  Comments: Nous avons terminé notre voyage au Portugal chez Luis à Porto. Et pour être honnête, cela s'est très très bien terminé. Pour commencer, Luis a été super facile à joindre et toujours disponible et réactif quant à nos nombreuses demandes avant notre arrivée. Par exemple, le wifi n'était pas encore disponible quand nous avons réservé (c'était en cours), et Luis n'a pas hésité à nous prêter sa clé wifi avec son pc pour que nous puissions avoir accès Internet. Luis a vraiment été l'hôte parfait avec sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Il nous a également donné quelques conseils sur Porto. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il est super. Très propre, grand, lumineux, calme. Il se trouve à environ 10mn du centre ville en bus. Le bus est à 2/3mn à pied au bout de la rue, et il y en a régulièrement jusque tard dans la soirée (un bus de nuit y passe aussi). Le centre de Porto est donc très facile à joindre. Cela n'a pas été un problème. La chambre est très bien et donne sur une rue calme où nous pouvions voir notre voiture garée (parking gratuit). La salle de bain est grande, propre, avec une baignoire. Le salon est très bien et très lumineux avec tout ce qu'il faut. Quant à la cuisine, nous y avons cuisiné les 3 jours où nous étions et tout était disponible à l'intérieur. Pour conclure, si nous devions retourner à Porto, ce serait chez Luis sans hésiter ! We finished our journey in Portugal at Luis' place in Porto. To be honest, we finished our journey very very well. To begin, Luis was very easy to reach and always available and reactive to our many questions before we arrive. For example, the wifi wasn't available yet (was in progress), and Luis didn't hesitate to borrow us a wifi pen with a computer for us to get Internet access ! Luis was the perfect host with his availability and his kindness. He also gave us lots of advices for Porto. Regarding the appartment, it is great. Very clean, big, bright, calm. It's located about 10mn from the center by bus. The bus stop is 2/3mn walking, at the end of street, and there are buses regularly till late (night buses also pass there). So the center of Porto is really easy to reach, wasn't a problem. The bedroom was very nice and overlooks a calm street, where you can check your car (free parking). Bathroom was big and clean. Living room was also bright and clean with everything you need. And for the kitchen, we cooked 3 days there, it's fully furnished. To end, if we had to pass in Porto again, we would stay at Luis' place without any hesitation !

  Comments: Luis hat mit uns alles vorab super abgestimmt, uns Reisetipps gegeben, unserer Anreise spät abends zugestimmt und angeboten, uns vom Bahnhof abzuholen. Er hatte Träger-fahrkarten für uns besorgt und uns die Wohnung mit Ihren Details persönlich gezeigt und Fragen beantwortet. Außerdem hat er nach der ersten Nacht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung ist superschön, ruhig, hat ein großes bequemes Bett und viele persönliche Details wie Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen. Wir fandens super!! Buchen!!

  Comments: Everything was awesome! We liked this place and felt ourselves like home. Wooden floor and shutters create unique atmosphere. Fresh fruits and delicious ice-cream, waiting for us in the fridge were the one thing, we've been dreaming of after the long flight. The area is quiet, but not far from city center. We've spent the happiest days there.

  Comments: La estancia en casa de Luis fue perfecta. El un super anfitrión, nos fue a buscar al metro y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias para que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestro viaje. El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos, está totalmente equipado y ubicado muy cerca de una parada de autobús, con 3 lineas que llevan al centro, pasan con bastante frecuencia y hasta la 1:00 am, lo que permite moverse con facilidad. Recomiendo y repetiré si vuelvo.

  Comments: Luis est arrivé avec le sourire, malgré que je sois arrivé avec environs 2 heures d'avance sur l'horaire. J'ai du le rappeler suis a un soucis , il est revenu directement sans râler mais avec et toujours le sourire. Les photos correspondent parfaitement avec l'appartement. Le wifi fonctionne nickel, la télé aussi même si je ne l'ai pas regardé. La rue est très calme, j'ai très bien dormi. Au bout de la rue il y a quelques commerce pour dépanner. Le logement est très propre, la literie est bonne. une baignoire, toilette plus lavabo. Je n'ai pas cuisiné, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Pour se rendre a Porto (centre ville) le métro n'est pas très loin. En voiture il y a quelque bouchon au heure de pointe, mais pour ceux (comme moi) qui connaisse Porto, on peux les éviter. Tout est parfait. Si j'ai l'occasion je retournerai chez Luis. Obrigado por todo e té a proxima

