She took care of us in our arrival as well as departure. The apartment is clean, comfortable and located close to MTR station which is really convenient.   Comments: The apartment is just like the picture. The neighbourhood is not perfect. Like those in the typical hong kong drama, with dark alleys and wooden door. From the MTR, we need to walk across 2 streets. However, the entrance to the apartment is behind. we actually need to walk round the row to get to the apartment. Location is good near to 7-11 , near Tsui Wah. Hot water is perfect. Beds and aircons are perfect. Toilet space is small. But its a typical hong kong apartment, so pls do not have high expectations in terms of space. The beddings are comfortable. But pillows are too soft. Perfect for 3 person. Pls take note that there are no towels provided.

  Comments: Very convenient location and great place to stay, within less than a 2 mins walk to Ya ma tei MTR with nearby supermarket and many eating houses downstairs and less than 5 mins to temple street market. Free Wifi, kitchen provide basic need with washing machine. Both Cathy and Hazel are very helpful to provide information to my enquires before my stay trip, and co-ordinate very well on the check in day.

  Comments: Hazel's sister was very welcoming, she fetch us right exactly at the meeting area and instructed us everything for our entire stay. Although one of the room's light wasn't working, we didn't mind since the whole flat is very homey! Thank you for letting us stay in your home, Hazel!

  Comments: Don't expect posh with the price you r paying. Nice and cosy enough but abit noisy as the street was mainly hardware suppliers in the early morning. Got everything u need as at home. WIFI was fast, place full of small eataries, stores and etc. Hazel was very accomodative and allowed me to check in early. Place was very near to ymt mtr no doubt. Worth the price for your trip but not for fussy ppl. My only concern is need better floor mat as floor tiles in living room is very slippery when coming out from bath.

  Comments: 房子对出行相当便利...离油麻地地铁站相当的近...步行去旺角也不会很远...房间相当的干净也很明亮...房间里基本的设施都很齐备...充电的插头也非常的充足...唯一不足的可能就是出行的时间里香港的晚上比较凉~洗澡的热水不太足够~房间真的非常温馨~对出行而言这样的体验实在很珍贵~~

  Comments: the location is perfect, just 2 mins from YMT exit A. hot water is only last 5-8 mins so you must take bath very quickly. the traffic is very heavy here so it is hard to sleep well at night. however, the price is worthy in HK you know the hotel in HK is really expensive and it cost more than 1000HKD for a 200 square feet room in 3 or more stars hotels, and it can be accomodated at least 5 ppl.

  Comments: We had a wonderfull stay in Hazel's appartment. It's smart and clean. As a big group we share two rooms and the living room, the bed clothes are enough for us and clean. only 3-5 min to MTR You Ma tei and there is also restaurants and supermarket nearby. Before we arrived Hazel sent all cear info how to arrive there and contact info.I'll 100% recommend Hazel's room.:)

  Comments: Easy to communicate with the host. Checking in and out was easy. Host was friendly but was busy I guess so she didn't meet us personally, it was her dad that picked us up. However, it will be good if her dad could pick us up from the station as its our first time in Hong Kong. Overall, the home was small yet cosy. Extended for half a day for additional 300hkd.   Comments: Hazel's sister (Tammi) picked us and show us the way to the apartment. My friends and I booked Hazel's apartment near YMT mtr. Indeed it's convenient, 3mins walk to mtr, however besides the rundown toilet (small pathetic mirror in bathroom, water heater inconsitent) n kitchen, response time my Hazel's sister was delayed. No additional lock at main door. Security might be a concern for ladies. It's 2nd level, near roadside, it could be noisy at night and early as 6am. Her service and attitude was rather unacceptable. She told us the wrong direction to mtr from apartment, my friends and I walked round and round at night. I did if towels would be provided,she said yes, She did not show us where. When we got back to the apt after our dinner, we Texted her to ask where the towels were kept, no response from her at all. We're rather disappointed.

