The apartment is walking distance from the Hungham MTR station. Apartment was clean too and his helper waited for us at the taxi stand to bring us up to the apartment.   Comments: Dimas's flat is really cozy. I stayed there with my parents and they were quite happy with the place. Bus right under the apartment can go directly to central station, Tsim Sha Tsui, and the MTR station is about 10 mins walking distance. Everything is convenient and the restaurant nearby is delicious. Also thanks Juvy and Elaine helped us a lot^^ It was really a great experience in HK.

Why? - very clean, very nice, air-conditioned, modern and spacious - excellent location for intensive exploration all parts of HK (and a trip to Macau) - Everything is close - taxi, shops, restaurants, MTR, ferry, buses... - A21 Citybus from the airport take you to the Hung Hom Station and costs only 33 HKD. From there it is only 15 minutes walk to the apartment. - The view from the living room - awesome Dimas is a very good host, all the time we had a quick and good contact with him. It's a pity that we couldn't meet him personally, but he has a very nice and friendly helpers. We highly recommend this place. We spent a week there in 3 persons, it was very comfortable. If I could ever visit HK once more for sure I would stay in this apartment again. Jeszcze raz bardzo dziękujemy Dimas, pozdrowienia z Polski :)

  Comments: 숙소 설명이나 숙소 위치 모두 좋았고, 공항에서 숙소까지 찾아가는것도 어렵지 않았습니다. 대부분 침사추이 주변을 추천하는데 hunghom역에서 걸어서 10분이면 도착했던 이 숙소가 오히려 좋았던것 같습니다. 바다도 보이고 주변에 마트도 여러개있고 식당도 있어서 편리한 점이 많았네요.

  Comments: The apartment is nice, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has all equipment for cooking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. It is exactly as on the photos. Nice view of HK Island from the window. The arrival process was also very smooth. The apartment has a good location, near the Hung Hom metro station (about 7 minutes by walk). Also there is a free shuttle bus to Hung Hom and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations. Bus and taxi stops also located near the building. Gym, swimming pool and children playground located in the building and you can use them for free, however pool was closed for winter season (starting from November 1) during our stay. Also the small convenience store located in the building. There are several supermarkets (middle size) with walking distance. Hung Hom promenade is located in 5 minutes by walk. WiFi was fast and stable (however the signal is not strong in several areas of the apartment, but in the most places it was good and fast). Dimas replied all messages very quickly and he was very helpful before and during our stay. Dimas is a very good and friendly host.

  Comments: One of the best thing experienced in HK was Dimas's apartment. Dimas and his helper, Lina, are so friendly and can give you some good advises for your trip. The house is nice and clean with full equipment. Felt relax with Hong Kong island view in main side and pool view in another side. You just need two clothes in your luggage thanks to a washer :). Quite convenient to get Hung Hom MTR by 5-7 mins on foot, but you should ask Dimas the way from MTR to the building carefully in the first time. Taxi stand in the building is very useful for the group of 3-4 people from the airport to the building. A small issue is soundproofing of the apartment is not really good. Sometimes, you can hear sound from neighbor houses and lobby outside. However, it is not important. Last year, I discovered Hong Kong island and this time was Kowloon island. All were wonderful!

Dimas' assistant was very patient, polite and kind and gave us good instruction to guide us to the apartment on the day we arrived Hong Kong. The surrounding area was clean and it was handy to buses and taxi to Monk Kok, Causeway Bay, Times Square etc... We will definitely recommend friends to stay at Dimas's apartment in future.

  Comments: Dimas is a great host .. His apartment was like home to us in our 9 days stay. Check in and check out through his helpers was a Breeze. Juvy who stood in for Lina was extremely patient and helpful on my first day with questions on washing machine and dryer. Dimas was very prompt in replying to my requests and queries throughout my stay. Some tips.. Complimentary shuttle bus is available from the apartment to Hung Hom station and Tsim Sha Tsui and return. Access to complimentary shuttle only by room keycard. Strictly one card per person. Easiest way to get to the apartment is by Citybus A21 from airport to Hung Hom station HKG 33 followed by a short taxi ride to the apartment HKG22. Ask Dimas for the name of apartment in Chinese or Cantonese. There's a bus stop outside the apartment.. buses to Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei, Star Ferry and Central. Unfortunately, the bus stop for the return leg is not directly opposite the apartment. Festival Walk is only 2 stations from Hung Hom station on East Rail line.. very convenient .. You would fall in love with this mega mall that's frequent by locals

  Comments: There was someone there to meet us and explain how things worked, although it would have been helpful to have something in writing eg we never did fathom the aircon. However, the apartment was exactly as described and we found it comfortable, well-appointed and convenient. We thoroughly recommend it! Our only suggestions for improvement are a second access key and making some storage space available for guests to put their clothes.

