Description: Our small en suite room is very comfortable for one person. Premium location, safe, only a 5 min walk from Largo do Machado metro station. Bus stop outside the door, and others very close. Although the room is small, having a private bathroom makes an enormous difference when it comes to privacy and practicality. Guests may have access to kitchen and laundry area including washing machine, we can make all the necessary arrangements. We both speak English very well and like very much to share the company of our guests. Premium location, close to amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, Lojas Americanas (dept store), petrol stations and convenience stores, bars, restaurants and the like. There is also A&E within walking distance. Couldn't be better! Conveniently located, close to bus stops, a five min walk to the metro station. Neighborhood Overview: Premium location, close to amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, Lojas Americanas (dept store), petrol stations and convenience stores, bars, restaurants and the like. There is also A&E within walking distance. Couldn't be better!

Notes: This is a quiet block of flats, so we are also expected to be quiet specially after hours.

House Rules: No smoking, no drugs whatsoever, no pets allowed. Quiet after 10 pm. No loud music. Meals or drinks not allowed in bedroom. Kitchen utensils must be washed after use.
