  Comments: Naveen and her husband Tris were exquisite hosts. We were welcomed by Tris who working in the restaurant biz is a connoisseur of great eats and recommended some rad cafes. The room was absolutely stunning, you wake up to a beautiful view of the rooftops and city, it makes it hard to want to get out of bed. You are walking distance to quite a lot and have easy access to the train. Naveen is super on top of checking in to ensure your needs are met and has great energy. She invited us for a glass of wine when she arrived home from work and it felt like we were catching up with a friend. I highly recommend staying here, it was a really lovely experience!

  Comments: Naveen and Tris are absolutely delightful hosts. I had such a great stay with them. This was my first airbnb experience, so I had no idea what to expect and I was blown away by how well it all worked out. Their place was exactly as described and as per the pictures. Location is fabulous - right in the thick of all the action in Darlinghurst and walking distance to everywhere I needed to go during my stay. The guest room is stunning - super comfy bed with high quality linen etc. Spotlessly clean and the most amazing view from the floor to ceiling window. Guests have their own private bathroom which again was spotless, great water pressure etc. Naveen has thought of all the little details - there is even a box of hotel style toiletries/amenities for guests to use. Their dog Felix is super cute and very well behaved. I was very busy during my stay, but Naveen and Tris were very relaxed about me doing my own thing. They took me to a local cafe for a great coffee on my last morning and it was really nice to get to know them a bit. Tris even went out his way to drive me to the airport when we found out that trains weren't running. I really felt like I was staying with friends. I found them very easy to communicate with when booking and Naveen responded promptly to all of my messages. Would absolutely stay here again and have already recommend this property to friends who are planning trips to Sydney.

  Comments: Even thought I barely met Naveen, Tris, her partner, was very kind and helpful showing me around their place and giving me advices about the neighborhood. The room has a great view, and their place was clean, organized and very well decorated. I really felt comfortable and well hosted. The location is also very nice with good restaurants, bars and cafes just around the corner. Would definitely go back if I had the chance.

  Comments: We absolutely loved Naveen and Tristan's place, it is very well decorated and was always kept very neat and clean. We felt super comfortable and at ease. The guest's bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so you definitely get your privacy. They prepared everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, body wash, etc. And you'll find plenty of pillows and a very comfortable bed, plenty of closet space, and A GORGEOUS VIEW! Naveen and Tristan are both very kind and helpful, and you will LOVE their dog Felix my goodness such a bundle of joy. Location of the b&b is very convenient, you are just 1-2 train stops away from the major scenic spots. You will find the best Gelato shop just down the road. There are plenty of restaurants super closeby. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We loved Sydney because of this b&b :)

  Comments: Naveen and Triston were lovely hosts. Phil and I enjoyed their place and their company, especially dinner at the Metropole. They are good company and easy conversationalists. We traded many enjoyable travel stories and their kavoodle "felix" is also a delight. It took us only 25 minutes to leisurely walk to the City from their apartment. Our room had a huge window view and own bathroom. The pool and gym are right next to their apartment - very handy.

  Comments: I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the past year or so, and Naveen's place was definitely the most special. The apartment itself was lovely, modern, great décor, awesome building w/ a pool and gym, etc. The location is also superb, super easy to get to the CBD and plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping close by. Most importantly, Naveen and Tristan are just the loveliest hosts, so gracious and inclusive, and I genuinely felt welcome in their home. Their puppy is really cute too :)

  Comments: I stayed at Naveen's place for three nights in December, one for work and two for pleasure and it was great! Excellent location, lovely host who was extremely helpful and welcoming. I wanted to stay away from a hotel and have a less solitary experience and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The room is a little noisy on a weekend night which is to be expected for the area and I didn't realise there was air con which probably made it a little worse with the windows open. Otherwise it was perfect, clean, well maintained, stylish and with a personal bathroom. I look forward to returning!

Not only was the room and accommodation well above expectations, but the neighborhood is great and very good for walking around to enjoy everything including the opera house, botanical gardens, and great restaurants. Although we unfortunately didn't end up meeting Naveen, she was very helpful over the phone! The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, the use of the gym and outside pool (with stunning views across the city and harbour bridge) are a great addition! We loved the style of the apartment too, very cool. Loved Darlighurst, conveniently located when travelling into the City and not too far from Bondi. Naveen was a terrific host providing a beautiful room with great views of Sydney, a very comfortable bed and linens, excellent and abundant organic toiletires, and an affectionate dog named Felix. We worked out in the gym, used the sauna and swam in the pool. the location was close enough to walk to the CBD or Sydney Opera House,and yet, feel like we were in a neighborhood that had lots of stores, restaurants and shops. Naveen gave us excellent suggestions about restaurants to eat in and we felt totally welcomed and comfortable during our 3 day stay. If you go to Sydney, stay with Naveen. You will be very happy.

