  Comments: The location is very convenient. It took us 3 minutes’ walk to MTR station and 2 mins to Mong Kok Nathan street and Ladies’ street. There are so many restaurants nearby and even a 24 hours supermarket downstair. I love the egg tarts, and my friends like milk tea, and street food around the corner as well. Local noddle shop opens till 4am around the corner as well. I never get hungry :P. KK is an amazing host to recommend us restaurants nearby as well. The flat is very nice decorated, modern and stylish. I would say the flat is very clean, furnitures, toilet, and kitchen are all new. We all feel so relaxed and confortable. I can tell KK put much thoughts behind with his choice of furnitures. The flat is very practical and cost effective for us as a party of 4. We feel safe here as we got asked by the security guard a few times. We even got English TV channels like CNN, BBC, and can play Youtube at TV, and it is a 4K high tech internet TV!!! Wifi is steady and fast, it is a bonus as we cannot survive without wifi. I like the sunlight in the day and the night scenes through the windows. Even we are in so central location, being high up in the building make us away from traffic, that we all have a very sweet night sleep. I can tell the mattress is very high quality and it is so comfortable, and my friends mentioned even the soft-bed is so comfortable. Thanks KK and I would recommend the flat to any guests for sure !!

  Comments: KK is an excellent and THOUGHTFUL host. I have travelled for over 20 countries and I can tell KK went extra mile to ensure my stay is a pleasant one. He replied fast and accurate when we first contact him when making reservation, and even takes good care of us after check-in. My auntie feel secured and great to know a friendly and reliable host at a new place, thanks very much for that. We are a family of 3 with my auntie’ baby. My auntie worked in hotel business and was so impressed that the washroom has a THERMO ventilator to keep her baby warm at bath. Water is also hot even in such cold winter. The windows are all installed with 5 stars hotel-grade adjustable safety locks to ensure her baby stays safely inside the flat while we can enjoy the city night scene through the big windows at high-floor. The LOCATION is so PRIME and we never feel hungry, and a lot of eateries are downstairs. It took us 4-5 minutes’ walk to the MTR, it is soooo CONVINENT and there are already many interesting local stores downstairs along the way to the MTR. The flat is so CLEAN and all the furniture are NEW. The flat even has a WASHER-DRYER and a stylish cooktop that make our stay perfect !! I like the violet colour of the theme wall that I feel so relaxed. Tips: If you are travelling with lover or friends of 3-4, it would be a best choice. Thanks KK to be our host.

  Comments: Kk has been very nice at welcoming us and showing us around his flat. The flat itself is tiny but incredibly well furnished and designed. We never felt like it was too tiny for 4 people, and it's incredibly clean. Kk was also really helpful when we needed an extra set of keys and he REALLY likes to share his favourite spots in the city with travellers. Staying at KK's flat has definitely been a wonderful experience and I'll consider doing it again next time I'll be in HK.

  Comments: This apartment was the perfect find for me. It was in the quieter section of Mongkok(if there is such a thing) and from its location allowed to get a great view of the area. KK was the perfect host he had sent me a video prior to coming over giving me the HK highlights and once I arrived he was the perfect host having prepared notes for me for restaurants and directions to MTR station and the correct exits to use.(Very important to know) The apartment was fabulous and it was newly renovated and quite spacious by HK standards. Hong Kong is a city that has so much to see that this apartment was the perfect haven to relax before regrouping and exploring again. I had a very positive stay and would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to experience the true Hong Kong in particular Mongkok and Yu Ma Tei. Thank you KK

  Comments: the most fantastic experience in HK is KK's flat~ very cozy and comfortable and tidy! It is amazing that everything is available!!! All of us are satisfied with this flat. In Mongkok, there are many canteens under the flat, we never felt hungry. and there's a 24h supermarket, very convenient. Besides, KK is a very kind and thoughtful person, we have connected for 2 months, I have met some problems during the order, very appreciate for KK helping me solve the problem. This flat is really perfect and can't be better, whatever the facilities and the area. If I come to HK next time, this flat will be our first choice. Thx KK a lot.

