  Comments: I stayed at Eliana's property this weekend with my spouse and another couple, and we had a lovely time! The apartment is exactly as pictured, extremely clean, and in a convenient location. We especially appreciated the fully working kitchen and pull out in the living room - it suited our needs perfectly. Eliana and her son were flexible with check-in and out times and were quick and helpful with responses. They also left us a bottle of wine and chocolates to enjoy - so sweet! I would definitely recommend staying here!

  Comments: This was the first time using AirBnB, so Alex was very helpful in guiding me through everything. I was in a party of 5, and he did a lot for us when we arrived. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. It was cozy and perfect for our stay. The apartment is next to the 7 train line, so it makes commuting to Manhattan really easy. However, you can hear the train throughout the night. It didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper, it may be something to consider. I'd say everything about our stay was perfect. Alex was wonderful and very kind. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who's visiting New York.

  Comments: My 1st airbnb experience was great. Alex was the perfect host, accommodated our late check in as we flew in at 11pm from London and was always available when we needed him. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious, it has everything you need for a stay in NY, we really appreciated the lil amenities that made it feel like home. I usually stay in Manhattan but I'm pleased to say that Woodside is a great location; 7 subway line is conveniently 2minutes walk from apartment which takes you directly into Manhattan within 15minutes. Will definitely be my first choice when I'm back in the city, i didn't want to leave!

  Comments: Great apartment! Very roomy for a 1BR, tastefully decorated, super clean! Alejandro very graciously accommodated our need for an early check-in, and was responsive and helpful in all our communications with him. The neighborhood is vibrant and diverse, and feels perfectly safe. As other reviewers have noted, the sound of the 7 train (half a block away) could be a problem for light sleepers, but it didn't bother us at all. The location is perfect -- 15 min on the 7 to the U.S. Open, about the same to Manhattan. We'd definitely stay again!

  Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The design of the space was perfect and made a small place seem spacious. We loved having a large TV with cable in the living room to unwind in front of after being out all day or to watch the news while working on my laptop at the dining room table. My wife was able to use the bedroom closet for her luggage and I was able to use the main closet for my luggage to keep our stuff out of the way. Being able to get on the 7 train in less than 2 minutes was a huge bonus. LaGuardia Airport was only 15 minutes away when taking an UBER. The host was very helpful during check-in and we were happy that there was 2 sets of keys in case we needed to split up (some listings we have stayed at only had one pair of keys which made things difficult). The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows to suit our needs (4 big pillows and a small pillow). The WIFI worked wonderfully and that is always a big plus as we always need to be connected. The fridge has ample storage for left overs or if you want to store groceries and there is a stove/oven/microwave/toaster to use for cooking. The balcony was a nice feature so we could step outside to check the weather in the morning or to sit outside at night and have a glass of wine. Being on the second floor was also great as it was easy to get our luggage in and out without getting too tired. Anytime we had a question, the host was quick to respond through the AIR-BNB message system. The neighborhood had plenty of places to eat within walking distance if you wanted a bite without venturing out. Totally loved the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

It is in a good area right next to the 7 train station and close to a lot of restaurants and I always felt safe. The room is great. Everything is new, clean, and there's a lot of space. The pictures are spot on. It was a great experience and I will be looking to stay here again in the future if I'm in the area.

  Comments: Perfect Queens and NYC apartment! Super comfortable, clean, located right around the corner from the 7 train and 10 minutes ride into Manhattan. The apartment is newly renovated, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable Queen bed. You are very close to the train, but the windows are sound proof and it's very quiet when you have the windows closed. Alejandro and his mother were very nice and accommodating hosts. This is now our favorite place to stay when we visit NYC, and we can't wait to return!

Everything was perfect although my only hesitation to book again was the subway noise.   Comments: Incredibly friendly host! the apartment is spotless and looks exactly as described and seen on the photos. The neighborhood is fine - nice restaurants nearby. So close to a convenient Subway Stop of the Number 7 Flushing line which takes you to midtown Manhattan in no time. The noise from the elevated Subway is not at all disturbing. The host is very helpful, as we were needing heat and did not know how it worked - he came over immediately to set it up.

  Comments: Wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and exactly as depicted on the photographs. Very conveniently located. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The number 7 Subway line very close. It would be a good idea to make guests aware, to look up possible Subway changes and alternatives especially on weekends. Both weekends my brother and his wife stayed at the apartment, there were major Subway repair works going on, which meant that there was no service to Manhattan all weekend. There is the Q32 bus stop nearby which goes to Manhattan. All in all a great place to stay at! Highly recommended! My brother and his wife visiting from Austria, Europe enjoyed their stay at the apartment very much. They mentioned that they thought that the bed/mattress was great and that they slept very well.

