  Comments: Dino’s apartment is presented at an exceptional boutique-hotel standard with additions such as a full working kitchen, laundry and fresh linen. The position of the apartment is in one of Sydney’s most sort after locations and just moments (2 minutes) walk to Sydney Harbour. The view through to the water past the iconic Moreton Bay Fig tree is tranquil and beautiful. The man himself is a perfect host whom is both easy going and professional. He was a pleasure to converse with as well. The apartment is decorated immaculately in a light and white Sydney contemporary style with controllable lighting, a HiFi stereo as well as a large television in both the lounge and main bedroom. The main bedroom has a view through the trees from the balcony to Elizabeth Bay and is fairly envy making. You can keep all the windows and balcony door open with no fear of intruders due to the height. That makes it an even nicer space to come home to after a day in the sun. In addition, it’s the little details that make this place stand out. Things such as a quality iron and ironing board for business shirts, a washer that come with good detergent as opposed to the cheapest and about a thousand fresh towels. It is effectively a luxury home. I had friends over for dinner and we were stunned at the quality of the kitchen equipment as well as the number of serving platters, tumblers, champagne and wine glasses. When I lived in the country years ago and nearby, finding a car space could take hours. Dino has a car space with electronic entry. It's the envy of the area and a bonus for anyone hiring a car. I thoroughly recommend this apartment, which will probably be permanently booked out when people find out how good it is.

The location is great, as the apartment is centrally located in Elizabeth Bay neighborhood. Everything was immaculate on our arrival with beautiful fresh orchids in every room - just gorgeous. Very private and secluded accommodation and the onsite parking was a bonus. Highly recommended, we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

  Comments: Dino responded really promptly and was so easy to deal with. He was already in Europe when we arrived, so his friend, Rick let us in and get us oriented. Rick was so lovely and had lots of great tips about the neighborhood. The description and pictures aren't accurate - the place is EVEN BETTER! It's stunning. Absolutely stunning. And so tranquil. We would love to stay there again. And we'd love for Dino to design our apartment!

  Comments: Dino was out of the country when I arrived so his friend Rick handled check-in and check-out. All went smoothly. Rick's a nice guy - very friendly and helpful. The apartment is excellent. Spacious, stylish, nice quiet residential block, good location. A few minutes walk to Macleay Street, pleasant 20 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and CBD. Thanks Dino, I wish I could have stayed longer.

  Comments: Dino's flat is amazingly beautiful. It's minimalist on it's best. Fully equipped, everything you absolutely need. Kitchen is also fully equipped. It's located in the beautiful Elisabeth Bay neighbourhood, you can pretty much walk to everywhere from there... full of cafes and nice restaurant.

  Comments: The apartment in Elizabeth Bay is quite excellent and in very convenient location. It is very close the shopping street of Potts Point, but a couple of blocks away and therefore much quieter. The flat faces towards Sydney harbour and there are glimpses of the water, but it is very private because of large trees outside the windows. The building is also very quiet and I heard no noise from any neighbours. The flat is also beautifully designed, in a modern clean taste, with all the facilities one needs for a short or long stay. It is very well equipped for a comfortable stay with all the facilities one needs for cooking, relaxing and working, with good Wi-Fi. The flat has the feeling of Dino's own refined taste, yet with a homely feeling due to books, a comfortable sofa, fresh linen and bedding and a good (Website hidden by Airbnb) covered parking is very convenient and there is also a city bus stop just around the corner. One could not wish for a better apartment.

  Comments: Our stay at Dino's apartment was fantastic. The lead-up was straightforward with clear communication between Dino and us. The apartment is very well appointed, with more than meets the eye . The main bed was the most comfortable we have slept in! Location is brilliant with coffee shops, markets and transport close by. Great walks in the early morning around Rushcutters Bay and one morning we walked into the CBD via Wooloomooloo, the gardens and the Opera House. Rick managed our arrival and departure in a friendly and welcoming manner, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - I am sure we will stay there again.

  Comments: Dino's apartment was beautifully decorated and was situated in the perfect location at Elizabeth bay. Dino was out of town at the time however his friend Rick was very helpful with the check in and answered all of my queries. I highly recommend staying here and will hopefully return soon!!

  Comments: The apartment was fantastic- exactly as described and checking in and out processes were both straightforward and easy. It's a lovely, peaceful place; incredible given how central and ideal the location is ! The area is the best in Sydney, just minutes from the best restaurants and cafes, situated right between Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay- perfect for pleasant walks along the marina. We loved it and would love to stay in Dino's place again.

  Comments: Dino's place in Elizabeth Bay is fantastic! Great apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Very modern with fm great finishes throughout the apartment with a great little view of the bay from the lounge room. It's a perfect spot for being close to the city and public transport to get everywhere you need. This is a very busy area of the inner east of Sydney and what I was very happy about is that it was nice and quiet- even on the weekends. Rick who is Dino's friend who organises the check in's was very friendly and very reliable in communication and it was a pleasure to meet him. There is basically nothing to fault with this apartment. All I can say to people is that you should like a very firm memory foam mattress to sleep on. I love my medium firm mattress I have back home and it did take me a couple of nights of sleeping to get use to the great firm mattress Dino has in his apartment. The bed is fantastic and the heating (including the heated floors in the bathroom) Is great for the cooler months in Sydney. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

