the "kitchen". The price was right for our budget.

  Comments: the place is very close to tram and bus station. and there are several stores (seven eleven, welllcome supermarket, etc) so it was easy to buy groceries and other necessities. and the rooms and toilet were very clean. but the beds and rooms were bit small for seven adults (3 men and 4 women). although i knew hk got small room, still it wasnt that comfy to sleep after long day of walking and there wasnt enough place to put luggages. i think it would be the best place for 4-5ppl.

After arriving Hong Kong , You can take airport bus A11 and stop at Stewart road and you only need to cross the road and look out for a KFC. Jenny's house is a walking distance to Causeway bay as you turn right after exiting the entrance and exit left to take mtr. The tram station is also nearby . You can also take a bus to airport , E11A from the bus stop just below the apartment. If you take E11A, you need to allocate more time to airport . The bus journey is About one hour 15 minutes .

  Comments: The stay in Jenny's apartment was fantastic. Big enough for 6 persons (good western standard). With the possibility to sleep also on the couch, there is an additional sleeping possibility, if the double bed should be too small for one or the other. There is in each room its own air conditioning and everything is super clean. The two bathrooms including toilets are also big enough. We even cooked and used the washing machine. WLAN worked excellent. We had asked Jenny before our arrival for washing powder, answer came within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not meet Jenny personally, since from check-in to the departure everything worked perfectly. The location itself is perfect. I have no other comparison, but I think that there is no better location in Hong Kong. Wan Chai - MTR station within 8 minutes walking distance, some buses outside the door (we did not use). Supermarket 3 minutes away, KFC right in the basement of the building, McDonalds also close by. The building itself, as well as the entire city is very safe. You can not enter the building without code/card and there is a guard around the clock at the elevators My family and I would definitely book the apartment again if we travel again to Hong Kong! It is difficult to find a budget friendly ,modern place for families in the heart of the city! My highest priority was that is was centrally located, quiet at night, and had strong air -conditioning. Most places in China are smaller, in size,so keep that in mind.This was perfect for us! To find a place with 2 full-size beds and a set of bunk beds ,and 2 baths with showers is rare! It is nicely remodeled. We did not need a view as being quiet downtown in the city was more important. The building had solid windows and flooring to filter noise.Many places in China are brand new but with inferior building materials and one can hear everything next door and outside. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Extra toiletries, hair dryer, adaptor plugs, iron and making extra phone calls for us was very kind.Great places to eat nearby including terrific local dim sum, Gengki sushi or even Italian are restaurants.McDonalds and KFC are at the doorstep. Fresh market outside only a couple places away. So close to subway. Loved staying here and highly recommend for smaller families (The double beds are,smaller, than USA (Website hidden by Airbnb) keep) that in mind) It is a fair price for the terrific location and accomadations offered.   Comments: We landed in HK from London at 7am with a 7 year old, a 9 year old, a 70 year old and my husband and myself. We walked around HK until just before check in time at 1.10pm. When we got there there were no keys in the letter box as arranged. I called Jenny and she asked if I was checking in today! Alarm bells ringing in my head. This question was asked after I had emailed her around four times a couple of days beforehand to finalise arrangements and dates. She told me to wait 5 minutes and her staff would be there. 50 minutes later her cleaner eventually arrived. You can imagine the state my family were in waiting in 34 degree heat. When the cleaner let us in, the flat was a mess as it hadn't been cleaned from the previous stayer. We all had to wait then while the cleaner cleaned the flat around us and changed the bed sheets while we sat on the sofa. Not a happy experience at all and definitely not what you need after a 12 hour flight and walking around HK for 6 hours.

There are watchmen for the flat and you need a pass to enter the flat and access the lift, so security is great despite it’s in a very busy area with lots of people walking by the entrance. There was plenty of space and the kids loved the bunk beds. Wi-Fi is excellent and the showers are have plenty of pressure. Location in Wan Chai means you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle as soon as you leave the apartment block. Loads of places to eat on your doorstep. It's a great base for exploring HK island - buses and trams stop right outside and the metro is just a 5 minute walk away.

  Comments: The location is perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. It is clean (no little pets like roaches) and enough for our 2 families to stay. It is hard to find a place in Hong Kong to accommodate 8 people. We might need 4 rooms if we stay in a hotel since the bed in HK hotel is really small. Be prepare for the security guard, they will question you for the first time and ask you to fill out some basic info. Overall experience is good. Jenny was very helpful although I never met her in person. She was very responsive.