  Comments: Kk is really a nice guy!He's very thoughtful and good to us!Some tips he provide us was also useful before our planning. To be honest,it's better ask Kk for information than do the raiders.He would provide you the best choice and accurate information as a local. We have 4 girls.Everything in the flat can be satisfaction including washing machine and clothes stand.(we love the washing machine the most!!!) My other friends were so surprised that I could with ths price for such a nice flat in Hong Kong after I showed them this flat.A clean and comfort space to stay in fully equipped.   Comments: KK apartment is cozy and just perfect. It has new design and much attention to the small details. It had everything !!!! And all was in New condition . the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is quiet even it is just a few minutes from busy mong kok. KK was easy to deal with. Fast !!   Comments: KK from the get go was the perfect host and nothing was too hard or difficult for him to make sure our stay in Hong Kong was comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet KK as he was always but even then dealing with KK (and his friend Mr. Lai) remotely was effortless and efficient. The apartment itself is a newly renovated and equipped with all the necessities that will make you feel right at home. The location of the apartment is on the quite end of Mongkok. However, it’s only a stone throw away from MongKong and Yau Mai Tei MTR, major shopping centre (Langham), restaurants and a 24hour supermarket. Our stay was very positive stay and I would highly recommend KK’s apartment to anybody. KK, thank you and we look forward to seeing you again when we come back to HK.

  Comments: The house was very clean and indeed newly renovated. The space is snug and cozy just nice for the 4 of us. The location is primely located near to local shopping streets and MTR just about 5-10mins walk away. A great place to set foot upon to begin our adventure in hongkong. Mr KK is friendly and provided us promptly with many useful tips for the recommended local delights and best places to shop. As our stay happen to coincides with the 7th day of Lunar new year, Mr KK surprised us with angbaos for each of us with a a really heartwarming note sending his well wishes.

  Comments: The flat was very clean and well equipped. It was quite small but really cute and cozy. The wifi connection was fast. The location was good since the flat is a 5 min walk to the mtr station. There's a nearby grocery store open 24 hours. And Mr. Tam was accommodating and punctual.

  Comments: The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the subway station (Yau Ma Tei). The place was clean and quite at night. The flat had everything descriped in the listing page. The bed was very comfortable. KK was very nice who kindly explained to us the neighbourhood when we arrived. He also provided us a Super map showing the shopping and eating hot spots.   Comments: The accommodation was, overall, a pleasant one. It is clean, well equipped and able to sleep up to 5 adults--although moving around the room may be slightly inconvenient due to its compact size (which is the case with most Hong Kong accommodation). What's more, it is a convenient walking distance away from the MTR and the heart of Mongkok, where Ladies Street is located. Safety, too, is not an issue as the place provides a round-the-clock security guard. Checking in and out is a breeze, and the host, Mr KK, is a friendly man who is always helpful with suggestions of what-to-do and what-to-eat. Will definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hong Kong :)

  Comments: Our stay was cozy and convenient. KK's apartment is in the heart of Mon Kok which worked out great since my fiancées cousin lives nearby. The apartment was clean and modern, we had four in our party and it was definitely tight, but to say we felt at home in a very different country is a good way to recommend the place. KK was super accomodating and kept us up to date, he even helped us extend our stay at the last minute, I would have no reservation before staying at any of his current or future Air BNB's. Thank you!

  Comments: Our stay at KK's home has been great. He is very helpful & given us very detailed list of places to get yummy food. His home is very clean & tidy. Make us feels like home.   Comments: Since there has been miscommunication with the date I supposedly booked and the flat is still occupied, we initially checked-in the nearby hotel with very limited space and awful odor. The next day, Mr. Tam offered to get our luggages at 1pm and check-in late since they still have to clean the flat. We basically used our first day in HK to move here and there. After moving to his flat, we finally had some time to rest before pushing with our itinerary. Mr. Tam helped us out giving a map with some nearby restaurants where we can buy food. He gave us some tips on what can we order and asked him to write it in their local language for me to easily communicate with the locals. All throughout our stay in HK, KK can be easily reached through a mobile app. I just give him the places where we plan to go for the day and he give us the shortest/easiest way to our destination. Including the approximate fares. KK's flat is a good place to relax and rest after a long tiring day. The amenities in the pictures are exactly what it is when we stayed. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely communicate with him again when we have our vacation in HK!