  Comments: We confirmed through 2 (Hidden by Airbnb) message that our check in time was at 12:30pm before we arrived at the meeting point. When we arrived, no one was there and then called Hazel 2 times before her cleaning maid show up 15 minutes later. (Keep in mind it was very humid and hot already and we're all sweating at that moment) when we arrived at the flat, the maid then told us that she will need another 2 hours to clean the place. She said we can leave the luggage but cannot stay at the place. (We were all very frustrated and just wanted to take a shower but instead we had to go back out for another 2 hours until the room was ready. Hazel said she mentioned in the email that we can leave the luggage only when I booked this place but I don't remember seeing it and I think she could have reminded me while we were talking through (Hidden by Airbnb) again.) The location area was dirty, a lot of hardware stores and lots of banging and machinery sounds. Especially at night, there is lots of guys standing around on the street. We were at the 2nd floor,you can smell people smoking from the ground floor and I think because it's an old building in a hot weather. The sewer from the bathroom has a bad odor coming back up from the sewer hole. It's disgusting and it bothers us to fall asleep at night. No soap or shampoo provided, they have the washing machine but no washing detergent. You have to buy everything your own. It's very inconvenient. From my experience with airbnb, they have lots of better hostels with same price range and better location. We quickly realized picking Hazel's place this time around wasn't a lucky choice. I do NOT recommend this place. Sorry!

The room is to the pictures, but the corridor and the building was abit run down (usual hk apartments blocks i guess) the neighbourhood is good, with afew places for supper and near to MTR!

  Comments: The host was efficient in replying email queries and the host's helper was fast in fetching us from the designated pick up location. The place was true to pictures, a really clean apartment. The only downside is that there isnt a proper mirror. The host could put up a proper mirror on one of the walls in the living room. The location is really accessible, just a 3 minutes walk from the yau ma tei mtr with a nearby supermarket. It was a nice stay.

  Comments: Meet Up: Hazel helper came to pick us up from the designated area 15 min. Hong Kong weather is really hot and humid. After a flight and lugging luggage there, the last thing you wanna do is wait by the streets with all your luggage. Her helper is a lady of few words. If you plan to outsource your check in and out process please do train them in hospitality. The apartment: The apartment was as advertised. Be reminded to future visitor to bring toiletries and perhaps a mirror as the whole house has 1 palm sized mirror. Also note that there is only 2 towel should you have more then 2 guest. The coridor looks really creepy and the downstairs is hardware shop. There were no noise problems and the corridor was to be expected of hong kong but it did made me a little anxious when I was brought to the apartment with someone who barely spoke other then explaining the keys and wifi. Water heater and pressure was fine despite previous comments. The Cons: Let's start with the biggest issue I have with this apartment. Privacy/ Safety. In the 4 days 3 night I stayed here 3 people has came to the house. The helper twice And a couple of people trying to convert me to Christianity Mid afternoon when we were out one day I managed to get wifi. So I check my (Hidden by Airbnb) and what not. I got a message from hazel that she needs to let herself in to fix the aircon. First of all I slept in that room the night before and there seem to be nothing wrong with it. So I quickly tried to recall if I left any valuebles out and asked my family if they have any stuff out. They said they think it should be alright but by then they have already let themselves in and I had no more wifi so I texted her an hour later that she could but she has already let herself in. Which to me I guess is alright since she did inform me. I did come back with debris on the floor but thats a small matter I guess. When the Christian came to the door we kind of panicked abit cause it was in around afternoon and we didn't expect anyone to come. They started out with saying 'they are our neighbours'. So I thought maybe they were here to complain as I think it's not allowed to sublet in hk. So we followed the instructions given which is to say we are hazels friend. Then they went through the motion of the whole conversion thang anf we kinda got the jist that they were not complainy neighbours. I guess they state they are neighbours because it's a gated apartment complex and didn't want to be thought of as trespassing. So they left eventually I think the scariest experience is when her helper came into the house unannounced. My parent...