We have 6 people which fit 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (if more than 6 people may feel a little bit crowned) ,comfortable living room and kitchen with air-conditioners in every room. Location is great, safe and near all the transportations, bus, MTR, tram, surrounded with many restaurants, cafe, Starbucks , supermarket.

  Comments: A great place in HK for those looking to be right in the middle of the action! The apartment is only 7-8min walk from the MTR and there are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. While it is in a bustling area, the unit itself is very quiet and comfortable! We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room - the two bathrooms were also a great feature that was hard to find in a city with typically small units. Would recommend for families or groups traveling through HK!

Very convenient - lots of restaurants, stores and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself is good - the kitchen was handy, as was the washing machine. It was a space for Hong Kong and enough to accommodate 5 adults for almost 2 weeks. Also, nice and clean. Jenny is a very responsive host. Would definitely stay again if visiting Hong Kong.

No preparado a mi entender para recibir a ocho personas, las literas de la habitación pequeña sin ventana es practicamente impracticable y sólo cuenta con cuatro sillas y menaje (vasos, platos, cubiertos, etc.) escaso. Sin muchos ruidos, aunque tuvimos la mala suerte de que estaban realizando obras en el apartamento contiguo. La anfitriona perfecta resolvió todas las dudas y nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes del check in. Muy adecuado para una visita corta a Hong Kong.

  Comments: Amazing location! 15min walk to CWB. 10min walk to Wan Chai metro station. On a busy street, but the apt faces the back side of the building, so pretty quiet. AC in every room and it worked very well. Many many good restaurants in the area. If you are tall, ie over 5’10”, the only bedroom you’ll fit in is the master bedroom because with the other bedrooms, the head and foot of the beds are against walls, so you won’t be able to stretch out your legs if you’re over that height. The other option is to sleep on the couch in the living room, which converted to a bed. That’s what one of us had to do. Other than that, we appreciated the two full bathrooms for 5 adults. The washing machine in the kitchen was also very helpful. Great stay!

  Comments: Great location in the middle of the busy streets of Wanchai. You can walk to a couple really great Michelin rated restaurants on foot. We also walked with our two young kids to the star ferry pier as well. The rooms are tiny but it is great to have three separate rooms and it helped to have two separate bathrooms as well. The entrance is a little hard to spot and the street is gated off in front of the entrance so it’s a bit inconvenient if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. We were on our way back home from a several month long trip in Asia so we had several luggages and two sleepy kids so it was a bit difficult moving in and out of the apartment. Our major downside to the experience was that there was a renovation in the unit facing the Airbnb unit and it had no door or tarps to block off the dust and fumes so the dust was even accumulating inside the Airbnb unit. The noise was quite unbearable on one of the days. When the issue was brought up to Jenny, she was considerate enough to give us partial refund to compensate for our inconvenience. HK has a lot of renovations going on at most locations so I think it’s vital to check with host before booking. Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and working functionally. We would love to stay at Jenny’s aptmt again if we are traveling to HK again.

  Comments: Жили в квартире у Jenny неделю. Все абсолютно устроило. Квартира небольшая, как и большинство апартаментов в Гонконге, но в квартире есть все необходимое, включая два санузла. От станции MTR Ван Чай минут 10 неспешным шагом. В двух шагах довольно большой и удобный супермаркет. Заселение и выселение максимально упрощено, хозяина ждать не надо.

  Comments: Jenny's place is in an excellent location. Wan Chai is very centrally located, and her apartment is steps to the Ding Ding and bus stop and about a seven minute walk to the subway. As she mentioned, the E11 airport bus stop is also quite near. It was convenient having a full service supermarket right downstairs to pick up snacks, fruit, and water. There are also plenty of local restaurants and some quick foreign places (i.e. McDonalds, Starbucks, and KFC) really close by. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room with the bunkbeds is very narrow (about the width of two twin beds), so you won't be able to store suitcases in that room if you want to have space to walk. The showers had excellent water pressure and the water was always nice and warm. We didn't need AC in February, but it would certainly be nice in the summer. Lastly, we were asked if we were staying in an Air BnB, so be prepared for this question. In sum, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Jenny's place to others. Jenny always answered my questions quickly and was a considerate host.
