  Comments: Great location although the taxi driver got confused with a different address nearby. Check in and out was very efficiently organized. The apartment is on the 4th floor and not on the 2nd. Shame we could not use the roof terrace much due to the weather. Would love to stay again. Thanks. Stefan

  Comments: Nous avons passé 6 jours fin mai dans cet appartement. Côté emplacement il est à 50m du bas de la Rambla donc idéalement situé pour visiter ou aller vers la plage. L'appartement correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Il faut toutefois annoter que la terrasse est accessible en sortant de l'appartement et en montant d'un étage. Côté équipement c'était bien. Nous avons eu des odeurs désagréables presque en permanence malgré la fenêtre ouverte en permanence dans la salle de bain. Les voisins de l'étage inférieurs (touristes français) ayant fait la fête toutes les nuits ont un peu perturbé mon sommeil et les 3 bars de la rue génèrent un peu de nuisance sonore mais c'est Barcelone avec sa vie nocturne. Côté accueil ce fut parfait avec un accueil chaleureux.

  Comments: L'appartement est vraiment bien, propre et bien situé ! arrivé en bas de l'immeuble on peut craindre un peu pour la suite car la porte est tagué et la cage d'escalier laisse un peu a desirer mais pas de panique, rien a redire vis a vis de la terasse ou de l'appartement. un peu de bruit avt minuit mais c'est barcelone et dans l'ensemble c'etait calme ! bref je le recommande ! c'etait un super sejour pr nous ! Merci !

  Comments: Gemütliches Apartment mitten im Trubel der Stadt, nur 50m entfernt von La Ramblas und der nächsten Metro. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Die Dachterrasse kann sehr schön zum Frühstück oder für längere Abende genutzt werden. Optimaler Standort für Städtereisende.

  Comments: Ce fut un séjour plutôt agréable, nous n'avons pas rencontré Martha, mais les personnes de la sous traitance qui nous ont ouvert la porte était OK, L'appartement est bien situé, métro, tout près de la mer, parfait, et si vous ne voulez pas vous embêter avec le petit dêjeuner l'hotel ""basic and chic" juste en bas propose de copieux petits dêj pas chers du tout.

  Comments: Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The apartment is in a great location making it very easy to either walk to Las Ramblas, jump on the metro or a short taxi ride to anywhere else within the city. Our flight arrived to Barcelona around 7AM and Daniel was kind enough to meet us early! The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us with plenty of bathroom space as well. Although it was cooler weather, the terrace is absolutely amazing and only you get access to it. I can guarantee the next time I'm in Barça, I would stay here again!

  Comments: We felt very welcome and was greeted at the door when we arrived. only 15 min away form the airport in taxi and perfect location for visiting both sides of the Rambla. A bit of noise from the street during nights, but would live here again due to location. very satisfied.

  Comments: The apartment was perfect! It placed right in the heart of the city, perfect walking distance to all places we wanted to visit. Metro station in few steps from the apartment, so if we needed to go somewhere far from the city center we used the metro. The apartment was the right size for us, comfortable, clean and great having a terrace on the roof! Yes, there is no lift in the attic and the building but it's good for burning calories! ) This was our first time using airbnb and we had the really good experience, would definitely come back here again. Thanks for being great hosts!

  Comments: The landlord is very nice and always with a smile to welcome us on the first day. The house is the same as it is shown in the pictures and the balcony is so well to have a relax in the sunshine. The house position is so fantastic as it is near the La Rambla within one minute's walk to the main road. It is so convenient for us to have a breakfast or lunch when we woke up in the morning as there has many restaurants. Overall, the trip is like a dream with this apartment.

  Comments: Had a great 7-night stay at Marta's Apt. Great location! A cozy 30 second walk from La Rambla and a 15 min walk to barceloneta (beach). 2 minute walk to the nearest metro. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars, museums in walking distance. At night you will hear some noise (not much) from the nearby bars but that was nothing that bothered us. Best thing about the place is definitely the private roof top terrace. We spent all our mornings there enjoying breakfast and the april sun. Overall the apt is in good shape and we have no complaints. Didn't meet Marta but the guys from inoutapartments were nice and helpful and we had no problems with check-in/contract signing/check-out. Would recommend.