  Comments: Luis was very nice with us. He gave all the information to meet us and then he took us home in his car. He recommended us the best spot in Porto. The house is not so near the city center but we can reach it in 15 minutes in bus. The house is big, light and clean with all the equipments. The area is very quiet.   Comments: We arrived quite late in the evening due to a delay with our airplane, but even then; our kind host Luis waited for us at the nearest metro station to take us to the apartment! We had two awesome evenings completely thanks to Luis and his friends. Upon arrival in Porto my girlfriend and me wanted to have a beer so Luis brought us with him to a cafe (in an apartment complex!) that is owned by one of his friends. Turned out to be a very fun evening! Same goes for the second evening, also here Luis was kind enough to take us with him to see his friends restaurant where we had a very good fish soup and a sandwich that I can't remember the name off, but it was delicious! Here we met a few of Luis his friends and some were quite crazy, which resulted into another awesome evening! As for the apartment itself - it's a very clean and spacious place within walking distance to the nearest bus stop that takes you directly to the city centre. We felt very at home thanks to our host and would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

Il est un peu éloigné du centre, il faut prendre un bus puis un métro pour s'y rendre. Si on rate le bus pour rejoindre le métro il faut compter 25 minutes en marchant mais pour des vacances le temps et les kms à pied ne comptent pas!!

  Comments: Had a great stay in Luis' apartment. He was waiting for us outside of the apartment when we arrived by taxi. Showed us around and helped us get a transport card as well as some initial groceries. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to use all the amenities. The house is close to a bus stop with busses frequently going to the centre. There is also a taxi stand close by. Definitely recommend :)

Il a été très serviable et s'est rendu disponible en cas de nécessité. L'appartement est très propre et assez spacieux. Il est à quelques minutes seulement d'un arrêt de bus qui rejoignent le centre.   Comments: Luis was an outstanding host. I asked him if he could pick me up at the metro station and he was there when I arrived, as agreed. He also brought me some snacks since it was already late when I arrived, which I really appreciated. He was also available when I needed him. There was a bit of a glitch with the Internet but he immediately came over to the apartment and requested for the provider´s technician to be there next day. It was resolved within 12 hours. I would recommend staying at his place. You can get on the bus and be in the center in no time or if you like to walk like me, you can walk to the train station (about a 20-minute walk) and go directly to the center. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Luis!

  Comments: It was a very nice stay. Luis was a very thoughtful host and his flat was tidy and you'll find everything you can ask for. The City centre is easily reached by metro, bus or taxi (approx. 7€) and there are all kind of shops nearby. We recommend the bakery that is close-by, (it's near to the bus station) for sweet delights and good bread. If you come to Porto in wintertime don't forget to bring some warm clothes, because it can become quite chilly in the flat, even with the two heaters. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time. A big thanks also to his parents for picking us up at the metro and driving us to the flat on the first day. We would come back!

  Comments: El apartamento de Luis nos pareció muy bonito, grande, muy cómodo y nos gustó mucho la cocina, que estaba muy bien equipada y a nosotros nos gusta cocinar. Si bien no está ubicado en la parte más céntrica de la ciudad, está bien conectado por autobus y un poco más lejos el metro, aunque se puede llegar a pié también. El barrio es muy tranquilo y tiene comercios y supermercado en las cercanías. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero probablemente haya sido algo eventual e inesperado, y Luis se ocupó de ello y estuvo comunicado con nosotros todos los días.

  Comments: Luis is a very nice and humorous person, thé flat exactly like photos even better,with beautiful furnishings, there is fully equipped in the kitchen,you will have totally privacy here,quiet area but is also convenient, very comfortable bedding, as if to return to home, whole-floor apartment clean and tidy, although relatively far away from the subway station, but very close to the bus station to downtown, very fortunate to have this B & B experience, definitely recommended! !

