  Comments: This was a great place to stay for 5 nights in NYC. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Dealing with Peter and his son was very easy. We had our 1yo son with us and the main bedroom has enough space to set up a portable cot. Clean and functional apartment with an excellent view.

  Comments: Peter's son welcomed us into the flat and showed us around. The place was great and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything we wanted, and the area felt really safe even at night. Views from the flat are spectacular! Peter himself is super friendly and extremely helpful for any questions or for hints around the city. Would recommend!

It was a great location, had a fabulous view and was within walking distance of both the plays we attended, Times Square and lots of shopping.   Comments: Peter was traveling, so I didn't get to meet him. Travis, Peter's son, met me and showed me the place. Peter's place is even nicer than described and has everything you need. It's clean, the bed and sofa bed are both comfy, and the wonderful view from both rooms adds to the New York experience. My son and I were there visiting family and also going to the symphony, so being close to Lincoln Center was a big plus, too. Thank you, Peter, for hosting us!

  Comments: Mr. Peter have an amazing team as a family, they made us feel like home. The experience with them was way better than we were expecting, not only for the apartment which it’s exactly as you see in the pictures but also because of it’s convenient location.   Comments: My husband stayed at Peter’s apartment for 9 days for NYC marathon. The apartment is a great space in a very convenient location (it is about 1km to Central Park and 2 blocks to the nearest station). It had everything he needs and also a wonderful view from the room. Peter was always available for questions, unfortunately my husband couldn’t meet Peter in person, but his son was waiting for him in front of the building and showed him around. We really appreciate their kind support. We hope that we will go beck to the apartment, if we have a chance!!!

  Comments: We loved staying in Peter's apartment. We were two adults and a 13 year old. It was very comfortable, warm and an elegant space and the view constantly enthralling! The sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped-easy to prepare breakfast, meals, coffee etc. We enjoyed the neighbourhood feel plus close proximity to the action of the theatre district. Peter was a very responsive host and his son met us on arrival kindly waiting in spite of our delayed flight. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Peter's place.

  Comments: This place was exactly as Peter described it. The views were phenomenal and we enjoyed the different color schemes on the Empire State Building at night. There was plenty of room and the ability to use a kitchen was an added bonus. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the location was close enough to Time Square that you could walk there easily. Peter’s place exceeded our expectations for a place to stay while seeing the sights and attending the plays on Broadway.

Las vistas se superan en la realidad, las fotos son bonitas pero allí son inmejorables, el amanecer es genial y las cenas con times square de decorado son insuperables.   Comments: The apartment is located in Hell’s Kitchen, a really Perfect place because it is next to Times Square, Central Park, Empire State Building and so on, but there is less traffic and noise than in other places. From the windows you can see a wonderful view. The host is really helpful and available to solve any problem! I really suggest this apartment.

  Comments: Peter and his son were amazing at making sure the check-in process was as easy as possibly, they were thorough in explaining all the "need-to-knows" about the apartment and the area, and were overall very friendly. The pictures of the view do not do it justice as they're spectacular! The bed and couch were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and everything was spotless on our arrival.

  Comments: Travis nos recibió de forma agradable y servicial, en cuanto a la casa, deja que desear la limpieza, está llena de alfombras sucias y los conductos de ventilación atorados de suciedad, así como las plantas etc... , yo soy asmatico e incluso tuve una crisis por ello. La zona no nos gustó, había mucho ruido, continuamente se oían sirenas porque debe haber un parque de bomberos cerca, incluso Travis a la llegada nos dijo que el prefería vivir al otro lado de la isla por eso mismo. La zona nos parecío bastante degradada, más insegura que otras, junto a la puerta se colocaban vagabundos bebiendo alcohol y en varias salidas y entradas nos increparon por no darles dinero. Está es la tercera vez que vamos a NY y nunca nos había pasado nada parecido. Lo PEOR SIN DUDA son los ascensores. No funcionaron durante dos días y tuvimos que subir y bajar ANDANDO a un piso 38!!!. Hablando con una vecina nos dijo que era habitual que se averiasen, que ella se planteaba cambiarse de casa por eso mismo ya que con 55 años y con problemas de salud no podía subir andando a una planta veintidós cada dos por tres. En fin, la peor de nuestras experiencias en alojamientos en Manhattan.

  Comments: Peter is an absolute testament to the Airbnb community. Upon arrival, Peter greeted us and was actually outside waiting for our arrival. He kindly helped us with our bags and was very communicative, warm and inviting from the outset. When we entered the apartment, we were blown away. It's much bigger in person and, whilst I'll simply be repeating other reviews, the views are just breathtaking. We actually opted to sit and sip drinks looking out over going to rooftop bars as the views were far, far better. Peter was also kind enough to point us in the direction of main attractions, many of which were within walking distance. We also loved the thoughtful touches (slippers and soaps) which added some luxury. During the stay, the water was shut off in the building for repairs which was completely out of Peter's control. He quickly responded when we inform him and the issue was swiftly resolved after his advice to talk to reception. It was no issue at all and it shows Peter's level of professionalism. It's clear that not only does Peter take great pride in his home, he cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable. He is a true super host and we very much hope that we can stay at his place in the not so distance future. Peter - thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. You're wonderful!