  Comments: Es war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist ideal, um vieles in der Stadt zu unternehmen oder einfach nur zum Hafen oder Strand spazieren zu gehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Erwartung und war mit Dachterrasse einfach wirklich schön. Im nahen Umfeld findet man alles, was einem so in den Kopf kommt, vom Supermarkt bis zum netten Café um die Ecke. Jederzeit eine gute Empfehlung. Für uns bestimmt die Unterkunft für den nächsten Besuch.

  Comments: We had a wonderful time at Marta's apartment. It was clean and in a great location! Right next to the metro station and within walking distance to the beach and harbour. We really enjoyed the terrace for breakfasts in the morning! Would recommend and stay here again :)

  Comments: We were made to feel so welcome by David when we arrived. The flat is lovely, in a great location 1 min walk from La Ramblas and the flat had everything we needed including iron and hairdryer and comfy bed and air con etc. The terrace was a real sun trap and got the sun all day, it was great that it was our private space we could relax in. The only thing that wasn't ideal was 6 small flights of stairs with luggage but after all our tapas and sangria it was quite nice to have the extra exercise! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location for everything that you would need to do in Barcelona and the met is a 2 minute walk away if you wish to go further afield. The terrace provides brilliant sunset views of tibidabo

  Comments: As we arrived in Santa Monica Street, we warmly greeted by David. He welcomed and warned us of the the 4th flour climb of 71 steps. Kindly he offered to carry our bags up the stairs , Whew! Accommodation was comfortable and tastefully decorated and very secure and safe. From that day forth we vowed we would venture up and down only once per day. The location of Marta's apartment was fantastic; so close to La Rumbla and Port Vell and situated in a little laneway. Early in the evening could e a little noisey but with window closed, fine. After all we were in a vibrant exciting part of the city. Thank you David for your warm greeting and fond farewell.

  Comments: The whole experience with the apartment was good, the check in was punctual and all was as advertised in the ad. Being an Airbnb host myself I lacked the personal touch of the place. It's run more like a business, the up-side obviously being that everyting was very well kept and no surprises. The hosts were very nice and always helpful. This is a central and tidy place right in the middle of things!

  Comments: Das Apartment liegt genau bei der Ramblaz und hat daher eine perfekte Lage und man kann alles gut erreichen. Es war in der Nacht ruhig, auch wenn es direkt an der Ramblaz war. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für 3 Personen ist es ein wenig eng aber es ist machbar. Was ich schad fand, dass die Wohnung nicht einer Privatperson gehört und man sich eher wie in einem Hotel gefühlt hatte und nicht das richtige "Airbnb-Feeling" hatte. Das Apartment kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen und das beste war die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick über Barcelona. Danke!

  Comments: This was my very first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have been better. Location was amazing, walking distance to many of our scheduled points to visit. The flat itself feels very homelike and cosy, and let's not forget the terrace that provided us with a perfect space for lazy evenings with cheese, jamon and sangria. Everything went well and smoothly and I would easily stay again

  Comments: We had a wonderful time in Marta and Paul's apartment. Paul is super friendly and was always available. He even carried my huge luggage up all the stairs, which was so nice. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the the rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers an amazing view. It is located absolutely central and close to metro, beach and in a really interesting, diverse neighborhood, right by the lively rambles but on a small, quiet street. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need and even has a washing machine which was great for us as we were traveling over a longer period of time. Can definitely recommend Marta and Paul's apartment, thanks so much!

  Comments: The place was very central to La Rambla. Check in instructions were sent only 30-40 min before check in but they sent someone to meet us at the place to inform us of check in/stay/check out details which was very helpful. Be prepared to pay a 30 euro initial check in fee and tourist tax (~2-3 euros per day) for each day each person is there at check in (not included in cost of place)... the place was very well stocked and had everything we needed. There was mold in the shower, a couple leaky/loose faucets, and guests are expected to buy their own toilet paper once the partial first roll provided was gone. Other than those few complaints everything was good! I would recommend the place!

