  Comments: Mike was very friendly and welcoming. Since there is no concierge he waited for my arrival and explained everything thoroughly. I felt very safe in this place with all the locks and cameras in place. The room is modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. If you have a big luggage you'll only have room to open it on the bed. The location is great, very close to the HK Museum of History (recommended!). The MTR entrance being so close is also convenient. Had a good stay here for the 7 nights.

  Comments: The rooms are in an old building but you'll be surprised once you get to the area. The rooms are truly cozy and comfy, perfect if you'll be out for most of the stay. I loved the beds! Only problem was we had to wait about an hour for the newly vacated rooms to be cleaned when we got there because the cleaning lady was late. Aside from that, perfect location and modern rooms.

  Comments: Me and my mom needed a place to stay for 1 night in Hong Kong. To tell you frankly, I booked the place very late. It was down to the last hours before our flight but luckily Mike (the host) was very accommodating. He answered my inquiries and responded to my requests quickly even if it was wee hours. Mike gave us instructions on how to get to his place and met us at the bus stop. His place contains information about Hong Kong, from where to go and how to get around l, and it had discount cards for tourists (however, we were not able to use that). The place was cozy indeed, just as advertised. It was clean, quiet and safe. It is located near public transportation stations (MTR, bus and ferry) and shopping stalls. Mike let us leave our luggage before and after check-in, so that we can roam around freely. Wish we could've stay longer, but we were scheduled for a cruise. I'm glad to have chosen this place.

  Comments: It was great to meet Mike thanks to his very warm welcome. Mike was friendly and very accommodating. Mike introduced us to the area, provided us tips for dining and places to visit. We were very happy with the location. I and my partner like to walk and the place where we stayed it was centre of everything and we didn't have to use any transportation. The place was very safe same as its surroundings. The room was very clean and well looked after (everyday cleaning service). We are happy to recommend Mike’s accommodation to everybody and we wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

  Comments: Mike is an awesome guy and extended a very warm welcome to our stay in Hong Kong. He was responsive and easy to co-ordinate with for check in. The room is very clean, and although a bit small, has dozens of thoughtful touches that maximize use of the space. My wife and I comfortably stayed here for the second leg of our trip and we would do so again in an instant.

  Comments: The landlord is very good! Who is very patient and warm. We were late, But he had been waiting for us about half an hour.I was very grateful to him. The apartment is really awesome, although it was small, but it was very clean.

  Comments: Mike was a fantastic host. Very easy to deal with, always quick to respond, and very on top of things. When I first arrived, the staff had forgotten to leave a key for me, but Mike was able to get to the room within 5-10 minutes and get that to me. I would definitely love to deal with him again in the future. The location is extremely convenient and central. TST is mega crowded, but from the top floor of the building where the room is, it isn't very noisy at all. The room is indeed very clean and modern, but very compact. I had no problems with the size, but I can see it being tedious if you are in the room more than just sleeping each night or have a huge suitcase. The two things I didn't like about the room are that there is no window, although I can see this being an advantage for those who want to sleep late, and the water boiler only holds enough hot water for about a 3-5 minute shower. You can heat up water for another shower within 15 minutes, but realistically it is a bit inconvenient to take two showers, so I ended up taking one very economical shower instead each night. That being said, I would recommend this room because it is very clean and convenient, has a great host, and the price is very fair for the surrounding area.

  Comments: This room is a traditional Hong Kong apartment. There is enough room for two people as long as only one person opens their bag at a time. The apartment is in an amazing location with lots to do around the area and only a 10 minute walk to the water. If you are planning not to spend a lot of time in the apartment then this place is definitely the place for you! The host is amazing and provides you with detailed directions to the apartment as well as lots of information on what to do in Hong Kong

  Comments: This is the most easiest and quickest experience I've had with a host. Our previous reservation (with another host ) were cancelled last minute and we needed to check in same day. As soon as we booked with Mike he contacted us and send us detailed picture messages how to get into the place. It's a very clean HK size accommodation. Thank you Mike we will definitely stay with you when in HK again.

  Comments: The booking process is very quick. Mike had responded right away after I've booked. All necessary information are sent before travel. The map was clear and the place was very easy to find. Just less than 5mins walk from the MTR. Mike was there to meet me when I arrive :) The room is small (as expected). It's like this in HKG ;) great for 2 person or one without any large suitcase or baggage. The room I stayed is no-window but inside there is a ventilators. The room is very clean. Have towel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, TV, air con, hot water (work well) and free wifi in the room. Somebody come to change the towel and clean everyday. The mansion is safe and no need to wait for the elevator like any another mansion. Good price for a private room with bathroom ! I enjoyed my stay and really recommend this place if you are looking for something affordable, safe and clean in TST area :) :) I will surely come back to stay there.

  Comments: Mike is a great hospitable guy,very warm and helpful. He sent me all the instructions needed on (Hidden by Airbnb) to reach his place. The room was as described, but I felt a bit too small for me and it's without windows so moved to another place of his and was perfect. Very close to the MTR, clean and practical. He did a nice gesture and left some tea and cups for the morning. Everything functions perfectly in the room.

  Comments: I had a great stay at Savoy - Mike was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met! He was very clear and communicative - I received very detailed instructions for how to check in, and when I mentioned that I wanted an additional blanket, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The room is small, but it's very comfortable (great twin bed) and surprisingly quiet (you can hear the murmur of street noise). The room was very clean and secure. The location is very central in Tsim Sha Tsui with plenty of entertainment and food nearby. Highly recommend!

  Comments: Within a few minutes of my request, Mike responded and indicated that he would host. I chose him after my intended host emergency and appeared unable to host. Mike was patient even as I was dealing with AirBnB formalities which made me lose valuable time very close to my trip. Mike's location is in the very heart of TST. The place is compact, which I would expect in a dense city like Hong Kong, but very functional and convenient. It is less than 2 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) station. Location makes the place both easy to reach from airport and other places. It is real easy to get around from TST and lots of shopping around. Mike provided guidance to get around as well, when needed.

  Comments: Mike was very helpful. He gives clear instructions and help in finding the room and helping you arrive. The room is as advertised, it was clean and in a convenient area. The only minor problem was that there was no outlet converter to charge my laptop and phone, and occasionally the aircon would leak. I would stay in the room again.
