Neighborhood Overview: Very quite secluded subdivision, nobody will bother you at all.

Notes: Huge house perfect for weddings, corporate meetings, family reunions. Guide tours around the island provided ($480 for group of 1-4 and $560 for 5-6). There is German Shepherd dog on premises that is not allowed to be in a house, (attention people with allergies!) House is sitting in the rain forest and sometimes it is rainng several days in a row - two dehumidifiers and fireplaces are in your possession to dry up the place.

Transit: Airport transportation provided ($50), free if you renting our car (5-seats SUV, 7-seats minivan).

Access: Full access to kitchen, dining, office, garden, jacuzzi, etc. First floor (two bedrooms) have wheel chair access. Kids below 4-years old staying free. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs,> Fully stocked kitchen. Beach and shower towels, shampoo, soap. Laundry room. Big patios with hot tub. Full size gas grill.. 3 additional couches and up to 5 airbeds

Interaction: We don't bother our guests, but we are available by phone, text or e-mail. Can be onsite on a moments notice. Owners still may staying on premises, not in a house. As a professional guides, will be happy, per request, provide discount tours, rental cars, arrange your wedding or reunion.
