Neighborhood Overview: Nisantasi, popular shopping and residential district is considered to be one of Istanbul's most exclusive neighbourhoods. It is a home to the best shops, cafes, art galleries, theatres and convention centers. Swiss Hotel and Istanbul Congress Center are only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Bosphorus and Dolmabahce Palace is in 10 minutes walking distance as well as main subway lines. Many other cultural attractions like the ferry to the Prince Islands, the tram which'll take you to Istanbul Modern Art Museum, old town (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque), etc. is 20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bus or taxi. Taksim is 20 minutes walking distance through the park or 7 minutes by bus or taxi. The apartment is only a few steps away from the Macka Park the greenest area in the centre where you can jog, picnic or just sit on the grass and watch the great blue sky meeting the great blue Bosphorus.