  Comments: So, you're wanting to experience Hong Kong from the local perspective, possibly wanting to get off the beaten track and have a more authentic experience? Well this is the place the do it. My daughters and I spent 3 weeks in this apartment and we found that it met all of our needs. The check in process was clearly explained and we were met promptly. The communication with Hazel was great. It was easy to understand and follow accurately. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable however you should note that this is in the hardware area of Ya Ma Tei and the building itself is quite old. But wait!! The location and neighbourhood (pending the usual common sense) is safe with great access to the MTR and buses. The building has security and the apartment is double dead-locked. We felt very safe during our stay. The apartment does have WiFi and you can pick up pre-paid 4G sim cards nearby. TV is in Chinese though. Nearby there are a host of great places to eat albeit you must understand that there is not much English spoken in the immediate area (you wanted authentic right?). This didn't pose too much of a barrier as a number of places have an English version of their menu, and there's some really cool apps for your smartphone. If you eat local you can eat very cheaply. For the essentials there is a Wellcome supermarket (2 min walk) on Shanghai Street and a Park'n'Shop on Canton St. You also have the Canton St Wet Market with a great selection of frest fruit & veg plus very nice cooked meats. Within a 5-10 min walk you also have the Temple Street & Ladies Markets which are great for a look. Foodwise, the local area offers a feast for the senses. Download the Open Rice HK App so you can get a comprehensive listing of cuisine and quality (its free). The price and quality in Hong Kong generally is very good value. We spent a lot of time eating in the numerous little street kitchens and hole-in-a-walls in the local area. Use the 'if the locals eat there- its OK' rule and you rarely go wrong. Loads of fun too!! Coffee enthusiasts can get espresso from Pacific Coffee in the Langham place basement from 8am and also from Knockbox coffee on Hak Po Street from 11 am. Knockbox is excellent and highly rated. For craft beer enthusiasts "Tap - The Ale Project" is also on Hak Po Street with a great range of International and local brews. For photo enthusiasts the local area is full of personality and great photo opportunities. The area surrounding the apartment is a very interesting people watching experience. We learnt a lot during our stay. Remember, the apartment is clean and comfortable but its not a 5 star experience. It was however good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. Hazel is a very good host.

  Comments: Hazel's quick response to my messages gave me assurance that we deal to the right person altho I haven't seen her during my stay but she quickly send Lily to guide us to her condo. The condo unit itself is clean and comfortable but outside of it is quite a mess. There's an ongoing construction/renovation on the building but it's fine with us. Location is good, 5mins walk from the nearest Yau Ma Tei exit. There's a nearby restaurant, 7eleven and bakeshop.

Although there were some renovation going on in the whole building, room is accurate as seen from the photos, neat and clean, except that the living room air-con needs abit of cleaning up as its not cool at all.   Comments: Hazel was responsive at first but she became unreachable when our travel date came close which made us nervous. We wrote her 3 emails, 2 Airbnb messages, and even sent a whatapp message (which was shown as read) but did not seem to to able to get her attention. It was until the night before our departure that I asked my HK friend to help call Hazel's cellphone and we finally came to an agreed meet up time. Thankfully, Hazel became responsive again on the day we arrived HK. The apartment is spacious compared to standard HK apts and the bedding was comfortable. However, we wish that the listing would indicate the fact that the outside of the building is under construction. Basically we were told and did not open the windows at all during our stay because of all the dusts. Given the humid weather in HK and minimal air circulation, there was a smell in the apt when we first arrived and it lingered for the following 3 days. All furniture shown in the pictures are there but many of them are pretty worn out. The cover of a drawer in the bunk bed room would fall of if you try to pull it. But for a short stay, furniture is not an essential in our opinion. We did appreciate that there is an air conditioner in each room. Check out process was simple and smooth.

The apartment was very close to the MTR indeed and not difficult to get around as everywhere surrounding the apartment is convenient, especially food and MTR ride not to mentioned there are numerous access to the public bus nearby.   Comments: The host was very nice to accomodate my last min request to check-in in the morniny. The place is very accessible, about 3 mins walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. There are also many good eateries around the place, including Tsui Hua. The home itself is considered quite spacious given HK standard, with complete amenities and area is clean. Just that it takes 10 to 15 mins to warm up the water heater, which will last for about another 10 mins before reheating again. Overall the place is great to stay in given its highly accessible location, spacious rooms and cleanliness.

  Comments: The host was very communicative - it was very easy to get in touch with her when needed and she was very helpful in making sure that we were comfortable in her home. The location was decent, only a 2 minute walk to the MTR ( which easily took us to all the main areas in Hong Kong) and a 10 minute walk to Mong Kok. The house was very clean when we arrived, however, the refrigerator wasn't cool enough to store food in and the house itself was extremely humid even when it wasn't outside to a point where nothing that was wet could be dried. It was a bit uncomfortable to shower in the small bathroom as well, as the toilet and shower head are only inches apart. Other than that, everything that was needed was provided for us and Hazel tried to make sure everything in the house was running smoothly, which we are very grateful for! When a piece of furniture broken down, Hazel made sure to have someone come by and have it fixed as soon as she could. We would recommend this place for those who are considering staying for short term / a couple of days. Thank you Hazel!

  Comments: Host met us about a block away from the building and showed us how to get in. Great room, perfect for the three of us (we left the top bunk open, could have easily had more people). Very, very close to Yau Ma Tei station, easy to walk around and see Mong Kok and about three stops to central HK which was great. All around had a good stay and would absolutely use Hazel again if I come back.