The apartment was exactly as described and the location was perfect being near my family whom I was visiting and near to the subway so that Manhattan was in easy reach.   Comments: Alejandro is a great host. We enjoyed our stay at his apartment. The apartment is steps away from the 52nd St/Lincoln Ave stop on the 7 train, but you would not know it by how quiet and peaceful it is in the apartment. We had no trouble finding local stores, food, and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and had many of the comforts of home available to us (well appointed kitchen, clean bathroom, quiet bedroom, living area with TV and Wifi, and more). Getting around the city was easy, since the subway and a constant flow of taxis are literally steps from the door of the apartment building.

Just a few stops and you can be in Manhattan, however there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by.   Comments: The apartment was well appointed and comforable. Shower was good. It was very close to the train line which made it noisy at night. We had a problem with the window air conditioner on the bedroom which vibrated intermittently so we did not sleep well. Hopefully the landlord will get this fixed in time for the next guest.

Loves having the balcony to sit out on in the summer evenings and watch the people of Queens go by. Check in was easy, air conditioned, comfy furniture and lovely kitchen. It's so great being close to the train station. It is a 10 to 15 minute train trip to Times Square and all the major stops in the centre of Manhattan. Plus many option to changes trains to every other Subway line. It was a little noisy, being close to the train line and light sleeper might have some trouble. But all the good things far outweighed this issue for us. Thank you!

  Comments: Excelente alojamiento y anfitrión. Nos recibió la mamá de Alejandro quien nos entregó la llave del departamento y estuvo siempre al pendiente durante nuestra estancia. Estuvimos alojados 16 días, 3 adultos y un bebé de 1 año. El departamento es tal cuál está descrito, nos interesaba mucho poder cocinar y la cocina está muy bien equipada. La lavadora de platos también fue muy útil. No cuenta con lavadora de ropa pero hay una lavandería grande a 1 cuadra, así como farmacia y supermercado. La estación del metro está a media cuadra y no se escucha tanto si todas las ventanas están cerradas. La línea 7 del metro pasa por ahí, y conecta con la mayoría de las demás líneas del metro. Recomendamos este lugar si visitas NYC.

  Comments: Fab apartment in a great location in Queens near 7 train station only 15 mins from Grand Central station. Would advise ear plugs given trains run most of the night! Apt was clean and comfortable and welcoming after long days doing the tourist trail. / shopping. Plenty of reasonable priced eating options within 10-15 mins walk also. Used Uber to get around locally at night.

Nany hat uns warmherzig aufgenommen und besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Flexibilität beim check out, wir konnten es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wie vereinbart verschieben. Die Lage ist top, nur 1 min. Gehweg zur 52nd Station und danach max. 20 min. bis Manhattan. Nany war auch bereit uns mit ihrem Auto die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu zeigen.   Comments: Eliana always answered my calls and questions promptly. She was very kind and was there for us when we needed to drop off our bags earlier than check in time. The apt was very clean, which we appreciated very much. There were even things like shampoo and toothpaste that was provided for use. The location is right next to the train stop so it was convenient to ride into the city. You could hear the train coming and going but it wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be. The noise level was tolerable. All in all we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

  Comments: Eliana’s apartment provided everything I look for in an Airbnb rental: trusted host, sparkling clean space, comfy bed and luxurious linens. She made sure I understood how everything worked when she checked me in and encouraged me to call if I had more questions. But I had no questions and no problems. The 7 train was extremely convenient. It was loud but didn’t keep me awake. I will definitely stay there again while visiting my daughter in Sunnyside.

We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, design, location, space, and the thoughtful touches that were added by our host. She was waiting for us when we arrived late at night even though she wasn’t feeling well. She had wine, champagne, bottled water, chocolates, tea, and coffee all available for us. There were more than enough toiletries and linens, so we could’ve forgotten everything at home and we would’ve been taken care of. The bed was extra comfortable, and the sheets felt so good, I looked them up to buy our own. The train didn’t bother us at all, and we slept like babies. It does not get much better than this in NYC. We will be back!

  Comments: Probably best Airbnb I’ve ever been in. Eliana is a very gracious host and the apartment is nicer than I even expected. The location is great to hop right on the 7 train (2 min walk) and be in Midtown Manhattan in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!