  Comments: My family went to Hong Kong for holiday, my son with 3 years old, my husband and I and we stayed at CK's place that was a great location and fitted for all of us. The place is very nice, same as shown in the pictures, with all the ammendities we needed and, as I told about the location, is very close to MTR that you can go anywhere in HK also, even it's in MongKok area is very quiet that you can sleep very well the whole night. CK was very helpfull, he make us to be as we were at our home. He helped us also with our check-in in town that made us very happy with the arrangements. Trully recommended to others whom is looking for a nice place to stay in HK for some days.

  Comments: I stayed in KK's apartment for two weeks. It was fantastic! KK is super-helpful - absolutely deserves the super-host award. (He even provided a little welcome package and a little welcome message on his blackboard). The apartment is sparkling clean. The renovation is lovely with lots of attention to little details - as good as the photos. Location fantastic - close to all the tourist action but also in a very "local" neighbourhood so you get a taste of everyday life in Mong Kok. Quiet as well. Would absolutely stay again, and have recommended to me friends and colleagues.

  Comments: KK was very helpful right from the confirmation of our stay! He provided us lots of travel information and even suggested a few itineraries to ease our traveling to a foreign place. On our arrival, as it was a rainy day, he directed us to the neighboring cafe just outside the MTR and walked us to his apartment. It was a nice gesture to receive a welcome message on the wall at the entrance when we entered the house! The apartment was clean and bright with windows every corner. It was fully equipped with all the necessities we needed (just as described on his page and the photos). Location was a few minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR which was perfect for us to commute. On the departure day, he was kind enough to let us leave our luggage and ensured that there was no delay on our ferry trip to macau due to the bad weather condition. Thanks KK for your hospitality.   Comments: KK was very helpful from the booking to the end of trip. A very detailed map and welcome snacks made a very warm welcome. The super fast broadband and the internet TV kept the 2 kids occupied. There are security around the clock and the flat is very near shopping areas.We were grateful that have a late checkout at 10pm as our flight was at 2am. It was a nice and convenient place to stay and we will definitely recommend it to our friends going to HK.

  Comments: KK was THOUGHHTFUL, incredibly HELPFUL with my trip to HK. As soon as I booked the apartment he offered help and advice about how to get from the airport to the apartment (several route options), where to eat, etc The apartment itself is great, CLEAN, CONVENIENT, close to MTR, newly refurbished. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the rooms get a lot of light day-time since it's on a high floor with many windows. I appreciate the installation of the 100% sun-block curtain, very considerate! The a/c is very good and strong. The bathroom is very clean and the shower has lots of hot water. My friend appreciated the 4K smart internet TV, complimentary cable TV, the high speed stable wifi, and 2-in-1 washer dryer in the apartment, too. There is also a lot of eateries downstairs for fresh egg tarts and other Chinese pastries, and an outstanding wonton noodle restaurant up the street. The MTR is really close by as well, and you can walk to Ladies' Street and the night market. 24 hours security makes me feel SAFE. GREAT PLACE!

  Comments: Mr. KK has been a very accommodating host. As it was our first time to HK, KK has given us lots of suggestions on where we could actually visit. Due to a last minute change in schedule, we asked if we could meet him at the apartment one hour earlier, and he agreed despite the busy schedule and accommodation. The apartment was delightfully nice, in pristine and clean condition. Not to forget, the location was excellent, in the middle of Kowloon and accessible by both Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei MTR. Overall, it has been an excellent stay and we would definitely return to this apartment should we visit HK again.

  Comments: As a first time Airbnb user, the experience was fantastic. The stay at Mr Tam's place has been pleasurable. I was with family and all had positive remarks about the place and Mr Tam. We were greeted by a welcome note by the door (including a bday greeting for my brother). He gave clear instructions in terms of general housekeeping. His flat is great and the tips he provided were very useful. The linens, beds and toiletries were well prepared. The flat overall is well kept and comfortable. There were a few goodies that he also set aside for us, which I thought was very nice of him. He also printed out a map for our use. What i liked most about this host is his responsiveness. From the reservation process to checkout, it was definitely a breeze. I would definitely recommend Mr Tam and his flat. Everything's brilliant.

  Comments: Mr KK emailed us detailed instructions to get to the apartment, and welcomed us upon our arrival, with maps and brochures for exploring Hong Kong. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing and had everything we needed. The apartment is situated close to the MTR and Nathan St and is highly recommended.

