Neighborhood Overview: I'm located in a quiet & friendly neighborhood with FREE PARKING and within walking distance to activities such as the world famous Sandy Beach, Hawaii Kai Golf Course, hiking spots such as Koko Head & the Makapu'u Lighthouse, Hanauma Bay, Sea Life Park etc. Nearby parks & shopping such as Costco, Safeway, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, the Koko Marina Shopping Center & Theatres. A five - seven min. drive to above activities or much more. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Our neighbors are very friendly and mostly retired. Near Sandy Beach and the Koko Crater Botanical Garden. Other places nearby are: Hanauma Bay Sandy Beach Sea Life Park Makapu'u Lighthouse Koko Head District Park Skate Park & Basketball/Tennis Courts Koko Marina Shopping Center Hawaii Kai Towne Center Hawaii Kai Public Library

Notes: We have 2 dogs that we keep in the front away from guests and the pool and lanai area. They are mother and son (born Nov. 2016) and are very friendly and loving to our guests. If you'd like to play with them, just let us know because they love playdates. We keep a Chihuahua/Terrier and a Persian Cat inside the house. HELPFUL TIP: Please take the time to introduce yourself in your first contact message when sending in an inquiry, booking request, or booking confirmation. We would like to know who is coming to our home. Please take the time to share more about yourself, job, hobbies and what you will be doing in Hawaii while staying in our home. Transit: There is a bus stop located a couple houses down and takes you straight into Downtown or Waikiki if needed. Literally a 2 min. walk! House Rules: - 1. Please do not get mud or sand in my house; leave ALL used shoes/sandals/slippers/boots outside. No shoes/sandals/slippers/boots inside the house. - 2. No Smoking/Vaping or doing drugs in the house or on the property. If you smoke go outside to the bus stop, please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately... not on the ground or in someone's trash can. - 3. Park legally on the STREET. Do NOT block anyone's driveway/mailbox, and please do not park in my driveway. - 4. Be clean and courteous. Act like responsible adults. Keep the common areas clean, and I will do the same. - 5. No visitors/guests other than those whom have booked in advance with you/your group and whom I have approved. - 6. If you intend to have a pool party, the event and the guest list must submitted and approved by me prior to the event. :) - 7.