  Comments: The host was very accommodating. Her helper, Lily, met us at the 7-Eleven and took us to the apartment. It was basic, but clean with wi-fi and air conditioning. The neighbourhood was not quite what we expected and it was a little difficult to find a cafe or restaurant next to the hostel. However, a few blocks away, there is a mall with a lot of options. The only major issue was the hot water. The explanation on how to use it wasn't very clear. The knob was left on "cold", and when my friend turned it on, she burned her feet. I think this could be a danger, so there should be a warning regarding this.

  Comments: This apartment is small! Like only 2 people are fitting on that couch; but thats alright cause this place will just about hold 3 people and their bags. The 'sofabed' is useless as the pullout section is several inches lower than the sofa part.... both of which are harder than concrete so you wouldnt get much sleep if you managed to prop the pullout piece up anyway. As for the bunk the top one was just about wider than me and im not broad. That too was as hard as rock. Also that room sounds like there is a msrble stuck in the aircon unit just rantling around. Max comfortable stay in theres 1. The other room is big enough to house 2 and is comfortable but we did both get bitten. The bathroom has all the basics, water pressure is good, temperature is a little fiddly. There is mould in the grout however... and the drainage is poor. The neighbourhood is a bit shady. Theres a sign on the inside of the door that says dont wait near the building with bags and if anyone asks who you are you have to say you are "Hazel's friends" which is dodgy af. Overall i feel there is little value in this listing and would not recommend.

  Comments: The prior Airbnb reservation, which was booked and confirmed weeks before, was cancelled by the host 3 days before the arrival date of our 11 days trip to Hong Kong. We had to scramble. Luckily, Airbnb has quite an extensive listings at HK. Finding an alternate at last minute while still dreadful, is possible. Hazel's 2BR's listing at Yau Ma Tei fitted our need. I sent the booking inquiry. We are very grateful for the host's prompt response as we really had not time to wait for an answer. Subsequent communication was also prompt and straight forward. The Host was also accommodating in allowing us to leave the luggage at the unit prior to the 3pm check-in time. The unit is roomy in the living room. The couch/sofa bed is big, but has a bigger stain. The TV has a few channels to pass time while the wife/kid is getting ready. But one should pack accordingly, HDMI cable and a properly loaded laptop for example, if more big screen time is expected. Also, pack your own power adapter. The bedrooms are adequate. The queen bed is too soft for our taste. Accessing one of the 3 A/C requires stepping on top of the bed. The place locates on an industrial/commercial part of town. There are multiple hardware stores/distributors at street level. All these businesses get re-stocked between 3am to 6am Monday thru Saturday. Trucks engines, air brake releases, back up beeps, hydraulic tailgate, dropped pipes, workers yelling, and many other sounds are vividly clear from unit as it's 2 floors up from the actions. BRING EARMUFFS. On the plus side, empty street on Sunday. The kitchen has the basic cookware and silverware, though without any cooking essentials such as oil & condiments. Other than boil something, there isn't much one can do there. Along with no dish soap to clean the dishes, there is no laundry detergent to go with the in-unit washer. The bathroom is small, does the job, typical of HK. Though a bigger mirror would be nice. Also be sure to leave the window open at all time. Lacking P-trap on the shower floor drain, which likely shares the same pipe as the toilet, trace of sewer odor is an ever presence at the bathroom. Overall, it's an old building on an older part of Hong Kong in one of the most expensive part of the world. One should really be realistic with the lodging depending on the price one is willing to pay.

  Comments: Hazell is very nice person... The accomodation space is big enough compared with other accomodation at the same price in HK... The facility is very complete, there's a kitchen set, refrigenerator etc... The location also very strategic, near from MTR station, near from Mongkok tourist area... Nothing more I can say, it's totally recomended acomodation if you visit HK with 3 or more people.

  Comments: Hazel was really organized and getting us prepared for our stay in HK. The unit is likely large for HK standards, but for a first time visitor, it was not what we expected. The street is lined with metal worker shops and is very loud and noisy in the middle of the night while trucks are prepping for delivery. We adjusted after one sleepless night, but may not be suitable for light sleepers. The bathroom is tiny - the shower is about 8" from the toilet, and not separated by a wall, so the whole bathroom gets wet when the shower is on. The unit itself is more aged in real life than the photo depicts. If you're looking for a real "local" experience, this may be a good choice.