  Comments: Mr KK was an excellent host, from the time we first inquired about his apartment to the time we checked out. He made the reservation and check-in process very simple and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. He was always available to answer questions when we needed help. The apartment was exactly as listed; a little small for our standards, but it provided a great place to stay for a few days in Hong Kong. We were just a couple of blocks from all the action in Nathan Road, the Ladies St Market and MTR (subway) stations. Still, the building is very quiet and located in an old neighborhood street. We were fascinated by the huge contrast between this street (which looks like we guess many streets in HK looked 50 years ago) and Nathan street (which looks like Times Sq in NY), only a minute away. All in all, we were very satisfied with this property and with Mr. KK. We would definitely stay there again.

  Comments: Me and my family were in HK for a holiday this summer. During the time we stayed, we had a very pleasant time at the flat! The location is perfect especially for buying fresh seafood and fruits! :) That was the highlight for my parent. The flat is very cosy and is adaptable for 4 people! It's very clean and safe! There's a gate outside the main door as well as a code lock system! We mainly cooked at the flat and the washing machine is in good condition ~ very easy to use! The bathroom is quite small but it's very clean and modern! Like any typical HK bathrooms, the shower, toilet and sink is not separated but all in one room! The shower overhead will spray over the toilet seat and sink which will make the floor wet! But it'll dry up very quick because of the hot weather :) KK is friendly and attentive to your every need. I asked KK that I needed an iron and he went to get me one straight away. He provided me with a local map which was very useful and recommended all the best places to eat. He even message me during the week to see if I needed anything ~ very accessible through watsapp. Checkout was very simple. Overall, we was very satisfied with our stay and will most likely come again to KK's flat the next time we visit HK! :) thank you Kk for being such a wonderful host! :)

  Comments: Nous avons vécu un très bon séjour à Hong-Kong, merci à KK (Mr Tam) d'y avoir contribué. L'appartement est tel que sur les photos, c'est petit mais très fonctionnel. A 3 adultes voire 4 c'est parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine. C'était super propre, très calme et très bien situé à 5 minutes du métro et des bus, en plein quartier typique et populaire au bon sens du terme, sans aucun problème de sécurité et avec commerces ouverts 24/24 ! Il n'y manquait rien ou presque, nous avons suggéré un micro-onde à KK, mais c'est un détail mineur. KK a été parfait, à l'heure pour le RV, sympa et toujours disponible par mail / SMS ou autre pour nous aider durant le séjour. Il nous a fourni plein d'information et même traduit un menu d'un Wonton noodle restaurant pour nous ! Son conseil de prendre le bus pour repartir à l'aéroport était pratique. Bref, pour nous 3 c'était impeccable, nous recommandons sans réserves.

  Comments: Our whole family really enjoyed staying in this apartment during our holiday. KK is a fantastic host, even before we landed, he already check our luggage collection belt and text us. He prepared all the maps for us to explore around Hong Kong and also the area near the apartment. The apartment was clean and family-friendly, we could use the kitchen to prepare food for our 2-year old daughter. Envy thing was nicely designed and showed thoughtfulness of the host. The location of the apartment is very convenient, which is only a few minutes walk to the MTR station, and there are quite a lot of shops and restaurants for us to shop ard and to choose the food from. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

  Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in KK's apartment. It felt like home to us and my 2 year old was able to settle right in, which was the most important to me. KK was very accommodating, patient and kind. We had issues with our flight (being delayed), immigration and getting a taxi that we arrived at the apartment almost 4 hours later than the time we had initially told KK. But he was understanding and nice enough to still be waiting for us at almost 4am outside of his apartment, even gave us a tour of his apartment and told us about the all amenities. He also left a map with directions as to where the closet MTR station was, Cha Chaan Teng, bakeries etc. Checkin and checkout was rather simple and straight forward, which we all like! Being in a foreign country and not speaking the language you don't have to worry when you're at KK's. First you have to go through the first security door, which will only be opened with a key or by the 24hour security guard, then you go to your floor and open another security door, and enter a unique code into the another door after that! Felt safer than a hotel room! We were slightly delayed due to late flight arrival but he was still there to show us around the place and shared information on nearby facilities (malls, restaurants and shop). The personalised map helped us a lot in navigating the area. The place is located in an hardware shops area but the apartment is maintained in tip top condition. The place was a bit small for 4 grown adults but everything that we need was there. Internet was fast and the TV was a welcomed bonus. KK was very patient with our questions and gave us good recommendation on dinner places and how to get to the airport on our day of departure. Mr KK분을 숙소 앞에서 만났고, 열쇠를 주면서 설명해준 뒤 직접 문 열어서 해보라고 해주셨습니다. 숙소에 도착한 뒤 간단한 집 소개와 창문가에서 지도(개인 추천 장소를 써놓은)를 보며 위치 설명을 해주셨습니다. 저희가 도착하기 전에 음악, 핫포트, 에어컨 미리 다 켜두셔서 시원했습니다. 공간 활용을 아주 잘 해두셔서 놀랬습니다. 나중에 참고하려고 사진 찍어왔습니다. 펜션처럼 있을꺼 다 있지만 화장실에는 수건,바디워시 밖에 없으니 나머지는 챙겨가시면 좋습니다. 좋은 여행 되세요^^. He was exceptionally quick in answering any requests. The apartment is very small to us (coming from Australia), but I understand this is typical for Hong Kong and we adapted very quickly accepting this is all part of the experience. It is very clean and furniture and equipment all work beautifully, in fact I would say most equipment and furnishings, etc are new. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery and underground trains. We thank KK for his contribution in making our stay in HK so enjoyable and have no doubt he will do the same for any of his future guests.

The flat is clean and all the furniture / appliances are consider new and comfortable.   Comments: Staying at Mr KK's was a most pleasing experience. As mentioned in other reviews, Mr KK was very helpful, positive and obliging. Due to heavy traffic at the airport, we ended up being half an hour late, but Mr KK was very patient and helpful. He gave us very precise directions and even had a map on hand that had some landmarks marked out for our easy reference. The flat was as described and pictures true to form. Everything was of high quality and well-maintained, and true to description. The flat was high floor and quiet, and there were plenty of windows which allowed for natural sunlight. I was travelling with 2 senior citizens and the flat was comfortable for them. In terms of amenities, there is an early market selling fresh produce, and a lot of cha chan teng, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The flat is literally walking distance to 2 MTR stations and very very convenient. Definitely recommended and I would stay here again!

Он ожидал нас у под'езда. Квартира соответсвует фото, но я не ожидала , что на такой маленькой площади можно разместить гостиную, спальню, кухню. Я была с мамой и семилетней дочерью, и можно было бы разместить двоих не очень крупных людей. В квартире было все необходимое, включая средство для стирки)))! Район очень удобен. Рядом, отмеченый во всех туристических путеводителях, Ladies Market, но делать там особо нечего, кроме покупки магнитов! Можно быстро добраться до станции метро Tsim Sha Tsui, где расположена Аллея звёзд и прочие достопримечательности! В плане еды тоже все прекрасно, есть все-от аутентичной Китайской кухни до фаст-фуда. Мистер CK рассказал где можно поесть и купить продукты. Моё первое путешествие с сайтом Airbnb оказалось очень удачным, если я ещё поеду в Гонконг, с удовольствием остановлюсь у мистера CK!!!

  Comments: KK was a great host & was very accommodating with helping with our luggage to the apartment, arranged to provide us a travel cot & bathtub for our baby, and provided helpful suggestions about the local area (restaurants, transport options, supermarkets etc). We definitely appreciated his hospitality! The main reason we chose to stay here (as opposed to a hotel) was so that we could make use of kitchen & laundry facilities, given that we were traveling with a baby. Overall, the place is relatively comfortable & modern, however there are some things which we were not satisfied with: 1. We felt that this place was small, even for HK standards. Storage for luggage for tight & was difficult to bathe our baby due to lack of space. 2. The kitchen was more like a kitchenette & found it difficult to cook food for our baby. The kitchen tap doesn't have hot water & had to resort to getting hot water from the shower. This made washing up dishes inconvenient. (No hot water from bathroom sink either) 3. The shower space often flooded as the drainage couldn't cope with the water flow. We suspect the drainage point may have been blocked. Note: shower and toilet is in the one space. 4. Air con units in the main living area only have a cooling function, and the apartment was cold. There was only one heater in the bedroom & one in the bathroom. (KK did provide a fan heater)

  Comments: Everything was smooth from the airport transfer via taxi to the apartment as the address given was very clear. Mr Lam met us and provided us some tips and map labelled with locations to the shops ,24 hr supermarket and mtr to walk to. There is a very good bakery selling egg tarts that were awesome! Apartment is functional and bathroom very clean and newly renovated. location is central and good. There is a popular cha chan teng called Tai Hing around the area selling good roasted meats and milk tea. Going back we called a cab to airport and driver had no problem finding the apartment; waiting for us just outside the gate.

