  Comments: The property was very nice and comfortable to stay at. It has everything required and all of it is practically brand new. The back door faces the golf course but the property is still very quiet. Most of the sounds come from the adjacent properties (door slamming, walking, etc) It is a short, flat and leisurely walk (10mins) to Turtle Bay resort and some beaches. Chrystal who managed the correspondence, was very responsive, caring and made sure everything was in order and checked in with me throughout the process. It was definitely a pleasure staying here.

  Comments: The condo was beautiful, the area was great and the price was perfect. Last year we stayed at Turtle Bay and planned to do the same this year, when I saw the cost of the condo we decided to take a chance and rent the condo. This not only allowed us to extend our vacation but also gave us more freedom then staying in the hotel. I would definitly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Oahu. We plan on renting again next year.

  Comments: This place is fantastic! Everything is remodeled and clean. Extra towels, blankets, amenities were a thoughtful plus. She even gives a brand new sponge and bar of soap. All these little things and more show that Chrystal, the property manager was a great hire! We even forgot all our clothes in the dryer like dodos and she was quick to get it on the next shipment out. Amazing place, great communication and service. Would recommend.

  Comments: Despite my last minute booking, Chrystal was very helpful and flexible with the all process. She send very detailed information and checked that everything worked out fine. The apartment is very nice, clean and almost new. There are clean bath and beach towels, that are very helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect location to rest and relax.

The kids loved the pool, the many flowering plants, and the creatures everywhere (the lizards, frogs, and neighborhood cat were favorites). The location can't be beat - excellent snorkeling at the cove to the right of the Turtle Bay resort, about a 10 min walk. Chrystal was very friendly in our e-mail exchanges and everything was as advertised. Mahalo!

  Comments: We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the area. It was a great position for access to Turtle Bay beach and other surrounding beaches without the expense of the hotel. There was snorkelling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach mats available for us to use. The towels were plentiful and we had pretty much everything that we needed for the kitchen. It was generally clean with a very modern kitchen and great big fridge.The bathroom and bedroom were a little dated but fine. Check in time was 4 pm and unfortunately there didn't appear to be any flexibility with that. The traffic was pretty heavy driving up the coast road from Wikiki and of course we wanted to take advantage of stopping along the way as well as buying food supplies for our stay. Therefore we arrived at 6pm. There is security gate and when we called the number, no one answered. We called our host, but we were not able to contact anyone. We were worried as to how to get in for quite sometime. Eventually we worked out another way. Our host was very apologetic. But it was cause for concern. The accommodation was clean. Although not a huge problem, we did run out of hot water as the tanks are quite small. So be mindful of using the dishwasher when you need a shower. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, but everyone has different requirements. Thanks for having us.

  Comments: We spent 11 days at this apt and had a very good time. It was just as described on the website. We were conveniently located right on the first hole of the golf course. We were not only able to walk to the golf shop but also watched the golfers every day from our patio. This apt had all the amenities needed. We cooked some of our meals and enjoy ourselves. It's very conveniently located in walking distance to the Turtle Bay resort. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

  Comments: The condo was updated, clean, and in a good location. We had friends staying at a few of the other condos, and we definitely had one of the nicest and most modern ones. There is also AC in the living room and bedroom, which many of the other condos did not have and was very appreciated. While Turtle Bay Resort is only a 10 minute walk away, it is pretty confusing to walk through the complex and figure out which way to walk.

  Comments: My husband and I had an amazing time on the island of Oahu. Maisa's condo is nestled in between the golf course of Turtle Bay and the Resort. We had access the pools and bbqs near by. It was a short walk to some great local resturants, spa, horseback riding and the beach! Our days were full and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip to Hawaii.

  Comments: This is a great place to stay for experiencing the beauty of the Oahu North Shore. The patio is relaxing for morning coffee overlooking the golf course and ocean beyond. We loved the location as it is an easy drive to so many activities along the north and eastern shores of Oahu such as snorkeling, horseback riding, and surfing. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with all the normal kitchen amenities, cable TV, and internet. Maisa was very responsive throughout our stay by answer our questions within a few hours and provided some great suggestions for our vacation.

  Comments: Excellent location to see all the North Shore has to offer! Not the easiest to go back and forth from the Turtle Bay pool/beach since it's a decent walk, however, with that comes the peacefulness of not being near the hotel and the shenanigans happening around there. Bring a tote bag to pack all your day stuff and get out of the resort! There's so much more to see/do/eat in the surrounding towns!!

  Comments: Kuilima Estates West is a safe quiet area and the condo is updated and clean. The arrival instructions are lengthy and could use an update as certain things are not made very clear. For example, it says there are designated smoking areas, yet all around the property it says no smoking. Also, the BBQs require charcoal and that should be made known. We also were led to believe that while staying at Kuilima Estates you had access to Turtle Bay Resort pools. That is absolutely not true, if you want access to a hot tub don't rent this condo. The ad states the condo sleeps 4, however when we arrived there was only one fitted sheet, no pillowcases or top sheets for the pull out bed or for the futon. Communication with Maisa was quick and easy so we did receive sheets but unfortunately it was 3 days into our stay. The condo above and next door are being renovated so we were woken up to construction sounds multiple mornings. The lady that lives next door is rude and disregards the quiet time hours and asked us to shut our door at 8pm on a Friday night (don't even bother staying if you have loud kids). There were some annoying things about this place, but overall it was a nice condo and our issues were independent of the condo itself.

