  Comments: Marcio hosted me on my first night in Rio - another host had cancelled my booking short-term and Airbnb organized this stay for me. I received Marcio's confirmation just before I got on the plane in Paris, he was very responsive and welcoming even though I arrived quite late in the evening. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated - I had my own room with a private bathroom. The house is located close to Ipanema beach and built around some rocks - very interesting architecture. Perfect location, nice surroundings. I can recommend Marcio as well as the room he rents out.

  Comments: My trip was excellent having stayed here while visiting Rio. It is a great location and you can easily get around, just down the street from the beach and busy streets you want to visit. Marcio decorated the place really well and found myself looking around given all the detail he put into it. Marcio was helpful every step of the way while I was there. He was there to greet me promptly when the elevator doors opened to his floor and had already notated the Wi-Fi password expecting it would be the first thing I’d ask for (works great by the way). I was able to easily get in and out of the apartment during my visit. The last day he personally assisted me when I was having problems with the taxi service. For me personally, it was an even better trip because I chose Marcio’s place. You may even get lucky and he may cook one of the days you are there. ;-)

  Comments: The place was very nice we thought we are renting a whole apt we made a mistake with the ad, but even though we stayed in the double bad room it was still very nice, Marcio is very nice, easy going and acoomodating. The place is in great location you really cant beat it.people their were very friendly! :)

  Comments: Nuestra estadía en la casa de Marcio fue excelente. Si bien Marcio no estaba expectante en cómo nos estábamos manejando en la ciudad, siempre tuvo buena disposición en ayudarnos cuando lo solicitamos. Es un anfitrión relajado, con buen humor, nunca tuvo problema con nada. Desde el comienzo nos ayudó solucionando un error en la reserva de nuestra estadía, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano y siempre contestó con rapidez los mails y mensajes. El departamento es HERMOSO, decorado con un excelente gusto, muy moderno. La ubicación es EXCELENTE: a 3 cuadras de la playa y a 3 cuadras de la laguna. En la zona hay muchos bares y restaurantes, y es muy seguro. La conexión a Internet funciona muy bien. Lo único incómodo es el baño: su ubicación está lejos de la habitación, cruzando el living; el antebaño no tiene puerta y el baño tiene una puerta tipo mampara, lo cual no daba privacidad. Así mismo fue muy bueno hospedarse de Marcio, volveríamos a quedarnos en su casa mil veces. =)

  Comments: The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It is a rather small room, but this didn't bother us as we were continuously outside. Further the hosts were very helpful in guiding us trough the fun activities that Rio has to offer. Additionally the room and bathroom were very clean.

  Comments: Acabei tendo pouco contato com os proprietários devido aos horário do Rock in Rio porém estava tudo bem limpo, organizado. O quarto tinha uma estrutura bem preparada e bem confortável. Gostei da experiência e foi minha primeira vez usando AirBnb e espero voltar tanto a usar o aplicativo como a me hospedar no mesmo local

  Comments: Me hospedei com uma amiga e a nossa estadia foi excelente!!! O quarto é amplo e confortável e o chuveiro é incrível. Tem muitas lojas e restaurantes perto do apartamento, a localização é realmente muito boa, fiz quase tudo a pé. O Luan, que cuida do apartamento, foi muito gentil e nos deixou muito à vontade. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei.

  Comments: Ótima localização, excelente para qualquer turista, mas em especial para o público gay. Próximo a academias, mercados, farmácias e da praia! O banheiro apesar de ser compartilhado com outro quarto é limpo e bem espaçoso. A cozinha é compacta e o fogão é um cocktop com apenas uma boca, mas com todos os utensílios necessários. Recomendo o espaço e voltaria a me hospedar nele.