Just nice for all of us. We love the view of the hk island from the living room! Dimas has been a great help n shown lots of patience n kindness through the whole booking n staying process. He even left us chocs n a sweet welcome note when we arrived. Original check in time was 3pm. But the helper who was cleaning up the apt at that moment told us it's alright to come over to drop off the luggage at 1pm since the previous guest left at 11am. We were delighted as we arrived hk at 7am. By the time we reached the place at 1245pm, she told us she had cleaned up the place n we can stay n use it. : ) Fantastic service by the host. 10/10!

  Comments: The flat is located very near to HH Promenade and TST via shuttle bus. After TST tour, we just walked along promenade to the flat.   Comments: This space was great for staying in the Kowloon area. There is a covered walkway to the hung him station very close which made travel on the area extremely easy. The actual space is small by American home standards but more than enough when compared with either US hotels or most Asian homes. Very clean and the staff in the hotel were extremely kind. Dumas had everything in place. The space is safe for small kids (covered outlets etc.) but be careful and intentional if your kid is as active as ours. To be honest after several days of travel in multiple countries, Dimas' place was a breath of relaxation.

  Comments: Dimas' place is fantastic, extremely clean and well organized. The only tiny struggle we went through was that the helper of Dimas told us the next guest is checking in at 12pm so she's wondering if we can check out before the original check out time, that made us feeling a little bit uncomfortable. Also if you plan to stay in HK without traveling with your luggage, you're gonna have to pay extra at the train station to put your luggage there for a while. Dimas' place doesn't provide the luggage service. But all in all Dimas' place is my best Airbnb experience so far!

  Comments: Dimas's place was an extremely nice, clean apartment with two small bedrooms, a nice bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Everything about the apartment itself is very nice. On the other hand, the location is not great. Luckily I've stayed in Hong Kong for a few months and know my way around, as the location is definitely not good. It takes at least 10 minutes to walk to the MTR and then at least a 10-20 minute ride to be anywhere in HK with things to do. Additionally, we were only given one key card, so when we tried to use the pool, they would only let one of us in--obviously we didn't go. Overall, it's a great place; however, know that it's not centrally located and you'll need to get additional keys if you all want to use the apartment building's amenities.

  Comments: This is a great place. It's in a convenient location with restaurants nearby, but it's not central. Closest station is about 10 minutes walk away. It's a well managed community. The room is very clean and nice and comes with a kitchen. It's perfect for 3 people or fewer, but it could fit a 4th one on the sofa. The sofa is pretty small, though, so sleeping on the sofa is defiantly not going to be very comfortable. Using the room key you can use the facilities like the pool. There is also free shuttle to TST and Hung Hom stations (which requires room key to use), which is convenient.

  Comments: 地理位置很好哦 距离理工大学很近 走去维港也不远呢 ~附近超市餐饮一应俱全 有免费的车到尖沙咀 但一张房卡只可一人使用 不过打车过去也不远 大概30多港币 到机场大概300左右 房间里设施比较齐全 不过没有牙刷牙膏和抽纸巾这类用品 房东应该也是会住在这里的 个人物品蛮多的 房间有全家福照片 很温馨 有各地极限运动的照片 还有满墙的马拉松奖牌 健身器材 电子琴 乐高等 全方面发展的帅哥一枚 助手也相当友善 有时间观念 缺点就是他们都不会中文 哈哈 我的英文又不好 好尴尬

  Comments: 非常棒的住宿体验!公寓非常温馨舒适,有环境有海景~可以看到维港夜景~楼下有泳池,酒店里也有健身室,附近有港铁红磡站和黄埔站,也有百佳和很多餐厅,一应俱全,应该都是5~10分钟的步行距离~Sharelle跟我的前期交流也非常耐心,我们英文不怎么好也非常耐心交流,当天还没有吃饭就过来帮我们check in,第二天check out的时候还送给小孩礼物｡很感动!还在公寓内看到帅气房东非常多马拉松比赛奖牌,和很多玩极限运动的相片,我们都非常敬佩,是我学习的对象!以后来香港有机会还会选择这个体验感最棒的公寓

  Comments: 由于访港的目的大不同,这次主要是带家人走户外活动及逛街,所以时间大部分在户外,跟其他国家的休闲度假不同｡因此宅在这里的时间很短,厨房基本不使用｡而这里空间已超出同等价位的酒店了,孩子们还能在客厅玩,连主人放置的LEGO玩具都拼了起来,当然离开前已原封不动放好了｡主人日常的生活痕迹随处可见,这是一般国内B&B很少的,good晒啦!