  Comments: We stayed as a couple at Mr KK's place for a week in mid March. The place is exactly as shown as in the photos; very clean, bright, dust free, with space to store our luggage and plenty of places to hang up our things. There were many nicely thought out items which made things very convenient and certainly appreciated; a washer/ dryer for our clothes, little slippers, hair dryer and various items which were very handy. Thank you for the little coffee/ tea sachets- and being from Melbourne we sure do love our coffee! The apartment is located in a very convenient location- with the MTR about 4 mins walk and lots of eateries down below- including vegetarian restaurants which was very handy. It is also very close to Nathan Road where it is one of the large arterial roads connecting many areas of Hong Kong. On Nathan there were buses easily getting to Hung Hom in one direction and toward Sham Shui Po in the other direction. We walked several times from TST back to the apartment - and a leisurely stroll took us approx 30 mins. My mother stayed over one night and there is a pull out sofa to accommodate more people however we feel that the place is best suited for two people for longer stays. Overall a lovely place to stay, smoke free, welcoming, clean and a very attentive host with excellent communication- def a host you'd want whilst travelling!

  Comments: 5 STARS ***** Amazing Hongkong Experience.. I was travelling to Hongkong from Chicago with my wife and a 1 1/2 year old toddler and my parents joined me in Hongkong from India. I was extremely nervous for this trip as we had never traveled this far as a family with parents before. We choose KK's room based on reviews and decided to go with his apartment due to the following reasons. 1. Fully equipped kitchen - Very Important for a Vegetarian Indian family. My parents don't eat meat hence we wanted ability to cook quick meals. 2. Proximity to key areas - Heart of Hongkong. Very close from all areas. We saw every place possible using MTR and bought the Octopus card which is so convenient. Again a recommendation provided by KK. 3. Trust - Travelling to a foreign country with Kids you need to have a trusted travel advisory/ host who will be available for any questions/ emergencies - KK was very prompt in responding to every single question I had in planning this trip. 4. Travel Recommendations - KK provided us amazing recommendations and detailed instructions to see various places, Dim Sum, Breakfast and shopping. The apartment was a cute Hongkong size apartment. We got used to the size in a few hours and then it was all good. Everything is arranged smartly and the apartment has everything you need for cooking and a comfortable stay. Wifi was fast. Tsim Sha Tsui is a very good restaurant which KK recommended which had very good Vegetarian and non pork and non beef options. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward staying here again if I happen to visit hongkong again.

KK is super sweet, and considerate and welcoming and everything you can imagine, the apartment is perfect, yes it's not very big but hey it's hong kong!! it's so cozy and big enough for my family (3 members), my parents loved it, they said they will never go to hotels anymore (and they use to go to 5 star hotels in HK). TBH I hesitated a bit with a little concern when KK asked for the copies of my passport and flight infos, so I water marked my copies with AIRBNB PURPOSE (lol) and I thought to myself "this is not a hotel?!", well I was wrong, they were so professional, It's almost like you are living in a hotel, only you have a personal assistant! His apt is in the heart of kowloon district, walking distance to everywhere! and because it's located in a residential area, downstairs you can find so many local restaurants and shops that hasn't been "tourists commercialized" aka "very local" (you will know what I mean once you lived there), if you want to have a local hk experience and dive in, this is the place! KK's not the first person I contact on airbnb but his apt is my very first experience. I wanna say thank you for letting me have this happy memory, and see you very soon!

It is very convenient, ..close to MTR, supermarket, and many restaurant of local foods. Also, KK is very responsible. On the first day we arrive, KK informs that electricity for the whole building is down. He arrange the hotel in the area nearby his place. On the next day, he manage to move our luggage from the hotel to his place in the afternoon after the electricity return. So, we still go out and visit the places as our plan. Definitely, we will stay at his place for next HK trip.