  Comments: Luis nous a bien accueillies, l'appartement, spacieux, lumineux, propre et agréable, était conforme à la description. Luis a eu la bienveillance de nous fournir des chauffages d'appoint ce qui nous a permis de limiter le froid dans l'appartement (surtout chambre et salle de bain). Nous étions en voiture et nous n'avons eu aucun souci à nous garer en face de l'appartement. La voiture nous a bien servi pour aller tant dans le centre (parcmètre pas très cher 2h maximum pour 1€) qu'à l'extérieur de la ville. Petit bémol, un contre-temps que Luis n'a pas pu régler pendant notre séjour d'une semaine, une fuite d'eau dans la cuisine que nous avons dû éponger chaque jour et qui avait, avant notre arrivée, déjà un peu abimé le parquet. En résumé, appartement parfait pour circuler en voiture et profiter pleinement de Porto et ses environs, peut-être à une période un peu moins hivernale ! Merci à Luis pour son appartement !

Las descripciones se adaptan a la perfección a la realidad del apartamento, que tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para la estancia en Porto. El barrio está un poco alejado del centro pero en transporte público, que está a 200 metros del apartamento llegas en 10 minutos. Además la zona tiene mucho encanto, porque es un barrio tradicional de Porto. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y los detalles muy cuidados. Repetiría de nuevo la estancia sin pensarlo.

  Comments: Luis made us feel very welcome, and generously provided some staples for breakfast until we could go out and get groceries the next day. The apartment is exactly like the photo and description, and has all the necessary supplies and utensils that are needed. It is located a little outside the centre of town, but there are three buses that go directly downtown , so it is very easy to get around. There are lots of shops to get groceries in the area, as well as a few cafes. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much

The apartment is very comfortable, and has the essentials that one needs. It was very clean . It looks exactly like the pictures. The location is bit out of the way of the centre of the city.but you are only one block from 3 buses that take you into the downtown area. There are plenty of shops in the area to buy what ever you need. We found it a very pleasant place to stay.

  Comments: Louis's flat is really great! Very beautiful, welcoming, clean and bright. Louis was very nice and came to pick us up at the metro station (Combatentes) and got back to us fast when we interacted via e-mail. No need to call or SMS as there was no reason to, all was perfect. We had everything we needed - even coffee and milk were provided. Internet worked really well, no headaches about the basics (hot water, towels, clean sheets etc.), they were all in order. The flat is indeed a bit far from the metro station - about 15 min. walk, but for us this wasn't an issue at all, it's a pleasure to walk around, it is a very quiet and nice neighbourhood. For the less willing to walk around, there's a bus station with 3 different buses going to the city centre literally 2 min away - however, they tend to stop around 8 PM, so night bus does it then. There are also quite a few shops around - bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc., so everything one might need. All in all, this was a great experience, I would recommend Louis's flat with all my heart. Thank you for having us!

  Comments: I had the pleasure of staying in Luis´s apartment for 5 days during my recent trip to Oporto. The day of my arrival, Luis kindly collect me at the metro station and drove me home to his flat, and while the cleaning woman was still putting the place together he offered to take me to the supermarket in order to purchase heavy items like water.. The flat is basic, but nice.. It has all that one would need for a weeks stay..And for those wanting to avoid tourist it is great.. It the apt is located in a typical neighborhood. The nice part is the tranquility of the flat and the surrounding area. Just for info.. The nearest metro is Combatantes which is a good 15 to 20 min walk.. But there are three bus lines a 7 min walk way that take you right to the centre in 15 to 20 mins.. I would without a doubt stay here again when visiting Oporto.

  Comments: This Spacious appartment is located 20 mins from center, the transportation by frequently running bus is way more easy than we thought! There are also several local cafe, take away grill restaurant and grocery shop near by the neiborhood . We enjoyed the convenience, nice food, and local gentle ppl a lot.   Comments: Most places are meant to stay overnight. In this apartment you want to live :) It is just as bright, spacious and cozy as it looks on the pictures. It has a kettle, toster,hair drier and almost any other thing you might need. We even found a jar of Nutella in a cupboard! Luis is a very nice guy and a great host. He was always in contact when we needed his help. On our first day we arrived a bit earlier than we expected, but Luis organized everything really fast so we almost didn't have to wait to get to the apartment. The area is nice and quiet. To get to the city center use buses 701, 702 or 703 that go from the bus stop near the house. It's only 15 minutes ride. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay in Porto.

