  Comments: Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It is well managed and set up to receive guests. The apartment was very nice and well located. It is about 3 subway stops to the gothic quarter and about a 6 minute walk to the Sagrada. There was a safe box for valuables and the keyless (security code) system for the door entry was very convenient. Fernando ensured there was someone to greet and orient me on arrival and the bottom line is that my stay was hassle free, in a nice accommodation, and with a good location. I did feel the second bathroom was quite small by my standards but may be in keeping with bathrooms in Barcelona/Europe?

  Comments: I found the apartment totally consistent with the description I read on Airbnb. My experience living in the apartment was fantastic. It's ambience, cleanliness and décor were both inviting and provided all that I needed for a memorable time in your beautiful city, Barcelona. It was central to all of the tourist places in Barcelona and after a couple of days I felt like a local. Fernando ensured he made contact with me on the day I arrived which was greatly appreciated. He was welcoming and very hospitable sharing some practical advise. His regular contact throughout my stay was generous. I highly recommend this apartment as it realised all my expectations and its level of presentation commendable. Thank you Fernando and Nermine.

  Comments: The Principito apartment has perfect for our family of 4. Great location, away from the Ramblas crowds, but an easy walk or metro ride to all the key attractions. The apt is an older unit in an older building, but had a lot of character and all the amenities we needed, and as described. The second bedroom was cosy, but worked well for our teen daughters. Fernando and his team were great to work with. Reserving the unit was very easy. They also have a person on site who was very helpful. She stopped by after we arrived to give us information on the city etc, and also printed out our reservation tickets for the Sagrada and other museums. A great experience

  Comments: When we arrive we were greeted by a very nice women. The location was centrally located. The apt was great in space, 2 bedrooms, two full baths, a TV/media room, a full kitchen, washer/dryer. They provided us with a map and a list of recommended restaurants, all the wifi passwords (only problem is the reception was bad and didn't have internet access for the time we were there), other than that everything was great. Everything was nice and clean. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was easy as they were extremely helpful with our arrival and questions we had. Very friendly.

  Comments: We travelled as a party of 3 adults, my partner Lorraine, my son Ryan and myself. It is a great apartment in a great location for getting around the city. We arrived at around 8pm and all details for the apartment were sent via e-mail before travelling, everything was very easy due to instruction received. When we arrived in the apartment there was further information about getting around and local bars/restaurants that were recommended. There was also a note to say that the greeter would come to see us at 10am the next day to make sure everything was ok. The greeter arrived prompt at 10am and gave us excellent information regarding places to see, getting around and places to eat/drink. The apartment was easily big enough for the 3 of us and would easily accommodate 2 adult couples. Everything you could need was in the apartment including a safe which we found an added bonus as they are not always provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and indeed using it again ourselves.

  Comments: Superbe séjour dans cette appartement vaste et frais! "clim" Très bien équipé avec des chambres éloignées l'une de l' autre! le système de digicode pour toute les portes est pratique! bonne ambiance dans la ville de jour comme de nuit! Barcelone la nuit avec les jets d'eau ; c'est magique! Munissez vous d'une bonne paire de chaussure de marche; c'est conseillé!

  Comments: Foi FABULOSA nossa experiência no apartamento de Fernando, principalmente em relação a localização, atendimento, benefícios e comodidade. Por 60 dias nos sentimos em casa. Sugerimos apenas a troca do colchão por um mais "firme". Porém a atenção de Eduardo e equipe compensou qualquer necessidade adicional. Excelente custo/benefício!