  Comments: Naveen and her Husband Tris were beyond amazing hosts! I arrived in Sydney with my partner for our birthdays, and he had to leave that evening due to work commitments, leaving me to stay in Sydney alone for the night. Naveen invited me to eat the most delicious dinner with them and we stayed up talking. I was very grateful for the company! They gave me the perfect amount of privacy when needed. The apartment was in an amazing location, easy to wander in and out of the city in 15 minutes walking time. Felix the dog is an additional bonus to this adorable city stay and won me over very easily with those puppy dog eyes! Thank you for making my birthday such a pleasurable experience. x

  Comments: I only got to spend one night in this house but it was definitely a great experience. Naveen and Tris were very accommodating and friendly. They invited me out with them but also gave me my own space. The house is as described. It is renovated and a lovely modern look. The apartment is very clean throughout and the bed is very comfortable. I loved the floor-length window and loved having my own bathroom. All in all, I felt really at home there and it made my short business trip to Sydney much easier. I would very happily stay there again.

Within walking distance to the train/bus stations and a nice walk to downtown to the Opera House and Harbour! The apartment itself is beautiful and unique! Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! Naveen made the room very welcoming by providing us with lots of amenities and even a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! Lots of maps and booklets available in room for those first time to Sydney.

It's a beautiful space in a great location, and the best coffee just a few floors down. :) The checkin couldn't have been easier and communication with Naveen was very quick. The apartment is stylishly appointed, and every little convenience considered - there was even a power adapter for international guests. Sadly our hosts were travelling so we didn't meet them this time, but Naveen's friend Ricky was available to assist with any queries. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  Comments: Naveen and Tris have a well-appointed place in the cozy Sydney neighborhood of Darlinghurst. The area is bustling with cafes and well-rated restaurants. Naveen and Tris were attentive hosts even though they had just come home from a long trip themselves. They went out of their way to interact with us and we even stayed up late one night chatting over wine. The location is very close to King's Cross station which makes it a breeze to do day trips (we did Blue Mountains and Bondi) and get to/from the airport. However, the only con is that there is no direct subway line or bus to Circular Quay/the Rocks area. Walking 20min, you're in the city, but it probably took us 30-40 min to walk to the Rocks area. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

  Comments: It was a lovely experience staying at this AirBnB. As soon as you walk in the room you are struck by the wall to wall window looking out onto the city and to the street below. Loads of great cafes are right nearby. Naveen and her partner (Tristen?) were wonderful and helpful. Their dog was gorgeous!! The room was very comfortable. As long as you sleep with the windows shut you will not get much noise (there is a fan if you need it). We had a great time!

  Comments: This is a very beautiful home and we felt very comfortable staying here. We met Naveen and Tristan as our paths crossed briefly during our stay, yet this was no hindrance and it was lovely to come and go as we pleased and still feel so welcome. Felix is a massive draw card (if you like dogs/animals) and was a delight to come home to each time! The room is lovely, the bed very comfortable and the amenities well maintained. Overall it is a great example of quality Airbnb accommodation. Location-wise it is fabulous. Wonderfully close to many of Sydney's highlights and with instant access to great coffee, food and bars. It is on a main road and a stone's throw from Kings Cross, so be aware that if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs to help reduce the noise. However, this doesn't diminish the appeal of the place but rather just something to be prepared for. We would happily stay here again whenever we are in Sydney and highly recommend it to all fellow Airbnb-ers.

  Comments: My first trip to Sydney plus first Bnb experience were perfect thanks to Naveen and her husband Tris. The neighborhood was a great one where everything were so close and convenient, I actually had a number of my meals nearby and they were all very good. The train was just 5 minutes away and we could get to almost anywhere within 40 minutes. Naveen and Tris are a cute couple, they were super helpful, I think I must have messaged Naveen 30 times throughout the trip asking questions from places to eat, to places to shop and visit. They knew almost all the answers to my inquiries and on the rare occasions they would find it out for me in no time. The main problem was not having enough time and appetite to visit all the great restaurants they recommended. As for the apartment, it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, (which for me was the main reason I chose their place,) living in tiny apartments in Hong Kong, I find the place very spacious and all the necessary amenities were their for you on your arrival. Their little pet Felix was also very friendly and is a great companion when the couple is out for work. All in all, my first bnb experience was perfect and thanks to the couple, airbnb has a new loyal customer.

