  Comments: Linda was extremely responsive and attentive from the moment the booking request was made. She went the extra mile to make sure I would locate and enter the apartment easily, that I would have amenities ready for me before I even set foot in the country. She showed genuine care and concern, which is at times uncommon even among friends. Her apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed and easy to get to from the airport (using airport-hotel shuttle buses, stop at Y Hotel Sydney South). It is minutes from cafes and the train station. It has a gorgeously open balcony and generous sunlight during the day. As it is very well insulated, I imagine stays during winter would be comfortable as well. The only guests who should reconsider this apartment are those who are unable to use staircase, as the bedroom is a stairway-up from the living area. Linda is an excellent host with an amazing apartment and if I were more selfish, I would not have spoken too highly of it, so that I can have it more to myself! :)

  Comments: Had a great time at Linda's apartment. Linda was very welcoming, communicated extremely well and even left a fair amount of food for our use! The apartment was great, access easy and had three balconies for general excellence. The neighbourhood is great; King St is a ~1 km stroll from the door, but there lots of other things closer if you don't want that variety.

  Comments: Linda was a great host. Although we couldn't meet her, she did everything that we asked for and made sure we were comfortable. The listing was accurate and the neighbouhood was quiet and calm even though the place was very close to the city. She also provided us with milk, bread, yoghurt and cereal for breakfast. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is going to Sydney.

  Comments: It was great to stay at Linda's. Linda was kind enough to answer all of our request! We arrived at Sydney late night of Christmas eve so couldn't go for buying food or something. So Linda did shopping for us! We could have enjoyed great christmas dinner thanks for Linda ;) and House located near downtown, so we could walk to Darling Habour very easily. There was some trouble though. There was a black out for an hour, and we could'nt use Wifi. Linda was very sorry for those problem, so she give us USB for internet. She said she was waiting for Wifi installation and it will be available soon. I will stay at Linda's if I go Sydney again! ;)

  Comments: Linda's apartment is a cozy place where you feel at home. It has a great location, near train station and close to the city. Unfortunately we were there for only two days, but we would like to stay much more. Linda is very careful, left all instructions and worried about all the details for our comfort. We even had food available in the kitchen, which was extremely important in the early days of adaptation. We can only thanks and recommend Linda's place eyes closed.

  Comments: Located centrally, as described a very quick trip to Sydney CBD. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment was neat and tidy. Linda was a great host, easily contactable, very responsive (I got responses within 15 mins of my queries!!). I did not meet her personally but she provided clear instructions on how to enter the place. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was milk, bread, coffee & cereals left for our use. Our stay here was very comfortable and I would definately stay here again.

  Comments: We stay in Linda's cosy house for 5 nights! Linda is very kind who prepare many food for our stay! The location of the house is close to Sydney's attractions and only 5 minutes walk to the train station! Linda is helpful to our problems in Wifi and TV! The only things need to concern is you may feel a little bit hot for the third people who sleep on the sofa at night, but you can turn on the fan or cooler if you want! Thanks Linda!

  Comments: Linda was an excellent host, very helpful and really easy to deal with. Everything in the apartment was really well explained and she included lots of extra details and helpful tips on Sydney so it felt like we had insider knowledge! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed in it. There's an excellent supply of guide books and we did a few do the self guided walking tours. There's not much in the way of restaurants nearby but pretty much every train in Sydeny seems to stop at Redfern which is only 4mins walk away so it was easy to get around. Bring your ear plugs as the road behind can be noisy with the windows open. As well as seeing the sights I'd recommend making time to experience Aussie brunch which is quite unlike anything I've eaten before. We went to the Three Williams Cafe which is 10-15min walk away. Haven Coffee near Central Station was also a regular stop.