  Comments: Luis est un hôte très accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés 30 minutes plus tôt que prévu et Luis est arrivé très rapidement pour nous ouvrir. L'appartement est très agréable et correspond très bien à ce que l'on voit sur les photos et à la description. Il est situé très proche du centre. Il est possible de faire le trajet en métro mais alors il faut marcher 10 minutes pour s'y rendre. En combinant le métro et le bus il y a un arrêt au bout de la rue. Appartement très propre.   Comments: Luís es un buen anfitrión, simpàtico y amable, enseguida te ofrece su ayuda. El apartamento esta genial. Es grande y esta muy bién equipado. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y se duerme muy agusto, fuera del barullo del centro. Esta a unos diez minutos del centro en autobús , lo único que la targeta del dia de autobús y metro, debe comprarse en el metro y no se puede directamente en la parada de autobús. Apartamento bién comunicado y agradable, lo recomiendo.

  Comments: Appartement très grand pour 2 personnes très agréable et calme. Un peu loin du centre mais en taxi à plusieurs c'est tout à fait rentable. Entre 5 et 7 euros le trajet vers le centre de Porto. Luis a été un hôte très prévenant et arrangeant et extrêmement réactif quand aux messages.

Néanmoins quelques points à améliorer : - verrouillage des fenêtres à réparer - ampoules à changer Pour plus d'intimité, il faudrait rajouter des rideaux épais aux fenêtres. Hôte accueillant, sympathique et rapidement joignable.

Zur Metro Station sind es ungefähr 15 min zu Fuß. Das Apartment liegt leider etwas abgelegt und drum herum sind viele Ruinen (die sind aber in der ganzen Stadt). Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Porto und sind mit dem Zug für 20 Euro pro Person noch eine Woche nach Lissabon gefahren. Danke Luis für den schönen Urlaub.

  Comments: Luis was very kind and picked us up from the metro and took us to the apartment. The area is very quiet and calm. The flat was a bit bigger than we expected, but very nice and clean. It was a bit cold though, but there is a portable radiator and some candles. Luis provides clean towels, toilet paper, but you should take your own soap etc. We would recommend using the buses 701, 702 and 703 which are much closer than the metro, also the neighborhood is not that nice if you would like to go to/from metro. All in all, it was a great experience. Great thanks to Luis, once again!

  Comments: Luis was very welcoming and very hospitable. He was waiting for us outside the apartment on our arrival and he went through all the local facilities and apartment information with us in detail. The location is quiet as there are only 3 apartments in the whole complex (Luis is on the 1st floor). The wi-fi was excellent with no loss in signal at any time during our 9 day stay. He even gave us details of taxi to use, how to catch the bus to town, where to visit in Porto and where the local shops were. We linked up on (Hidden by Airbnb) as that was the best way to communicate with him (due to free wi-fi). The apartment was very clean and he gave us plenty of towels (which was unexpected). There is a lot of amenities near the apartment, there is a launderette nearby which we used near the church a few streets away, plus supermarket, local fruit and veg shops, local bread/pastry shops and plenty of coffee shops. My Dad even got his hair cut locally! People of Porto are very friendly and most of the young people speak English very well. We travelled in early January where the weather was very rainy and cold, but the heaters and extra duvet Luis provided made the apartment warm. Overall we had an excellent, safe stay which was brilliant as it was the first time I used airbnb.

  Comments: For starters, this was my first international trip! As there were many variables I couldn't have anticipated, such as a 5+ hour delay resulting from flight delays and missed connections, my hope was that my lodging accommodation would be great. Luís' place is nothing short of amazing! He was very flexible with regards to meeting me at his place to let me in at a later time. He gave me a walkthrough and explained some differences which may not have been readily apparent to travelers visiting from other countries. He assured me that if I needed anything, that I could reach out to him at any time. He's a model host. The pictures for this post are EXACTLY what you get. The space is absolutely amazing. I was able to host friends and cook dinner very comfortably. Walk for about 5 minutes (maybe less) and you're at the bus stop! The ease of getting around using their transportation system is incredible. I strongly recommend the app, "Moovit", to assist you. If I ever return to Porto, this will always be my go-to spot as long as it's available!

  Comments: It was great Luis picked us up from the metrostation! He explained the things well, though quite fast, and gave us a great advise for a typical good fishrestaurant downtown. All was clean in the house. Only there was a leak in the sink of the kitchen, and that's why the floor was wet, but that will be fixed. And there is no central heating, but electric heating. So it was quite cold in the house. But i can imagine that's a plus in the summertime. The neigherhood itself was quiet and a little bit deserted. If you take a bus you are in 10 min downtown. The busses come often, so that's very practical!