  Comments: It's a great experience living at Naveen' s cozy apartment. Everything is as satisfying as the description and the pictures, the neighborhood, the good location and the nice apartment. Naveen and Tristan prepared some useful maps, guides and even a photography album of Kings Cross ;-) All of those what they have provided are thoughtful and sweet. And their doggy Felix is so lovely! Wish we could visit her place again.

  Comments: The place is exactly as what the pictures show. The dog, Felix is so friendly and would lie down besides us just taking a nap. Also the guest room is quite cozy and faces the street with a french window. Everything, shops, cafes, stations are within a couple minutes' walk. It is very convenient to get to the tourist spots. Lovely apartment! Plus: the cafe downstairs, named Latteria(if my memory serves me) is s (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) nice! You shouldn't miss it!

  Comments: Naveen and her husband have been one of the most patient hosts we had in our trip and was also the last place we stayed in Sydney before leaving. We want to thank her graciousness and consideration towards us as we fumbled through our last few days, trying to say bye to the amazing city. Naveen and her husband were also nice enough to provide interesting guides to cafes, maps and provided a thorough walk through of the neighbourhood which incidentally is - we believe to be - one of the cooler neighborhoods if you enjoy pubbing and cafe hopping. Her home was exactly as described in the listing if not better and wowed us the moment we entered the house. We had our own private toilet just outside our room and was delighted with how immaculately clean the it was. Our room was cozy and the mood lighting light (that amazingly has 6 colors to choose from) made the room funky yet extremely homely. The space in the room was spacious enough for two people and 3 luggages. The bed was also extremely comfortable and to top it off was provided with comfy bath slippers and robes. Her living room is definitely one to check out and her husband Tristan gladly talked to us about how the design came about. It was a pity we did not get to try out the gym, the pool and the sauna which was literally the adjacent room from the house. Lastly, Naveen's dog has got to be the friendliest and cutest dog we have met in our travels, being extremy warm and cuddly and perhaps only barked once throughout the entire stay to greet us when we came back. It really gave us no trouble at all despite Naveen's joke on being a threat to our shoes. Overall, the stay was good and we would recommend the place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but yet need an affordable place to stay. Thanks Naveen!!

  Comments: Staying at Naveen's place was wonderful! When you arrive, you are welcomed by the very cheerful little Felix, so prepare to cuddle him! Had no problem to get from the airport to Kings Cross station and then from the station to Naveen's place, and the concierge knew I was coming, so everything went well. The room is beautiful, the bed hard to get out of and the view amazing. Naveen gives a lot of attention to details so you will find everything you could ever need in your room. Naveen and Tristan were very nice and I enjoyed talking to them, even though I didn't see a lot of them because I had so much to do in three days. Besides, the place is close to a lot of touristic areas. You can walk to the museum (around 15 min if you stop at redlights, 10 min if you're not patient), Sydney tower (25 min, and you walk through a park), then continue through George Street to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and then walk through the Royal Botanical Garden to go back home. This place is definitly a good pick.

  Comments: It had been 3 wonderful nights stay at Naveen's place. The environment was very comfortable and it looked just the same as the photos shown. The view from the bedroom was absolutely brilliant, especially at night, where you could actually see stars if the sky is clear enough. Being away from home, it felt warm to be greeted by the lovely puppy, Felix. Moreover, the location is perfect as it is extremely near the Kings cross train station and only 2 stations away from the city. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Me and my sister have spent three nights in their lovely home, they have prepared everything we need in our specious room as well as the private bathroom. We enjoy all the details and atmosphere, it is exactly looks the same as the photos. The gym and swimming pool just 3 seconds from home, super convenient. There are lots of designable café and bar on the street nearby, train station just 5mins walk. It definitely is the best choice for everyone who have a plan to stay in Sydney. Highly recommended.

  Comments: We were welcomed by Felix when we arrived, check-in was easy as key was left with the concierge and Naveen was very flexible with the check in timing :) Home is just a stone's throw away from King Cross Station, which made it very easy for us since we were departing Sydney from Naveen's place. King Cross is on a line that links to many places you'd wanna visit when in Sydney. There are also many cafes + Coles near Naveen's apartment so that's where we settled most of our breakfast + groceries. Room + Home looked exactly like the pictures, tastefully decorated. Bed was indeed super comfortable & hard to get out of every morning. Naveen left us with our own little space (room + bathroom) which gave us enough privacy but also helped us when we approached her for suggestions on things to do /places to visit in Sydney. Overall a great host & we would highly recommend this place especially for its location when you're visiting Sydney. Thanks again Naveen :)