  Comments: We were lucky to have booked Dino's place last minute as we decided to stay longer in Sydney. The appt is quite popular and there are good reasons for that! Communication & Check in Fast feedback and smooth communication although Dino was in a different timezone when we booked. Rick helped us to check in and was real friendly and showed us around in the house. Location Was just perfect. Quite central and can walk to all the major popular area's. Also very close to King's cross and Wooloomooloo but the street is nice and quite. Also within 5-min walking distance to good super market and upscale dining. The appartment We are also really big on modern interirors and designs. Dino's the place was a real gem. You cann see that he has invested substantial enegery and money to decorate but also to maintain the place. Top quality materials everywhere, but also top quality amenities. Dino really cares. Everything is custom made and built in, which made the appartment feel real spacious without compromising on the number of facilities. We were with the two of us, but the sofa bed in the study room can cater for another 2 if needed. Facilities Everything worked perfectly, but we really loved the floor heating in the bathroom as spring was just starting and Sydney was still quite chilly. Dino also had his own parking space, which was a real plus as parking can get quite pricey in Sydney. The bed was comfy and Dino had a nice selection of books and cd's which made the stay really enjoyable as well.

  Comments: We had a lovely time during our stay in Sydney in Dino's apartment. It's a great location with a view through the trees on the harbour from the 5th floor. The area is superb with restaurants, bars and a grocery store in walking distance. The apartment itself was super modern and stylish - just what you expect from an architect - and looks just like in the pictures. We were welcomed by Rick, a friend of Dino, who is taken care of the apartment when he is away. Communication was great from both of them and we felt well taken care of. Definitely would recommend the place :)

  Comments: We had a lovely time during our stay in Sydney. Dino’s apartment is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and central position. Its an easy walk to Kings cross Train station and restaurants. Wooloomooloo is also a easy walk away. We were welcomed by Rick, a friend of Dino, who is taken care of the apartment when he is away. Communication was great from both of them and we felt well taken care of. I can recommed a good coffee from “ Poppies “ on the corner owned by a lovely Greek family always served with a smile and a chat! Many thanks Dino

  Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Dino's beautiful apartment in Elizabeth Bay and it was very difficult to leave. Dino is a great host and communication is prompt and easy. The apartment is well situated close to great cafes, restaurants, lovely parks and stunning views of the Bay's along the many wonderful walks we enjoyed and not far from the many wonderful sights and venues that Sydney has to offer. We are very fussy with our bedding and Dino's bed is extremely comfortable. I recommend Lizzies next door for fresh delicious food if you want to eat in and Fratelli Paradiso on Challis Ave for great coffee. Our stay at Dino's lovely apartment was wonderful and we hope we will be able to visit again. We have also enjoyed a stay in Dino's apartment in Lucca Italy last year, both places are beautifully styled (a testament to Dino's good taste and flare for design). We thank you Dino for allowing us to stay in both places and your apartment in Elizabeth Bay was wonderful.

  Comments: Great apartment in a very secure building in an upscale neighborhood on the water. Tons of cafe options, some really good restaurants with diverse cuisine, and parks with a lot of green and great views. Dino and Rick are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience.

  Comments: The apartment is just like in the photos and there are 2 great cafes where you can get the famed aussie brekkies. Yums! Location is pretty good but avoid going through King's Cross station if you are coming back late. Instead, there is a bus (311) you can take from Central station that goes right to the door of the apartment. Only downside is that the birds/animals? nesting in trees in front of the bedroom can be noisy at night. Haven't figured out what they are since i always thought that birds sleep at night... But all in still a good stay!

Regretted not booking a longer stay. Would love to be able to visit Dino's place in Lucca one day.   Comments: Tengo que poner un 10 al apartamento, a la zona y a Dino. Todo han sido facilidades y la comunicación abierta en todo momento. El apartamento tiene de todo. DE TODO. Es muy cómodo, con mucha luz que le hace muy agradable y la decoración y el cuidado con que están escogidos los detalles le dan aún más valor. La zona me ha encantado también. A unos 10-15 minutos de una estación de tren y el autobus al lado del edificio. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. No tiene ninguna pega.

  Comments: Dino's apartment is great. It's in a neighborhood that is "real" (changing for the better with few tourists) with plenty of great restaurants (we recommend Cho Cho San and Ms G's - both easy walks). His style is appealing, quite minimalist with no handles showing, all white and mirrors, and easy furniture. We appreciated having a balcony to sit on with a glass of wine after sightseeing. Even though we didn't meet Dino himself, communications were easy and efficient and he arranged for us to arrive early after our 17 hour flight from the US (6 AM arrival at SYD). Public transport is very convenient, both bus and train. We walked to Circular Quay to start our first day. We highly recommend a stay at Ithaca Gardens! Thank you, Dino.

  Comments: Beautiful apartment with an ultimate clean design in a quiet part of Elizabeth Bay. Excellent cafes, restaurants and everything else you need close by. Dino is a wonderful host, communication, check-in and check-out were straight forward and everything worked out perfectly. His tips for cafes/restaurants were very good. His place is fully equipped. Apartment comes with a parking space, which is very convenient since parking in Sydney is either tough or unbelievably expensive. Recommend to walk as much as possible, since both public transportation and self driving are not much fun in Sydney. Should we be in Lucca in the future, we will try to book Dino's place there as well.

We were in Sydney to scout a neighborhood to live in and this was central to many parts of the city. Dino was responsive to queries and his rep in the neighborhood was friendly and available for help when needed. Would warmly recommend the address.

  Comments: Dino's apartment is exactly as described and is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is well suited to anyone with mobility problems as there is step-free access from the street to the apartment. Unfortunately our stay was constantly plagued by noise from works in the building, during the whole 4 weeks. There was concrete cutting, drilling, hammering, etc, which made staying the apartment during the day very unpleasant. But it was quiet and pleasant in the evenings.