  Comments: Mi chico y yo hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en Oporto, en la casa de Luis. Nos recogió un amigo suyo para llevarnos al piso y después nos acercó a la rivera del río. Hizo un día estupendo y pudimos aprovechar el sol. El resto de días llovió, pero es algo normal y forma parte del encanto de Oporto :-). La casa corresponde 100% con las fotos. Es muy acogedora e ideal para una pareja. Muy cómoda y limpia. Es amplia para estar y dejar las cosas colocadas. Nos encanta cocinar y pudimos aprovechar la cocina muy bien, pues tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. En cada estancia principal hay un radiador que hay que utilizar sobre todo si hace fresquito, como nos hizo a nosotros. Aunque parezca que la casa está alejada del centro, está bien comunicada con metro y bus, aunque no tienen tanta frecuencia (como por ejemplo en Madrid). También hay que decir que a nosotros nos gusta andar bastante con lo cual casi siempre fuimos andando de la casa al metro.

  Comments: Had a great time staying at Luis' apartment! Due to flight delays we arrived late and he still came to pick us up with his car and drive us all the way to the apart. Great guy! The place itself is roomy, comfy, clean and has all the things you need. Nothing to ask for except maybe bring a pair of slippers if you visit any other time than summer - since the apartment takes a day or two to heat up! Other than that, close to great stores, great communications into the city center, the area feels safe and Luis answers quickly if you have any questions. Would absolutely use this place again if ever revisiting Porto!

  Comments: Luis was so kind to take us from the metrostation. The apartment was fresh cleaned and full equipped. But after the cleaninglady has left, there was immediatly a very bad smell in the kitchen and the living room (the kitchendoor was blocked, so that we couldnt close it). We avoided these rooms and left the windows open the whole time. Unfortunately it was cold outside and the walls and doors not isolated. We took breakfast in the bed with an electric heating in the room, than it was even cozy.

  Comments: We had a very pleasant stay at Luis' apartment! The house is beautiful, stylish, and well equipped with everything you may need for a cozy stay. Luis is a very nice host who gave clear instruction for us to get to his house, and pick up us at the metro station (truly thankful). Though it is a bit far away from the so-called touring-centre-area, we had no problem of traveling around. Bus stop is right at the street corner by 2 minutes walk. All buses at the stop are going to the city centre, so no need to worry about their route. Mini store is also there while you can also take few minutes walk to the big supermarket. You will find everything there. We particular like the restaurant nearby the bus stop. It offers fresh grilled food (in reasonable price) and the cooker, waiters are nice. Neighborhood is nice too. Every morning when we were going out, both the neighbor lady and her big dogs were greeting to us at her balcony, indeed feel so warmly stay there. The day when we were staying, it was a bit cold at night. We found two heaters at home, so it was not a problem too. Besides, if you drive, then it is a plus that you can easily find a parking nearby. Last but not lease, we might carelessly missed out to switch off some lights when rushing out. Luis gently reminded us about the environmental concern of the future ---- for which we indeed appreciate! I think only those who truly love his flat and care about his guests would do so. I would highly recommend Luis' house.

Its huge and as we were traveling by car it was easy to find a parking. there is a bus stop nearby so it is easy to get to the town center as every bus stops there.   Comments: the appartment is great! As a couple we had all the compfort we needed, also its very clean and spacious, just as the pics show. The neighberhood is very silent and peacefull. Its only 10 minutes with the bus to porto city center, they drive all night! And if you dont have the time for a bus, its only €5 for a cab/taxi ride. The only problem was that we couldnt do the dishes because we couldnt find the stop. But thats only because we didnt know how the sink works i guess :p. We had a great time here, Luis, is a great host!!

  Comments: When we arrived at the apartment Luis wasn't able to meet us, but his friendly house keeper was there to let us in. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and is very very spacious! It's in a very quiet neighborhood a bit off the beaten path, but it's a pretty quick commute to the city center. Not far from the apartment are some shops, restaurants and full size grocery store. Since the apartment is so big and has a fully equip kitchen, we decided to cook several meals there to save some money. There's even a great restaurant up the street that sells Brazilian style chicken, ribs and other delicious meats and sides to go.