  Comments: Hazel's place is greatly located 2 minutes away from the MTR. The home is really comfortable. There are supper places available around the location for the night owls and even a hotspot restaurant that opens till 4am in case you're really hungry! There's also a 7-11 located nearby in case you need to get any necessities. I highly recommend this stay to those reading up the reviews! (:

Was a little noisy due to the traffic and the apartment is smaller than in the photos.   Comments: I am on a 3-pax trip. I love the spaciousness of the accommodation as compared to the other cramped HK apartments I've been to, also on a 3-pax trip. It's what you get from the photos shown. 1 Master, 1 Guest (where there is a bunk bed). However, be mindful that there'll be no space in the guest room, for your luggage but no fear, the living room is one good solution. Should you be more than 3-pax, fear not, there's a sofa bed right in the living room! One downside during our travel is probably the spoilt bi-fold door to the toilet. Other than, everything has been great. Location is perfect, couple of streets across (5mins) and Yau Ma Tei MTR you'll be at. It is a walkable distance to Mong Kok too. Did I mention? There's a lift up to where this apartment is. No crazy carrying of the luggage up to the storey, whew. Thanks to the Host.

  Comments: Our family of 2 adults and two children stayed in Hazel's apartment in Hong Kong for two nights in early June/17. We didn't meet Hazel, but texted back and forth during the weekend about various things. She was always quick to respond and attempted to fix the most of the issues we had. Having said that we believe that the issues we had with the apt. should have been looked after before we checked in. These things all could have been checked ahead of time. When Hazel's helper checked us in, she did not notice that the A/Cs in both bedrooms were not working. (outside temp in the 30's C.). Hazel did send someone to repair them, but only managed to fix one and we had to go without the other for the whole weekend because since it was Friday here was no one available till Monday to replace the damaged one. The solution was to compensate us with a free pocket wifi. The helper brought this over and it was not working. We waited 45 minutes or more for another and that one only worked for about 3 hours. Do not rent these in Hong Kong! They are unreliable and wifi is at many places in the city. We travel a lot around the world and all four of us said the apartment reminded us of a dormitory or hostel, with the dresser being broken in the bedroom with the bunks and a sharp spring sticking out on the mattress in the bedroom. I scratched my leg on this twice. The furniture is basic as you would expect in a dorm. My wife insists I mention the brown water leaking from the ceiling into the kitchen. It only happened for a few minutes, but she found it unsettling. Also, it seemed quite unusual that we were instructed to let the next group of guests into the apt. if they arrived before we checked out even though they would be with the helper. My wife was still there when the next group arrived and in they came to an uncleaned apartment. This was surprising. This is our first stay overnight in Hong Kong, so I am not sure about the standards for the price you pay, but this apartment is just O.K. Our family recommends you try somewhere else. It wasn't horrible, but we think you can do better for your money.

This place is only 3 minutes walking distance from Yau Mah Tei A2 exit and its very close to Shanghai street which is famous for kitchen wares. Inside the apartment, it was exactly as described as the picture and the size of the apartment was just nice for 4 people (Hong Kong standard). Love the small little touches Hazel prepared such as instructions to use water heater, air conditioning and resetting wifi (when required). The only downside is the noises from the street at mid night, light sleepers may wanna take note of this. Overall, it was a great stay.

  Comments: We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. Close to MTR station and lots happening locally. Very clean and AC was turned on before we arrived so it was already cool inside, bliss. Fast communication, flexible and friendly when we had to move our meeting time back by 45mins as we misjudged travel times. We will be staying there again in a couple of months and are happy to do so as it worked well for us.

  Comments: Great place. Very accessible and the host is really nice. There were 9 of us who stayed there and we fitted in very comfortably. The location is perfect because its so near the MTR station and Airport Express Buses. Going to the touristy places are of walking distance from the flat, especially The Ladies Market/Sneaker Street in Mong Kok. Local cuisine and internationally influenced dining are also available around the neighbourhood. I would definitely consider going back to this flat for future trips to Hong Kong.

There are many cafe and convenience store nearby. For the future guest, please be extra careful when using the water heater. On the 3rd night, while one of us taking the bath, the water which we adjusted as warm temperature suddenly rise up and we not able to react quick enough to avoid the first touch of the hot water. It causes burn on my sister skin. Afraid that this will happen again, we switch off the heater for the remaining days.