  Comments: Our host, Linda was extremely helpful and helped to sort little issues that we had on arrival. We suggested a minor improvement to her and she was happy to take our feedback on board. The area was a little off putting at first however, once we got to know it and also appreciate the proximity to the CBD and the train station and also a very good pub across the road, we were very happy. The accommodation provided all that we needed but to be honest we felt it was a squeeze for 4 adults. Much more comfortable for just two. Ideally located for walkers and very secure. Internet access was good. Linda provided excellent information about Sydney with lots of tour information, sight-seeing blurb and also lots of maps. Once a booking had been confirmed, Linda provided excellent information for us to read in advance of our stay and all very helpful to make our arrival problem free.

There are lots of nice cafés nearby to have breakfast at and it is really close to the CBD and also to central station from where it is easy to go anywhere you like in Sydney. Quiet area, only few minutes walk from the train station! There's also a garage for our rented car, which makes it so convenient for us. Linda's place have basically everything, from laundry liquid to heater. The lovely note and OZ's all time favorite TimTam was a great bonus! Clean and nice place to live in!

  Comments: Linda left a variety of foods for us at her apartment - breakfast things, and a variety of teas. Tim tams too! The wifi worked well as did the utility room's white goods that we used. The parking space was really useful. We were travelling with our 9 month old son. Linda provided us with a cot for him to use (for free) which was terrific. We had some queries and Linda got back to us immediately with answers to our questions. We liked the "manual" she left for the Redfern area which highlighted activities we might otherwise not have done like visiting the local weekend market. The Redfern neighbourhood is a bit of a hipsters area. There's a good (bike) coffee shop opposite and we had a ridiculously good Sunday lunch at the pub next door. The very well connected underground station is a short walk away. The area felt very safe.

  Comments: This is a very convenient, cosy and perfect appartment in the center of a lot of action: Central station is 8 minutes to walk and then your are close to all attractions in Sydney. The neighbourhood us lovely, typical Sydney townhouses with a great pub on the other side of Abecrombie Street. It is 6 minutes walk to the train station Redfern. The appartment has all you need and the shopping for these needs is at Redfern station. Linda is a very helpful host, always available by sms if you need advice. Other than that, I love that it is near the MRT- took me only few minutes to walk and Central Park Mall and SPAR Redfern that are nearby are awesome- lots of food and fresh food to buy and great atmosphere.

  Comments: Linda's apartment is very well located, close to RedFern train station and in walking distance of the CBD. The breakfast items were much appreciated, with an array of cereals, bread and peanut butter and jam and honey. Several kinds of tea and instant coffee and milk also. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and hanging lines on the balcony upstairs. We would definitely return if in Sydney again.

The walk to the train station was not too far; even with a crying infant and suit cases being wheeled. Great restaurants were only a short walk away as well. The information left in the house for nearby attractions and was great, as was the access to the Entertainment Book. I would highly recommend staying here. The next time we are in Sydney, Linda's apartment will be the first place we will try and book :)

L'appartement lui-même est grand et agréable avec plusieurs balcons... Tout est comme sur les photos. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Linda mais elle a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et a fait de son mieux pour rendre notre séjour encore meilleur. Sydney est une grande et belle ville et ce lieu est un point de chute idéal pour la visiter.

  Comments: With good communication from the start, Linda made the process easy. She gave clear instructions to pick up the key, use the wifi and left maps with advice on places to visit. The location was perfect for us; near family and the railway station. We hired bikes from over the road ($20 for half day) and cycled to Balmain. Great cycling along the river but busy roads. You can walk to the city centre- we walked offroad through parks to Darling Harbour and the botanical gardens. Comfy big bed with good quality bedding and loads of hot water. Everything else was a bonus. Glad there was a heater as our first evenings were chilly and a television to watch the Olympics. The wifi was welcome. The Eveleigh Hotel opposite had good meals but we mainly shopped at Coles in Broadway and Spar opposite the station. We thought of hiring a car so the car parking space was a plus but actually travelled everywhere by the excellent public transport. The Opal app was really helpful; we already had Opal cards. It's a modern block that looks a little prison-like compared to the cute houses in the rest of the street but is big enough and well-equipped. There's a big sofa which converts into a big sofa bed. The upstairs bedroom has no door, it's a railing but a good size and watching tv on low downstairs was ok and didn't disturb the sleeper. I would stay there again.