  Comments: Great location right next to turtle bay resort. Had a few issues when arriving at Maisa's condo. The condo was a bit dirty, and the second AC was broken. This made it really hot the first couple of days, but she was responsive and came by a few days later to fix it. The kitchen was recently redone which made making dinners great! Pools at the condos were family friendly and easy to get to. Fun area to stay in, with a little TLC of Maisa's condo and it would be a fabulous place to stay again.

  Comments: This was a great place for my family (my wife, 10 month old child and me). The location was great being close to the best beaches on the island, restaurants and touristic locations such as the Polynesian Culture Center. My family enjoyed the security of the gated community feel which also included 3 close private pools within walking distance. The washer and drier, fridge, oven, etc. were all very helpful to save on going out to eat for every meal and save on going out to do laundry. Maisa was very responsive and had clear instructions with some great recommendations on places to visit. Overall I would highly recommend this location and plan to return on my next visit to Oahu.

  Comments: If you're looking for a nice condo on the North Shore at Turtle Bay on Oahu, I would recommend Maisa's place. The instructions for getting there, and getting in were very accurate and the location was ideal for the wonderful beaches and towns on the North Shore. We took advantage of the restaurant Lei Lei's at the Turtle Bay Resort, as recommended by our host, and we were very pleased with the food and the service. There was a Foodland supermarket close to the condo, so you can take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and not have to always eat out. It's easy to get to the shrimp trucks on the North Shore, but beware the traffic on the weekend, since it's only a 2 lane highway in and out of the North Shore.

  Comments: A very tidy, spacious condo just 10 minutes' walk from the beach and bars/restaurants at Turtle Bay, with pleasant views from the rear patio out over the golf course, ideal for a couple or a single traveller. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with quality appliances. Neighbouring condos were almost entirely quiet during my stay. The north shore location is ideal for beaches and snorkelling/diving during summer months, being a 15 minute drive to Shark's Cove, Three Tables, etc., to the west, or a similar distance to any number of vast, uncrowded beaches along the east coast. Tip 1: Be sure to hang the provided parking permit on your rear view mirror - I missed this one evening and got an angry notice from estate security warning that my vehicle would soon be towed. Tip 2: If you're driving to/from Honolulu, consider taking Kamehameha Highway (aka Route 83) up the *east* coast instead of the slightly shorter direct route across the centre of the island. Kamehameha Highway is absolutely stunning on a sunny day, with towering green mountains to one side, and the sparkling ocean so close on the other side that breaking waves will splash against your car tyres.

This is a wonderful alternative to the huge costs of staying at the actual resort at Turtle Bay and it's an easy drive to all the delicious food trucks. We had a great time!

  Comments: The unit is clean and well set out. The kitchen is great with all you need to cook which I made use of. The kettle was so tiny though and took some time to boil so no cup of tea for me. But a good coffee machine was enjoyed daily by hubby. The shower was good and bed cosy. The views of golf course very nice. The beach Is a bit of a walk we just drove there’s parks in resort for beach goers, also used the Turle Bay Resort pool for a swim and shop and a lovely sunset was viewed. Check in was tricky couldn’t reach host she was in a meeting. We got let in by security so if you cannot get host call security they let us in. The host was nice and apologised and at checkout I sent pics and was sent a nice reply of how tidy I left the unit which was nice. Didn’t use any gear but saw it outside for family to use. I think it was a good price to be in this area for 3 nights.

  Comments: The condo is located in a great area. We love the North Shore. Unable to contact manager upon arrival . Condo decor is outdated. Nice kitchen however. Bedroom is horrible very uncomfortable bed and the air conditioner did not cool. Bedroom TV did not work properly. We were charged a $110.00 cleaning fee and then asked to clean up before we checked out. That was a huge turn off.

  Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, right on turtle bay resort so you can easily access everything there and the north shore is beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, all kitchen appliances, extra towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards. The check in process was very simple and the host made sure we had all instructions ahead of time and were able to get into the condo easily. Definitely would recommend.

  Comments: Our host and was absolutely phenomenal. I came with my parents for a wedding and it was our first time in Hawaii. We landed pretty late so it was dark and we were hungry. Christa was ready for us to land and stayed on the phone with us while we looked for a place to eat and sent us the menu and she stayed on the phone while we found the condo, our parking space, and directed us to her home. I’ve never felt more welcome. The condo itself has everything you need. Washer and dryer, dishes, kitchen, soaps, towels, beach chairs etc. literally everything you need. My friends warned me of bugs while in Hawaii, since they were staying at a condo in the same estate, but inside the condo was so clean I didn’t see any cockroaches or bugs or anything I expected the whole stay. I highly recommend staying here. Restaurants and nice beach access are within a 15 minute walk and Turtle Bay is a safe area. If you’re in the north shore, you’re gonna wanna stay here.
