Comments: Daniela was the perfect host. The space I stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable. I would suggest that anyone interested in being in Brooklyn, book Daniela's space. Conveniently, her location is also in the middle of two of NYC's most efficient train lines (to Manhattan). Overall, a great place to stay.

Comments: This is a wonderful place to stay Daniela is warm and welcoming and the house is clean and very comfortable. It makes a great escape from the hustle and bustle of New York when you need one.

Comments: We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay...Daniela was such a great host and her apartment is exactly how you see it in the pictures and how she describes it. The apartment offers what you need...and more! Daniela really cares about her guests and is such a lovely person. My best friend and I already visited NYC a year ago. We were looking for an alternative program this time (not the typical tourist sight seeings...). Daniela always had cool ideas about nice places and shows to visit or where to get a delicious meal. Her husband also gave us some good ideas about what to see or where to go. Both times we visited NYC we stayed in Brooklyn. It's a very nice and safe borough with loads of things to do. Commute time to another place in Brooklyn or to Manhattan is approx. 1 hour (sometimes more, sometimes less...of course, it depends where exactly you want to go...), which is absolutely normal in New York. The subway offers good connections from Daniela's place and you can even use different lines. One subway is approx. 5-7 minutes and the other one approx. 10-15 minutes away (by foot). We also liked that there were other two rooms (therefore other guests) in the apartment. We had some funny and interesting conversations with people from all over the world. And last but not least: Thanks to the AC we slept very well (summers in NYC can be very hot). Thanks again for having us, Daniela! :-)

Comments: It's a beautiful place to stay and rest after a day on the streets of the Big Apple: clean, tidy with all amenities. The bedroom is really sunny, as stated in the notice. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. The internet connection is very good and the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The neighborhood is safe as I checked because walking at night to the grocery and back underground. Although I did not personally know Daniela, I felt always accompanied by her. His messages with the precise driving directions and access to the apartment and everything was concern were wonderful. I am also very grateful for the attentions of Sebastian and his advice to Mexico DF . Great city, Sebastian! I would have loved to stay more days but definitely a place I would return. An excellent experience for my first time at Airbnb.

Comments: The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. Clean--which is super important to me! I didn't actually meet Daniela in person (as we only stayed one night), but she was always friendly and accommodating through messages, emails, and txts. Thanks for sharing the place with us, Daniela!

Comments: Daniela was so helpful! She helped me find my way in when I arrived late in the evening, and gave me a quick tour so I'd have everything I needed. She even text me a number for a car service, for my early flight at Laguardia. The apartment was super clean and I was provided with a towel, which was great because I totally forgot to bring one. I was bummed that I didn't get a chance to meet her yorkie pups, but hey, maybe next time! Thanks again, Daniela. :)

Comments: Great time visiting New York and staying in Daniela's apartment was a totally win! The room is exactly like in the picture: sunny, clean, cozy and comfortable. Whe we arrived, it was very cold for someone who hates it. I needed an extra blanket/duvet, and Daniela leave it in my bed (near the window) inmediately. The place was warm, lots of space, in the kitchen you have a little map with spots in the neighborhood: cafes (the french was another win) and grocery shops. This room is in Brooklyn, is not in the downtown but it was a save place. Nothing happen during our vacation. You have bus/metro stops near. You can be in Times Square in 20 minutes by train. We have the chance to meet Daniela, very kind and helpful. Our last day, Daniela let us leave our baggage there until grabbing a taxi to go to the airport. Manwhile, we spend the day in Brooklyn. Thank you so much Daniela!

Comments: My friends and I had such a wonderful time staying at Daniela's place. The apartment was clean, cozy and conveniently located within walking distance of the A an C lines and some good places to eat. There's easy and safe parking, too, which was something we were grateful for, having driven up from NC. We went to two of the restaurants she had marked on a map that's on the fridge, and both of them were PHENOMENAL (the pizza place and Peaches). The room looks just like the images — the three of us stayed in the one with a single and a double bed and had plenty of room. I also appreciate a room with lots of light, so I loved having those two windows. The rest of the apartment was beautiful and clean, as well. It was a great place to come back to every night after a long (and in our case, wet and cold) day walking around the city. Daniela is quick to respond to messages and had some helpful recommendations for things to do in the city that made our stay easier and more fun. We met in person briefly a couple of times, and she was lovely. She'll give you your space while still being available for anything you need. Highly recommend staying here!

Comments: Daniela was very prompt with her replies to our questions and let us leave our bags in her place after we'd checked out. The place was a convenient distance from the subway, and the place itself was nice and clean, no complaints. There were suggested places to go in the kitchen which is always nice to have. The neighborhood was nice; there were plenty of interesting cafes nearby. Overall a good stay!

Comments: This listing is excellent, and I would encourage anyone visiting New York City to stay here. The room is exactly as described and very comfortable. The beds are spacious and firm, and I had an enjoyable night's sleep each night of my stay. The room was relatively quiet for its location and I didn't have any trouble with noise. Access to the bathroom can be problematic at times, but there is a sign up for shower times in the kitchen that helps alleviate any problems. The location is excellent, and is located near two subway stations with access to any part of the city. We took the train into the city each day and didn't have any problems. You can be in Manhattan in 20 minutes. We drove a car and had a little trouble finding a place to park but found one a few streets down. Make sure to check for fire hydrants and signs for restricted parking. Daniela was an excellent host, always responding to messages quickly. She is very helpful. During our stay another guest had a problem with their room and she was quick to provide assistance and solve any problem. If you get a chance, stay with Daniela. She will make your stay perfect

The contact with Daniela was easy and also I can say that she's very helpful and nice! During my stay there she was sending messages if everything is ok ! I definitely would recommend her as a host! So don't hesitate and choose Daniela's apartment!

Comments: Lots of room to spread out with high ceilings and a full kitchen (so rare in NY!). Very convenient walk to the subway and finding street parking nearby was not difficult. Touch of road noise on the front (caution for light sleepers), but very quiet in the two bedrooms facing the back.

  • Reviewer: Michael

Comments: Dina's place is really nice. She was quick to respond to questions I had and let us check in early, which was very helpful. The only thing I found missing from the place that we wanted was a kettle. The only complaint I have is that the blankets are really thin. The place is conveniently located close to the subway which goes straight to Manhattan.

Comments: we knew nothing about Brooklyn, but now we do. not trying to be mean, but everyone that lives in Brooklyn can have Brooklyn all to them selves.