Mais nous avons également rejoins le centre de Porto en bus, en 15 min de trajet. (arrêt de bus entre 5 à 10 minutes à pieds de l'appartement): très pratique! Nous n'avons juste pas eu très chaud, nous y sommes allé une semaine assez froide et pluvieuse de Novembre. Luis est un hôte très serviable.

Carpet in living room stinks like pee so we picked it up and putted it into kitchen because we didn't use it.   Comments: Nous avons bien évidement passé un super voyage. En revanche peut être que Luis devrait préciser que l'emplacement du logement n'est pas du tout attractif, de plus même si on était a 10 mins de métro du centre, il faut quand même faire 5 mins de bus pour y arriver. Hors le bus passe toutes les 20 mins et il n'est pas tout le temps a l'heure ! En bref l'emplacement complique un peu les choses mais ce n'est rien de grave ! il faut juste avoir le temps de prendre ses marques et partir au moins pour une semaine, de peur de perdre trop de temps. De plus pour sortir le soir c'est compliqué étant donné que le métro finit a 1h et les bus a 00h00. Pour ce qui est de l’intérieur du logement, tout est très propres, rangé, et de plus il est très vaste et bien équipé ! mais faites attention a la particularité du fait qu'il n'y est pas de chauffage ! car en hiver, il fait 10 degrés dans l'appartement. Heureusement Luis ainsi que le service Airbnb ont été remarquable ! il nous a fallut attendre seulement une nuit pour bénéficier de plusieurs chauffages portatifs et ainsi pouvoir vivre sainement. L'appartement de Luis regorge de livre très intéressant et dans toutes les langues! ce qui n'est pas négligeable. De plus Luis a su être a l'écoute de nos problèmes et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaire pour se déplacer dans porto et pour faire nos courses. Il est aussi très serviable car il venu nous chercher a la bouche du métro pour nous ramener a l'appartement.

  Comments: All was good accept for the heating but it is the same in 99% of the houses in Portugal, plus who needs heating in warm time which is most of the year in Portugal :) The flat is not far form the bus stops that will take you to metro and you can easily go wherever you want around the city. The flat is big and you have all the necessary for your stay. Luis is kind and welcoming.

  Comments: Hemos estado 4 días en el apartamento de Luis y la experiencia ha sido fantástica! La comunicación con el ha sido prácticamente inmediata y el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está retirado del centro pero muy bien comunicado por transporte público, nosotros nos hemos movido en metro y hasta la estación de Salgueiros son 15min exactos andando, desde allí otros 15 a Aliados. El autobús está más cerca de casa. Viajamos hasta Porto en coche y el barrio es bastante seguro como para aparcar el coche allí varios días. 100% recomendable

  Comments: Wir waren 2 Tage in Porto und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Luis Apartment. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht unbedingt Zentral gelegen, allerdings erreicht man die Innenstadt schnell mit dem Bus. Dieser fährt auch regelmäßig und ist fußgängig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Luis war ein super Host mit dem die Kommunikation gut verlief und der uns für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung stand. Gerne wieder!

  Comments: Hemos estado 4 días con nuestro hijo de 2 años. La casa es exactamente como en las fotos, incluso más grande de lo esperado. Estaba todo ordenado pero había un olor horrible que 2 días más tarde descubrimos que venía de la alfombra!!! Si intentábamos poner la lavadora se iba la luz pero Luis nos indicó donde estaba la lavandería más próxima. Lo que menos nos ha gustado es el barrio, alrededor del apartamento hay muchas casas como abandonadas y justo enfrente una fábrica también abandonada. Eso sí, puedes aparcar justo en la puerta de casa y las noches son muy silenciosas. En general la casa está bien pero necesita un buen repaso a temas como lavadora, tostador, algunos enchufes colgando, el mando de la televisión, el tendedero (está roto y tampoco hay pinzas) y, por supuesto el terrible olor de la alfombra!!! Luis ha sido flexible con las horas de entrada y salida pero no nos dio solución para el problema de lavadora (solo la dirección de la lavandería), creo que si la casa se ofrece con lavadora, debería arreglarse la situación sin coste ni traslado para el huésped.