  Comments: The flat is as pictured - small, but cosy. The TV did not work as far as we tried, but that's not what we were in Barcelona for anyway : ) LOTS of stairs, more than anticipated, but as others have said - helped to work off sangria and tapas! The roof terrace was nice to have, though we didn't personally end up using it much after all due to rain. Was a bit noisy at night with the echo of people outside even with the windows closed. Overall, an amazing location for the price and cozy quarters to make you truly feel like you live in Barcelona for a few days. Kitchen is fully equipped if interested to make a meal. If you're not looking for something fancy, and want a great location with outdoor access for a good price, would recommend.

  Comments: Everything what we need for a superb vacation was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the terrace for breakfast and dinner. It was cozy and clean. Perfect for two people. The flat is ideally located in the city center. In the same street are a supermarket and some bars. It is not far from the metro Drassanes (L2). We met Paul for the check-in and the communication with the host was easy.

  Comments: Place is in an amazing location .. you can walk literally everywhere - Rambla 2min, gothic part 5 min, beach 20 min... basically no walk is more then 45 min - doesn’t matter what you want to see.. Place is 1 min walk from Subway/ Metro.. green line- gets you anywhere... Taxi from airport was 25€- not bad ... hosts are super friendly and everything was better then I expected . Strongly recommend!

  Comments: The check-in process was easy and quick. We didn't get to meet Marta or Paul but their friend Josep greeted us on time as scheduled. He was great to talk to! Beautiful small apartment that has everything you need. Roof top patio is special and the apartment's location is perfect - right off La Rambla. This is a fabulous Airbnb. Super clean too. Perfect for a couple. We would stay here again if we happen to find oursleves back in Barcelona on future travel.

  Comments: The apartment was lovely and met all expectations. Location is amazing and close to everything. It was also amazingly quiet at night time considering the proximity to bars and La Rambla. I've stayed at other places in the same area over the years and could hear people partying all night long, so was pleasantly surprised that I could sleep through the nights (even on the weekend) uninterrupted. The host was gracious, friendly, and offered assistance should we need it (we didn't). The only other feedback I would give is that I was not able to confirm check in details until the day before my trip although I had been messaging for several days. When I finally connected with the host, he advised that he preferred me to either call or text upon arrival, which was difficult as I was not planning on bringing a cell phone with an international plan with me on the trip, which I ended up changing at the last minute so that I'd be able to connect with the host.

  Comments: We stayed at Marta + Paul's place for 9 nights during our stay in Barcelona. Very cute little apartment with a rustic feel with wood beams across the ceiling and brick accent walls. Perfect little place to recharge between adventures in Barcelona. Most important to us was the location of the apartment. You are just steps away from the nearest metro stop for the L3 line at Drassanes. Either way gets you to Plaza Espanya or Plaza Catalunya in just a couple minutes. You are just a 10-15 minute walk away from Barcenoleta and the beach. In general very centrally located. Make sure you are okay with stairs. Walking up and down 5 flights is a good workout. You are very centrally located thus get some street noise at night especially during weekends. Didn't bother us one bit but if you are picky about that sort of thing you should probably look farther away from the city center. Thanks again Marta and Paul!

Everything was super smooth and the terrace on top is a great place to sit in the sun and have a drink or two :) Though it does test your fitness a little with the stairs but the listing is very honest about it and we were well prepared. Would love to stay here again :)

  Comments: This apartment is very inespensive, and in a great location. However, it is 1) very small, I think even by European standards; and 2) it is 70 steps up a narrow and steep stairwell. If you have a lot of luggage or any difficulty climbing stairs, I would not recommend it. On the other hand, if you have one or two bags, and don’t mind the daily forced exercise, then you’ll enjoy the apartment! Also, it had a bit of a musty smell when I arrived, but this was quickly cleared with the several windows. If your priorities are location and budget, I recommend it.
