Full one bedroom (4 rooms) on the first floor of a well maintained building, half a block from the East River, and 5 blocks from Jefferson Park (has a rubber running track) Not much! Can call me with any questions but you have the place to yourself -- I leave you the key and pick it up from you again. My neck of East Harlem is quiet, diverse, and near Pleasant Avenue which is very pleasant indeed! And there is the East River Mall within a few blocks which has Costco, Target, Marshall's, etc. etc. Yes - M116 bus leaves you right on the block; the 4/5 trains are about a 15 minute walk; the 6 train is about 12 minutes. Neighborhood Overview: My neck of East Harlem is quiet, diverse, and near Pleasant Avenue which is very pleasant indeed! And there is the East River Mall within a few blocks which has Costco, Target, Marshall's, etc. etc.

Transit: Yes - M116 bus leaves you right on the block; the 4/5 trains are about a 15 minute walk; the 6 train is about 12 minutes.
