Neighborhood Overview: The neighborhood has all the major amenities needed. There is a Gristedes and Key Food Market within two blocks, plenty of restaurants, bars, and delivery options, and a 24 hour Rite Aid all within walking distance.

Notes: Looking for a gay friendly individual who is clean, relaxed, and friendly.

Transit: Two Blocks from the AC1 trains. 25 minutes to midtown.

House Rules: I expect people to be clean and respectful of the space and my belongings. Gas and electric utilities are included in the rent up to a maximum of $125/month. The average utility cost in summer months is $110 With moderate usage of the AC units. If AC units are left on 24/7, you will go over this threshold and be responsible for overages. A copy of the bill will be supplied if usage exceeds threshold. No smoking, no pets. No loud noises permitted between 11PM - 7AM The apartment must be left in a clean condition upon check out, including bathroom and kitchen left in sanitary condition.