Мы приехали в Порто в низкий сезон и хотя по вечерам уже было прохладно, но каждая комната, даже ванная, была оборудована обогревателями, так что было очень комфортно. Довольно тихий район и не было проблем с парковкой. Но если вы без машины, то до центра едет много автобусов, а пешком чуть больше получаса.   Comments: Wir waren nur für 3 Nächte in Luis‘ Apartment und haben uns tagsüber die Innenstadt von Porto angeschaut. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber das Zentrum ist zu Fuß locker zu erreichen. Dafür liegt sie in einer recht ruhigen Straße mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt davor! Ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt ist circa 20min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag so braucht. Leider war die Wohnung im März jetzt ziemlich kalt, auch wenn uns mobile Heizer zur Verfügung standen. Kommunikation hat super geklappt und Check-In auch reibungslos, obwohl wir mit unserem Flieger über eine Stunde Verspätung hatten. Super netter Gastgeber, vielen Dank!

  Comments: This apartment is a good value, and great location for use of the bus with a stop just two blocks away. There are three buses which come every few minutes with this stop being one “end of the line” and the other end being in the center of the city area. There you are two blocks from the metro if you wish to go further. You cannot get lost. There is a large grocery store a few blocks walk and a good restaurant, cafes, little shops very near. The neighborhood is not attractive but it is safe feeling, the apartment needs a bit of upkeep but basically it serves well for the low cost.

  Comments: The apartment is really big, there is a heater if it is cold - good plus for it, because during our stay (May) it was pretty much cold outside and in the apartment so we could use it. :) The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Sometimes there was a problem with good internet in the bedroom but in living room the internet was great. It was about 10 minutes walking to bus station and the buses were every 20 minutes and it last about 15 minutes by bus to get into the city center. We recommend!

The flat itself is generously cut, 5 minutes away from a big supermarket and around 10 minutes from the university. A bus stop, with verious busses that drive into the centre of Porto, was around 5 minutes away and it took about 15 minutes to get their. We would recomment this place and definitly stay here again.

Die Wohnung und das Bad sind sehr geräumig. Einzig die direkte Umgebung ist optisch nicht sehr ansprechend.   Comments: Great well-appointed apartment. Clean, peaceful retreat with easy parking on the street. Communication with Luis was great. 100% recommended if you have your own car and need a good base from which to visit Porto. Maybe less so if you have to rely on public transport as it is on the outskirts of town (nearest tube station is 20 minute walk but there are buses also).

  Comments: 地點其實滿偏僻的,到公車站也要走10幾分鐘｡然後公車有時也不好等,到市區要15-20分鐘｡ 但是空間非常寬敞,有廚房跟飯廳可以使用!床也滿舒服的 只是洗澡有時會突然沒熱水,然後水龍頭的水壓很低,要洗很久才洗的乾淨｡

  Comments: Nice flat. Good connection to public transport (bus). Ca. 20min to Porto Centrum. Luís gave us a warm welcome and responded quickly to questions. A few things in the flat need to be fixed, but it‘s ok for the price. We had some nice days there. Thanks Luís!

  Comments: Luis‘ Apartment is a really nice place to stay if you want to explore Porto! The Kitchen is well equipped and the bed really comfy. Sadly, the communication hasn‘t been good all the time, especially our questions concerning the check-out have not been answered, which left us very unsure how to check-out. But all in all, we had a very good time and would come back :-)

  Comments: Luis ha sido amable y correcto, muy atento en cada momento. El apartamento es tal cual se ve por dentro, lo peor es la zona en la que está, aparentemente es una zona tranquila pero yo diría que es un barrio con muchas carencias, teníamos el coche aparcado justo en frente del apartamento, nos han roto el cristal y han robado todo lo que teníamos dentro del coche, al parecer y según nos ha dicho una vecina, esto es muy común en esa zona y si os fijáis os vais a encontrar muchos cristales por las calles de alrededor. En general, aunque el apartamento haya sido de 10 también es muy importante la zona en la que se encuentre, y en nuestro caso eso ha sido lo que ha fallado.

  Comments: The house was different than it showed in the ad, much more older. It only had a big gas portable heater which was not only difficult to turn on but also very inneficient in keeping the house warm. The WiFi only works on the living room. If we hadn't brought our own portable heater and wifi extender we would be in trouble. The location was good and the place was very clean. It's reasonable for it's price.
