All the great details are here: wide-plank ash wood floors, custom lighting, climate control, high-speed WiFi, a gorgeous bathroom with shower, and a stone & stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment features one guest bedroom, one guest bathroom, and a living room with a super high ceiling and balcony for you to enjoy. You'll be sharing the apartment with myself. (You have your own private bathroom!) Your room has a very comfortable double bed - recently upgraded with a lovely memory foam mattress and organic cotton sheets for ultimate comfort!

Neighborhood Overview: Williamsburg is the epicenter of the art world and creativity right now. You can't walk a single block without seeing large, incredible murals on varying building walls and facades. It hosts frequent pop-up shopping, food trucks, and events. Also my apartment is in the heart of Williamsburg (yet you would never know, as it's so quiet inside the apt!). Dozens of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and the like are found just blocks away from the apt. Some of my favorite spots for coffee are Blind Barber and House of Small Wonders (try the cappuccino!). For a bite we recommend Meadowsweet and Reynard, within easy walking distance. McCarren Park is another can't miss with great open green space and a view on the real Williamsburg.

Notes: Please note: if you would like a later checkout to be guaranteed after 10am, please book an additional night to ensure there are no conflicts with the arrival of other guests. ** Additionally - if you are staying more than 7 nights, a small additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking ($40) to cover additional laundry and cleaning services. - NYC mandated recycling city wide. Use the blue bin (or paper bag) in the kitchen for plastics, paper and other recyclables. - Keep the tea pot (and any other cooking items) out of the dishwasher. Also, it's not so great with wood, so wash those by hand.

Transit: I live right on the L subway line (Lorimer Stop), so you can be in the downtown Manhattan in less than 10 minutes. Williamsburg is also covered in Citi Bike stations. They're just $10 per day. There are two stations right around the corner from my place. Access: You'll have your own private bedroom and your own full bathroom with shower. You're free to use the living room and kitchen as much as you like (see cooking notes below). The apartment is bright with sun coming in from sun rise to mid-afternoon.

Interaction: Normally my schedules differ from week to week, but I'm usually around between 7pm and 7am. I am up quite early in the morning, but I'm always available for questions via email/text.

House Rules: - I have a gluten allergy, so please respect my request to NOT COOK any bread, flour, cookies, barley etc into the house. (gluten is in barley, wheat, rye, spelt, kamut). Please do not bring these items into my home as well. - Please keep all food in the kitchen. There is plenty of counter space for snacks. - My home is my escape from the hustle of the city. As such, please respect it. Don't invite over additional guests (without checking with me first), be clean and considerate, no smoking of any kind, no illegal drugs. - Don't steal my stuff, don't leave lights on when you're away or do other things your mother would not approve of.
