Summary: Hello! my apartment is clean, young, cool, spacious and well situated. I offer a lovely and clean private bedroom with bed sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and 200MB Wi-Fi. We are walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Encants Market, Hospital Sant Pau and Agbar Tower. Has many supermarkets and 24 hours markets very near. The main metro lines L1-L2 are just on the corner (El Clot station), also many bus and night bus lines. The neighborhood is very safe, full of every kind of comercies around.

Space: I offer a comfortable bedroom for 2 people, with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It is possible to add a spare mattress on the floor to accommodate an third person, but this make the bedroom become small! The living room, kitchen and bathroom are common areas, WE DO THE CLEANING EVERY SINGLE DAY to make it comfortable for the guests. Guests are free to come and go as they please. This bedroom in special is to front of the street, so can be a kind noisy, not so recommendable for who have a sensitive sleep. I have another bedroom on the same flat, look on my profile.

Neighborhood Overview: My neighborhood is very nice, there are every kind of comercies around, several parks and you can walk to as well as attractions like the Sagrada Familia, Hospital Sant Pau, Encants Market and Agbar Tower. There are many supermarkets very nearby such as Dia, Mercadona, Carrefour, Consum as well as a number of 24hr shops.

Notes: Hello, we are Dany and Lee, very nice friends from Brazil, living in Barcelona and sharing the same apartment since 2012. We are DJs, music producer, and party organizers, love sports, eating healthily, work, party, learn, friends, arts, movies, cook, dance, photography, cinema but most of all we love music. We like to talk and we can do in English, Spanish and Portuguese! We think that we are open minded, and funny sometimes. :) We are very responsible and conscious, for us it is very important to keep the apartment clean and organized, respect the common areas and the guests. Transit: The neighborhood is very safe, easily accessible by public transport and is just 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya (center). >>>TRANSPORT NEARBY - El Clot METRO STATION at 60 meters, lines L1 red and L2 purple. - Several BUS lines. - TRAN VÍA Glories at 600 Meters - NITBUS N9 to go or return to the center at night, the point is front of my door. - RAILWAY/RENFE El Clot-Arago station to go out of Barcelona at 150 meters. >>> TO GET HERE FROM THE EL PRAT AIRPORT - Take the RAILWAY/RENFE to El Clot-Aragó station and come walking. - (Alternative) Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and METRO L1 direction Fondo, get off at El Clot station, exit Valencia. >>>TO GET HERE FROM SANTS - METRO L5 to Sagrada Familia, change to METRO L2 direction Badalona, get off at El Clot station, exit Valencia. - (Alternative) BUS H10, get off at Carrer de Valencia, last stop before Meridiana. >>>TO GET HERE FROM BUS STATION NORD - METRO L1 at Arc de Triomf direction Fondo, get off at El Clot, exit Valencia.

Access: Guests can take some space on the fridge and cupboard for food. There are also central heater for really cold days and fan for the summertime. The apartment has a large bathroom with, hairdryer, large mirror and bidet, the living room is comfortable and bright, and the kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, cooker, blender, juicer, and utensils. Washing machine service at Carrer de Sibelius, 11. (just on the corner)

Interaction: We are almost time working outside, so sometimes we don't spend too much time with the guests but we are always available if they need something =)

House Rules: Please help to keep everything neat and tidy from the kitchen to the living room and the bathroom. KITCHEN – Take care especially with the kitchen! Clean the table after eating, the cooker and the area around after cook. Wash, dry and turn back everything that you use, clean inside the dishwasher/sink and dry the area around, clean the ground if you drop something. Please make use of the recycling bins provided. BATHROOM – Please don´t leave the bathroom floor wet, and leave the sink tidy. LIVING ROOM – Please don´t leave any plates or glasses in the living room and keep everything organized. SMOKERS – You may smoke on the balcony with the windows closed, please do not throw the cigarette out the window.