  Comments: This apartment/room is a great place to stay in Sydney for the solo traveler or for couples. It's a 5 min walk from the Kings Cross subway station. The neighborhood has a bunch of great bars and restaurants. It's centrally located and you can easily walk to many parts of the city. If you are a light sleeper (I am not) then the street noise could be a bit bothersome on a Friday or Saturday night because the windows are single-paned (I did not have any problems with the street noise), but otherwise the accommodations are exactly as described and shown. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, workout room and pool on the same floor. Staying at this place felt like staying at a nice hotel in many ways. Naveen and Tristan's wifi signal is strong and fast. They provide soap, tea and fresh towels in your room should you need those things. You can come and go as you please and Naveen and Tristan are a wonderful couple and excellent hosts. They are easy to talk to and they offered many good suggestions about restaurants, bars, and sites to see (thank you for the Lil' Darling and ferry to Manly Beach recommendations!). Naveen even graciously invited me to dinner with her friends; who were just as enjoyable to talk to as N & T. And for dog lovers, little Felix will warm your heart. I would absolutely recommend this room to a friend or any person looking to stay in the heart of Sydney with three wonderful and interesting hosts.

The room itself was perfect, fit with a very comfortable double bed, a huge window looking out onto the neighbourhood, and all the amenities we could possibly need.   Comments: Thanks for taking us in on such short notice! We stayed just one night and it was a great experience overall. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Naveen is extremely organised and thoughtful, providing a number of things for guests to use from bathrobes to a beach bag to quality bath products to a candle and mood lighting. A unique room with floor to ceiling window overlooking the street. And a gym, sauna and pool! (Be sure to check out the view from the pool). Naveen was flexible with our requests, including a late check-out, and check-in was easy - they have a concierge desk where we picked up the keys as they were not home when we checked in. Tristan is also a great guy. One thing to beware of is that you may be tempted to steal their dog Felix - friendliest dog ever! Only thing to note is that the downstairs kitchen, living area and balcony are off limits so it's just the room and bathroom - kind of like a hotel set-up, but the location is extremely convenient with lots of cafes, supermarket, bakery, juice place etc. all very close by :-)

I really appreciated having a bathroom to myself and the amenities provided by the hosts were perfect. I especially appreciated the filtered water in the room after a long afternoon walking around the city. The room was large and spacious and access to wifi, fresh towels, cups and a pedestal fan for when the room got too hot really made it feel like home and made it easy to settle in. The place was clean, spacious and tidy, provided with more than just the essentials! The location was amazing with everything you need at your doorstep from grocers to cafes, bakeries, restaurants and more. Not only was Naveen well organised but her communication was flawless which made the whole experience easy, comfortable and memorable. We initially booked for Saturday to Monday but ended up extending another night and checking out Tuesday evening. She was really accommodating considering my friend had a late flight and even let us check out at a time suitable to us even upon a late request. Checking in and out was a breeze! We had no issues with anything whatsoever! Being able to catch Naveen and Tristan, though briefly as they are very busy, made it even more pleasurable!   Comments: There are a lot of amenities there. I really like soap and body balm. I think the room is alittle bit cold but there is a heater, tea and coffee for you. Regarding the location, it is not far away fron CBD. You have to take a bus or the train. During this period, it has some construction. So, you may use the replacement bus or taxi to Naveen' home. Last but not least, I am really impress the view of Darlinghurst from our room.

  Comments: The room really has a great view and the location is perfect. But we were not really impressed since it was fairly dirty (dog hair in the room, on the bed, hair in the sink, dust) which just didn't fit the to the otherwise very modern place. Then what I found most random and I have stayed at many many airbnb, that 6 out of 8 pictures of the place are of parts which you never going to see. Its totally alright to say "we do not share kitchen and living room" and the apartment is perfect for that since you have your own space upstairs but why advertise then with all these pictures? I think that is a bit misleading. Otherwise it's a great place but needs some improvements again after a high number of guests.

  Comments: The best parts about Naveen's place was, for me, the location and the wonderful view. It's near everything and there is lots of great eating around. The floor-to-ceiling window gives a lovely view of the neighborhood. The place seems very popular, so check in and out might be a bit less flexible than other air b'n'bs, but communication was great and everyone (including the pup!) was very nice.

It's big enough, view is great and I found the neighborhood great to grab a meal when coming back in the evening. Location is nice as well. I had a lot of privacy during my stay. Naveen and Tristan where away for the most part and when they are in, they are usually hanging out in the leaving room down stairs. The building is a bit on the fancy side with a concierge downstairs (which kept an eye on my language during the last day) and a swimming pool and a gym with a fantastic view of the harbor and opera house.