  Comments: 回来好一阵子了,现在才给KK写REVIEW真是不好意思｡ 整体来说KK是个蛮细心与设想周到的屋主｡到达当晚为我们做了一个小小导游服务让我们对住宿附近的环境有了相当的了解,还附上他制作的一个小地图｡而且我们隔几天要过澳门玩的行程,也很细心的给我们做了些意见参考,实在太感激他了｡ 至于他的房子,就真的要给个赞了｡所谓麻雀虽小,五脏俱全,设备齐全不在话下,而且还保持得相当干净｡ 住起来还真舒适自在,就像家一样不像一般旅馆那么压迫感｡保安也相当安全｡其中一天因两老累了,就选择呆在房子里休息,我们就在附近买了些菜还可以做些简单的菜色来吃｡ 下次在去香港的话,我还是会再选择这里｡

He provided us with a map on our location and highlighted the places that we should take note, such as supermarket, mtr, places to eat and etc. The unit is conveniently located near mtr, restaurants, cafes, 'woman street', Mongkok & 'temple street'. Despite being overseas himself, Mr Tam, sent a wat app message to check if we were coping well in Hong Kong. There is a cooking area and washing machine in the kitchen. Free wifi . No bathtub, just a toilet bowl, standing shower, basin and mirror in the toilet. Only 1 person in the toilet each time. Shampoo, toilet paper and shower gel provided.. Kitchen has all the utensils you need, including children cutlery set. Clean and modern design. The apartment and lift lobby is really small. It is not suitable for wheel chair bounded. Overall, it is a good place to stay but please take note that the apartment & lift lobby is small (typical Hong Kong's place).

  Comments: 4명이서 3박 이용했는데 4명이서 조금은 좁지만 지내기에는 괜찮았어요! 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았고 비교적 높은 층이라 전망도 좋은 편입니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 틀어지고 밤에는 오히려 틀고 자기에는 추울 정도.. 지하철역은 Yau Ma Tai역이랑 좀 더 가깝고 걸어가려면 넉넉히 7~8분정도 걸리는 것 같아요! 큰길까지 5분정도(?) 걸리는데 큰길에 다양한 버스가 많아서 정말 편리했던 것 같아요. 주변 골목도 그렇게 위험해 보이지는 않고 숙소 문도 이중잠금이라서 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 주변에 24시 마트도 있고 야시장과도 가까워서 하루 일정 마지막에 야시장 들르기에 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다~호스트분도 굉장히 친절하셔서 첫날 숙소 도착해서 여러가지 많이 알려주셨습니다. 사실 소파침대가 처음이라 불편할까봐 걱정했는데 정말 편하고 좋았습니다. 근데 이전 에어비앤비에서는 샴푸가 있어서 안가지고 갔는데 여긴 샴푸가 없어서 결국 구매했어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 전반적으로 좋았던 숙소였습니다. 추천합니다!!

We encountered rainy days in HK and he sent a useful reminder on the umbrella we can use as well as the mode of transport we can take. The room is clean and the door has a security lock which enhanced our safety in addition to the security guard downstairs:) The facilities are high tech & clean such as smart TV, washing machines, secured door lock etc. The sofa bed, blankets, bedsheets are clean and comfortable. Great apartment to recommend for all!!

  Comments: 5 mins walk to YauMaTei MTR. Can easily walk to Mongkok & Jordan. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Communicated before & during our stay with KK via (Hidden by Airbnb) . He allowed us to check in early. He was always quick to respond. Very convenient. The place is small by American standards, but it accommodated my husband, daughter and me fine. I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people in the flat though. Bath towels provided were smaller than American standards and so we bought some bigger towels in Mongkok. Shampoo & conditioner not provided. No wardrobe or dresser for clothes. Some hangers were provided. Had to keep our clothes in our luggage.

  Comments: 這次是大學認識的四個人一起旅行,對比了很多家hostel,主要希望四人能住在一起,又有像從前一起在宿舍生活的感覺｡最後上Airbnb找到KK的房間,看了照片覺得非常喜歡,離地鐵站也很近｡實際入住也是如照片,但網頁上沒辦法看到的是KK人很熱心､細心,在牆壁上寫了"welcome Abby& Friends",還有提供uno､撲克牌⋯⋯等很多貼心的細節｡自製地圖並告訴我們附近有什麼地方好玩､好吃,持續的在 (Hidden by Airbnb) 上關心狀況｡最感動的是要回國的前一晚颱風登陸香港,KK提醒我們很多事情,持續幫我們關注更新最新狀況,也很通情達理的讓我們延後check out,待到風球變小｡ 總之,是一次蠻溫馨的體驗,不管是空間或是人｡

You can also take the red mini bus from this place to Sai Kung. Overall the stay is pleasant . The place could fit 4 of us but I feel that 3 would give you a comfortable space .