  Comments: While we (there was three of us) only stayed at Dimas' for two nights, it was long enough to gain a positive experience. Dimas' apartment is modern, clean, with all its amenities available to the guests and offers a pretty view on the Island. I am a big guy but found the single bed in the smaller bedroom (which has its own desk) very comfortable. Dimas and his helper were easy to communicate with and to schedule the pick-up & return of the key. The pool is nice, too! Will definitely consider staying there next time I am in HK.

  Comments: 완전 맘에 들었어요 깨끗하고 전망좋고 숙소내의 편의 시설 (레인지, 세탁기, ....) 이용해서 좋았습니다. 정신없이 돌아다니던 하루를 편하게 정리 할 수 있는 숙소 입니다. 1층에 상점이 있어서 간단한 식음료 구입 가능하고 5분쯩 걸어서 1블럭 걸어나가면 24시간 오픈 대형슈퍼도 있고 식당도 많아서 포장해다 숙소에서 먹으면 됩니다. ( 벤츠 전시장이나 졸리비 검색 하면됩니다.) 졸리비도 있고 딤딤섬도 있고 베이커리도 있고 대현 슈퍼에는 한국 식품도 꽤 다양하게 많이 있어요 숙소가 있는 블럭은 완전 조용하고 깨끗한 마을이고 1블럭 건너가면 완전 다른 분위기의 홍콩마을을 경험해 볼 수 있습니다. 홍콩은 택시비도 그 다지 비싸지 않아서 MTR 사용도 좋지만 택시 타고 이동하는 것도 추전합니다. 저희는 MTR로 이용하려 계획했다가 어린 아이가 있어서 택시타고 다녔어요, 로비에 내려오면 택시가 항상 대기하고 있고 돌아오면 출입구 앞에서 바로 내려서 숙소로 가니 정말 편하고 좋습니다. 저희 가족 완전히 맘에 들었고 다음에 홍콩에 온다면 몇번이고 다시 올 숙소 입니다.

  Comments: 침사추이 지역이랑 가깝지만 걸어다닐 정도는 아니에요! 대신 4명이상 여행객이라 주로 택시 이용하신다면 완전 추천합니다!! 에어비앤비라서 약간 홍콩에 많은 그런 작은 집들 중 하나이려나 싶었는데, 약간 한국으로 따지면 롯데캐슬에 1인용 오피스텔이 있다면 이런 느낌일까 싶은 건물이었어요! 뷰도 하버뷰라 너무너무 좋고 11층이라 높이도 적당하고, 따뜻한물 잘 나오고 더우면 에어컨 틀고, 그리고 숙소 근처에 약간 동네 상점 밀집지역? 같은게 있고 딤딤섬이 있어요! 딤딤섬 진짜 대 핵 꿀맛이고 거기서 파는 길거리 음식 다 맛있었어요! 슈퍼도 가깝고 침사추이랑도 가깝지만 바글거리지 않고 조용한 동네였다는!! 4인팟 완전 추천합니다!!! (대신 신발 신고 다니는 집 형태라서 슬리퍼 하나씩 들고가시기를 추천해요!!)

  Comments: 친구 4명이 매우 저렴하게 깨끗한 숙소를 이용 했네요. 샴푸,린스,바디워시,물비누, 수건,드라이기 등이 갖춰져 있습니다. 역에서 가까워서 여러명이 있으면 택시를 이용해도 될꺼 같아요. 역에서 찾아갈때 메트로 쇼핑몰 들어가서 오른쪽 대각선으로 보면 커피숍이 보입니다 거길 지나서 웨딩홀 지나서 에스컬레이트를 두번 내려가서 나가시면 됩니다. 저희가 헷갈렸던 부분입니다. 그리고 신발을 신고 들어 가므로 슬리퍼를 가져가지면 매우 편할것입니다. 샤워하고 다시 신발을 신으니 찝찝 하더군요. 그리고 근처에 ParknSHOP 이라는 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 숙소 옆에 학교 앞에 신호등을 건너서 쭉 직진하시면 됩니다 그 근처에는 식당도 있는데 이용은 안해봤네요. 저는 대만족입니다. ^^