  Comments: This was my first Airbnb experience and I couldn't ask for a better one. First of all, the location is very convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, and dare I say, more than you can ask for. Linda wants you to feel at home and she succeeds : we really felt at home. I went to Sydney with my parents (60 and 70yo) and therefore I had some concerns regarding their comfort. As a matter of fact, they loved the place ! They were really happy about the whole experience and this is the most important for me. Linda is really helpful, attentive and flexible. We were welcome by a lovely note and some Tim Tam and we loved this attention. No matter how much I think about it, I cannot fault the accommodation, nor the host. I am really glad to have had Linda for my first experience, but the downside is that she has raised the bar for the next one ! :-)

Unit is near the Redfern train station, and 25 minute walk from Central station. The route to/from the Redfern station is not well lit, so we didn't feel safe walking there late at night. Accommodations are good for a couple. Room is a bit chilly at night, but Linda provides heaters to warm up the rooms. Very nice and large clothes washer/dryer, which made doing laundry a breeze.

The location of the apartment is great since it's only about 5min walk to the train station. Food shops are not far away either. The apartment has all you need and it is in particular nice that you can use everything in there (like tea, jam, butter, oil etc). I loved the one balcony with morning sun. One of the best things were the instructions and recommendations she put together and provided in the apartment. So you could go back to this document and read what sights you should visit, where the garbage room is, what you have to do when checking out etc. Thanks so much Linda, you are a great host!!! The directions on how to access the apartment were easy to follow, and we had no trouble on arrival or departure. Providing Opal cards (for the city transportation) was a real plus. And since we are runners, having a washer and dryer for laundry, and not needing to take stinky clothes back home was lovely.   Comments: This was our first AirBNB rental. Linda was an excellent host. The unit was very clean, and everything you can think of was provided (paper towels, laundry soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, even sunscreen). The best thing was that the kitchen was FULLY stocked and the washer/dryer were super convenient. Having the OPAL cards ready to go made it really easy. Be sure to read up on how to use them and top them off as the least you could do online is $40 AU per adult card, and it took up to an hour to be available. Top-offs can also be done at the station in lesser denominations. Bed was comfy, plenty of clean sheets and towels were available. One ice tray was provided for ice, which was plenty for us. Fans were plenty to keep cool in summer as long as you leave doors and windows open. Suggest taking Uber to and from the airport as most economical method, but leave plenty of time to travel; though only 5 miles from the airport it took over 30 minutes to drive. The only drawback to us was that there was very little counter space in the bathroom, but we adapted to that easily. We loved staying there and will happily go back should we ever find ourselves in Sydney again.

Also, there was an extra bathroom downstairs with toilet and sink. The airbnb was close to plenty of restaurants and cafes as well as the Central Park and Broadway malls. You can go to the city center by train from the Redfern station, which is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. Although we didn’t get to meet Linda in person, she was always available on text and was a wonderful host :)

The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some breakfast. Having an upstairs bedroom provided some nice separation between living and sleeping areas. Multiple balconies are a bonus! The location is excellent, from Redfern station it is a 10 minute train journey to Circular Quay and the trains are very regular. Alternatively, a walk to the Opera House is about 45 minutes through town. If we’re back in Sydney we will be staying at Linda’s apartment and we have recommended it to our friends in Redfern who need a reliable place nearby for family to stay when they are visiting. Lots of university students walking around so it's more lively, though the street it's on is peaceful. 5 mins walk another way brings you to lovely cafes (Cafe Ella was my fav for coffee and pastries). Inside the home, it's spacious and cosy with full amenities. Appreciated the electric heated bed during winter. Linda has also been very helpful and responsive when I've got questions on the fly.