The place is small, but typical for Hong Kong standards; there were 5 of us who stayed in the flat, and it was perfect for us. The host was very nice!   Comments: K.K was really nice and accurate host. My flight was origianlly late and delayed a bit, so I met him almost midnight. Once I arrived at the airport, he checked my flight's status and my luggage belt number, and he sent that information to me while he knew my current status that I would be more late. We met just in time and he explained everything about the studio's facilities. The location is quite good, it's just within 5 minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei station, and within 10 min. walk from Mongkok station. There is a wellcom mart which is 24hr. opened. The room was a bit narrow, but we understand HK's situation so it could be bearable.

KK is really kind and careful. 몽콕역이랑 야우마테이역 사이에 있어서 접근성은 정말 좋고(야우마테이가 조금 더 가까워요.), 주변에 식당이나 레이디스 마켓같이 쇼핑할 곳도 있어요. 호스트 정말 친절해요. 모르거나 궁금한거 계속 물어봤는데 답장도 빨리해주셨어요. 그리고 무엇보다 숙소 앞에 있는 웰컴마트 근처 타코야키집은 꼭 가보는걸 추천합니다. 사바사이지만 개인적으로 꿀맛이라 매일 사먹었어요.ㅎ(와사비소스를 뿌려주는데 싫어한다면 조금뿌려달라고 하거나 반만 뿌려달라고 하면 됩니당.) 숙소 앞에 있는 마트에 한국 식료품이나 생활 용품이 약간 있어 놓고 온 것이 있다면 살 수 있어요. 물가는 한국하고 별 차이 없는 듯 해요. 요리할 수 있긴하지만 간단한 것만 가능해요. 프라이팬은 없고 요리를 하실 계획이시면 기름이나 소금같은 약간의 재료를 가져가시는걸 추천합니다. 그리고 숙소도 꽤 깨끗하고 건물자체가 깨끗한 편이고 안전한 것 같아요. 처음에 가면 호스트가 지도 주면서 주변에 맛집도 알려주는데 저희는 과일가게를 제일 많이 이용했어요. 저는 사촌언니들이랑 3명이서 이용했는데 셋 다 만족해서 다음에 오면 여기서 또 머무르고 싶다고도 했어요 ㅎ

Apt was refinished with new modern touches but extremely small for 3 adults and one child. Short walk to MTR station and lots of local restaurants however you will have to speak or read Chinese to communicate with people since it was not a tourist location.

Check in was listed at 2:00 pm, but he was kind enough to go extra mile to provide an earlier check in at 1pm. The house is very close to MTR (the best way to explore any place) and both the markets. On once side is the beautifully lit night market and on the other is the bustling full of life ladies market. But there were only 2 of us so it was fine. 5 people would be a little cramped for me. KK was also an awesome host.   Comments: The location is very nice very near to Mongkok. And also easy to find if you follow the information given by the host. The host replies messages really quickly. The self check-in is great, which makes things more flexible. About the amenities, we could only find shower gel. So for people who plan to live in, maybe you should take things like toothpaste yourself. The house is kind of small for 5 people, but we were only three so it was fine for us. All in all, the house is lovely and the host is very nice. We spent a great night there. Btw love the CD in the house.

  Comments: Mr. KK is a very accommodating host. Though his flat is quite small for a family of 5, it is strategically located at the heart of the city; thus, accessible to almost all areas esp. malls and restaurants. The place is also clean and equipped with basic kitchen needs (except microwave oven) so cooking (for breakfast) is feasible. And yes, wifi is wonderful! It was a truly pleasant experience to stay in an Airbnb flat than in a hotel...value for money.

  Comments: The apartment is in a great location and very close to shops, MTR and restaurants. It is also a convenient location to get to other areas in HK. We did a lovely walk down Nathan Road down to TST, taking in all the sights, doing some shopping and taking in the atmosphere. KK left gave us a very good map marked with some key places for food and treats.