We ended up have to stay in the hotel at night, as the host refused to changed the linens, even after i contacted her through (Hidden by Airbnb) . VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT STAY HERE

  Comments: 一次非常不好的住宿經歷,直到現在我的皮膚還是在過敏感染狀態,因為這一個房源十分不衛生｡毛巾和床單都是有污漬的,地面也是不乾淨的,你能夠肉眼看見沙發有很多髒東西,看出來每次只是擺放整齊並沒有清潔,特別是沙發下面的床,我之前住很多房都不會這樣,我這次住的時候身體就開始發癢,甚至长了很多东西,醫生說是住的地方不衛生導致皮膚敏感,我住完到現在都已經好幾天都還是不好,我从来沒有試過如此嚴重｡還有,個衛生間洗澡時熱水很不穩定,會突然出來並且關不上,實話說很危險,我的家人都住得不愉快,謝謝,希望能改善衛生問題

  Comments: The place is bigger than expected and really appreciate the host telling us about the space constraints before hand. Place is near mtr and the town area so its really convenient. Found a supermarket nearby as well. The place is really clean and well kept!

  Comments: Great location, good food around, easy to access, spacious for a family of 3A + 1C (max), live like a local environment. 2-3mins walk from YMT Station/ Nathan Rd. 2-3mins away from 24/7 supermarket. Side note: double decker bed mattresses are v hard and the big mattress in the other room is very soft. I have 4 adults including me so my Brother have to sleep on the v hard mattress at the common area living space as the bigger bed bedroom mattress is for 1A+ 1C, not ideal for 2A. If the side notes are not issue to you, it’s a perfect Airbnb.

  Comments: Very near the MTR and MongKok. A lot of convenience stores nearby. We had cleanliness and bed bugs issues though but I hope these can be addressed soon. Otherwise, our stay was OK

  Comments: 十一期间到香港,第一次在爱彼迎定房,比较了很多家,也看了很多评论后最终选择了这家｡ 因为心里底线已经降到很低,对房子要求没那么高,所以就觉得这次的房子还算不错,整体比较干净,虽然床褥有点旧,但都是刚洗过的味道｡我们是五个大人入住,有一位男生睡沙发床,说实话沙发床有些脏,并且睡起来腰部很不舒服｡但房子周围交通和日常生活都还挺方便,所以,预算一般的情况下,这个房子还是很不错的选择｡ 另外,我觉得我跟房东之间沟通貌似有时差,回复消息间隔一小时左右,也是略苦恼了｡

  Comments: Terrible place at weird location, hard to find. Lift is horrible, really old and scary. Stairs are dirty. Bedroom linens have stains, bathroom has leaky taps and pipe, there was a tub below the sink to contain the leaky water and its was very smelly. Walls are not painted for years. Host didn't make any efforts to fix things once we complaint. All she said you can check out if you want. Looks like she didn't have any defence left as probably she herself knew this place is not well kept and not at all hygienic. We had to find another place same day in the late night. We couldn't risk it. We had a year old baby and house was not suitable for her. For 275+ SGD a night this was a big let down. Airbnb should take a serious action against the host.

  Comments: Only good thing I can say about this place is that it is bigger than most places you'll find in HK, and that it's close to Nathan st and MK area. Yes everything you see in the pix is there. With that said, everything is so worn out and dirty looking we were scared to even sit or lay down. We even searched up other places to book that same night because it was just so disgusting and scary. Couch looks like its gonna break in half if you sit on it. Bed linens look so dirty like it's never been washed. What looked like it was a white is now a shade of gray. Bring your own towels because the ones they provide for u look like rags that will rip when you try to use it. The tv is like a puzzle to turn on. Apt is on a street that sells all hardware. There is banging, clanking and delivery truck noises AROUND the clock. 24/7. Make sure you bring ear plugs. And make sure u check the check out time. When we booked it said 12pm check out but she was telling us we have to be out by 10am. Luckily we had a screenshot of the ad so she let us check out at 12pm. But apparently she didn't mention it to her crew because her clean up lady showed up at 10:20am wondering why we're still there then someone else came at 11:15am also confused as to why we were still there. All in all... if you want to be close to Nathan St and MK area then I would recommend this place. As long as you don't mind the the disgusting bed that looks like you might catch something from it, spend 5-10 mins trying to figure out the tv, risk the couch breaking if u sit on it, don't mind using rags as towels or the noise that is heard 24/7.

  Comments: Susan and Linda's place is near MRT and a lot of food stalls around the area. They are very responsive and provided necessary details needed to locate the place. we didnt have any hard time finding the place. we really enjoyed our stay!
